Beautiful hotel, friendly staff and free shuttle to Metro Station. Unfortunately there are no restaurants or shops around. The food in the restaurant was pricey but that’s no unusual when your paying for convenience. Since we were staying for a week, we requested a fridge and microwave and they were very accommodating and brought them to our room. Overall we will book again.

Very clean and nice. Front desk personnel have been very helpful and polite, what you would expect from any type of service.

Staying four night. So far I'm glad we went for this hotel. Location is pretty convenient. We have an amazing view of D.C. Super friendly and attentive staff in the lobby. The hotel is pretty nice. On another note, Swimming pool is close. Gym is open. Appointment required.

Super nice room, clean and welcoming. I selected the hotel for the distance to DCA, the price per night, and the shuttle service. Didn’t expect this hotel to be as nice as it is, considering the previous reviews, but it really is. I’ve been in the military over 20 years and have lived all over the world, and this place is nice. Yeah, my room didn’t have a fridge and the location isn’t within walking distance of any amenities, but there’s a restaurant downstairs. Don’t believe the entitled whiners, you can’t beat what you get for the price.

This hotel is a great alternative to staying right in the pricier Pentagon City hotels across the parkway. The hotel is a little dated, but the service staff and the hotel room views overlooking the capital area are amazing and well worth it (as is the room rate which proved to be about half of the price of the Pentagon City hotels). The hotel is quiet and the rooms (as well as the hotel in general) is really clean and well furnished. Most importantly, I slept very well without any disturbances. The one issue I did notice is that on the first morning I woke up with freezing cold water and no shampoo – guessing that was a fluke because it did not happen again. Parking is currently $10 /night.

Upon arriving there the staff was already accommodating. The lady who checked us in was very helpful. Nice and courteous. She was a little busy checking people in. Bit still maintained that great attitude when my girlfriend and I got to her. Explained things clearly. Professionalism was on point. Being a hotelier for 30 years in that service as a server. It's good to see good people still enjoying what they love to do. Hats off to all of the staff encountered! Great job.

Glila is a wonderful woman excellent customer service which I had received from her on my last visit to Sheraton Pentagon city. She was warm and accommodating, and she was helpful to me.

Wonderful! I was supposed to be there for an event that got canceled But since the reservation was non refundable I decided to stay anyway. I'm glad I did! The Room was spacious, the bed was absolutely fantastic, I was able to give myself a spa; face and hair treatment, I ordered Room service, had a bottle of wine and it was absolutely glorious. This hotel is a good place to get away, for a Saturday night my floor [9th) was very quiet.

Great location when visiting the district. The services offered were more limited than past visits. Not being able to use the roof pool was disappointing. It's a great view of the city and having it closed was disappointing.

Check-in staff was welcoming and pleasant. The morning checkout was lackluster. The person behind the counter didn't even stand or great guests. It was a less than inviting end of a stay.

Daniel is the reason our stay was fantastic. He is dressed to impress. He has the nicest personality and he went above and beyond to make sure that we had everything we needed. 10/10

This was a good location and a wonderful hotel with great staff. They had a bartender and also a nice eating area and look like buffet. I did eat there they stop serving at 11:00 p.m. and the food was pretty good

The Sheraton Pentagon City is a good hotel, but there are more luxurious and modern hotels in the area that are closer to the metro. My primary complaint is that the restaurant isn't good, and the hotel isn't located within walking distance of any decent restaurants. I'm used to staying in Crystal City where there are a myriad of restaurant options within walking distance. Also, my room wasn't ready when I was told my room would be ready. The kind gentlemen at the front desk gave me four meal vouchers to compensate for that, which was helpful.

I like that the Sheraton is doing their best to modernize and renovate. My room was comfortable. Everything worked well. It was very clean as well. I think that the location and the restaurant inside the hotel leave a lot to be desired, but this is a decent choice if there's nothing available in Crystal City.

We only stayed for one night to attend a concert at the Anthem, but would highly recommend for short or longer stays. The location is excellent and paid parking is a convenient garage underneath the hotel with lots of spaces. The rooms are large featuring modern and useful designs, and we had an excellent view of the Pentagon, Arlington and the Washington Monument/DC. The hotel has useful amenities, including a free shuttle to the airport and the Pentagon City metro station (which runs until 9:45 at night, at least for the metro station). The continental breakfast spread was great, with a lot of fresh fruit. We would definitely stay again when we're in the area!

