Great hotel with friendly employees. I stay here periodically for work. The last time I was there I grabbed some food from the bar the two employees were friendly & provided excellent service. They could have used some extra help though it was just two of them working .

I would have given this hotel 5 stars but it was extremely loud. I could hear people talking all night and the toilets flushing like they were next to me.

Other than that it was top notch. Great food and drinks and good prices. Very clean, easy check-in and courteous employees

SEP. 9, 2020, fitness center is open, pool is not, comfy beds, fast food across the street, towels in the fitness center, 3rd floor.

The hotel accommodated our request for an early check in. We had flown in early in the morning on Thanksgiving day. Glad that we could rest in the morning and not have to wait. Room was clean and housekeeping did a good job. The phone in our room did not work and we could not call the lobby. Hence the 4 star

I visited this location for a conference. The entry way is contemporary and the decor quickly creates a visually stimulating atmosphere. There are ample places to sit and gather, talk, relax, or have a bite to eat. There are various areas to also work or take a phone call in the lobby areas and areas that are in each floor. The conference area is easily accessible and is multifaceted in it's design. The staff is quite amazing for assistance. I can't say enough about this as I was a sighted person attending a conference for the American Federation of the Blind leadership Conference. The entire organization ensured everything was accessible for attendees and guide dogs. They were stellar in their customer service and hospitality with this situation.

The rooms were a decent size, very clean, we had a good view out our window. I personally just didn't like the wall that blocks you about 3 feet into the room. Other than that everything was good to me. I really liked the hotel elevators that had an outside look so as you went up you can see in front of the hotel.

The hotel is beautiful and hotel staff was super friendly. However, valet people are a different story. On one occasion, we had to wait for 25 minutes for our car to be retrieved. He said something like he couldn’t find our car. Not acceptable. On another occasion, I had forgotten my wallet in the car and asked them to retrieve it. The person almost rolled his eyes at me. Again, unacceptable. The lady in the valet service is very professional though, and we’ve always had a great experience with her.

Food-wise, there is a snack store inside, and two restaurants. One restaurant was a more formal one, and was always closed when we tried dining there. The second restaurant is Cinebar - informal, casual place. Not a bad place but food options are limited. Buffet has very limited selections for a buffet.

Water stations are throughout the hotel. Very convenient! Thank you for that.

The pool is tiny. Not adequate for such a huge hotel. Elevators are often a 5-10 minutes wait during big conferences, like the one we were attending.

Yolanda at the front desk is very efficient and friendly. She gave me an additional day at the govt rate when there was no availability. One busy morning, she was manning the front desk alone, serving multiple people while simultaneously answering incoming phone calls. She is an asset to the hotel!

Shuttle to the airport runs like clockwork and is very much appreciated.

Hotel gym is clean and well equipped.

Was here for a company holiday party. The staff was very helpful and the facility well maintained. The food in the buffet was very good. One of the people at my table noticed there was no bread on the buffet and asked a server about it. They brought down a plate of bread for her from the restaurant.

Nice hotel, we stayed 3 nights. Had a room close to the elevators and ice maker which was loud at times. Waiting for the elevators (they have 6) was lengthy if they were busy with a function. Shuttle from and to airport was great. Food options was good as well.

The room was nice. I only took a star because the shower area has a solid piece of glass covering half the opening, and the rest is just open which results in a large puddle of water on the floor outside the shower. I had the buffet two days in a row and ended up waiting almost until I was finished with my breakfast to get my coffee and orange juice on one day. the other day, the omelet person was missing until I had already finished my breakfast. At 25 dollars, a pop that is not adequate. Overall, though, people are friendly, and the front desk clerk was especially nice.

The hotel was extremely close to the airport which was great.

The rooms were spacious and overall the staff was pleasant.

The shuttle bus driver, Billy and housekeeping did an EXCELLENT job representing your property and definitely should be recognized because my interaction with them made the property noteworthy.

We have stayed here every year for about ten years with a Rolling Thunder conference, and we have consistently had a good experience. The staff are accommodating, and the rooms are decent. The view is great, and the Cinnabar breakfast buffet is wonderful!

The staff at this place is fabulous; from housekeeping to management. They all provided excellent service. And, the rooms were very appealing and comfortable. I was there for a conference and everything went smoothly from the food to the service provided. Thank you!

