Overview

Last verified: September 15, 2026, against the Routes website (an online price quote, the Terms of Use and the contact page), the Routes Car Rental website, Rough Draft Atlanta's report of Hartsfield-Jackson's official parking rates, and ParkingAccess booking data.

Disclosure: ParkingAccess sells reservations for this lot and earns a commission plus a $9.95 service fee on each booking.

Routes Atlanta is a Routes Car Rental lot at 2144 Sullivan Rd, College Park, 2.2 miles straight-line from ATL. ParkingAccess quotes had a $9.99 median daily rate; reviews average 2.8 of 5.

What does Routes charge per day at its Sullivan Road lot near ATL?

On September 15, 2026, the Routes website quoted $21.99 a day for an October 5 to 12, 2026 stay, or $153.93 for 7 days, prepaid in full. ParkingAccess quotes for the same lot from June 17 to September 15, 2026 had a median of $9.99 a day before taxes and fees. That median is about half of ATL's $20 Economy Lot rate.

Prices at Routes move with the dates. The Routes terms say "The quoted rate is valid only for the requested dates and times," so treat each figure as a dated snapshot. The table sets Routes beside the airport's own lots and three other lots ParkingAccess can book at ATL.

Three numbers matter more than the headline rate. The two Routes prices were $12.00 a day apart, for different dates. The median all-in total on ParkingAccess quotes for Routes, including the taxes and fees shown on those quotes, was $11.96 a day across a median quoted stay of 5 days. And at the October website price, 7 days at Routes cost $13.93 more than 7 days in ATL's Economy Lots at the May 2025 airport rate.

The airport rates come from Hartsfield-Jackson's April 2025 announcement of its first parking increase since 2017, as reported by Rough Draft Atlanta. The airport's own parking page on atl.com blocked automated checks on September 15, 2026, so confirm current airport prices there before you decide.

How do you get from Routes Atlanta to the ATL terminals?

Routes does not publish Atlanta shuttle hours, how often the shuttle runs, or which ATL terminal it serves. The lot is 2.2 miles straight-line from the airport, and the drive is longer than that. ParkingAccess customers describe a van ride that ended, for some, at the rental car area, with a SkyTrain ride to the terminal.

Without a published schedule, 2025 ParkingAccess reviews are the closest guide. They describe single trips, not a timetable:

  • August 2025, 5 stars: staff took the group to the van and helped with the SkyTrain to the terminal; the return meant trusting a 15-minute shuttle frequency.
  • July 2025, 2 stars: the email said to call or use the website for a return shuttle, but the lot wanted a text; the traveler paid for rideshare both ways.
  • June 2025, 1 star: a delayed flight meant missing what the traveler called the 11pm shuttle stop time, and the promised on-call pickup never came.
  • May 2025, 1 star: the shuttle stopped at the rental car terminal rather than the airport terminal, and the traveler could not reach the shuttle for a 10 pm return pickup.

Arriving at the lot:

  1. Save the Atlanta number printed on the Routes website, (404) 704-0910, before you leave home.
  2. Drive to 2144 Sullivan Rd, College Park, GA 30337, the address on the Routes website.
  3. Leave a buffer for the shuttle wait and ride; Routes publishes neither time.
  4. At check-in, ask where the van drops you, whether the return pickup works by call or by text, and which number to use.
  5. Photograph the odometer and all four sides of the car before you walk away.

Coming home:

  1. If your flight is late, contact Routes before you board to confirm a pickup.
  2. After landing, use the call or text method staff gave you at drop-off.
  3. If no one responds, call (404) 704-0910. The number in the Routes terms, (847) 671-4000, is the Chicago office.
  4. Keep receipts for any taxi or rideshare you pay for.
  5. Check the car against your photos before you drive off.

What do ParkingAccess customers say about Routes Atlanta?

ParkingAccess booking data adds context: 16 confirmed bookings in the last 12 months, with an average stay of 4.7 days. The newest review dates from September 2025, more than a year ago.

In their own words:

  • "Friendly, helpful staff parked us, got us to the shuttle van and helped us navigate the SkyTrain and beyond to the Terminal." (August 2025, 5 stars)
  • "Good service, affordable rate" (June 2025, 5 stars)
  • "Never got a confirmation number and staff was super dismissive and not very customer oriented" (June 2025, 3 stars)
  • "On our return at 10 pm could not contact shuttle for pick up." (May 2025, 1 star)

Recurring good points: helpful staff at drop-off, easy access to the airport, and a price travelers called affordable. Recurring problems: no pickup for late-evening returns, unclear call-or-text shuttle instructions, a confirmation email listing only an out-of-state office phone, a missing confirmation number, and one customer whose repeated refund calls went nowhere. One reviewer said no wheelchair help was available.

Who should skip Routes Atlanta and park somewhere else at ATL?