Angel is the best employee she went above and beyond for us all 3 nights I was there. There was an issue with a3rd party billing me twice she helped me take care of it. I cannot say what would've happened without her. I had to stay an extra night and she stepped up and helped me. I will recommend this hotel to all my friends colleagues and family. I'm a customer for life. Margarer Auffert

This 5 star review is specifically for DJ, the waiter. He provided easily some of the best customer service I’ve experienced in a long time. So warm, friendly, and patient. We had a big group of people and never did he seem stressed out, or annoyed (which is usually what happens with big groups). He was super attentive and kind. He was the best!

Great staff, exceptional service, the front desk staff always had big smiles and helped with suggestions on places to visit. There’s a complimentary shuttle to and from the closest mall and metro station. My room had a very comfy bed and extra soft pillows that made each nights slumber very refreshing. The stunning view of DC was the cherry on the pie! The gym and pool are decent too. Highly recommend!

Worthy mention, thanks so much to Stephen and Gelila at the front desk 😊

Got to the hotel super early but they allowed me to check in early. Staff was super friendly and made sure I was accommodated.

The room was great. It was very spacious and clean. The beds were also very comfortable. I would say the rugs look a little outdated but the room was amazing. I will stay here again if I am in the area!

Sheraton Pentagon City Hotel is THEE EPITOME of a hotel when it comes to a stay in DC! Let’s talk about Helen! Helen is a phenomenal young lady that works in the restaurant in the hotel. She is super professional, hard working and takes the time to talk to her customers and just make them feel at home. Her professionalism and love for her job is unmatched. Her smile alone will brighten your day, and you can tell she really cares about what she is doing. The food is great at the hotel and the ladies there are just phenomenal. The young lady in the gift shop is super sweet and tells you about the sales that are happening on the shirts. It is just a great stay! The view is the best view in DC, hands down! I love staying here and our Team will definitely be back to stay here each time we are in DC. Close to all the amazing places to eat, you just can’t go wrong staying here. When you go ask for Helen, trust me, you will know her from her smile!

Very close to I395. Clean rooms. Late check out time (Noon) which is great! If you're into room service this might not be the hotel for you...there was no hotel guide that indicated it exist. Friendly staff, especially the restaurant manager. He took my order when he could have easily passed me along to someone else.

I am very confused with these reviews! Before staying at the hotel, I was pretty hesitant because of the reviews but ACTUALLY STAYING THERE i had a really great experience! The service was amazing! The front desk people were so sweet and helpful especially this one girl! I wish I got her name! The room was clean and had a really nice view of the city! And it was a really great location! I would love to stay at this hotel again!

Location was okay (construction at entrance area). Close to shopping and Hi-Way. Service was pleasant. Desk, Lobby & Restaurant Staff were Phenomenal!! Only issue that I have, which is IMPORTANT!——- There is a door handle (knob) missing from a Fire Exit Door, disallowing immediate, if any, departure from a stairwell. I didn’t address this to Staff. So, I address it here.

Recently stayed here for 2 nights for a work trip. The staff was very friendly, helpful and efficient. Kobe was great checking me in and scheduling a cab for me when I left. The hotel is a bit dated but clean. The elevators are really fast. The restaurant is somewhat limited and you get your food to go after ordering at the bar. Overall a nice stay and it’s really close to DCA airport.

I would like to thank the wonderful staff at the Pentagon Sheraton for their amazing customer service! I hosted a 4 day conference at this location and it was a great experience. Megan W. made sure that everything we planned was implemented perfectly on-site. Helen, Rosario and Negassi provided five star service! They were there to assist with anything my delegates and I needed to have a seamless program. I would definitely recommend this location for conferences. Their level of professionalism and customer service was outstanding. Also Chef Matt created an delicious menu. Attendees rated it highly. We hope we can return in March. Thank you TaQuida

There are not enough words to describe how amazing my stay was. My significant other and I only stayed for one night, but it was definitely a stay to remember. This is because Miles and Marcus at the front desk were very hospitable and relatable! They took amazing care of us and make sure we had everything we need! Big shout out to them! Will definitely be coming back again!

