I like parking here. It's in a garage and they offer shuttle service to and from airport. I have parked here before and have had no problems.
Using Park Access for nine days for airport off-site parking at DCA was great. Finding the website was easy and the process was not difficult. The only updates I would suggest are to keep the website updated of all changes such as the shuttle running times (had changed from 1 hr. to 30 mins.) and to include the process of filling out necessary paperwork at the hotel's front desk prior to leaving your car. Overall, the process was smooth and easy. I would use the service again. 👍🏽👍🏽

I had a good experience looking car here when we were going for family Vacation at Orlando. It was a day to make the reservation and the shuttle drop us at the airport and pick up on time. I use them again if I have to.
It was very easy making a reservation for our car. The hotel staff was AMAZING to interact with. They did everything possible to make our parking experience the safest and easiest as possible. Form the front desk to the shuttle driver, everyone went out of their way to help. I can only give them (5) stars by this survey, but personally they deserve (10).
We were first time users. The only issue we had was on our return. We validated our parking ticket without issue but when we went to leave the parking garage it didn’t recognize the ticket. We had at repair and go back up to the front deck. They gave us a new ticket, which corrected the issue. Other than that it worked out great, I will no longer use onsite parking at the airport. The cost was half the price.
