The hotel seems pretty empty because there’s not much business travel anymore due to corona. The front desk staff were very nice. Even though you pay for parking it’s very convenient. It’s a small price to pay when there’s no parking anywhere else. The room seemed quiet and clean. It’s not my favorite part of Alexandria but for business it works because it’s right next to everything that I need. There is no free Breakfast in the morning so be prepared to spend seven dollars for a Starbucks coffee. There are amenities across the street but like a 7-Eleven and the grocery store.

Very clean and spacious hotel. Elevators seem a little old. The pool was drained, presumably for cleaning and elevator in parking garage didn't work but I'm sure that's temporary as well. Over Very nice place with small bar and restaurant on site but also right across the street from a pizza place 7/11, CVS, ABC store and Aldis so plenty of options if you need something. Room was very clean and bed was great.

Easily accessible since it’s near the main roads, looks a bit dated but doesn’t matter, it’s clean and quiet. They have a big lobby to hang out in, the elevator’s a bit rickety. Exercise room was open and was ample. The room we got was a double bed, well lit, quiet, nice view, and clean. I like that they had the shower essentials built in the shower already, only gripe was the aircon/heater was one of those big noisy ones.

I’m currently staying here for the Marine Corp Marathon weekend and have honestly been blown away by how accommodating they are to runners for a hotel that is not at all affiliated with the event. There are complimentary shuttles to and from the race, pre-bagged breakfasts, a pasta special at their bistro, and a very generous late checkout option. Not to mention, the staff has been incredibly friendly at every turn.
All I really needed was somewhere to crash the night before my race but I feel very well taken care of. Thank you for beyond exceeding my expectations!

They participate in ParkSleepFly service and it was super convenient. Also extra nice was no hassle on my return trip. Mr. Jason was super helpful! I don't know if it's a historic building but the elevators need to be upgraded.

Located just off the highway and within close proximity to convenient shopping, this hotel served its purpose as a place for my family to recuperate after a 12-hour drive from GA! Unfortunately, the service was lacking as extra sheets and blankets were unavailable in the room upon arrival, requiring a trip to the front desk to retrieve. The water took several minutes to become warm within the shower. Low water pressure could have presented a challenge for toilet use. All in all, the rooms seemed old, in need of an update. While I had no distinct complaints, I will probably not be returning to this Courtyard by Marriott.

The rooms are clean. The location is fine if you're there for leisure and to relax. There's an Aldi and a CVS across the street in a small plaza. A carry out joint for sandwiches if you need something on the run and an ABC Store.

Hotel pricing was reasonable I used priceline I've been using that for a decade now parking was 22 per night I managed someplace else 😉 room was clean all amenities included were decent. Their pool had overused water very acidic so I chose not to swim. staff was courteous and helpful.

We just stayed here to go to MGM and not be in a rush and I can’t complain. The parking was $21 dollars but my girlfriend got a discount on the room anyway so that’s why I can’t complain. I will make sure to come back to this location when I feel like gambling and spending a night or two up here. The location is also convenient. I've had decades of CX practice and it is rare to see someone so adroitly handle multiple points of engagement (on a variety of topics) without missing anything (or making anyone feel like they waited). I have twice booked a parking spot here for flights out of DCA. The front desk attendant and shuttle driver here have been awesome each time. On my most recent visit, the attendant, Tracey went above and beyond to insure that the shuttle driver, Morris waited a few extra minutes for me to park and make it to the airport on time. The Marriott name is synonymous with fantastic customer service and these two employees are certainly upholding the name.

This morning28Sept2021, I was either next door, above me, or across the hall, at 2:40a.m. someone who had bad nasal or allergy problems; for over 2 hours I heard them clearing their throat. The room was fine and my sleep was good as per usual. Some upgrades and clean. Fridge and microwave. Parking is w/a room key card. There is a gas station, CVS, ABC liquor store, Aldi’s, and 7Eleven across the road from the hotel.

The hotel is good, clean, staff is professional. I would put all 5 stars if they had better deal for the parking. Thier parking is $22+tax. Quite an expensive one. And not a chance to park overnight somewhere close by. So include $23 to your hotel price.
The location of hotel itself is good, next to plaza of few good stores.

The only complaint I have is you have to pay for parking which I believe is $20 a day and the garage is across the street from the hotel so be prepared to walk cross the street with your luggage.

For a three star hotel I had a five star experience. This hotel is very clean and the staff is friendly. The beds are comfy and each room has a thermostat. Yes, it’s $22 for parking but there’s a shopping mall across the street if you really aren’t in the position to pay for that. All in all, no complaints.

The stay was lovely. While I have allergies and was definitely triggered on my visit. I learn that stay in the highest floor offers the best ventilation. The staff was gracious and helpful. The included breakfast is standard breakfast fare. The bistro offer reasonable selections as compared with restaurants in the area. I particularly enjoyed the room service. Overall clean quaint hotel right outside of DC great for a quick visit or longer stay. I also really appreciated the fridge and micro.

Fantastic experience. I walked in about 3am on 8/24 and the male staff member running that shift (I didnt catch his name) was incredibly kind to me. I was in a pickle, and he made accommodations for me when most places would have turned me away. The room was spotless, the A/C cooled the room down quickly, bed and pillows were super comfy, breakfast was tasty, checkout was a breeze. I would definitely stay again. Thanks!
