This hotel has horrible customer service the lady at the front lies about her name first she told us Patricia then Paula so not sure but she said it's not her job to pass on messages to management you just have to catch tem and said they are only there an hour a day. I need to speak to management due to more money being taken then what was told when I checked in this place took an extra $55. Someone there is definitely stealing from guest
I never take time to write a bad review, but I had worst hotel stay I’ve ever had.
Stayed one night for connecting flight layover. Paid ~$175 for no amenities at all. Pool closed, no breakfast, TV was down, wifi was down, the fitness center had no weights. Then on top of that, the non-smoke room smelled like smoke, and the hotel shuttle was late.
I have stayed at many Best Western Pluses with family and this one really needed to take the Plus down. There was no care from the staff and no willingness to comp the stay at all for the lack of what they advertise.
If I wanted that experience, I would have paid 1/4 of the price and stayed at a motel.
Place has become worse since the last stay. Was awaken by the room next door to “baby’s momma’s drama” argument till 3:15 in the morning. You would have thought they chilled out for all the marijuana they smoked a couple hours earlier that came into my room. Shady clientele beginning to inhabit the place. Also if you are using the site for long term airport parking don’t arrive between noon and three because they are taking their “lunch break.” Wish I had a three hour lunch break….
Gross. The pictures online are misleading to what you'll actually get here. At first glance the room looks fine. Upon closer inspection I found many issues including my feet to be absolutely filthy- full of dirt, hair, and dust. I then proceeded to take a shower in which my boyfriend said it's dirty and I said no just old I think. Nope I was wrong. I found hairs as well as mold in all four corners of the shower. It's absolutely sophisticating the smell of mold not to mention there's absolutely no space in the shower to place your things.
Good staff. Clean rooms. Be very careful. People will follow you to your rooms to scope you out and what you have. This is a very dangerous neighborhood. I unloaded my motorcycle and got in the elevator to go up to my room. A man came in behind me and I asked what floor and he looked at the button I pressed and said the same as me. When I got to my floor I knew what he was doing so I walked the opposite direction of my room. Luckily the armed security guard was up at my floor and asked him what he was doing and he said he was looking for the vending machine. Now keep in mind the vending machines are only on the first floor and we walked past them going to the elevator. The security guard knew exactly what he was doing and told him to leave. Just be careful if you stay here. It is a nice hotel. Just know you are being watched. Be safe
This was by far the nastiest room I’ve ever been in. It wasn’t clean. Not that they missed a spot of two wiping it down but like dirty. Blood stains on the wall, door & floor. Another mystery stain I probably don’t want to know what it is on the couch. Pubic hairs in the “made” bed. Toenail clippings on the floor. Like a super gross room. I immediately asked for my money back & left. It was so gross!
I really didn't have a thing to complain about with this spot. 100.00 a night for a king bed with amenities is a great deal. Very clean and their front desk people are excellent. Would have given 5 stars if breakfast was being served but because of covid it was not.
Our flight was delayed which made us miss our connecting flight. Delta could not find any rooms so we were left to figure it out ourselves. We called around and finally booked a room here. We prepaid and got the confirmation right away. Soon as we arrived, we were told there was actually no room available and she didn’t know why “they let you book it.” No empathy and highly unprofessional. We even asked if she knew of anywhere around and was unwilling to help us. We still have yet to get our refund for the hotel room and will most definitely not be back. Too high of prices for a subpar hotel with bad service.
Most of the staff was very nice. The older lady that worked there was rude, and had awful customer service. The walls are so thin you can hear everything around you. I love best western. My friend and I always stay at best western this was the only time we have had any issues.
The bed was so comfortable! The room was clean and had a nice fragrance which did not aggravate my allergies or sinuses (when I initially walked in the room I thought I was going to have to request to be moved). The room was nice and I never heard anyone through the wall. The complimentary soap was wonderful and felt good on my skin and, although the matching lotion left my skin dry, it smelled great too.
Had missed my flight a couple hrs before I came here. Stayed at this lovely hotel to kill time, it’s very clean and convenient since it’s closer to the airport compared to most. The receptionist was super helpful as well. Would come back here for a stay, thanks y’all
My stay was very nice and comfortable. The front desk clerk, Rebecca, did a splendid job She was very helpful. I would definitely stay here again and make recommendations to others.