I stayed here for one night while I was heading back home from work. Since many of the amenities were closed, I did not experience the hotel offerings to their fullest extent. What I did experience, though, was a clean room with a beautiful view. The hotel staff I encountered while there were helpful and friendly.

I stayed in a Deluxe Guest king bed with city view on the 10th floor. The view is great. The bathtub was broken, however. Whenever I tried showering, the shower head and rub faucet would both pour out water. Other than that, no problems.

For an older building it’s very spectacular faculty. The associate at the Front desk Miles he was very professional and polite. The room that we said was spectacular very clean. Highly recommend staying very close to some attractions. From our room 716 on the 7th floor you have an amazing view of the White House, Monument, Capitol building, Pentagon and etc. We arrived at 11:45 pm on 12/28/2022 and departed at 9:00 am on 12/29/2022 our cost to stay was $87.00. They have a parking garage cost to park $15.00. The down fall is I disagree with having to pay for parking when you’re a guest in the hotel. Otherwise highly recommended.

We decided to hold our wedding at the Sheraton in Pentagon City after considering numerous locations around Northern Virginia. From the moment we signed on we knew we had made the right decision. Karen and the whole staff at the Sheraton were friendly, helpful, and generous with their time and resources. We held both the ceremony and reception for our wedding in the Galaxy Ballroom and the Sheraton staff were able to flip the room in an hour. The space was beautiful and the view was amazing. We were particularly happy with the food prepared for our dinner, which was affordable and high quality. Like any large event, we ran into unexpected issues in the lead up to and day or our wedding, but nothing flustered Karen and her team. We strongly recommend that anyone getting married in the DC area consider holding their wedding at this wonderful hotel.

It's not bad a simple stay in Virginia especially if you are visiting DC. It's got your basic every day needs. And the staff is amazing. I was disappointed that the pool is only open from 5 to 10 pm and is tiny. Also by the lack of windows to look out. You can't get a good skyline view unless you pay for a room with one.

You couldn't ask for a better hotel in the area. The capitol view rooms have a gorgeous view, the staff is amazing. The website messed up my reservation but Marietta at the front desk made sure our stay was amazing! Definitely recommend

Went to stay for the night because I had my boarding exam over there in the morning. Gelila at the front desk went above and beyond to give me a relaxing experience before my exam. She got me a room with a view of the monument and airport and a gift card to spend on food and drinks. The room is amazing and definitely made my whole experience relaxing and beautiful!

Beautiful hotel. Amazing service. Great location. Had a very nice stay here. There were some problems with the tub and so LaMika Hughes was so kind to give a very nice upgrade to a new room. The entire staff from the front desk to housekeeping were exceptional!

It is a bittersweet review. I stayed there for my mothers funeral at Arlington National Cemetery. The staff was very nice to us. My father who was handicapped and they got us a bigger room. Sadly I will be returning for my fathers funeral. they are very nice and its a difficult time and kindness its truly appreciated. The view on the capitol is quite spectacular and The Air Force Memorial is close by. Arlington National is close by. Its a nice very clean place to stay and its not expensive.

Nice basic hotel that met all my needs on my work trip. The big plus was the shuttle service to & from Reagan National airport and the delicious breakfast buffet. Took off one star because the water temperature in the shower was a bit hard to control.

Stayed here for the weekend. Shuttle service was very prompt to and from the airport and to/from the mall/metro. Restaurant was very good - was NOT Cajun like some of the social websites showed. Front desk agents were exceptional. Only thing I missed was an upgraded room for Marriott status.

Stayed here one night on 5 November with my girlfriend. Upon arrival, we were told our booked room type wasn't available but before we even had a chance to be disappointed, the wonderful Nicole on reception sorted out a replacement room (which was lovely) and an excellent service recovery gesture including free breakfast, which we both really enjoyed. All the staff we encountered at the hotel were great but Nicole went above and beyond - truly someone who enjoys their job and provides outstanding customer service. Overall the hotel exceeded my expectations and it was easy to get into the city with frequent local buses stopping right outside. We also used the airport shuttle from DCA which came quickly.