Roderick is an awesome employee here. I felt super welcomed every time I went to the front desk and saw him demonstrating extreme professionalism to everyone he encountered. In these times its rare to find genuine people and he demonstrates the reason I love the Hyatt I knew I would find the staff to be great and this gentleman far exceeded the high expectations I already had for the Hyatt. Even though Covid took away many amenities this is still a 5 star all day. Hyatt really knows how to find great people and that shows especially on my visit today 💪💪

This hotel is great!! Can be expensive for some people but is 100% worth it!! There’s a market right across the one way street that is open from 6am till 2am which is great. The pool is so clean and there is always a lifeguard. Rooms are clean and very nice, with air conditioning and heat that is quiet!! Beds are so comfortable, and staff is the nicest people ever!! They even hold the doors open for you. I would 100% recommend this for people who just want a good stay and not have to worry about really any problems.

We spent a night here since we had an early flight the next morning. Our little ones enjoyed the pool, and they had fun relaxing at the lobby bar watching the Olympics while we met up with some friends. The hotel was quiet, we had no issues with cleanliness, and the staff were helpful and polite. If I had to nitpick, I would wish for 2 queens rather than 2 doubles since we’re a family, but this hotel is probably geared for frequent fliers and convention attendees. If we decide to torture ourselves with another flight from DCA, we would definitely stay here again. Judging by the number of FAs we saw checking in and riding the shuttle in the morning, seasoned travelers seem to agree as well.

My stay has always be amazing! Hotel is close to everything you need and surrounding areas-- National Harbor, mall, monument...etc. The front desk, security, other staff and valet attendants treat you with respect with great member service. My recent stay was June 29- July 1st and it was superb. I had a personal, unexpected situation on my behalf and Irene was able to come up and help assist me (in which she did not have to). She checked on me throughout my stay and gave me the most sweetest and genuine wisdom there and at my car during my departure. I did not get the valet attendants names but they went beyond my expectations. Late night room service (delicious, and flavorful), pool, restaurant inside hotel and near and other hotel amenities are a Plus! I always refer others to stay here. Keep doing a terrific job, and providing superb service to your guests. You have a loyal member/guest from me and my family. Blessings to you all😊❤. See you soon!!

We went to visit the blerdcon event the hotel was hosting. It was a positive 4-day event with art, arcades, dance parties, lectures, and meet-ups with celebrities. The staff of the hotel was extremely helpful and friendly. I felt safe, and it was clean for the number of people visiting daily. Will definitely come back to visit their annual events here. Thank you for having us, Art of the Black Lotus ♡

Great location, clean rooms, good breakfast. Housekeeping service was generous with toiletries but stingy with towels. But a quick text took care of that. AC worked great and kept the room cool despite the 90+ degree heat outside. Pool is small but big enough for us to enjoy by ourselves. Didn't use the gym, but it looked nice.

Wonderful accommodation. The staff was very helpful during these times.

With so many restaurants closed in area, the hotel made a microwave available for use for guest in the fitness center level.

I always kept things to heat up in my room fridge.

I felt confident the room was sanitized. If you stayed less than 3 day, the room wasn't cleaned. Fresh towels and other toiletries were available if needed.

Was a beautiful and clean hotel. I checked out early since I didn’t need to stay for another night. Employee at the front desk was still going to charge me for the second night with no hesitation til I had to explain that a trainee told me to come back later since he didn’t want to mess up the system. She seemed like she wanted to give an attitude but she charge me the one night. Other than that still an amazing hotel.

Very clean, comfortable beds. The airport had to accommodate us for delayed flights. The shuttle is about 5 min from the airport. Very nice area, travel tours are nearby and good food. Super friendly, helpful staff. We have stayed at Hyatts before and we choose to stay when other options are presented.

Incredible hotel with friendly staff who provide excellent customer service. The conference rooms in the lower levels make it incredibly convenient for attendees to stay on site. The bar and kitchen are open late on the weekend. I would absolutely stay here again.

Quiet-- at least my room was--despite being so close to the airport. And unlike many of the other brands, the plumbing, thermostat etc all worked like they're supposed to. Once again, Hyatt is the best of the business/leisure brand hotels. Also, good location in the city.

My husband and I stayed here as we were bumped on our Delta flight.

Great food for dinner and breakfast!! I had the steak and my husband had a pasta dish.

"Billy" the shuttle driver was so pleasant and helpful!! we took the shuttle back to Regan airport and hopped on the Metro.

Wonderful doorman.

Great customer service at the front desk.

Stayed here quite a few times. The rooms were a little dated but were comfortable and at the end of a long day, the bed was clean and comfortable!

Service was amazing! One person in particular is Sabrina in the bar! She was always really friendly and welcoming. Even though there was sometimes months between trips, Sabrina would always remember us!

Location for us was good based on our requirements!

