Things this hotel has going for it:

- Location. If you are going to an onsite at HQ2, you're literally across the street

- Huge rooms. Like all Embassy Suites, the rooms consist of a living room and bedroom which is great if you like to separate out your space while you're traveling, or expect to need to do some work from the hotel.

Things that could improve:

- Ventillation. The room I stayed in was very stuffy; similar to what others who were also staying in the hotel experienced.

- Maintenance. While the room for the most part was well taken care of, the HVAC system seemed to do nothing, the door separating the bedroom from the living room would catch on the ground making it very difficult to slide open and closed, and the hot water handle on the faucet was completely stuck. These are all minor things, but together made the experience less than stellar.

- Restaurant Service. Truly an ambysmal experience. I went there for dinner one night during happy hour. The drinks were terrible and the salmon I had was overcooked and the sides were bland; not even salt and pepper. Even more, the service was terrible. I ended up grabbing drinks for my group myself because the waitstaff took so long. Lastly, for a hotel I associate with a more premium experience in the Hilton portfolio, I was shocked to be served with plastic cups.

Overall, if you don't intend on relying on the downstairs restaurant and just want a more spacious room to come back to, it's a great option. This was a fairly nitpicky review, but for the vast majority of people looking for a close, comfortable place to stay, it can't be beat.

This may just be my favorite hotel in the DC area! Stayed here for 2 nights and everything was superb. We got in at 10 am and used the early check-in option for $30. Room was ready when we got there. The room itself is spacious and clean; I love the closet space (where I accidentally left a sweater). The room literally feels like home. The bed slept well and I appreciate the staff keeping the room clean and stocked each day. The breakfast was amazing; the happy hour was even better (2 drink limit but drinks are strong). Close to the mall, Whole Foods and Dunkin’ Donuts and a shuttle takes you to the metro station and the airport for free! I left a sweater in the room and the hotel staff found it and is mailing it to me. Can’t get any better service than that!

I love the Embassy suites! Great clean rooms, a few free beers for happy hr and who doesn’t love a free made to order breakfast? HOWEVER, this particular hotel charges quite a bit and does not have a working pool nor a hot tub AND the gym is the size of a large walk in closet. It’s ridiculous. Still better than most hotels out there…fix your amenities Embassy for that 5th star! ⭐️

This hotel has an impressive lobby but the accommodations are what you would expect of a Hilton-based hotel: high-end but not extraordinary. It is also a short walk to the fashion center which offers both shopping and public transit connections to other parts of the Capitol. I would recommend that you stay here if you want a high-end hotel that is outside the congestion of the District.

I love the wine down service and the cleanliness of the hotel. It was also not loud like most hotels. You can get a peaceful nights rest. The hotel offers breakfast and shuttle service. It is also near the mall and many shopping centers.

Missed our plane and booked last minute room. Super close to the airport. The staff is wonderful and the hotel is extremely nice. You feel the DC vibe with the contrasting colors, big American flag, and dark wooded doors and cabinets.

The happy hour was really happy with great Pennsylvania lager and an absolute gem of a bartender.

My 4 star rating had largely to do with the nice lady that runs the bar/evening reception. My husband and I came here for the Cherry Blossom Festival. The first night we arrived kind of late to do anything so we hung around the hotel bar with our boys. The evening started kind of slow, but once it got busy she didn't show any frustration I've seen in other businesses. We returned early the second evening and our toddler was acting all rowdy. She immediately got him milk to help us out. She was one of the sweetest ladies I've met in a long time. The food was amazing as well. Not an overpowering menu, but what they did have was great. My 4 star rating would have been 5 if not for one issue...the pool. When picking this Embassy for our short trip, we thought about a few things, one of them being the pool. Our boys love swimming. They love anything water so when we saw the picture of the pool we thought perfect. The night we got here, we saw the sign for the pool. The app said there was a pool, the website said there was a pool, the sign in the lobby said "pool" with an arrow. There was no pool. Just a foggy window with a sign where pool used to be. What a disappointment! If you no longer have a pool, then the suggestion would be to contact the websites and have that tidbit removed. If we knew that then we would have probably picked somewhere else. Thank goodness my boys are too young to understand, but who is going to explain that to the middle aged man looking to soak in the pool after a long day? There were actually a few people in search of this non-existent pool. A brief mention would have been nice, but I myself had to search through TripAdvisor reviews. Why?! Just saying. Other than that the trip was good. My husband, children, and I slept great. The breakfast was great and everything was very relaxing. Thank you for a nice visit!