We almost didn’t book because there were some negative reviews about cleanliness but I’m glad we decided to go ahead and book! The rooms were perfect! Very clean, spacious and equipped with everything you need. The bed was super comfy and after having a long day I was able to fall right asleep once I laid down. The staff were friendly and accommodating to our requests . I would definitely recommend this hotel.

My room was above average even though I was on the 3rd floor. I didn't have the view that is advertised. The mattress was soft yet supportive. I was pleasantly surprised how great the staff was.

I took one star off because they charge $32 per night for parking.

Overall, it is a great value.

Also there is an airport shuttle.

I booked this hotel through my company and have not been disappointed. The staff is Amazing and gave me the BEST service.

I decided to propose to my partner at the Hotel and I MUST say the Staff made me feel so Comfortable as I was nervous as heck. Johnathan (Guest Services Manager) helped me plan the evening, Karen (Social Catering Manager) was so nice and Christian (Food and Beverage Manager) Catered to our food and made us feel like Royalty!! We were greeted by the Assistant General Manager and another Manager as they watched me propose and cheered us on!!! Thank you, Thank you, Thank you for making the proposal so SPECIAL!!

Our room was clean and housekeeping was on point. We had an Amazing view on the 9th floor in a modern room with LOTS of hot water!!!

We were so Impressed with the professionalism, kindness and courteous service we've received we will DEFINITELY be coming back and have decided to have our Wedding at this Hotel for our friends and family to enjoy!!!

Try this hotel you WILL NOT be disappointed!!!

I have stayed here many times. This visit was no different, clean and comfortable. The only issue was room service. Watch out for the fine print is all I have to say. $48 for a burger and wings is a bit high. Fethi at the front desk was a highlight. He was polite, friendly and helpful in answering all my questions.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The staff at the front desk was really friendly and helpful. We used the business center to get printouts with no problem. The room was clean and was very spacious. With room for us to work. The bed was very comfortable. The best thing is that the parking fee is very affordable compared to other hotels in the area.

The customer service was superb. Every staff member we encountered were friendly, courteous and helpful. Gelila at the Front Desk was excellent in accommodating our needs with a genuine cordial, caring approach. Our room had the most incredible view of DC & all the monuments- it was breathtaking.

Ashley, at the front desk was very welcoming, the food ( breakfast) was fulfilling, the room and view were awesome overlooking DC. Garage and elevators are in need of cleaning but my car didn't complain nor did my tired legs after two full days of taking in the sites. The proximity to the military bases near Arlington cemetery were very welcoming. Overall a very enjoyable stay and experience. I would definitely stay here again.

Stayed here for the tattoo convention. Hotel staff was extremely nice and helpful. Bed was fantastic. Had a great nights sleep. The "buffet" at the resturant needs a lot of work. It's not a buffet when you only have two choices. Eat at the bar it's cheaper.

Great location, very friendly staff. The hotel is aged and showing it. The rooms could use some updating but are fine for a stay. The location is great with views of the pentagon and parts of Arlington national cemetery.

The parking is easy to access and very reasonable in price.

Lastly the breakfast is very expensive and lackluster. Try to find secondary accommodations for that if you can.

Switched to this hotel the day before our trip and glad we did! The place was very nice and the rooms were clean. A couple of big cons though: no fridge or microwave in the room, and the restaurant is AWFUL. But if you're not eating there or bringing leftovers back, then this is the place to stay.

I really enjoyed my stay. The only issue I had was the breakfast. I was expecting to have turkey sausage for breakfast all they had was turkey lunch meat. That was unacceptable for the price of the food.

Very nice and clean hotel with wonderful staff. I was on the 8th floor with a wonderful view of the city. I stayed here due to the burial of my son at Arlington National Cemetery. Everyone, Marines Veterans, Corpsman, and friends that came for the funeral all stayed there and had a really good experience. I gave 5 stars to the hotel, but they do need to do a better job with the restaurant. Breakfast was good, but our dinner was not at all. Very sad.

Absolutely amazing hotel a few miles from downtown DC. Convenient parking in its own dedicated garage on property, directly off the highway and with beautiful views of downtown from the rooms. We could see the Capital building lit up at night. Gorgeous lobby and clean, modern rooms. On site gift shop and restaurant, as well. Very nice price for a very nice hotel. Highly recommended.