The staff here is as always extremely helpful but for a hotel whose average nightly cost is over 200 dollars a night the Hyatt's "amenities" are a joke. Everything is extra, the lack of even a continental breakfast is sad for the price and TWO microwaves available to guests for an entire 18 floors with hundreds of rooms. I in NO WAY fault the staff, they were wonderful and as helpful as possible, but having to pay for each additional service is highway robbery, esp when area hotels offer microwaves in the room and continental breakfasts.

We stayed here overnight prior to departing from DCA. There is so much to like about this hotel from the wonderful staff to the great views and super location. We were upgraded to a better room and just felt so appreciated during our short stay. The airport shuttle was on time and provided great service. We will stay here again. Thank you!

Was a nice convention center with many different vendors and cosplayers. I definitely enjoyed the atmosphere and the vibes. The staff was very accommodating and was welcoming to our requests. My only gripe was the lack of air conditioning in some areas.

Very clean and modern rooms. Fridges are in the rooms which is always a wonderful thing. I love the lighting in the room! Everything is fresh and vibrant! I think the bathroom is a tad small but it has an industrial look so it's sort of gets away with it. Also it has an Ethernet plug!!! Always a good thing!!! Overall I really enjoy this hotel great customer service and great design! And nice views from the 14th floor.

Located less than 10mins from airport. Offers shuttle to airport free of charge.

Check-in staff was very friendly, and provided helpful and useful information without being asked. Room was clean and comfortable. Only issue with room, were the outlet on right side of bed didn't work, as well as the power tower on nightstand. Not a big issue since I have a 2hr wait for my flight, and can charge phone in airport. Can see though how could be a major inconvenience for someone in a rush, and unaware phone didn't charge.

Still a nice hotel. Would stay again

Got stuck in town for an extra night when my plane was delayed long enough that I would've missed my connection home. Ended up with a voucher here and everyone was beyond accommodating. The check in process was smooth and easy. They provided everything I needed for an overnight (toothbrush, toothpaste, mouthwash, deodorant, comb). They also provided a summary sheet of information upon arrival, which I found incredibly helpful. I'd definitely stay here again.

Edit to add: the AC was cold and the shower was hot - not something I always find

Service in Cinnabar was impeccable. Everyone in the restaurant was nice and very attentive. We didn’t have to ask for refills and they brought coffee without asking. They were so nice and the food was great on the Buffett. The room rate was cheap and the rooms were comfy and quiet. No disturbances and we never heard any planes.

Went to a Vendors Expo Event. All was A+ Every attendant was extremely helpful with assisting with any questions and directions. I was tickled 😂 that there was even an attendee in the elevator as in the old days, too cute 🥰 Valet parking was helpful and quick. Thanks for a wonderful time and day.

Bathroom is way too small and only half door on shower so it gets floor wet.

Air filters in the room were long overdue

For changing …. Completely caked with dust … we change every 30-90 days depending on filter quality…. Looks like over a year or more on these.

Excellent valet and front desk staff!!!

Restaurant and bar are not open for convenience of patrons ….. restaurant closes too early and bar opens too late.

This was a last-minute reservation after a mess up by Expedia at another hotel.

We booked here and are much happier staying here than the hotel we moved from.

The Cinnebar breakfast is pricy, but well worth it!!!!

Dinner and drinks were great, too.

The gentleman at the check-in desk was very polite!

Thank you, Hyatt Regency, for a wonderful stay!

From the moment we arrived we were impressed and pleased with the friendliness of the concierge at check in and the well maintained beautiful property. Very modern. We had a nice time at the bar and enjoyed a few glasses of wine and the next morning had a nice breakfast at Cinnabar on the second floor of the hotel. I really didn’t want to check out of this place. Very cozy, very clean.

Our organization had a scholarship dinner dance there, and I was impressed with the upkeep of the hotel, a beautiful place,

The atmosphere was very nice and friendly. The staff was very professional and very helpful. The food was very good. I have never stayed at Hyatt Regency, so I can't rate the rooms yet. The only problem I had was the parking, and it's not handicap accessible no elevators from the parking lot to the hotel, if you self park. overall, the hotel experience was great.

One of my go-tos in the DC area. It’s older style but I have no complaints with the rooms. The breakfast buffet is better than many others and, as a globalist, I’ve been very consistently upgraded to a suite here. I wish there was a little more right there and that the nearest metro entrance was a bit closer but it’s also usually priced a bit better than other options

I've visited this location several times over the decades during conventions. The hotel itself is nice and in pretty good shape. Stayed in the 5th floor during a convention.

