Wonderful accommodation. The staff was very helpful during these times.
With so many restaurants closed in area, the hotel made a microwave available for use for guest in the fitness center level.
I always kept things to heat up in my room fridge.
I felt confident the room was sanitized. If you stayed less than 3 day, the room wasn't cleaned. Fresh towels and other toiletries were available if needed.

The hotel is a nice property and clean. There is no bottled water in the rooms. Very very limited food and beverage offerings. The night lights in.my room did not work. Front desk staff were accommodating.
Staff is attentive and aware of needs. Property is nice and the amenities are complete. The only down side Aretha showers. Someone designed them to have glass walls with no door. This makes taking a shower a chore. Room phones usually don't work, which isn't a big deal cause 9f cell phones.
I would have given this hotel 5 stars but it was extremely loud. I could hear people talking all night and the toilets flushing like they were next to me.
Other than that it was top notch. Great food and drinks and good prices. Very clean, easy check-in and courteous employees
From the check in with Kelly to the shuttle to and from the airport I had a wonderful stay at this location. I especially want to highlight Billy the shuttle driver he was so welcoming and gracious!! I asked him how he liked the US and he said “I DONT LIKE IT!..... I LOVE IT!!! He was my first impression of Washington and represented your hotel well!!! The only thing that was disappointing was that the restaurant in the hotel was closed but the front desk has a small refrigerator with fruit cups, salads, wraps, cookies and drinks. I will definitely stay here again if I come back to Washington!!
Decent hotel i guess. Saw it and thought, hmmm great price and so I booked. What they don't tell you is they only valet park and $45. Also they're no microwaves in the rooms which sucks. Other than that, decent stay.
Staff is great - had to make some special requests and they listened well and helped accommodate us much as possible. Cool building and so convenient to DCA!

I love coming to this hotel. The staff has always been professional and friendly. Always willing to go the extra mile. They have taken extra measures to keep travelers safe. Extensive cleaning and attention is given to each room. Even the remote was sanitized and sealed. This is the comfort needed when traveling at this time.
I ordered food from the restaurant. The grass fed burger was my meal of choice and it didn't disappoint. It was a nice sized portion. Cooked to perfection.
If you come during the day, there many places to walk to for food or to sightsee.

No stars...the bathrooms were not cleaned properly. Hair on the floor..bathtub was dirty. Wall peeling with visible paint chips. No towels or wash cloths. Totally disappointed. Manager did refund fifty dollars for each rooms. Koodos for her
Very bad experience. No room service, trash bags all over the corridors because no one is cleaning the rooms. I asked for room service and they said they are not cleaning until checkout (new policy due to Covid19) we had to ask for clean towels!!! I understand that the situation is putting everyone at risk but there are ways to keep your staff safe. At least replace towels, collect trash.
When I made the reservation, the pool and breakfast included were the 2 factors I considered to book. Location was also a deciding factor. After the reservation was completed, card charged, I received an email from Hyatt that the pool would be closed during my stay. Upon arriving, I inquired what time breakfast is served and they informed me that it had also been discontinued and the closest place to get breakfast would be within a 10-15 minute walk distance. I purchased this through Cheaptickets and both amenities are listed as available in their website hence my decision to stay there. The room, staff and location were great.

Roderick is an awesome employee here. I felt super welcomed every time I went to the front desk and saw him demonstrating extreme professionalism to everyone he encountered. In these times its rare to find genuine people and he demonstrates the reason I love the Hyatt I knew I would find the staff to be great and this gentleman far exceeded the high expectations I already had for the Hyatt. Even though Covid took away many amenities this is still a 5 star all day. Hyatt really knows how to find great people and that shows especially on my visit today 💪💪

Everything with The Hyatt Regency Crystal City At Reagan National Airportwas first class from check-in to service to the suite to the staff to the restaurants and casinos. Definitely the most pleasurable and enjoyable that experience I have ever had!
Anytime I’m able to stay at the Hyatt at Crystal City I do! I love this hotel and I love the staff. I’ve always had great experiences here. Even after spending the entire day traveling this place always makes me feel at home.
Room that I reserved was "unavailable" however for a small upgrade fee, they did have the room I reserved available. Never encountered this racket before.
Room service in plastic, brown paper bag, cold. 35 bucks gets you a gas station sandwich, 4 ounces of mac & cheese, and a pretty awesome side of Brussels sprouts, flavorful, well seasoned, and cooked just right....oddly enough. For the delivery fee, 21% service charge, and tip, I was hoping for a real plate, and maybe a glass of ice water. You have to order the water, for $4.95, get the ice down the hall, and enjoy it from a paper coffee cup.
If you are stuck at a government conference, there are worse places, but don't choose this hotel, just about any place is better. The level of amenity is on par with a freeway side red roof inn, prices are on par with the Hyatt Regency. Guess they found another way to fleece hard working Americans here to help solve the opioid crisis, and its impact on our youth, compliments of you, our tax payers.
Fantastic venue. Beautiful lobby, lots of convention space, and wonderful staff. Everyone here is so accommodating and willing to make your day better and it really shows.