Great hotel!! All staff were friendly and helpful but Helen (in the Club Lounge) really excels! Helen makes everyone feel like they are her top priority. Property is 10 minutes from Reagan National or Pentagon City. Shuttles run efficiently to both and drivers were all nice. Breakfast was good. Rooms were nicely cleaned each day. Fantastic views of the Pentagon, Arlington Cemetery, and the Washington monument from our room. Highly recommend staying at this hotel -- and make sure you meet Helen! (If management doesn't give her a raise, they're crazy!)

Enjoyed our stay. Right outside if DC. Breakfast was good. $10 parking per day. If you book a guest double room you will not get the view that is shown in the pictures which was a disappointment, it is blocked by trees and housing. Over all good stay, rooms are clean.

The hotel is decent; it had all the amenities required for my business trip. I was here for a meeting, and the hotel offered excellent conference facilities, making it an ideal venue. However, my room had a faint musty or damp smell, likely because it was closed and humid.

My family and I stayed 3 nights and I was delighted, no smoking rooms, no noise allowed in the other rooms, the ac worked very well, not noisy, very clean and disinfected the room. The Hotel is very well centralized just 6 minutes from the national mall and close to many places to eat. Parking only 10$ per night and only 50$ for incidental fee. I would stay the next time I return to Washington. Super recommended.!!!!

We stayed at the Sheraton Pentagon City for proximity to attend a service at the Arlington National Cemetery. Not sure what all the bad reviews are about for this location, but we did not experience any of it. In fact, it was quite the contrary. We were originally booked in a Standard 2 Queen Room but needed more space to get ready for the services, however, the Marine Corp Marathon was going on that weekend and rooms were extremely limited.

That said, LaMika Hughes went above and beyond to accommodate our needs by finding and upgrading us to a more spacious room which had a breathtaking panoramic city view to include the Arlington National Cemetery, Washington Monument, Capitol & Air Force Memorial. It really was the silver lining to our visit which ultimately made all the difference in our stay and experience.

This Sheraton is in a very convenient location. It's neat and clean with friendly and accommodating staff, the breakfast buffet was fresh and well appointed, and the hospitality was exceptional. Finally, Beatriz in the Hotel Bar & Restaurant made our dining experience extraordinary with her exceptional service and cheerful disposition!

The stay was one we will not soon forget and hope to return one day for another visit.

I've stayed at this hotel twice and enjoyed my stay each time. On both occasions, I had a wonderful view of the monument, Pentagon & Air Force memorial plus a general city overview. You can also see planes coming in and taking off from nearby Reagan Airport. I used to live in area so I probably take the view for granted but if you are visiting you will love it. The hotel is also right off 95 so easy access to and from the highway as well as Pentagon City mall area which has tons of places to shop and eat.

I had a king room on each stay. The rooms are updated and have modern fixtures in the living/sleeping space along with a mini fridge. My bathroom on the 1st stay was fine but on my 2nd stay the wall tile in the shower was rusty as a section had fallen out and been replaced. Some of that rust had also stained the bottom of the tub which made it look dirty. Otherwise the room was great & staff is always friendly. I didn't utilize the restaurant so I can't speak on that. There is also a lot of road construction around the hotel. While it's not an issue noisewise, it's just annoying to navigate through. If you are familiar with northern VA you know it's ALWAYS under construction so I'm used to it. Parking is in an attached garage which is nice particularly on cold/rainy days. Overall, I'd recommend this hotel if you will be staying in the Arlington/DC Area.

Just what was needed to visit and explore Washington DC. A great place to rest up before hitting the ground running with all the sites to see and museums to visit. The food offered is convenient before starting your day or for a quick bite before bed. The customer service was great. We had Kobe check us in upon arrival and he went above and beyond.

Best views of the Pentagon, Capitol, Washington Monument, and Lincoln Memorial! Rooms are clean and have everything but microwaves. Parking is in the attached garage. The Member's Lounge has an great breakfast everyday- and good snacks in the afternoon. The lounge staff is superb! Great place to stay in DC.

This was my second time at this hotel because the service was so great. I’d highly recommend the hotel and staff. Everyone was accommodating and went above and beyond to get to know you and make the stay perfect. The front desk was great (even a bag or candy for Valentine’s Day), Helen at the lounge was amazing, Jonathan did everything to make the stay special, and Max in the dining room made each dinner superb (the entire breakfast staff, specifically Giovanna was very kind, too). I want to thank everyone at the hotel for a great stay.

