Parking is $32/day, which I thought was steep given the hotel prices but it is convenient and easy to navigate. Very tall vehicles may have an issue as it is underground parking. I was at this hotel for a conference, so I cannot comment on the rooms, but the facilities are very clean and nice. The staff was professional, kind and helpful.

Had to stay here because of an American Airlines flight delay. In the midst of frustration over the flight delays, this hotel was a blessing. The room was great! Bed was comfortable, but more, the pillows were nice. Not the usual paper thin "pillows", but actually comfortable, supportive pillows. Shower was great too. I definitely will return when I visit DC again, under better circumstances.

COVID was taken seriously!!! Masks were expected to be worn and if guests were not wearing them properly they were reminded. Rooms were clean and spacious. The bed was very comfortable. We were in the process of moving and the safety measures during a pandemic and comfortable bed made it a more smooth transition. When we move from here again we will keep this hotel in mind. Thank you!
Additionally, housekeeping was paused and their restaurant was closed temporarily to reduce the risk. Some see this as a flaw but I appreciate the efforts here. People can make their own bed to stay healthy and keep the housekeeping staff healthy. Sitting face to face while eating in a crowded room isn’t good right now because people can’t have a mask on while eating and drinking. Restaurants only increase your chance of giving and getting covid. Breakfast options are available for purchase.

Found the hotel to be quite pleasant, even in comparison to others in the COVID-19 era. Cleanliness was good in public areas, along with the same in my room. I would have noted that a room far from the elevators would be suggested, and I do suggest that, then knock a star off (noise from people and conversation, not the mechanical noise of the elevators.) I add a bonus star back on for the quality of the workout room on the second floor. Spacious, well equipped, clean. See quick video below to spy that space.

I work as a housekeeper, and doing a thorough check you could tell the rooms needed a bit more attention to the cleaning, but other than that the stay was great!Nice rooms, nice looking bathrooms, and the ac system works great. The lady at the front desk, Ebony, was my favorite part, such a sweet personality, and definitely another reason why we will be coming back.

Great hotel that's located around the corner from Reagan National Airport!! The hotel is clean and the staff is friendly, attentive and helpful! The Bistro restaurant food is delicious. I believe they serve breakfast and dinner. This hotel has self parking in the garage below the hotel. The garage is clean and well lit. I had no issues finding parking while staying there.
I would definitely recommend this hotel for your next visit to the area be it for vacation or work.

So I recently stayed here I live in Asia and over there hospitality is the number one thing well I can tell you Lou G is a hospitality specialist. She works the front desk at this courtyard Marriott, and she is management material. I’m not gonna go into details, but my issue was taken care of quickly professionally, and like it was the only thing on earth that was going to get fixed. She is one of a kind. They broke. The managers mold when they made her.
Besides that the hotel was stunning in a beautiful place the bed was the most comfortable I’ve ever stayed in a courtyard, Marriott, extremely clean, and again all staff were professional

If you go by other people negative experience you will screw yourself. I read some comments about the confusion with the airport shuttle. People the shuttle is clearly marked with which hotels they go to. On top of that the driver announced the hotel plus you have an English tongue to ask. When I arrived at the airport I only had to wait 5 minutes for a shuttle being that I had just missed one. When I got to the hotel they were busy but patience is a virtue. The front staff was friendly and pleasant. Yes it would be nice if they provided their guest with information about the shuttle, breakfast time, etc but again you could ask which is what I did. My room looks exactly like the picture online. I requested for a high floor and they provided that to me. I saw people comments about the ac system being loud. I had no issues there in fact I couldn't hear it at all. The shower is fantastic no issues with the water pressure only with the one in the sink. I love my room and the view. The hotel is close by to other restaurants within walking distance. I checked in 24 hours before using the app to make sure my room was ready. I estimated my arrival time at 2pm but because of my flight being delayed I got there about 2:40 pm and was able to check in. I would suggest use the shuttle as much as possible to save some cash. The shuttle to the metro operates every 20 minutes on the 9. Example 7:09, 7:29, 7:49, etc.