Friendly, helpful staff parked us, got us to the shuttle van and helped us navigate the SkyTrain and beyond to the Terminal. Picking up our car was more "difficult" as we had to trust in the 15 min. frequency of the shuttle and the Routes email only has a telephone no. for an office in another state. ATTENTION Routes: put your local phone number on your car parking receipt!!!

I had to pay for an Uber to AND from the airport to the car parking place because your instructions on how to get a shuttle at Routes were incorrect. The email received says you have to call or go on the site to arrange a shuttle, but Routes wants you to use a text which also wasn’t explained at the time of drop-off.

If i could give less stars I would!!! First off, upon arriveal to drop my car off this place was beyond sketchy and questionable to the point i took a picture of my own millage because i wasnt sure they wouldnt use it since they took my car keys. On the return my flight ended up being delayed so i knew i wouldnt make the 11pm shuttle stop time so i called and was told that i just needed to call once i arrived and they would send the shuttle. That was the biggest lie, they close all together at 11pm and so upon landing at 1am i called to be told by a call center that they were closed and if i wanted my car tonight then i would need to take a taxi to the location myself. Needless to say this was the worst airport parking experience i have ever had.

I chose this parking system at ATL because of the low price. Reservation and prepayment was online. When I arrived I was was concerned that I had to leave the car keys. I was in Europe for 20 days. When I returned to ATL in the evening I tried to call the number listed on the order confirmation several times for van pickup. Each time it went to voice mail. At least twice it just hung up on me. When I selected the option for van pickup, I was told to go to their website and request van pickup with the reservation number. At the end of the message it said to stay on the line and speak to a representative. I did this twice and waited first 10 minutes, then 15 minutes - no response. By this time I had lost confidence that I could arrange a van pickup, even if I went to the website, so I got a taxi to bring me to the parking location to get my car. When I complained that I could not arrange a van pickup, they said that they at the parking site had nothing to do with the phone messaging system. I would not recommend this ATL parking method to anyone. You could end up at the airport with limited options of gettting your car back without paying more money.

When I booked parking with Routes Atlanta Airport Parking the information indicated that if you arrive after midnight to contact the shuttle to pick you up at the location where dropped off at Rental Car Center. We arrived on 29 April after midnight; I submitted request for pickup as was indicated in the text I received when dropping off the car. After multiple attempts to call the numbers given, there was either no answer or the person who answered said there was no answer when they tried to reach the location. Finally we took a taxi to the location in the hopes that someone would be there. It was after 2:30AM when we paid $26.50 for a taxi to reach the location. When we spoke with the representative at the location he said. they never offer shuttle pick ups after midnight. I showed him the text I received at check in with instructions to call for shuttle pick up after midnight he commented that other customers have had same complaint. This company is dishonest in their marketing and I would avoid them at all costs. At a minimum I should be reimbursed for the taxi ride of $26.50.

Very friendly helpful staff. I parked my car for a week. I had never used the sky train to get to the north terminal. Fine getting there but coming home was confusing So it took asking several People but probably took an extra few minutes but got to the pickup area for Routes and van arrived quickly. And easy check out. And very reasonable prices compared to other off site companies. I will def use again.

Overall decent experience. My biggest problem with Routes was the exit. Getting there, parking, shuttle service to the airport was a good experience. Coming home another story. Atlanta is a huge airport. I had many hours of delay through the day and am not familiar with the airport. When they send out a text message with a link to notify the shuttle to pick you up. It should have any and all information at your finger tips, phone numbers, links to maps where to go, you should not have to go search for anything. The last thing I want to do at 10:30 at night with luggage hauling through an unknown airport it to listen to a recorded message being to told go to a website to get another link to find out where I should go for pickup. Having those links readily available would have made the experience less miserable. When I finally called to speak to someone, I was told the Sky Train was out of service and I should go get an uber. And you have to figure if you have been delayed by several hours, think of the several other thousand people that have been delayed and the Sky Train down, that is a sh*tshow. For someone who has no need for uber and is not set up to use it, I was fit to be tied. That was NOT what I wanted to hear. Once you get through the trams and escalators at the airport you have to take a Sky Train three stops to the Car Rental Center where the shuttle comes to pick up for off airport parking. Alternatives options should be readily and easily available. Thankfully, the Sky Train was repaired as I approached, disaster averted.

At arrival -your check-in employee was less than cordial- almost rude. Upon return- I phoned for pick-up at the assigned location your phone service stated to be at-and after 25 minutes on the phone - no one picked up. I took a taxi to your facility spending $22. Once there I saw a facility full of people and your van waiting in the portal. Again, I met with the same employee who checked me in- only to hear him say out loud about another customers complaint- "that's why I don't like working here." I would/will not recommend your company to anyone based on my first time experience. Have a great day!!