I paid a little extra for an upper floor well worth the $7.00. All Embassy Suites have the large center Atrium which allow sounds to travel unabated throughout the lower floors.

The serenity of bringing the breakfast back to the room was like Self Serve Free Room Service.

Whenever I can, I choose this Hotel because of its convenience to DCA, Metro, Sports Bars, and Restaurants galore.

4 Stars because it gets crowded and noisy around my cocktail hour.😩

Loved my stay. Rooms are generous on space and accommodation. All the food was good. Shuttles to and from the airport are very convenient. wish the bar was cheaper but luckily had some complimentary so would totally go back if possible

All good! Rooms are large and look like they’ve been recently renovated. Airport shuttle is great. And the hotel is walking distance from the pentagon and several restaurants. Of course breakfast and evening reception are spot on too :)

The place was nice. The restaurant inside was small but had good food and the service was good. There is no cafe inside though so there's no where to get coffee or tea at anytime throughout the day. They do provide free coffee in the mornings. Only other downfall is you have to pay for parking daily.

The hotel is nice. Bathroom could use some updating but it is still very nice. Breakfast buffet every morning which is pretty good. Costco and Whole Food Market is within walking distance. Tues-Sat dinner is available and not too expensive. Overally very nice.

Drinks in the bar were amazing! Bar tender was really nice as well.

Large room and a great view. It was so pretty at night.

It’s within walking distance to great food, drinks, grocery store, etc.

I would most definitely stay here again.

Don't forget to use ʜoᴛᴇʟʙoʟʟʏ.ᴄᴏm when booking any stay. This website will compare countless booking websites and typically will have prices much cheaper compared to others! Thank me later on! This hotel is one of the most well known in this area. I have been staying here for years. If you stay for a few nights you for sure will love it I'm sure!

One of the best stays we have had since COVID. We had a young family and the rooms were great. Our first night, we had a slight plumbing issue and it was resolved quickly. Breakfast was fresh and ample choices for all. The lines can get long but it didn’t stop us from enjoying our meal for 3 days. The best part is the proximity to many DC attractions. Great visit!

We stayed here mid October. The location is great- we didn’t rent a car so we took Lyft everywhere- $10 and 10 min to the city. The staff is super friendly and the hotel is very clean. We used the fitness center- that was the only thing that wasn’t great. It was super hot and the sanitizing wipes smelled weird. But usable. Loved it and would stay here again.

Absolutely amazed with the hospitality!

My daughter drove in from Illinois to celebrate 3 birthdays, her son, mine and my son's. Yvonne went out of her way with a special tray and a card signed by the staff. Yvonne is over the top with attention to detail and warmth. Yvonne gets 2 thumbs up/5 stars for her outstanding dedication! Yvonne you rock! This place is so clean and welcoming! The rooms are prefect! It's a quick car ride from the U.S. Capitol, The White House, The Pentagon, The Washington Monument. Bonuses: complimentary breakfast and cocktail reception.

This is the third hotel I have stayed at in dc, second in pentagon/crystal city. I will definitely stay here again. The hotel is newly updated so everything is clean and contemporary. They offer a free airport shuttle and free full breakfast. The breakfast has everything omelets, pancakes, meats, pastry’s. All absolutely free. They also have an afternoon reception that is free and includes beer, wine and cocktails. The location is only half a mile walk to the metro or the mall. And only 2-3 stops to down town DC. The staff is all amazing. Only thing I would say need improvement is the cardio area of the gym. It is a closed off room, it badly needs some air circulation.

This place was fantastic. The staff & service was great. The room decor is beautiful, & the room was clean and sanitary. The complimentary breakfast was also great too. If you need parking they also offer public parking right around the corner for free (on weekends) which was very convenient. We will definitely be back!