The hotel was pleasant, the service was good also. The location is a 4/5 because there are a few restaurants nearby. I didn't receive any complimentary water or anything at check in that I thought was weird but oh well. The hotel does not offer complimentary breakfast but there is a Starbucks and a cafe. Be sure to check the hours as it was only open about 5 hours per day. The hotel does have an airport shuttle which is convenient and saves money on Uber.

This was a great hotel for getting to the airport easily. They have shuttle service to and from the airport, which is awesome! It is also well placed near the Metroway line. So, this provides easy access to and from the metro.
The rooms were nice and the bed was very comfortable. It had a fridge and there was a community microwave by the ice machine and down stairs by the grab and go food area.
The service was great they were very attentive and accommodating and I listened to them be very helpful with other travelers and giving helpful suggestions to help folks navigate the DMV.

Adore the room's decor! That table's really useful. T.V. viewing with the ability to grab a snack from the mini fridge, you brought from home for your children. The double table pull out is perhaps the best part! Children can play with legos, color, or do homework. While a parent can use their laptop...

This airport has a efficient airport shuttle. Food selections are limited and a short walk is required to find acceptable meals, but at a higher cost..expensive area for sure.

The room was clean and updated and we were glad to be walking distance (for us) from metro and a plethora of eating and shopping options. Others not use to walking a lot may not find it that convenient and the Uber drivers had a little trouble finding us. Would definitely stay again!

We stayed here due to flight delays and were put up here with a voucher from the airline. The hotel was nice, clean, and the rooms were comfy. There is a bistro near the lobby. We ate breakfast there. It was okay but their Starbucks menu is limited and I thought the food was too expensive. My husband and I each had a $12 food voucher but for 2 coffees and 2 breakfasts I had to pay a difference of $22. I will say the staff were very friendly om checking and even gave us toothbrushes and toothpaste at no cost as ours were in a checked bag that had gone on to our final destination.

Metro stop 1 mile away, otherwise take shuttle (2x per hour) to airport, then walk to airport metro station. Not the place to stay for exploring DC. Hotel parking for rental car is $40-45/night.
Next time I'll stay at a hotel that is closer to a Metro stop, but still has airport shuttle (say, Alexandria).

Easy check in and out. From our last visit to DC (at another hotel), we were expecting "resort" and parking fees. We were very pleasantly surprised that the cost of the room was all-inclusive. They offer free parking with easy access to the hotel lobby. The room was clean and had all of the expected amenities. All staff members were pleasant and helpful. We'll definitely return.

The only problem we had in the beginning was our starting room; the room smelt Musty, and the beds did not match the expectation of what we asked and what we were described. But after a quick chat with their friendly staff we were moved to a room that met and exceeded our expectations. We weren't able to see any monuments from our room, but we were in a location that allowed us to drive to any monument without complaint and maybe a little hassle (DC drivers bring DC drivers)
The hotel is more "business travel day stays" than an extended vacation stay, but with that being said it is do-able for a very do-able price, just make sure to double/triple check to see if you can get the room you want that suits your needs.

Hotel is close to Regan National airport and the rooms are nice. If you use the shuttle to the airport, it runs every 10 and 40 minutes on the hour starting at 5:10a. Shuttle was quite full that early in the am. Due to its location its hard to walk to restaurants, so recommend Ubering around if you want a nice dinner.

the only service I used is shuttle service to airport, first one at 5:10am, however it failed by being late for 18min.
the reason people choose this hotel is because it is "airport hotels" and the reason first shuttle is important is because people usually wants to catch first shuttle to airport 5am. and this hotel is the 3rd(last) stop of the shuttle route.
it is not a surprise that guests were crowded to get on the first shuttle at 5am.
if I were the hotel manager I will focus on resolving this logistic issue by just simply sending 2-3 shuttles together at 5:10 sharp, no question asked because this is the pattern, very likely statistically.
some guests were panic and ordered urber/lyft instead. please review and improve this shuttle service.

Overall a good experience. Gets 4 stars because of the incredibly friendly staff and cleanliness. The hotel was quite loud, particular my floor. But, that’s not so much a reflection on the hotel as it is the guests who didn’t have the respect to stay quiet late at night. Housekeeping does not come in but you can leave towels outside to get clean ones. The hotel was very clean and they are taking the necessary COVID precautions.