Room was clean and serviced daily. There was a couple of things forgotten during daily cleanups that were a bit of a hassle but the front desk was quick to resolve or provide. Service is acceptable.

Location is really the only downside. Parking can be a hassle and fills quickly during events but availability of nearby paid parking helps alleviate lack of space. Decent availability of amenities within the Crystal City area with access to the VRE and Metro Stations. It's convenience from Reagan National is also a plus.

Overall a decent hotel with good rooms and service.

I enjoyed my stay. I do have a few complaints though. The carpet was not fully cleaned by the window, the coffee maker was not cleaned on the inside. And for me personally the pillows were way too soft. The front desk clerk was a little attitude, I don't remember his name. No one said anything about when the restaurant was open or closed. Other than that it is a lovely hotel and I would stay there again but request better pillows.

My wife and I got stranded at the airport for 14 hours or so. We found this hotel by accident but I am so so happy we did! Virginia at the front desk was a welcome blessing! She was very understanding and very helpful getting us a room for the day! I can not say enough about her! Please please please let her read this or give her the credit she deserves!

The hotel is very very nice and well kept! Beautiful building and will definitely love to stay again on a vacation to the DC area!

Thank you so much Virginia! You are doing a wonderful job and you can tell she truly cares about people!!!

This hotel was truly MAGNIFICENT! My stay here was absolutely wonderful! This recent visit was my first time coming to Arlington (mainly DC) and I definitely had a great time. Alan and Mai were so helpful towards me and made my accommodation so easy. They gave me a map to let me know what the surrounding area contained as far as activities and restaurants. This hotel is just mere minutes away from the airport too, so that’s super convenient! I most definitely will be coming back for sure! Thanks again Hyatt Regency Staff!!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Hyatt Regency Crystal City, and I must say, the service I received from Rose at the front desk was nothing short of exceptional. Arriving late at night after a long day of travel, I was greeted with a warm smile and a level of professionalism that immediately put me at ease.

Rose went above and beyond to ensure that my check-in process was smooth and hassle-free. Despite the late hour, she was attentive, patient, and made me feel like a valued guest. She handled everything with grace and efficiency, answering all my questions and accommodating my requests without hesitation.

What truly sets Rose apart is her genuine care for the guests. She didn’t just do her job; she went the extra mile to make sure I was comfortable and had everything I needed for my stay. Her kindness and attention to detail are the reasons why I will definitely be returning to this location in the future.

Rose is a true asset to the Hyatt team, and I hope her hard work and dedication do not go unnoticed. If you’re looking for a hotel with outstanding service, I highly recommend the Hyatt Regency Crystal City, thanks to the exceptional service provided by Rose.

Pros:

- location

- Beds and Pillows

- water pressure

- breakfast buffet

-walking distance from a good nightlife

Cons:

- no parking unless you valet for $45

- Price for what you get, unless you're a member breakfast is not included

- staff was hit or miss with who you got. Check in was not great, check out was quick but not friendly.

All in all it was a good stay for DC. My room did not come with a shower curtain, so it flooded thr bathroom door. The lady who assisted me with this problem was very apologetic and went out of her way to make sure I was taken care off. Still ruined the hotel experience.

Like I said hit or miss with the staff. I would stay at the Renaissance across the street.

We stay at this property a majority of the time when we visit this area. It's a beautiful hotel in a great location. The staff is always pleasant and they offer a lot of great amenities.

They now have a market right across the street that stays open late and offers some great options for reasonable prices. This was the first time we visited with it being open, which was a very pleasant surprise.

I will say upon arriving this visit it felt weird. There was some type of Christmas convention going on and there were Christmas trees and American flag decorations everywhere. It just hit different because it wasn't holiday time or even Christmas in July. They normally have a snack center in the lobby that had been removed to accommodate this convention and their decorations. My husband and I found that quite inconvenient and dismissive of other guests and their needs.

The rooms are nice, clean and quite spacious. They service them daily which is great. Two concerns are the refrigerator is so small you can barely fit much in it and there's no microwave. If you have a need to use a microwave you have to visit the second floor of the hotel.

There is a gift shop located inside with limited hours, a pool, valet/covered parking, bar and restaurant available on this property. It's also conveniently located by restaurants, drug stores, night life, highways and Reagan International Airport.

Overall, we had a nice stay and will most likely stay here again in the future.