Wow! This is quite possibly the most exciting hotel I have visited. When I looked out this morning the front of the hotel was swarming with police. I wondered what was going on of course. Earlier this morning there was a murder in the breakfast area which necessitated the use of a large conference room for breakfast instead. I'm not kidding. I will post a picture of the crime scene with the body still there (covered by a blue blanket).

Other than that, the spacious rooms, quiet air conditioning, helpful and professional staff are all a bonus.

Kate and Staff really extend their best efforts to take care of their guest. The location is great as it is not too far from other eating/social venues but if you dont want to leave the hotel, the meals and drinks are very nicely priced and freshly made. Rooms a little dark though. Did I also mention the large FREE breakfast?!?!?

Had some issues with the room but that for the most part got resolved. Happy hour was nice, even for people who don't drink. Breakfast was hot and decent. Now the 5 stars is all due to 1 man Darrell. He was so helpful, full of knowledge, gave great suggestions, even kid/cost friendly, to do around town. No matter how many questions we had he was happy and eager to help. Made sure to greet us every time. He definitely needs a raise, a day off and a gift basket.

This hotel was fantastic. The folks at the front desk were very friendly and helpful. Check in was a breeze and the parking garage was a nice addition. Our room was very clean and roomy. We were there during a major trip by high schools from Michigan, about 300 students. Even with that number of kids, the hotel was still quiet. We never really heard anyone. The breakfast was great. Made to order omelettes and hot food. Not many negatives at all. Subway station is one block away in the Marriott hotel. There is a great donut shop right across from the hotel’s entrance. Traffic isn’t too bad, typical traffic for northern Virginia. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. Very nice experience.

We purchased parking at this hotel. It is near Reagan national and had the best rates ever for staying a week. The shuttle was quick and efficient taking us to the airport and bringing this back to our car at the hotel. I highly recommend it!

Beautiful hotel the front desk staff was amazing. Did not care for the way housekeeping took so long to respond and when I requested my room to be serviced no one came. I most likely would stay there again. But I definitely would expect more from housekeeping.

This property is lovely and in a good location for travelers to the DC area. The complimentary airport shuttle is a nice amenity as is the hot breakfast and manager’s reception ( however they only serve beer and wine which did not interest us or the young people in our group who could not enjoy any beverages).

The $40 per night parking fee is truly excessive and was a disappointment.

There are numerous convenient designated parking spaces for Diamond Members but you will still pay $40 each night to park there.

The website did not mention that the pool was empty and unavailable which was a disappointment t for our group.

We stayed 11/22/2019 the rooms were great and the staff upfront were fantastic. They even helped me find food options after midnight after a long day in town. My rating would be a five star, but the worker who prepared the private dining room for us gave all of our guests dirty looks the whole time we occupied the room. She probably needs a raise, she seems like she doesn't enjoy her job or being around people in general.

Nice older hotel but still in good condition. Breakfast and 5 pm happy hour very nice. For evening get there early for food. As with most things they are very short on staff both at front and cleaning. Rooms are not cleaned for days. You have to ask for towels, soaps, etc. Hope this gets better but same all over.

There's a lot going for this hotel. My family decided to visit DC to witness the monuments and museums and picked this hotel. The room was clean, smelled wonderful, and didn't feel rundown. The breakfast had great choices between the buffet line (pancakes/french toast, pork sausages, breakfast potatoes, and scrambled eggs), or hot oatmeal station, or toast/bagel/muffin/danish station. There was even an employee that made custom omelets ready to order. The ingredients for the omelets ranged between onions, peppers, bacon, sausage, mushrooms, tomatoes, and cheese (from what I remember), with regular or egg white varieties.

There was also bacon strips if you asked the lady in the back for some.

I didn't get a chance to try the evening reception since we were always exploring DC while it was happening. The front desk will gladly hold your luggage until check in behind a locked room, and the shuttles are quick between the airport.