This property is very near DCA, but their airport shuttle begins its run at 5:10 AM? I wasn't informed of this, and returned my car to the airport car rental spot the night before. The cost of our shared ride very early in the morning was approximately $35. Considering that parking costs $40 at the hotel, you should consider keeping your car parked at the hotel. Most airport hotels begin their shuttle service at 4:30 AM, so there may be other DCA hotels that are more agreeable to those with very early flights.

The interior and grounds are very well kept. Staff if very kind and smiles all around.
If pressed to say any one thing that could be improved, it would be the cost to parking. With there being no lot or on-street options, as a guest you must use their garage. At a rate of $32 a day for an already paying guest, this seems out of place, and we feel it should be included in the already committed to room price for staying guests.

I loved the welcoming. Although I did get a complaint from one of the Baristas there to not fill up my coffee cup with milk all the way. If I wanted that then to pay for milk at the bar store. I was not impressed. It was during breakfast hours too. Overall, my stay with my partner was fun. The hotel offered amenities, coffee filters, creamers, sugar, salt shaker, a mini store of snacks and drinks (non alcoholic + alcoholic), room service for extra towels. My friend tried to swipe his card for a long size room...went through although the $75 for crecedentials blocked his card. Thankfully my other friend helped him out... but I do advise you guys one thing. If you are using a card from out of state, know to have another card to put on file for the credentials in case a blockage of your card is placed. I wouldn't want any of you to get stuck with paying for the room and not having access to it... n then have to explain to the management about requesting a refund if they are willing to give it back. Good luck guys and I would recommend as long as you are well prepared for this stay. Be on your best behaviour because these workers appear to be serious and on strict duty. There is few security that walk the premises both inside and out. Enjoy your stay; nonetheless.

The Crystal City Courtyard by Marriott is located in a walkable area. It is also less than five minutes from DCA Airport.
My room was spacious and clean. The shower 🚿 temperature worked well, and the shower stall was nice, too. Also, the room has a large TV which was excellent to watch football on.
The hotel is well taken care of and in an ideal location. I had previously checked out of a Courtyard by Marriott at LHR Airport 🛫, and I appreciated the consistency between the two properties. I highly recommend the Courtyard by Marriott at Crystal City.

I reserved at this hotel for the weekend of a nerd convention (Blerdcon) event. As a young adult who traveled alone for the first time this hotel is the best !! Very affordable deals. Ms. Williams was very kind and super helpful, this lady needs a raise ! My room and bathroom were clean, working AC, Tv , good wifi connection and clean carpets/shower/no stains at all very clean area. I was so comfortable, relaxed and felt safe. House keeping did their rounds and came to give me new towels, also they were friendly too. Loved the mini fridge (no microwave included in my room type but I went downstairs to the public microwave in the mini cafe and was fine). The area is very safe. I was able to Uber 5 minutes to an Old navy and food stores. Since I came for a convention across the street, families and young people were out all day and night so I was never alone. You can tell this hotel is very family and very professional. They also don't charge you if you don't remember to give back your door key card (which do not do anyways but good to know you aren't charged if you forget to give it back)! I plan to come back to this hotel again. Highly recommend!!

Parking is $25 with in & out privileges, grab & go breakfast & Starbucks cafe inside. Mini fridge in the room but no microwave. Didnt end up needing the microwave anyway. Very close to restaurants, bars, hookah.

It was my birthday, but the lady behind the counter didn't even say happy birthday, which not a huge deal but when someone says it's their birthday you normally say happy birthday, but what do I know.
The room was really nice, but I dont know if it's the pillows or the bed, but doesn't sleep all that great.
Parking is 40$ which I found to be a lot of money and considering we are members of Marriott, maybe a discount or something?

