The rooms here are spacious and clean. Like the mini fridge in all rooms. Really appreciate the fact there is no carpet in the room. There is very easy access to the metro from the hotel either through the underground or a quick walk above ground. Shuttle too and from the airport is great, but they service 3 hotels so it gets packed at times. They should call for a backup shuttle but it doesn't always happen.

The go-to hotel when my wife and I are in Washington. Location, location, location and a no surprises Marriott room with points and weekend rates. Bring your bicycles because the Potomac path is a block away. Pedal to romantic Old Town, then keep going to Mount Vernon on a sunny day but be alert for runners/baby carriages/young men riding fast. Later, hop on the safe, clean (vs NYC) Metro just underneath the hotel and all of Washington is accessible with a little walking or the shuttle if going from GW to the Kennedy Center.

We had a great time staying here. We booked using Expedia and paid $15 for parking through Expedia. If you pay at the hotel, it will cost you $35. The rooms are very clean and spacious. It also had a huge glass window which makes it more beautiful. Check in and out was easy process. Breakfast was available for extra 25$/for two people. Everything is very closed by, national mall and the wharf is around 10 min drive.

The rooms were spacious and clean with the amenities needed (soaps, ironing board, etc.) plus a few extras like a lavender pillow spray, a sound machine, and ear plugs. Based on some of those as hints, I thought it might be noisy but I had no problem sleeping and the room was nice and dark with the shades pulled. Comfy beds, plenty of towels, hot water, Wifi, fitness center, and staff was friendly and helpful. Close by to a number of places to eat.

This location is absolutely perfect! You don’t have to leave the hotel to access the metro station which is super convenient. Plus, parking in the whole Crystal city area is free on weekends so we didn’t have to pay the expensive parking fee at the hotel because we could just park at one of the free lots nearby. The rooms are clean and spacious. I love that the rooms have the wood floors so it feels cleaner than carpet. I absolutely loved my stay here and this will definitely be my new spot when I stay in DC because I can just walk down to the metro and easily get around DC without ever having to drive.

In early July, my family and I were able to stay here after our flight was, rerouted, delayed then canceled and we wouldn’t get to our intended destination for another 3 days. They have coffee right by the door which is convenient if that is all you are looking for. The bar is a good size and seems to stay pretty busy. Very nice selection of wine with pretty reasonable prices. The wait staff was very good and extremely kind. The front desk staff was also very good. There was a bit of a line when I arrived and they clear it quickly. Overall a very good and well run Marriott.

The location was perfect for the Arlington/DC area, the room and common spaces were very clean, but the temporary Bell20 set up during construction was less desirable. The bar was limited, did not have seasoned bartenders, and the dining area odor was unpleasant- smelled like a cafeteria kitchen. Aside from this situation, thankfully I prefer wine, so I did not require mixed drinks from the bar, and server, Abonesh (9560), who greeted me each night, was absolutely adorable, friendly, and polite. By second night she remembered me, we’d lightly chat, she’d pour my wine, and I’d be on my way. Overall, we enjoyed our stay- thank you.

Great coffee shops/restaurants are within walking distance. Friendly staff. Good price for the hotel. Parking was $40/45 a day- but not a major inconvenience or bad price in my opinion. Nice hotel with classy clean vibes in a cute , walkable area.

Very nice hotel in Crystal City. It's extremely close to the Crystal City Metro station and even has direct access to it via an underground tunnel. Rooms are comfortable and clean, although the AC is rather loud and road noise soundproofing is only okay. Breakfast is excellent with very friendly staff. It's only a few minutes via Metro to get to the National Mall in DC with all of its attractions, so it's very convenient despite not actually being in DC. Crystal City itself is clean, safe and there are plenty of restaurants and shops in the area as well.

The hotel is quite nice. We were extremely close to Reagan national airport (DCA), and not too far from monuments. Crystal city is an interesting surprise if you don't already know about it.
One star taken off because the parking garage is $41 a day and the 6ft clearance sign hangs lower than 6ft on one side, which meant it bonked the luggage rack of our rented Dodge Durango and we had to ground guide the vehicle past the low point to confirm we could fit.

I really enjoyed my stay yay this hotel. The location is in a great area, and the shuttle to and from the airport is slow, but great. The rooms are some of the most spacious I’ve seen in a major city, and I like that the rooms are cramped with furniture. I also like the hardwood floors and the big bathroom. I felt the room was pretty clean. I would definitely stay here again and would recommend it. I saw some complaints about the loud AC unit. It was louder than some other hotels, but it actually worked and that’s enough for me.

Location is very convenient for tourists or business travelers needing to access DC or the pentagon. Loved that there is a metro stop connected to the hotel. Bartenders make mid drinks, don’t expect much there, but they are nice. Rooms are nice enough. Free transport to the airport too! Only downside was the walls are pretty thin. A group in a room nearby was laughing and talking and I could hear a LOT of it. If I was traveling for work I would have been annoyed when I was trying to go to sleep hearing all of that through the walls.

We enjoyed our stay here. The staff is so welcoming especially Deborah at the front desk. She helped me understand how to get around using the Metro and let me borrow an extra Metro card that she had. She Rocks! The food at the mezzanine was great for breakfast, appetizers at 5:30 and desserts at 7:30. There's shopping right under the hotel with food and the Metro. The rooms are nice and the hotel is being remodeled right now. The only complaint we had was the room air conditioner wouldn't getting cold enough. The thermostat wouldn't go past 74. We like it cooler than that when we go to bed. The fan never stopped but it would kick off when the thermostat got to our temp we wanted and the room stayed warm. Other than that our stay was amazing here!

