Terrible experience. We prepaid for parking and when we arrived they told us there were no parking spots available. After a short argument they said to leave our vehicle in the no parking spot and leave our keys and they would put it in a parking space. Someone put 57 miles on our car while we were gone and left a house key with a hands on banking key chain and an silver ear ring in the vehicle. I would rate them a 0 star but it was not an option.

YOU ARE A SCAM YOUR MAILBOX IS FULL I PICKED MY CAR UP EARLY AND YOU REFUSED TO REFUND ME FOR 5 DAYS OF PARKING. I WAITED AT THE AIRPORT FOR A HOUR WITH NO SHUTTLE HAD TO PAY TAXI TO BRING ME TO GET MY CAR. YOU ARE FRAUD
We stayed at this hotel for one night and used the park and fly option. The staff was great and the hotel was comfortable and reasonably priced. However, I tried every day for several days while we were out of state to contact the hotel with questions about shuttle service from the airport to the hotel, and I no one ever answered the phone. I don't know if service was out because of the storm or what, but it was somewhat annoying!