I booked an overnight stay in late February when my son and I came into town for a concert at the Capital One Arena. The location was a short walk (maybe 10 minutes) to a metro station, and the room was clean and comfortable for an overnight stay. Since the hotel sits back off Route 1, I did not hear any street noise and I don't recall hearing any excessively loud noise from the hallway. The staff was excellent and went above and beyond my expectations. They were friendly on arrival, helpful during the short stay, and pleasant at check out but after my 4 hour drive home, they became rock stars. I realized I didn't pick up everything I accidentally dropped between the middle bedside table/bed/headboard while packing to leave. When I got home, I called the hotel and spoke with Morgan who said she would get in touch with housekeeping to check the room and then she would call me back. I did not expect to hear back until much later or even the next day, but she called me back 5 minutes later saying they found what I had left behind. I was then able to coordinate with Renee, the housekeeping manager, a way to get the item mailed back to me. They probably thought I was a lunatic because I was in a panic about a beaded bracelet that cost $10 at most, but it has so much sentimental meaning to my son and the fact that they were so quick to act on my request and then figure out the best way to get it back to me meant so much.

The hotel staff was very pleasant, helpful, and empathetic. They were very responsive to an elderly gentleman that needed help getting out of a cab and we're so caring.
The The baristas at the Starbucks inside the hotel were fabulous as well.

Stayed here for a week for a work trip! Great hotel with easy access to all of the monuments. Staff are friendly and helpful. I had an incorrect charge on my account and the staff quickly fixed the issue. I would easily stay here again.

Exactly what you’d expect from a Marriott property, exceptional customer service and clean facilities; the room was excellent with a nice view of the airport. This airport has a efficient airport shuttle. Food selections are limited and a short walk is required to find acceptable meals, but at a higher cost..expensive area for sure.

Room is beautiful. Parking is 20 a day. Lots of food near by. The bistro is closed I believe but many local places to door dash had a very romantic weekend

My experience at this hotel was fantastic. The room stayed in was nice, clean, and spacious. I love the fitness room, which was nice and clean. I love the fact they had water, towels, and nice workout equipment. I did not have to go look for a Starbucks, luckily the did have some products from Starbucks where they can make the basic hot and cold drinks. The services here are good, and I was excited that they provided a shuttle to RDU. The staff members from the front desk and other staff were welcoming, nice and friendly. The location is really convenient to RDU and not too far from DC.

Almost missed out on this amazing room, but a quick online comparison, especially on HoteIDuIIy.cᴏm, got me a real catch.
I had an incredibly pleasant stay. The shuttle driver did me a solid favor by letting me on the shuttle when I couldn’t remember the name of the hotel where I was booked (I said the wrong name at first). And the front desk clerk was great. Loyalty upgrade to suite too. Btw guest laundry is on level 2 in the fitness center. THANK YOU!

Hotel, in general, is nice and clean. Doesn't get 5 star due to lack of attention to detail. No bottled water in the room, conditioner was empty, it's always the little things that count. We asked about the bottled water and the front desk said no bottled water was allowed due to COVID, but we could always buy it...
I'd rate the staff as 5 stars. All of them have been friendly and responsive. Impressed with the employees.
Location is great and my Suite Nights Awards request was granted.

We had to stay here one night because of American Airlines' unrealistic connection times and late arrival at DCA although the Airline DID cover the cost which was greatly appreciated. It was a pleasant surprise! The property was very well kept. The staff friendly and efficient. The room clean, quiet and nicely furnished with comfortable beds and bedding.

I had a layover here when on my way back home and got to stay a night for free. The room was BEAUTIFUL. I got two full sized beds to myself. The front desk was fast and efficient. As soon as I got there, they took my voucher and knew exactly what to do. It took all of 5 minutes to get me checked in and into a room so I could rest for my early morning connection flight.

I was trying to book a sleep park fly rate but couldn't figure it out on the website despite my frequent bookings through Marriott. Normally, I can pretty much figure out anything on my Marriott website and app. I made a few calls around to Marriott properties near the airport. Adam, the operations manager here, happened to answer the phone and took the time not only to explain how to find the sleep park fly rates on the Marriott website, but he also took the time to book it for me. He went out of his way to explain the shuttle hours making sure that I was aware of a brief lapse during the afternoon hours where there is no shuttle available in case my flight was during that time. Now we all know that Courtyard is not a luxury level of the Marriott brand, but Adam gave a 5 star level of service!