He was exceptional helpful when I reported a problem with the tv showing all channels in a glaring blue haze. The engineer said it could not be fixed so MEKDEM located a comparable room only 2 doors down and included hot breakfast for FREE for us immediately. He also made check-in a couple of hours earlier hassle-free for some questions I had and all willingly, with a genuine smile and glowing attitude that was such a pleasure!

The shower is like a waterfall. The gym is spacious and well stocked with cardio and weight machines, dumbbells, yoga mats, and a cable tower / pull up bar. Breakfast buffet was perfect.
I would recommend this hotel for business travel and large groups, but not so much for families.

I choose to stay at this location over the gateway Marriott which is closer to the office because of the staff. I typically have breakfast every morning at the hotel and I always see Herbert. We always chat and it feels like I'm spending the night with family. I'll continue to stay here as often as I can.
I only gave the room 4 stars because the traffic can be hurt in the room at night and the A. Unit can be loud. Not enough to deter me from staying because the bed is so comfortable I actually sleep better here then at home.

We were unfortunately turned away from the Hampton Inn and Suites across the street that we booked weeks in advance due to the hotel’s lack of communication on their 21 and up policy. Luckily, this Marriott was more than happy to take us young adults. We explained our situation to the gentleman at the front and we were able to book a 3 night stay with Marriott very quickly and easily. They had rooms available for us on such short notice. I highly recommend Marriott. If you have young adults traveling, make sure to recommend they book with Marriott. Our room was nice and felt very comfortable and luxurious. The shower was nice, and room service was always available. They really saved the day for us!

This was our second time staying at this hotel. The first time we stayed was in May 2023 and had no complaints. Checking in for this trip was less than ideal, but I was SO impressed with the swiftness of the front desk (shoutout, Sam + the additional team members who help support them) for helping to make the moment right.
The hotel is in a great location. There is ongoing construction across the street but it did NOT impact our stay in any way other than one sidewalk was closed on our walk to dinner. Definitely small potatoes in the grand scheme of things.

The room was updated & spacious. The hotel was well kept and clean throughout. My only complaint was the food at the breakfast buffet being pretty rough. The potatoes were inedible and eggs didn’t even taste like eggs. The staff working the buffet and front desk were great though.

We stayed two nights and really enjoyed the hotel. The room was very clean and really nice. The bed was comfortable as well. It was really quiet inside our room despite the hotel being fairly busy. All staff was very friendly as well. The location is perfect for easily getting into the city via the metro. We will stay here again!

The hotel is located very conveniently being directly connected to the Crystal City Malls and metro station. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The room we stayed in was a standard room with 2 queen beds. One bed was fine, but the other had a very worn and uncomfortable mattress. The room's bathroom was quite large but the shower had a handheld sprayer style shower head with only one setting which happened to be full blast, but there was plenty of hot water. The hotel's underground parking garage was clean and well lit, but the 26 dollars per night fee seemed a bit steep. While this hotel did have it's issues, our stay was all in all a good experience.

Super convenient to Reagan National. My daughter, sister and I got a large room with sofa bed and it accommodated 3 adults for the night very well. Recommend.

First of all, there are 2 Marriott brand hotels about 1 block from each other with tunnel access directly to the Crystal City Metro station. Convenient. but confusing.
Our room was modern and comfortable with plenty of outlets, a mini-fridge, etc. WiFi and TV both worked well with a small but sufficient number of channels.
Bathroom was small but the shower had a nice system and good pressure. AC was loud but did the trick. Beds and pillows were comfortable as you would expect with a Marriott.
The staff did acknowledge my loyalty level but did not provide an upgrade. They did offer breakfast as a check-on gift/loyalty benefit but we had (and booked) 3 people and found out at the breakfast that the benefit only covered two. That was disappointing.
Breakfast was buffet on Sunday and menu on Monday…both tasty with excellent service.

Great place to stay when visiting the DC area. The mall under the hotel is very convenient with lots of restaurants nearby. The park across the street is a great place to relax. It is almost on top of the metro but found it is much easier and less expensive to use Uber to get around

Good hotel, clean and big rooms, good spread at the breakfast, good staff. It was a typical Marriott hotel. Parking is not free but you do get multiple in and out access. You can walk to the nearest metro station via the hotel garage which is great because you can avoid walking in the cold during winters. The Bell 20 restaurant is nice but not a lot of options for vegans and I wish they improve that.

The rooms are very nice and the location is great. We run the Army Ten Miler every year and this is a great location. Also Reagan Int Airport and the metro access make this hotel worth the money.

This hotel is quite polite. Prices are normal with a $41/day parking fee. The rooms are quite clean and spacious. Everything is neat and beautiful. However, I only rate 4 stars because of 2 minimum things that I personally am not satisfied with because I did not know in advance: no 1 toothbrush and toothpaste kit, no slippers when the house is hard flooring wood is quite cold.

Room was clean, it seemed new, the shower had good water pressure and didn't run out of warm water. The staff was effective, professional seemed interested in being helpful. The hotel has an airport shuttle every 30 minutes, during day light hours. The metro station is just half a block away. Take the subway if the shuttle isn't available, it's one stop down the line.