Great place to stay. Great service. The room was well equipped for charging. The restaurant had absolutely outstanding food that I could get gluten free. Big bonus while traveling. The hotel is very close to both the airport and the capitol and other important government buildings. We were able to quickly get to sightseeing places like the Vietnam Wall, Korean War Memorial among others. Will be returning next trip.
Nice accommodations. Rooms are modern and clean. Convenient to lots of restaurants nearby and a couple running trails. Seems to be a hopping hotel with lots of conventions and large groups. There's a big conference area downstairs and the fitness area is also nice.
A very pleasant atmosphere easy enough to get here from airport. Check-in was extremely pleasantly surprised friendly. Clean comfortable room!!
The staff at this place is fabulous; from housekeeping to management. They all provided excellent service. And, the rooms were very appealing and comfortable. I was there for a conference and everything went smoothly from the food to the service provided. Thank you!
I am world of Hyatt and stay at their properties all over. This place is a mixed bag. Front desk staff is great, they were kind and helpful, very efficient.
Parking and bar staff were another story. Parking guys acted put out about being valet, which is their job. Bar staff was nonexistent both times I went down for a fill and gave me a very hard time about using a pint glass to enjoy a beer I had brought with me. Hyatt staff are usually much more hospitable in that respect.
This all said, the deal to sleep, park and fly is pretty competitive. Just some loose ends.
Was here for a company holiday party. The staff was very helpful and the facility well maintained. The food in the buffet was very good. One of the people at my table noticed there was no bread on the buffet and asked a server about it. They brought down a plate of bread for her from the restaurant.

Very clean, comfortable beds. The airport had to accommodate us for delayed flights. The shuttle is about 5 min from the airport. Very nice area, travel tours are nearby and good food. Super friendly, helpful staff. We have stayed at Hyatts before and we choose to stay when other options are presented.
Was a beautiful and clean hotel. I checked out early since I didn’t need to stay for another night. Employee at the front desk was still going to charge me for the second night with no hesitation til I had to explain that a trainee told me to come back later since he didn’t want to mess up the system. She seemed like she wanted to give an attitude but she charge me the one night. Other than that still an amazing hotel.
This place changed my experience with Hyatt Regency, old room and building, staff are nice and doing their best but they have some limits.

I planned to work from my room and having Internet issue here forced me to go out in the morning and look for a place with connectivity.
Bathroom is old and not clean.

Beautiful hotel! The room was spacious, clean, and very well-kept. Great atmosphere in a beautiful area. Close to DC area and easy access to highways. Would definitely go back again.
Staff was friendly and attentive. Food was memorably bland and fair quality. I ordered the beef brisket sandwich which was dry. I also ordered a pepperoni pizza which I discovered was half burnt but only after I had already taken it to my room. I also ordered a chicken noodle which was good. Room service was prompt with food delivery.
A loud banging all night long. Due to the staff room next door? We let concierge and the front desk know about it, and it only was louder the next night. There was no pool, and a very small workout room with limited options. No sauna, no steam room, no hot tub. My staff impression is that they're so busy they care little about any issue. We had a terrific time on our vacation, despite this hotel.
Attended the NOVA Open gaming event at this location. This was the second time attending this event, and as always it was a lot of fun. There was plenty of space for all the vendors and game tournaments being held.
The elevators and escalators did not seem to however cope well with the event as the several elevators broke down and the escalators stopped working. The same thing happened last year.
Food at the restaurant in the hotel seems to be overpriced, but is very good, thankfully there are plenty of places to eat outside of the hotel.
This is such a nice place! It is beautiful. The buffet is so good: lots of fruits and meats. They make fresh ommelettes for you.
The staff are generally all friendly and polite. Some, like the buffet workers and the ones that clean the rooms, are great. They are super professional, kind and great people.

I had a wonderful time staying here. The breakfast buffet was spectacular. Clean comfortable rooms and accessible shuttle transport as well as a bar and other resources. Very good stay. The Shopette is expensive though. Otherwise, no complaints.

My friends and I were very disappointed with our stay here. I booked my rooms for an event in July back in march, I called on Thursday the day before our arrival to speak with an hotel operator to inform them that we wanted an earlier check in(2 rooms) since the event we would be attending was starting earlier that morning and inquired about our rooms . We were assured that we would be able to do that and that our rooms would also be possibly connected. They informed me to call the day of our arrival to verify everything was in order. The following day I called to confirm my previous request, I spoke with their Front Desk Manager Christopher and was assured that everything would be as requested upon our arrival. Once we got to the front desk for early check in, we were told that that everything we requested were not possible and an early check in fee would be applied as well. They also said that we were not able to have our two rooms together as well. So not only could we not check in but they offered no solutions to solve the issue of not having two rooms available, upon arrival I tried to call Christopher multiple times but the line was constantly being “disconnected”. We even said that we spoke to Christopher but the front desk assistant Rahel said there was nothing she could do because the rooms were booked. I am confused as to why that wasn’t said over the phone the past few days instead of us having the mindset that our rooms were available. Not only was it said days before the event, but I was literally told the same thing hours before our arrival as well. Why are rooms booked when our rooms were already reserved? Also during our stay we didn’t have any maids come through to give us fresh towels and cloths for the entire weekend. As a guest, I did not feel welcomed nor did the hotel staff make any effort accommodate someone who booked 4 months in advance.
