Pros: Staff was friendly, bed was comfortable and clean and the rooms are dark and quiet.
Cons: Rooms smelled off, air coming from unit smelled like cat pee which didn't help, amenities book was sticky, and carpet was damp. Rooms are definitely showing signs of age/wear, but overall in decent working order. "Hot breakfast" is non-existent due to COVID restrictions. Breakfast options were terrible (yogurt containers all had damage/dried out inside, waffle maker didn't fully cook waffles, juice machine was broken). Overall, stay was ok.
Jennifer, the manager, is truly an exceptional person. I left a package at the hotel and she communicated with me continuously and ensured that my package was delivered to me even though there were many obstacles along the way.

I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone. It was clean and the breakfast was good. The staffs are friendly and very accommodating.
I enjoy my stay at this hotel. The room was very clean and as well as the pool area. The General Manager Ms. Jennifer Williams was very helpful and courteous when I had trouble with my reservation booked through Choice Hotels.com. When visiting Georgia I will stay at this hotel.

A basic hotel it's okay nothing's fancy looks clean. A lot of places to eat around here except with the virus you have to have the car to get the food.
THEY ARE NOT SERVING HOT BREAKFAST RIGHT NOW!!! The room was okay, but the ice machine on my floor was broken. I specifically asked if they were serving breakfast like usual and they said yes. I come down in the morning to the front desk lady (dressed in regular clothes) greeting everyone with “GOOD MORNING, BREAKFAST IS REALLY REALLY CONTINENTAL Y’ALL😑 Basically I would’ve gone somewhere else had they told me that they couldn’t serve breakfast. I feel like they misled us to get our money.
The hotel had a VERY strong smell of marijuana throughout the building. Woke up after night #1 of what was supposed to be a 2 night stay to find several cars in the parking lot had their windows smashed in. We were advised upon check-in that the hotel had security at night - guess not. The hotel staff knew about the robberies but didn't say anything to the guests - we found out from another victim. The woman at the front desk tried for hours to reach the manager but she didn't pick up her phone and left the rest of the staff to deal with the problem. We ended up leaving a day early as we didn't feel safe there and are now having to fight to get our money back. So unprofessional. I cannot and would not recommend this hotel to anyone.
It was either sleep at the airport on a bench outside in cold weather, or take the airports voucher and go here for the night. After a nice warm shower, I was just thankful for a bed and a pillow to lay down on. Decent breakfast in the morning. Hotel stay and breakfast was all free so I'm not going to complain.
Got in late from the airport, gave us a discounted rate because it was so late. Room was clean, water hot and breakfast was good. Jennifer is absolutely awesome, she didn't treat my daughter and I as strangers, she made us feel like family, she's so friendly, pleasant, funny and all around amazing person. If ever we need to stay around the airport again we are staying here. Thank you.
