The lobby, bar and front desk is very nice and the employees are very helpful. I had the king bed room, several of the outlets didn't work and the USB ports in the room were all broken or damaged. The shower floor was a little dirty. The bed and pillows were soft and comfortable and th view of the city was good. Overall for an "airport" hotel it's good for a long layover or coming to the city and being out and about all day.
I was here for business and I have to say that the staff was AMAZING!!! I booked an extra day on my personal tab the same day my business stay ended and the front desk was able to make a smooth transition so I could stay in the same room. Not only that, I ordered food and the engineer delivered it to my room as I wasn't aware that is the policy for delivery. I'm very impressed and feel that I was taken care of very well as a visitor to the area. Thank you so much!
Nothing spectacular. Restaurant was closed. The room was okay, it was clean. Beds were okay but the pillows were terrible. Decent location. Nothing special about this place.
Worst hotel stay ever. When the Television didn't work at eleven o'clock at night you give your valued guest another room not offer to send someone to try and fix it. And what is up with the heat making the floor in the room vibrant?
Staff was friendly & very helpful. The rooms were clean for the most part. Saw a few stains on the bedsheets. The bathroom could of been cleaner. Great location, right in the middle of everything.
Awesome Place, the hotel was better than Super 8 and the view of the city was gorgeous!!! I'd give it a 5 star rating, because I would recommend coming here.
They advertise the fact that they are "pets friendly" but they actually only accept dogs and no cats. Pets include cats and dogs. So I feel they shouldn't use pet-friendly but maybe dog-friendly? Also not quite sure why they only accept dogs...
First off no hotel desk should ever have a bottle of hot sauce sitting in view. I came here for spring break with my girl's and my door key did not work so I had to get another room and a key that wasn't working so the tech came to show but front desk was giving me attitude as if I had the problem, I will not be staying there again.
Excellent location to downtown DC. We always look to stay here when in town. The hotel staff is top-notch and very accommodating to your needs. I would recommend this to anyone looking for a hotel. Marriott quality at its finest!!
Nice location, food options around, unfortunately this time the on location restaurant was closed down. Super friendly staff! Room was great especially the shower ..
There was no hot water for shower or in sink. Had to change my room next morning because my room didn't have hot water however the other room was out of hot water too. I think they are just cost cutting and keeping the water temp lukewarm so people are not using as much. I will never recommend Westin to my friends and family.

This is my first time using Westin's airport parking service. The staff gave me great instructions on how to and where to park. The shuttle was quick, the driver very nice. I will definitely use them again.

We came late xmas night, left before dawn for the airport during covid so we didnt have much interaction with staff....with that being said, I found my new go to for flying out early. I reserved the stay and fly package. It's awesome! For just a few dollars more than the daily airport lot, you can stay and park here. They shuttle you to and fro the airport. It works so great for early morning flights and takes the stress off of getting up, out, and to the airport in the wee hours of the morning.
So first time staying at the Westin in Crystal city and I will say it was lack luster by far. The have a $40 parking garage they charge you each night. The elevator to the parking garage broke and you had to walk down the ramp to take your luggage/ or retrieve your car. Then when you use a ticket to get out that was broke so you had to call the front seat in the hotel to come and fix it. The water in the bathroom was not turning hot the day of check out we stayed over the weekend. I call front desk she tells me to let it run because the engineer told them that’s helps the hot water I explained to her the water was running almost 10 minutes already and she told me to keep letting it run. I called her back after the water had been running 20 mins she said she was sending the engineer after almost 10 mins again she called back saying the water wasn’t working on the lower level and would I like to be moved to the 15 the floor. Definitely will not stay here again for the inconvenience especially this being a higher end hotel I felt like I could have stayed at the Comfort inn for cheaper and no inconvenience of hidden fees and things not working properly.
Delightful!! The staff and shuttle driver were so accommodation and pleasant...proximity to the Metro was an added bonus
It is a nice hotel but given covid I am not impressed, I don't believe my room was cleaned properly as there was stuff still in the broken fridge and the shower had hair in it which is gross. I asked for additional towels and washcloths and never got it asked for a manager and never heard from the manager. Their customer service is not where it should be for a Westin. I would not stay here again.
They charge $20 for internet... everywhere you go will nickel and dime you nowadays. Sad that businesses are taking things that are usually included and just charging an additional fee for them.
Can't wait for the water bill next time!
Only 1 of the usb ports out of 6 provided worked. Most of the tables are busted up

The hotel doesn’t even have a bathtub even though it said included in the offer. There was also no hair dryer. The room was dim. We had to pay for parking and wifi. For the price all those should have been free. The receptionist wasn’t helpful at all. Worst hotel ever.

I love Westin hotels. The check in process was a little longer than normal. The room was great except for items being left in the fridge. I'm assuming the former guest left it & the housekeeper did not check or clean the fridge, I felt very uneasy about it because of COVID-19.