This hotel is located between the Crystal City Metro Station and the Pentagon City Metro Station. For our family, even though it was 1-2 minutes of a longer walk to the Pentagon City Station, it felt better since there were less construction and didn't feel so empty, so we felt more secure with that walk. For anything you may be missing for food or necessities, there is a Whole Foods about 1-2 minutes from the hotel.

We asked for extra towels and they were brought up quickly. For those that think there is a pool, sadly, it is closed and I think they are working on getting rid of it permanently. We didn't get a chance to try the hotel restaurant, but they do not allow outside take-out or delivered food to be eaten in the atrium, forcing us to eat our pizza in our room. The kids loved the open area within the center of the hotel and enjoyed the wonderful view that the elevators provided.

The hotel is in a good location. There is a metro stop within a 8 minute walk. Pentagon City mall is also within walking distance. Kids were disappointed to see that the pool is no longer in service. The complementary breakfast was good and had many options.

One of the handful hotels I give a 5 star. Front desk and service at this hotel was excellent. Quick check in and they fixed some room issues very quickly. Breakfast was very good, love the omelette station and food selection. Good location to restaurants, grocery store (Whole Foods) and Costco. Room was clean and spacious. In room safe. Good water pressure in shower for a top floor room.

Free shuttle from the airport.

I had the best experience at Embassy Suites. I went up for all girls birthday weekend get away that past weekend. The staff was awesome they went above and beyond to ensure my Birthday weekend was pleasurable. Leo, is the best manager hands down. He always greeted me and my entourage in a very warm professional manner. I will be booking there more often.

I want to say this is a great place to stay! Brian, the front desk guy, was very helpful in finding my lost ID and handling some other things. It is nice to meet someone who is so professional and genuinely seems to care about customers. I will be staying at Hiltons again after my experience with Brian (Bryan?)

The suite we had was spacious, clean and comfortable. The happy hour specials are nice, as is the breakfast.

It is super quiet, convenient to public transit, the Reagan airport, and the freeway to other parts of Northern Virginia.

I stayed here for a field trip and was very grateful. The breakfast was on point and the make-it-your-way omelets were awesome. We had breakfast 3 mornings in a row and it was always excellent. The rooms were clean as well. The room I stayed in had a mini fridge which was helpful.

Great hotel. Full breakfast and 2-drink social with snacks every day. 10 minute walk from the Metro which is extremely convenient for city hopping without a car. Under-building parking garage is a little tight but I was able to squeeze an F150 inside without too much work.

Great place to stay. Staff is excellent. They text you to check if you need anything a few time during your stay. If you do, it's there within minutes. Very clean and convenient to Arlington, McLean and downtown DC.

Clean, comfortable, and roomy. Conveniently located close to Ronald Reagan Airport and the metro system. We had a cancelled flight and got stuck at Reagan Airport, so we were able to book a last minute stay here. They also provide free Airport shuttles. Stay includes continental buffet breakfast and omelet bar. There's a center court yard with 5 working elevators. We had an awesome view of the Washington Monument just outside our bedroom window.

My stay was great. Nice suite, great breakfast and friendly staff. I must state however that they should enforce some type of dress code at breakfast. People have to realize that they are not in their bedrooms and should not go to breakfast with their kids dressed in pajamas, night gowns and sleeping mask over their heads. To me, it does not look good.

Excellent! Excellent! Our stay here was absolutely fantastic! The price was very affordable, the room we had was exquisite, the bed was very comfortable. So much so that when the alarm went off, my body clock asked for 30 minutes more to snuggle into the big large pillows. Wow! Put a 📌 here and plan your visit to Crystal City! The mall and rail transit is all within walking distance. Parking is free for registered guest and its located at the hotel. All others will be charged $44.oo after collaborating with the front desk. You'll need a special key to get in and out of the garage. Secure enough to control who have access, but they are not responsible for any damages. Just drive responsibly, be kind, and treat everyone as you would want to be treated. Pass it on and like and follow me. I'll do my best to keep you informed as I travel. So hold on...check you later...stay Cool and remember to give someone a hug to better their day! Ciao!

