We often fly out of Toronto. When we do, we always choose to leave our car at Skyway Park and have done so for years. The new location is even more convenient to the airport. The last time we parked, the manager suggested we do detailing of our car. Usually we would decline, but we hadn't cleaned our car for years, and, to be honest, it was pretty dirty inside. Imagine our shock and joy when we returned from our trip to find the interior completely pristine like it had come out of the showroom. It was not an easy job, I'm sure, and the result was that our car was the cleanest it has ever been since we bought it. The Gold detailing package is highly recommended!

Skyway Park is incredible. I used their self-park service. Unfortunately I lost my car key when traveling, and Skyway worked tirelessly with me and my family to help get me the alternative car key. It was such a reassurance that my brother did not have to wait to physically give me the key, and that we trusted Skyway to hold the car key for us. They gave me the car key in the shuttle ride to my car, and were extremely kind considering the rough travel experience we had. We had a fantastic experience with skyway park recently. I booked the valet service and parking for approximately 2 weeks. Drop off was easy, handing over the keys and payment and then the driver helping us load into the shuttle for a quick ride to the terminal. Upon our return I called them for pick up and they sent a dedicated vehicle for us as we were travelling with our baby. When we arrived back at the lot our vehicle was sitting there ready for us, running and warmed up which was perfect considering it was -2 that day. The vehicle exterior had also even been washed as part of of a promotion that was running at that time. I am so glad to have found this service and looking forward to using it again on our next trip.

Great company and people. Not only is this company offering very competitive pricing, but it has exceptional staff and service. My vehicle was safe in a well lit, fenced and gated lot with someone on location 24 / 7.
When I recently returned from 12 days away we found my vehicle's battery dead. I had accidentally left a device plugged in. The gentleman at the lot and the driver of the shuttle stayed and assisted in boosting my vehicle. They stayed with me until my vehicle was running well for at least 10 minutes and this was all completed in the pouring rain.
Further, they contacted me a couple of days later to ensure that all was good with me, my vehicle and my account.

The team at Skyway was professional, courteous and provided excellent service. I was on a shuttle within two minutes of parking my SUV. The driver was extremely polite and drove cautiously. Their shuttle bus has obviously been modified to ensure compliance with COVID-19 regulations – the barrier between the driver and my family ensured that we all felt safe. Have never traveled from Toronto airport before and didn't know what to expect with parking and finding my way around, so we decided to sign up to have my car detailed while I was gone for the week and WOW!!! I was so happy to have used Skyway Park. Drop off was easy, they quickly loaded our bags and brought us right to where we needed to be dropped off. Gave simple instructions with a number to call when we got our luggage when we came back (even with our 6am arrival they answered and arrived super quickly to get us. Loaded us up and our car was on (warming up since it was a chilly spring morning) and waiting for us once we pulled into their lot. The gentleman loaded our bags into our car and we jumped in and headed home. Car was SPOTLESS clean. looked brand new. My wife and I use Skyway park and have for approximately 5 plus years now. We only use the valet park so our vehicle is clear of ice and snow in the winter when we return and is nice and cool in the summer when we get there. Nothing but great service our vehicle is always well taken care of. When you first pull up you're greeted with a friendly smile, they help with your bags for the shuttle, the transfer to the airport is seamless. The service of washing the car and detailing is excellent. Nothing worse than coming back from a two-week trip in your vehicle's all covered in dust and dirt, these gentleman take great care of it for you. Your return is very simple as you come through the baggage area once you've collected your bags you just make a phone call with the code on the top of your receipt and depending on which terminal you're coming from and whether it's International or not they tell you where to go and it's simple. 5 to 7 minutes later you're on your way back to your vehicle. We have been parking at Skyway park for several years now. The location is very convenient especially the new one at Dixon Rd. The rates are extremely good but the best part is the friendly and very helpful staff. Their drop off van is very clean and has fiber glass barrier for COVID times. Very easy to book online and their valet service is extremely good especially in winter as your car is ready and warm when you get back from airport. Amazing service and amazing prices. My go to place for safe locked up airport parking.

I am a single female traveling alone and I arrived today to find my car wouldn't start, although it had power, it wouldn't turn over. Two employees came back to the temporary lot to assist me, and after many exhaustive efforts to try and make it turn over to no avail. A driver not only took time out of his work day to take me to the Dixon lot so my fare would be less, as I would need to hire a taxi to drive me the hour to my home, but he also found me a lovely gentleman employed by the aerofleet taxi company to give me a flat rate. All 3 of these gentleman made my experience a little less stressful and made me feel safe and cared for. I would highly recommend both these companies, I am happy to know there are still good chivalrous men around.

Very impressed overall. I chose the valet service and I'm glad I did. I dropped my car off, and was quickly shuttled to the airport. When I came back it was after midnight and the pickup process was quick and easy even at that time; just give them your ticket number and they will tell you which pole number to meet them at. I was picked up in less than 10 minutes. When we arrived back, my car was right there, already warmed up and running. Great value compared to parking at the terminal.

We tried skyway park for the first time and they were great. We used the valet service and it was incredibly easy and efficient. We left an extra half hour for the drop off and it was not needed. At the end of the trip, the car was waiting for us and we were on the road within minutes. Everyone we met was helpful and friendly. We will certainly use them again.

I could have given them 6 stars if possible. It was my first experience with them and I was amazed and delighted by their operations. I dropped off my car and in 2-3 minutes, paper work completed. The car to drop us at terminal 3 was waiting. In next 5 minutes, I was at terminal. While coming back, a phone call and in 5 minutes, car was there to pick us at airport. Reached the spot and my car was right there, running with AC on. I hopped in my pre-cooled car and drove away. Highly recommended.

So I was travelling to Calgary from Toronto, originally from London. I was thinking about taking the Robert q but it was ridiculously expensive and the time I had to be prepared to leave was outrageous. Did some research and came across this amazing place. The service is amazing and very affordable and I also got my car detailed for a very low price. I came back and the shuttle was waiting for me.. I didn’t have to wait. On my way there my car was ready to go, the gentleman carried my luggage, and my car was so clean! I have had my car detailed before and it wasn’t even close to this clean. So not is this a great and affordable service for parking the car for travels but also has a great detailing service.

Never once had an issue. Used during the lockdown and the van is "Covid-proofed" with barrier between driver and the back of the van. Felt safe with their protocols in place.

I have been using Skyway Park for a few years. I have never had an issue with their online reservation or in person service. I usually take advantage of specials for car wash and detailing. They have always done a great job. Compared to other parking sites, they are reasonably priced, shuttle is always there and ready to take me tot he terminal and I haven’t waited more than 10-15 minutes when I call for the shuttle on return flights. Check them out if you need parking for the airport.

A better price than anywhere else, the staff was all incredibly kind and accommodating, the shuttle was super quick dropping us off and picking us up. Once we were dropped off, they called us at the airport and let us know that one of our tires was flat, we had unknowingly torn it going over a pothole on our way in and it flattened once it was parked, they called to let us know and said they could fix it while we were away. When we got back (in the winter), our car was waiting for us all warmed up and ready to go! Our tired was fixed like new!! I went in to ask what I owed for them repairing my tire and they said it was no extra. Unbelievable customer service. Above and beyond. I will always go back here and I cannot recommend highly enough!!