We have used the airport parking several times at this hotel. Always happy with the service here. Our resent visit ended with my car being damaged. Unfortunately I did not see the damage until the next day when I went to the car in the driveway and spotted the damage. I have reached out to the hotel several times and left messages. I have not received a call back regarding my issue. I understand accidents happen but I would have excepted this hotel to try and resolve the issue. I would not recommend parking at this hotel if you want your car returned in the same way it was received.

Since my original post I was contacted by Marcellus from the Hyatt Regency to discuss the matter. He was very diligent in investigating my issue and was quick to help me resolve things. He is a stellar employee and should be recognized for his efforts. Thank you Marcellus for your help and we will attempt to use the parking services again in the future. I have changed my star rating to reflect service I received over the past two weeks!

Fine place to stay if you have to catch a flight the next morning, but wouldn’t recommend it for much more than that. The photos on the website are misleading. I booked a king room “high floor,” and while the photos displayed large windows and a good view, I was placed in a room with a window so small that hardly any daylight got in. After asking to change rooms, I was told it would be an additional $20 to move to a room with the same windows displayed on the website for the room I booked.

Breakfast in the restaurant was seriously understaffed. Took 10 minutes just to get a coffee to go. I’ll likely try a different property the next time I have an early flight out of DCA. Only real benefit of this place is the location, just two minutes from the airport, but even then, the shuttle departed 8 minutes late.

Hotel is in walking distance to DCA Reagan National. Rooms are spacious and have a clean decent fridge. Hotel was clean which is a huge improvement from my last visit a year ago. The five stars are for the the excellent staff! Modinat W., the front desk clerk is professional and a pleasure. She was able to handle an issue with ease. Hopefully she is in a position to mentor new hires. Bernard K, also very professional and definitely an asset to the Hyatt. He stepped right in and handled a second issue quickly and proficiently. Hopefully Bernard is in a position to mentor new hires in his department as well. Both provided me with exceptional service. My stay was upgraded on another level because of my interaction with these two individuals. They made my stay 5 stars. Also helps that housekeeping has improved as the room was spotless.

Great location, but their employees are amazing. Smooth check-in and out, quick valet service, but two employees helped me in the middle of the night. I woke up in the middle of the night feeling very sick, my blood sugar had plummeted to 56 and I was disoriented, weak and not able to move safely, but I called the desk and let Tom know what was going on and that I was too weak to even make it to the lobby to grab something to get me back into normal range. A few minutes later, Irena was at my door to help. They both made sure I knew if I needed anything to call back immediately. I was very grateful for their assistance. In today’s world, where I’m finding so many employees taking advantage of not providing what companies used to expect regarding customer service, I have to say, each employee I interacted with at this Hyatt Regency was professional, kind and seemed happy and it’s so nice to see when the number of negative employee stories are on the rise! FANTASTIC job to the staff at the Hyatt Regency and their management!

The hotel staff was very friendly. The room was okay, I'm just not a fan of the half shower wall with the other half open. The location was okay. The really nice part was the shuttle to and from the airport! That service is wonderful!

In all fairness I didn't get to stay a full day due to being booked here after my flight got canceled. That being said it is a very nice hotel. The lobby and restaurant/bar was a wide open area and nice designs and aesthetically pleasing look and mood. The room was very spacious and very comfortable. I did not however appreciate the shower designs.. That felt... Invasive? Bathroom wasn't big compared to how big the room was. But, the shower offered no privacy. You couldn't actually close the shower. You stepped in behind a glass wall and the shower head is round and just faces down and there's nothing you can really do to fix it. So instead of water coming at you it's just dumping on your head more or less. I absolutely hated the shower, your miles may vary.

Well, I will give staff efforts a sharp five stars for sure. We overall had a fine stay, and picked this spot because reviews mentioned it being fairly quiet; we are light sleepers. It was overall true except our first room had a hotel party next door, and that was a surprise. It just felt that the hotel residents were gritty and party oriented or weekend warriors more than anything else. So I cannot say it’s a dignified hotel locale or top notch 4 star. It’s a bit more anything else. Rooms seem clean and organized. Hotel food is worthless on every account unfortunately, but nearby spots. YES this hotel has a shuttle to DCA Regan airport and it takes 10 minutes and runs every 20, and it’s free to ride.

Remember to use Hᴏᴛᴇʟʙᴜʟʟʏ.ᴄᴏᴍ when booking any hotel. This website will compare thousands of booking web sites and normally will have rooms a lot cheaper than others! Thank me later! This place is the best rated in the area. I have been staying here for a long time. If you decide to stay here you definitely won't regret it.

Upon arrival the valet gentlemen were very welcoming and friendly, especially Bernard who helped us. The room was clean and comfortable, the pool looked amazing although I didn’t personally visit. The breakfast had a decent selection. My guest & I thoroughly enjoyed our visit and will chose Hyatt again.