One of the best embassy suites and the cleanest. The managers for this place should be promoted. The place is mint clean and spotless. The decor is wonderful. The location is amazing. They're complimented. Drinks were great and their breakfast was amazing and very tasty. I would go out of my way to stay in this place... The only problem that I have is their limited parking spaces outside and when we park in the underground, we could not get out because we left our keys in the room as we checked out. We buzzed for help for a long time with no help. We had to call the main number to ask them to let us out. Other than that,. Wonderful hotel.

Our week here was great! The breakfast and staff were excellent. They don't have a pool here so the kids were bummed, which I couldn't give 5 stars for. Also, there is this constant sound of HVAC or something that is like a fan going all the time. It's rather noisy. I can't really hear it so much in the rooms but it's still loud, but we were on the top floor. Also, don't forget to close the blackout blinds. The sun reflects off some of the buildings and shines directly into the room, so the first night, we were up early. We are from the West coast so 3hr ahead difference. The maids were so nice and did a great job cleaning our room. We weren't able to utilize the free cocktails to unwind gone most of the day, experiencing all D.C. monuments. There is construction for Amazon headquarters going on right how so constant backup beeping and noise even on the 11th floor. It was overall a great stay and wonderful staff.

Left the car for parking. Front desk staff very helpful. There was 1 space left in the garage and no staff to assist. Pickup from Reagan we were told to hold our bags on the shuttle on our laps as were several others because the van didn't have enough space on the way back to the hotel. There was no apology from the staff member. Just you gotta hold the bags on the van. Our bags as well as other passengers were not tiny. Front desk staff at hotel were great upon return.

Most things here are great. Every person on staff we've interacted with has been helpful and friendly. Rooms are spacious and clean. Google results direct you to a reservations website for the hotel, which needs an update, as they do not currently have a pool available and breakfast is not cooked to order, it is buffet only. Digging further into Google results for this property, you can find the actual hotel site, which does list the current situation.

My family and I stayed here for three nights last week and we loved it! The staff was so nice and helpful. Free breakfast in the morning and free snacks provided in the evening. The two free drinks a night were an added bonus. The metro is located about half a mile down the road, making it an easy and convenient location. We will definitely be back on our next DC trip.

Between the incredibly friendly staff, the eloquently put together room's, and the sheer size of the atrium. It's hard to sit here on this wonderfully soft bed and tell you what I like the most. So I got up and went into the other room, in which I sat upon the full couch.. and it dawned on me. It's nothing in particular.. no. Rather the general feeling of "welcome". Even amidst the perilous phenomenon that's plaguing the hotel industry as a whole.. this Embassy Suites specifically.. has a way of almost uplifting you.. and your spirits and forgetting about the craziness going on outside the walls of there magnificent establishment. BRAVO Hilton family. And a huge thanks for allowing me the opportunity to relish in it.

With all that having been said. Showers have great pressure, everything is very clean, staff is beyond respectful, all around... I highly doubt you could even remember how to spell the word "bad" about your stay here.

A very clean and safe hotel. The entire staff from front desk, housekeeping, kitchen staff, to hospitality were all friendly and kind. My room was clean and sanitized. My bed was comfortable and I had a great nights sleep. The food at the restaurant was fresh and taste good. The complimentary breakfast was delicious and appreciated! Thank you for having a great place to stay after a long day of travel! I will stay again.

We stayed here when we needed a hotel room to spend the night for my Father's Arlington burial in Jul 2018. Location is fantastic for driving to Arlington Cemetery and DC in general. I was impressed by the room, the dining, room service, and the bar. The parking is expensive and the garage is small. I wouldn't recommend walking around the area after dark. But that's not uncommon in DC.

Stayed here for the Army 10-miler and the location was perfect! Could walk to the start. The rooms are great setup because the bathroom doesn't have to be accessed through the bedroom. The pullout couch was perfect. The breakfast was made to order and there was an evening happy hour with snacks and a drink ticket. Walking distance to Whole Foods, restaurants, and the train. Would stay here again for sure.