My friend and I had a great experience! We stayed at this hotel for 3 nights this week during our trip to DC and were glad to call this location home base. Fantastic view from our room (we got an upgrade to a Capitol view upon check in which was unexpected but very welcomed), convenient location near both Arlington and DC, decent sized room for two young men. I will say though that our bathroom was weirdly laid out (sink was not inside the same room as the toilet), one of the lights was flickering in the toilet room, and there were a few outlets in the room that didn’t work but absolutely none of these 3 things were deal breaking issues at all. The service when we went down to the lobby or the bar/restaurant was world class, especially from Beatriz (I think that’s her name?) at the Potomac Restaurant - this is a woman who very much enjoys her job and every time we went for breakfast or to the bar, she was there with a smile, ready at a moment’s notice and to answer any questions we had. But yes if any of my friends are planning a trip to DC in the future and are in the market for a great hotel, you can bet I will definitely be recommending the Sheraton Pentagon City. Thank you for everything during our stay!

I can't complain about anything with this hotel. The staff was great, the rooms were wonderful and the food was nice. I loved the location, it was right next to Arlington cemetery and the air force memorial. Close proximity to the pentagon and only a few min from the capital and reagan airport.

I decided to stay at this hotel for my birthday weekend, it was convenient to the highway and all the surrounding shops! The gentleman on 3rd shift made the stay well worth it. He was always smiling and willing to go the extra mile to make sure our trip was enjoyable! Well Done 🤍

It's the best hotel near pentagon. They provide free shuttle to and from the airport for free. Rooms were clean and nice. Staff was so nice that it felt like i am talking to a friend or a family member. But they were professional at what they were doing. Stay was very comfortable. If if I am in the area again, I will only stay here. 5 stars!

Decent staff and rooms but Beatriz who works in the restaurant was amazing! I stayed here every week in August and she was consistently an excellent employee for this Sheraton. Very welcoming, friendly and great at her job! Would definitely stay here again just for her!

It’s a normal hotel with a good price. What makes it better is the customer service. The gentleman that checked me in was so nice and friendly. His name was Kobe. Such a gentleman and a genuinely nice person. Gave me a $25 food credit because I walked a long way due to google map mess up and I had my baby daughter with me. Hopefully he sees this review because I really appreciate his kindness and amazing attitude.

I’d like to take a moment to recognize 2 employees that went over the top to make my stay pleasant during a very tough time for me. I recently stayed at this location due to extreme weather delays from a airline flight. During my stay Employees Carmen and Gelila where are exceptionally phenomenal and took pride in ensuring stay was comfortable. I can honestly say that this was my most memorable experience EVER at a Marriott property. I highly recommend staying the rooms where clean, staff was friendly, knowledgeable and always helpful 10STAR review! Thank you guys so much

This was my second time staying at this establishment and this is my preferred hotel in the DC area. It's easy to get to. Friendly staff, nice rooms and good food. I recommend the Margarita Pizza.

Great location across from DC. Great views. Nice rooms. Only con is the pool and observation deck were closed. We were hoping to watch fireworks from the rooftop terrace. The front desk (Marcus) is very friendly and helpful.

Nice place. I had some unfortunate experiences with the guest next door due to the holidays. But the service recovery was acceptable. Very good food at the restaurant. I'm still waiting for my points and stay to be corrected.

Front desk staff was incredibly personal, professional and helpful as I had some questions regarding my reservation. They also made sure I knew of all the amenities. I remember Gelina at the front desk helping me, she was very kind to me.

There is a shuttle to the National Mall which is super convenient (and maybe to the airport? ). It is a 10 minute drive from all of the DC attractions, minutes from the airport, and there is a parking garage- cheaper than all the other hotels nearby. Lovely views, as my room looked out over the Air Force Memorial and the Pentagon and Capitol in the background.

There is a convivence store inside the hotel for any last-minute souvenirs or forgotten items from home, as well as a bistro inside for American-style food and drinks from morning to afternoon, and again in the evening.

One more thing, it is so quiet! I travel a lot for work and when you are able to get a good night sleep, it makes a huge difference. I will be staying here again in a few week and I am excited.