Enjoyed my stay! I stayed a night due to a flight cancelation and have no complaints! Both airport shuttle drivers I had were polite and helped with my bags. The hotel staff was friendly. The food at the on site restaurant was amazing! The hotel was clean and the room was perfect! If I end up back in the area I will definitely be staying here again!

Attended the NOVA Open gaming event at this location. This was the second time attending this event, and as always it was a lot of fun. There was plenty of space for all the vendors and game tournaments being held.

The elevators and escalators did not seem to however cope well with the event as the several elevators broke down and the escalators stopped working. The same thing happened last year.

Food at the restaurant in the hotel seems to be overpriced, but is very good, thankfully there are plenty of places to eat outside of the hotel.

I had a wonderful time staying here. The breakfast buffet was spectacular. Clean comfortable rooms and accessible shuttle transport as well as a bar and other resources. Very good stay. The Shopette is expensive though. Otherwise, no complaints.

This is such a nice place! It is beautiful. The buffet is so good: lots of fruits and meats. They make fresh ommelettes for you.

The staff are generally all friendly and polite. Some, like the buffet workers and the ones that clean the rooms, are great. They are super professional, kind and great people.

The view from the top floor is nice!

I had a wonderful stay here! Everyone was very friendly and accommodating. Great gift shop, bar, and restaurant attached. My room was perfectly clean when I arrived and the bed was very comfortable. I had been traveling up the east coast when I stayed here and can honestly say this was the nicest hotel I stayed at during my trip. I also had a very affordable rate which made the experience even better. Great place!

Staff is great - had to make some special requests and they listened well and helped accommodate us much as possible. Cool building and so convenient to DCA!

Great place to stay. Great service. The room was well equipped for charging. The restaurant had absolutely outstanding food that I could get gluten free. Big bonus while traveling. The hotel is very close to both the airport and the capitol and other important government buildings. We were able to quickly get to sightseeing places like the Vietnam Wall, Korean War Memorial among others. Will be returning next trip.

Great hotel. Staff very accommodating. Somehow my room was booked twice. A couple with a key card walked into my room. The envelope that held their key card had our room number on it. We slept with the latch on and put the do not disturb sign on the door when we left. I mentioned it at check out. And the attendant was very apologetic. I would stay again but keep the sign on the door.

After a long day of canceled flights and exhaustion, I was greeted by Jessica at the front desk who was kind, welcoming, and took great care of me. Room was spacious & quiet and shuttle was right on time to get me to airport early this morning. A seamless experience. Would go back!

This hotel is big with lots of facilities! Is very close to a Metro station if you want to go sight seeing. And the airport van is big and spacious. The rooms are a good size and very clean. The staff is friendly! I had the pleasure of having a little problem solved very quickly and efficient by Mae ! Thank You! And thank you Hyatt!

This review is only for the airport shuttle driver who was driving tonight (the Black man of shorter stature, sorry I didn’t catch his name). He is exactly the kind of person Hyatt should do anything to retain! He looks out for the best interests of the hotel and its insurance policy above the interests of random individual people. Hyatt should give him a raise for demonstrating responsibility as a driver and representative of the hotel. There are not many workers these days who demonstrate loyalty to their company and ownership over fulfilling their duties the way he does.

Here’s a gem of advice: before any hotel booking, look at HoteIDuIIy.cᴏm It’s a game changer.

Stayed at this hotel for a conference. Hotel staff are very helpful and polite. Valet service was slow. Didn't really care for the Lobbibar menu, but that is just personal preference. The room was clean. The only complaint is that the bathroom filter really needs cleaning out. Major hanging garden on that vent. The air conditioning never hit the setpoint during my 5 day stay. Overall, the cost really isn't worth it. Amenities are minimal, and lack of microwave is ridiculous.

Staff was exceptionally nice and helpful. Room was clean, bed very comfortable and nice choice of pillows. The bathroom toiletries,I know not normally reviewed however, pleasant smell and enough in the bottle to shampoo a d condition Med-long hair. Views from the roof were breathtaking.

I was there for a Con. So they did have to limit some things to make it more convenient, but it was worth it. The restaurant and bar were very good, and there are plenty of places to eat in waking/ driving distance. The staff were very nice and helpful.

Anytime I’m able to stay at the Hyatt at Crystal City I do! I love this hotel and I love the staff. I’ve always had great experiences here. Even after spending the entire day traveling this place always makes me feel at home.