Rooms are definitely starting to show their age. Lots of basic repairs that could be made to reinvigorate them. The bathroom had the most issues. Room was dirty when we checked in. Not vacuumed, stuff on the floor such as a wine cork and toilet paper. Breakfast was amazing as well as the employee making the omelettes. Great social area in the center of the building. Location was great because it was two blocks from the Metro station. Lots of coffee shops and restaurants around. Everything is easily in walking distance.

The room was clean and modern. We had a wellness room that had an air purification system so when we walked in there was a pleasant scent and the air felt clean and fresh. They have a quiet time from 9 pm - 7 am so we were able to rest peacefully. The complimentary breakfast buffet was exceptional. They offered made to order omelets along with the an extensive variety of buffet items. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will go back when in the area.

Pros: Cleanliness, location, room size, security and friendly front desk staff. The hotel was very clean including our room. The location was in reasonable commute for everywhere we visited whether in DC or Maryland. The enclosed parking garage and key access elevator made us feel safe and secure which is a huge plus because we were traveling with children. The room was big enough for my entire family.

Cons: Lack in housekeeping and housekeeping access. During our stay there were multiple instances where we had to continuously ask for towels and wash clothes, on our last day we waited about 8hrs for some, when there were housekeepers on duty throughout the day. Even when going to the front desk they were unable to provide us any which I didn't understand why they didn't have any in the back room. Also on our last day in the morning a housekeeper tried to break into our room, now while we felt safe in other aspects that instance made us second guess everything. She didn't knock or announce herself, we just heard someone fidgeting with our room door and once we woke up to see what it was she just stopped and walked away, again without saying anything so that was unacceptable and weird.

Overall I would give my stay 4 stars, I would recommend staying here and wouldn't mind staying here again.

Hotel is very nice. We had a corner suite, two queen beds, and we could not have been happier. The food options at the evening reception (carrots, celery, ranch dressing and pot stickers) could have been replenished more often. Empty bowls every time I went to get something. Omelet station was a hit with my group, fresher egg options (at least real eggs and not bagged). Beds were perfect, as were the pillows. Check in was a breeze and staff were friendly. My 7-year-old said the hotel was "fancy" and loved the American flag that was hanging from the ceiling. I would give 5 stars but the FOOD wasn't the best. We left hungry.

Very tidy and modern rooms with large televisions. Comfortable beds. Bathtub was a bit small. Housekeeping did an excellent job. Transport to and from the Metro was convenient and on time. Only issue we had with room is that the heating was lacking mid-winter, even after adjusting the thermostat. Be aware that parking in the garage here costs $40/night.

Embassy suites quality is the reason why I only book with them. Great breakfast, free drinks, excellent rooms, beautiful open areas, friendly staff. They even send a text message mid stay to make sure everything is good with your stay.

We, alumni of Frankfurt American high school, haven’t made it in for our reunion as of yet, however, I can’t sing enough praises for the team of employees that have been of service to us so far. Their “can do” attitude and willingness to accommodate all of our needs has far exceeded our expectations. If this team of professionals approach to customer service is any indication of what’s to come, we know we’re in for a real treat when we are welcomed to their property. Thank you, Embassy Suites for your service with a smile and compassionate hearts.

Good rooms, cool free snack/drink vending machine on some floors.

The breakfast is above average. Omelette station that even does egg white, with a lot of toppings.

The coffee is above average.

The social hour is good, I mean free beer!

The only downside is probably the gym. Way too small for a hotel of this size. Literally only 3 treadmills, couple elliptical and bikes, free weights. It was reliably packed and could use an expansion.

Would recommend this hotel.

Great location. Central to all of in D.C. open atrium in the middle with glass elevators and all of the pomp and circumstance you’d expect from an Embassy Suites near the Capitol. The breakfast buffet was superb. We had about 115 in our party as we were on a school field trip. There were a few other schools there for the annual D.C. trips. Some schools had younger middle school aged kids who were a bit rowdy at night, would run around, etc. we were at this location with 8th graders.