I love this place.
Every time I come home to the DMV, I stay here. It's my go-to.
Good prices, clean and comfortable rooms.
The only drawback is, due to Covid, the restaurant is closed inside, and no morning breakfast.
Also, coffee and tea is only available 6:30 am to 9 am, and that's it. Other Marriott's offer coffee and tea 24/7.
No biggie. Plenty of places in the surrounding area that offer either, or both.
I'm giving only 4 stars today, because last time I was there, the couple next door to me kept me awake with their late night "playtime", and two nights later, a different couple down the hall on the opposite side got booted out in the middle of the night for not following the rules. So it was quite noisy, and I didn't sleep very well the 3 nights I was there.
Otherwise, it's great!

Phenomenal place to stay and take a flight from Reagan national airport. Buy the "park here fly there" package and get seven nights of free parking after your stay. Clean secure gated underground garage and complimentary airport shuttle that starts at 5 a.m.. Wonderful affordable bistro style sit down restaurant off the side of the lobby for evening food and drink, free Continental morning breakfast, clean remodeled updated rooms, kind and intelligent staff, all-in-all just a wonderful stay! next time I will probably stay a couple of nights before or after to take in some of the sights around town. Thank you Marriott for getting it right!

Don't forget to use ʜᴏᴛᴇʟʙᴜʟʟʏ.ᴄᴏᴍ when booking any stay. They compare countless booking websites and typically will have rates a lot cheaper compared to others! You're welcome :)! This resort is one of my favorites in this area. I've been staying here for a long time. If you stay for a few nights you for sure won't be disappointed.
We loved it! The room was very clean and well maintained. I can even say that about the bathroom. The bed was super comfortable. It was peaceful. Laundry required quarters, but you can get some at the front desk. You do have to pay for parking so that has to be considered.

PROS: We stayed in a room with a king-sized bed. The room was plenty spacious enough for the two of us and an infant. The step-in shower is amazing, and the entire bathroom gets instant hot water. Everything was clean and orderly, and the hotel is very quiet.
The hotel is 1/2 mile from the nearest metro; however, if you plan to walk there each day, then you'll get really tired of it.
CONS: Parking is $37 per day. Somewhat cheaper than other hotels in the vicinity, but not well advertised on their website.
The parking garage isn't conveniently accessible - you have to take the elevator up to the lobby, then a separate bank of elevators up to your room.
RECOMMENDATION: We didn't take advantage of much in the hotel (food, coffee, etc). While the garage offers security, you can try to find parking on the street for free. If you want to see the National Mall, then just drive and pay for parking there - it'll be cheaper than the constant back-and-forth metro fares (unlimited 3-day pass is $30 each). Note that we traveled close to the holidays, so perhaps that's why we saw so many open parking spaces.

The room was clean, the staff was wonderful, it was close to places I wanted to go. This hotel is one if the best hotels I have been to this year. I c me coming back next year but this time in the Spring. 😁

Very chic modern hotel! Hotel room was very clean and spacious. Friendly and informative front desk staff. They have a free shuttle bus that dropped and picked us up at local restaurants and shopping center. The breakfast food was excellent, made to order, fresh, with wide a variety of items.

The dashing gentleman at the desk was extremely professional every time my friends and I interacted with him. We arrived at the hotel early to change for a work event and he offered to call when our room was ready. We checked in a little early after our work event and went up to take a nap in the room. The room was made up and as expected; however, I was fairly surprised to see garbage on the carpet. A missing headphone cover, a cap for some plastic container, large stones as if someone cleaned their shoes by hitting then together on the carpet. We were also surprised there was no microwave. Not a big deal, just surprised. Everything else was excellent. The room keys were used to get in and out of the parking garage and there were enough spaces for us to find a spot after returning to the hotel around 11pm. The location was ideal for this trip and allowed me to get where I needed to in less than 10 minutes. Based on the service at the counter and location of the hotel I would absolutely stay here again in the future.

Stayed here the night before the Marine Corps Marathon with friends. Decent room with more modern decor. Beds felt a little smaller than full size, but they were clean. Really nice having a shuttle service to the metro. Would recommend for anyone needing to stay in the Arlington Crystal City area.

The rooms are spacious and clean. The staff are very friendly and helpful to find you any information you need and great access to the airport in 3 min or downtown in 15. If my camera worked I'd take pictures.