Staff attentive and friendly! I stay here with my large groups that they accommodate easily! Rooms clean and updated. Breakfast always a plus with a wide selection served daily. Small coffee shop with take out available as well.

Gym has a variety of equipment and is open 24 hours. Convenient shuttle service to Reagan Airport.

Rooms are clean and building is well maintained. Room service is very quick and accurate. Daily cleaners are kind of slow. Not a problem if you skip the cleaning while you're staying. Front desk is sometimes hit or miss. Initial interaction the incidental charge was explained as a one time reversable $50 fee. After seeing a charge for $200 went back and was explained it's $50 per day. Not an issue but would have been nice to be clear up front.

My room at the hotel was great. It was large, clean, and had a great space to work from. The gym was also pretty good and it was nice that they had multiple dining options.

Cons were the elevators, which sometimes took almost 10 minutes to arrive, and when I would text the front desk to have valet bring my car up, sometimes I would come down 15-20 minutes later and the car still wouldn’t be there.

Everything with The Hyatt Regency Crystal City At Reagan National Airportwas first class from check-in to service to the suite to the staff to the restaurants and casinos. Definitely the most pleasurable and enjoyable that experience I have ever had!

Pretty nice hotel very close to the airport with a shuttle every 20 min. There's a few small places to eat within walking distance. It's less than 15 min to most of the historical things to see in DC, 7 min to Arlington, 10 min to Vietnam memorial. The gym is decent with a smith machine and dumbbells to 50lbs.

Stayed here after Hilton canceled my reservation for late arrival. Will stay here every time from now on when traveling to DC. The rooms are very relaxing, the area is clean and safe. The service at hotel is excellent for what I need from a hotel. The early check in without added fees and the shuttle service to and from airport is very convenient. Rooms are a bit more expensive than what I would have paid at Hilton but the hotel and services was worth it for me. For a trip once every two months not a bad price. Well located to areas of interest to visit while in DC.

Nice hotel. Rooms were clean and seemed fairly updated. Staff was all nice and helpful. A good option for close to the airport. The shuttle to/from airport is convenient. Only drawback is it's not close the national Mall and Museums or to the Metro. Prepare to take a taxi/Uber.

The hotel and staff were very nice and helpful. Now for $45 a day for valet parking should be more efficient. Most of the time there was no one at the valet station and I had to wait 20mind to get my car back. This wouldn't be so bad if I wasn't starving

Had a great stay here while visiting the area. Room was a good size, and very comfortable and clean. Appreciated the free shuttle to and from the airport, which also allowed me to connect to the Metro to venture into DC. Billy, the shuttle driver, was especially friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay here again.

I love coming to this hotel. The staff has always been professional and friendly. Always willing to go the extra mile. They have taken extra measures to keep travelers safe. Extensive cleaning and attention is given to each room. Even the remote was sanitized and sealed. This is the comfort needed when traveling at this time.

I ordered food from the restaurant. The grass fed burger was my meal of choice and it didn't disappoint. It was a nice sized portion. Cooked to perfection.

If you come during the day, there many places to walk to for food or to sightsee.

Nice, clean place to stay. Very friendly and helpful staff. Within walking distance of several restaurants. This was the perfect location for me as I did not need to rent a car to be able to get to and from the hotel and the airport, and was in walking distance of my working location and other amenities. There is a bike share station behind the hotel property as well as nearby metro access.

I had a fantastic stay at the Hyatt Regency Crystal City at Reagan National Airport. The hotel's location couldn't be more convenient, especially for travelers. Being in close proximity to the airport made my journey seamless, and the nearby attractions were an added bonus.

The hotel's commitment to quality was evident from the moment I arrived. The staff's warm welcome and attentive service set the tone for my stay. The highlight, however, was the exceptional dining experience. The food exceeded my expectations with its delectable flavors and presentation. The high standards were evident in every dish.

One aspect that truly impressed me was the high-speed internet connectivity. Whether I was catching up on work emails or streaming content, the reliable and fast internet connection made it a breeze.

The rooms were not only comfortable and well-designed but also impeccably clean. The attention to detail in maintaining cleanliness was commendable.

Overall, my time at the Hyatt Regency Crystal City was marked by a great location, top-notch dining, and a commitment to quality service. The combination of these factors made my stay truly memorable. If you're seeking a comfortable stay with excellent amenities, this hotel should be your top choice.

Hyatt Regency hotels are often hit and miss and inconsistent depending on location; this property is definitely one of the better ones! Front desk service was great. Housekeeping did a good job and responded to requests promptly. Elevators were pretty fast. Rooms were clean and neat although they did feel a little dated. The Ambassador suite was decent with a really nice balcony and view of the airport - the proximity to DCA (national airport) is great. Would recommend staying here in the area!