If you’re a school working with a tour company, this location is great and has plenty of space for cos h buses to pick up and drop off. I did not know that there was such a lack of parking for private vehicles. I’m glad someone arranged the tour guides and buses for our group. That said, the only issue was the carpet in the rooms wasn’t vacuumed thoroughly and there was a strong smell of marijuana from our 2nd day through the last evening. We stayed 4 nights, 5 days and it really caused a problem and the hotel staff didn’t communicate between shifts, and nothing was resolved even though we had minors on the trip.

We stayed on floors 2,3,4,5&6 with about 35 rooms - double suites and single King/2full bed suites and maybe it was because we were working with a 3rd party school tour operator, I didn’t feel that we received the best H Honors level service. They did “refresh” our rooms, but really, just sprayed the rooms with some sort of febreze spray which caused sneezing and more issues for me who has allergies to smoke and dust etc.

this is the only reason that I’d rate this location a 4 star experience. The rooms have been renovated and are solid hotel quality.

Had a great time at the Embassy Suites. They are a great staff who want the best for you. I enjoyed breakfast, lunch, and drinks during happy hour. The room was clean and comfortable. Sleeping was great and restful. A family would have enjoyed this location. Close to shops, restaurants, grocery stores, Metro, and waking distance to many places. The only issue we had was the hot water in the shower. As a group we all had the same issue. The hot water was not predictable and not stable. Took forever to get through a shower with hot and cold constantly flowing no matter where you turned the dial. They are fixing.

Great place, good location. Appreciated having an airport shuttle to and from, all staff encountered were courteous, and the 2-bed suite was perfect for my friend and me. Breakfast selection was great, with made-to- order omelets being the highlight. We requested no service during our 3-day stay but were provided with more towels on request. Less than 5 minute walk from Whole Foods for snacks, water, etc. Small fridge, coffee maker and microwave in the room. Took Lyft to National Mall for $12 one way. No complaints but... was taken aback by initial $100 per day incidental charge; it did however dropp off prior to final billing. Nice place, would definitely stay again!

I truly enjoyed my stay. The hotel is located within minutes walk to both the metro and restaurants. It was very clean and the checking process seamless. Breakfast was great with many options. Got back to enjoy the managers reception and really enjoyed the time to relax before dinner. Employees were all very nice and helpful during my stay. Would like to say thanks for a wonderful stay.

While the hotel itself is very beautiful and has great perks such as a hot breakfast and the managers evening reception, the booking and room assignment process left a lot to be desired. We booked a 2 Room Suite-2 Double Bed Monument View for New Year’s Eve. Upon arrival to our room we were very disappointed to see that the room had no monument view. The room, instead, was facing several apartment buildings. This was especially disappointing as we were excited to see the fireworks at midnight to bring in the new year. We called the front desk to let them know that we received the incorrect room and they informed us that the hotel did not have any more monument view rooms available and that the rooms were distributed on a “first come, first served” basis, despite our reservation. They also told us that the monument view suite and non monument view suite were the same price. Upon further checking on their site after our stay, we saw that the monument view room was actually a higher price than the non-monument view room. We do not know why the front desk would say this or why our accurate reservation wasn’t honored upon our arrival. We hope that Embassy Suites will fix their process and resolve this issue in the future to ensure their guests actually receive what they’ve paid for especially if they are rewards members like myself.

Make sure to use ʜᴏᴛᴇʟʙᴜʟʟʏ.ᴄᴏᴍ when booking a resort. They compare thousands of booking websites and normally will have rates a lot cheaper than others! You're welcome :)! This resort is the best rated in the area. I've been staying here for a very long time. If you stay for a few nights you definitely won't be let down.

Awesome hotel. Great breakfast. Friendly staff. Room was great. Enjoyed my stay here. Will definitely be back.

I love the location. Easy access to what ever you want. The rooms are clean and the staff is friendly. My favorite part is that they have complementary drinks from 5 to 7 PM everyday. Breakfast is ok. The only thing I did not like about the hotel is no free parking.

Pretty hard to find a complaint. It was a little dated but everything worked fine. The countertop was low like it was make for a child bathroom. Room was nice overall, good staff, great location, very clean, good access to outlets in the room, temp was nice and cool on arrival. Will definitely stay here on future visits
