Sky Lot Atlanta Airport Parking (ATL)

Really impressed with this new parking lot near Atlanta Airport. There was tons of space, and it’s right next to a legit car rental company. The lot is gated and feels really secure. The shuttle was super fast—got me to the terminal in no time. Staff were friendly and easy to deal with during both check-in and check-out. Plus, the price was way better than other options I looked at. Overall, a smooth and stress-free experience. I’ll definitely be parking here again.

After parking at the skylot I would never go anywhere else. The customer service was great and the price was even better. Made my family’s and I travel experience a joy 💙

Parked my vehicle at this lot for the first time on a trip out of ATL. Pre-scheduled my return flight pickup for the night we returned. Got a text from the company while in flight confirming the pickup. I confirmed the pickup at our connecting flight. During the final leg of travel I received another text telling me to take the shuttle from the international terminal to the domestic terminal then contact them to let them know I was ready for pickup. I did as I was directed and received no response. I waited twenty minutes with no response before I grabbed an uber.



I know what you are thinking. Why 5 stars when they did not pick you up? The company had an issue with their text/paging system for 3 hours. It just happened to be within the time my family needed to be picked up.



The manager contacted me the next day and apologized. They offered to reimburse me for the parking fee and pay for the uber ride. Wow! They sent the payment to me within an hour.



They are a new business and have an excellent attitude regarding customer service. And the lady who works in the parking booth is AWESOME!!!!! Give them a try. They will take care of you!

Place was easy to find and when I left my car, I felt it was secure because they had parking attendants also the ride to the airport was quick with no wait I’ll be back great job Atlanta

Cheapest parking price and the shuttle picked us up immediately he even turned back when my wife forgot her ID. Great customer service.

The best parking experience upon arrival I was greeted bright and early , everything was explained to me perfectly , the shuttle was on time , my car was safe with all 4 windows attached. And all questions and concerns was always answered no matter the time or day. Thank you skylot parking and staff.

This parking lot by far have the best prices of any of the lots in the area. They are new, so most people are not familiar with them, but they have $10 dollars daily rate. The staff was courteous and patient, and it was only a 7 minute transit to the airport. Just found my new place to park when coming to Atlanta. 100% recommended 👌🏾