The hotel is very clean and modern. The staff is very friendly and attentive. Ms. Krystal was the manager on duty when I arrived after a very long Christmas day. She was warm and welcoming. She went above and beyond for me. A+++

I had a great stay at Hyatt Crystal City. I was there for a book conference and misplaced a tote full of books signed by their authors. Irena in security was VERY kind to me on the phone when I called multiple times. I had been told they had my book, but then it couldn't be found the next day. Irena stayed in contact with me, and she reached out to all of the employees at the front desk. After a week, Irena found Betsy who DID have my belongings. Thank you to both of them for their kindness. They could have blown me off entirely. Instead they were communicative and will be shipping my special items back to me.

If I come back to the DC area, I'll definitely stay here simply because of the people. The staff are so kind. The bar/restaurant staff were wonderful, and our room was very nice as well.

Stayed at this hotel for a convention and they were awesome! There were two conventions going on at once but they did not miss a beat! Beautiful pool and REALLY nice gym! The ballrooms and conference areas are downstairs as to not disturb the other patrons! Food at the restaurant was really good and seating is plentiful. I experienced issues with my WiFi but I would attribute that to the influx of traffic with all the people!

Nice accommodations. Rooms are modern and clean. Convenient to lots of restaurants nearby and a couple running trails. Seems to be a hopping hotel with lots of conventions and large groups. There's a big conference area downstairs and the fitness area is also nice.

This is the second time I have stayed in this location. The first time was in July 2019 when I was studying and taking classes for my Cisco certification. This time, I'm here for recreation. Both the first time and now have been a wonderful, comfortable stay, with nice, clean, modern rooms, and wonderful, responsive staff to my needs.

I had a little issue as my parents used their rewards points to pay for my stay. However, when I tried to use their card to allow a $50 authorization for room damages, I was told I need a card under my name or the system won't accept me since the room was under my name. Not sure why the card that was used to pay for the room isn't allowed to pay the charges, but it is what it is. Just make sure you bring a card under your name. Also none of the vending machines had any drinks stocked on my floor and several others above and below it that I checked.

Other than that, the hotel is nice, the staff is great, and I will definitely choose the Hyatt again next time I'm in the DC area. I will also recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to DC. The price is affordable and the service great.

The hotel is beautiful. Rooms are cozy, comfortable and spacious. I only gave the hotel four stars because I found some of the walls in my room dirty and the hotel must do better with the front desk team. Upon check-in there were no "welcome to the Hyatt or enjoy your stay". I received no warm greeting from the front desk. I only received "please provide your ID and credit card". I found that to be rude and unprofessional.

Nonetheless, the Hyatt valet team were amazing and hardworking. I appreciate the entire valet team. Shout-out to an amazing employee name Aster in the Cinnabar. Aster made me feel welcomed. She was amazing and I appreciated her service and professionalism.

Housekeeping was visible and on the floor everyday. Thank you Housekeeping for keeping us comfortable.

I recommend this hotel. Should you need anything while there all you need to do is call front desk and you will receive prompt attention to your needs. This hotel offers a great pool and gym!

Re-train front desk and I'm sure this establishment will receive 5 stars going forward. Warm welcomes are always appreciated. Trust me on this. You're welcome!

Friends and I attend a convention here every fall. It is an outstanding venue and hotel. Property is beautiful, the rooms are clean and well kept. Services are quality and very helpful. The restaurants and bars in center a pricey but quality. The convention center is huge and accommodating. Close to multiple shopping centers, restaurants, and other entertainment of you are just staying and looking for things to do. Just across the river is all the DC attractions. An excellent hotel to base your vacation out of or have your even at. Located conveniently next to Regan International Airport.

Decent hotel i guess. Saw it and thought, hmmm great price and so I booked. What they don't tell you is they only valet park and $45. Also they're no microwaves in the rooms which sucks. Other than that, decent stay.

From the check in with Kelly to the shuttle to and from the airport I had a wonderful stay at this location. I especially want to highlight Billy the shuttle driver he was so welcoming and gracious!! I asked him how he liked the US and he said “I DONT LIKE IT!..... I LOVE IT!!! He was my first impression of Washington and represented your hotel well!!! The only thing that was disappointing was that the restaurant in the hotel was closed but the front desk has a small refrigerator with fruit cups, salads, wraps, cookies and drinks. I will definitely stay here again if I come back to Washington!!
