Beautiful spacious rooms with comfortable beds. Close to down town Nashville and Uber rides relatively cheap. Airport shuttle included in stay, however does not wait so make sure to make your reservation on time! Pool was out of service :( however thankful for the air conditioning during the hot weather. Housekeeping was thorough and eager to clean in the morning. Lots of music decor highlighting Nashville music city. Option to store luggage after checkout while spending the day exploring before catching the shuttle back to the airport. Breakfast had good selection of different food options.

Stayed 4 nights during the holidays. We were in Nashville for football and new years. Overall, service and rooms were excellent. Breakfast was good, not great. Clean and comfortable was what we were looking for. That's what we got. Will stay here again.

The king suite with the living room was really nice, spacious, and clean. The bathroom is kinda small and the bed is really firm. I could almost say it was hard. The breakfast wasn't good at all. It's small but the coffee machine was great. Besides that, the entire hotel was extremely clean. Great location being close to the malls, restaurants, airport, etc. There's a Mexican restaurant connected to the hotel. I didn't get a chance to try the food but it smelled good everyday. I would stay again for the price I paid!!

Still about 12 minutes from downtown Broadway Street, the ice machine was broken, they have one machine for the entire hotel.. the pool was nice temperature wise however, the pictures of pool area are deceiving the cabana lounges have ripped covers, there was mold around the white cushion from nit properly caring for the furniture, the cushions were faded and gross, the pool had missing tiles along the one side, the rooms don't get very cold!! The staff were super sweet every single one I personally encountered!! The rooms are nice though! The convenient store prices are high.

The staff is very friendly and personable, especially Robbie, great customer service. Excellent Mexican restaurant next door. We plan on staying here every time we visit Nashville.

Excellent hotel, but what made it excellent was the front desk guy Robbie. That dude was something else. Going above and beyond for for me and my family and also for others I witnessed. I even seen him push one of the guest in his wheel chair up to the room. Made sure we were all comfortable and even ordered the UFC fight down stairs in the lobby for whomever. Great dude. Definitely deserves a raise. The room was very clean and the Mexican restaurant in the hotel was also really good. If you stay in Nashville. Book this hotel!

The carpet in our room needed replacing, but clean and comfortable. The hotel furnishings are modern and very nicely decorated. A restaurant, Padilla, is attached and has great food and service. The service staff at the desk were also excellent, but the hotel is under staffed. The gentleman at the desk this morning was handling breakfast, served as general manager, and technician. He handled it well, but obviously could have used help.

Staff were great and provided excellent customer service. I've stayed at several hotels, and the staff went above and beyond their duties (Especialy R. Mann). Hotel was also great and enjoyed that there was a restaurant attached to it (especially since we were tired). Loved that it was close to the airport and not loud. The only thing that I would have preferred, is that the beds to be more comfy because they were too firm. One of the staff (R.Mann) helped us with that problem and we had a better nights rest on the 2nd evening. I will be staying at this hotel every time I go to Nashville and would highly recommend this hotel to everyone.

The rooms are spacious. The bed was the most comfortable hotel bed I’ve ever slept on. It’s fairly quiet for being so close to the airport. My only complaint is they don’t have shower mats and the tub is a bit slick.

The rooms are updated, clean, and very spacious. I liked that most of the rooms open up to a huge interior lobby. The best part was the front desk employee, Robbie. He was standing outside when we pulled up, asked us if we were checking in, and offered us a luggage cart. Later when we came down to hang out, he made fresh cookies and popcorn for us. He is so personable and professional. I would definitely stay there again, especially if Robbie was working the front desk.

Very convenient location to the highway and out of the way of major city traffic and drama. But close enough to downtown Nashville so UBER is not as bad as other major cities.
Hotel staff was very friendly. Room was clean but outdated. You can kind of smell the old but it was still clean room for my family of 6. Breakfast was always hot and offered some good beverages. Overall good stay.

Rooms were very clean and tidy. Rooms were definitely a lot bigger and better than I thought it would be. My only issue is (it's kinda a big one for me), the girl at the front desk gave someone I don't know a key to our room and this guy just walked on in like it was his room. Was almost about to pull my weapon but he turned around and walked out quickly. Make sure you use the extra door locks here for sure.

I'm always on guard with airport hotels, with good reason. Despite any name brand, airport hotels generally are the lowest rung of ladder, bottom of the barrel, etc.
This one desperately needs an overall update to the rooms, and they'll look dirty because the paint is so old, with heavy dark curtains and dim lighting--but it's actually very clean and comfortable, and the staff is friendly and helpful.
I was happily surprised and impressed with it, and recommend it.

Uhh, can I tell you how pleasantly surprised I was at this hotel. After reading the reviews I was expecting a night fighting for my life against bed bugs and smells. Let me tell you, that's not the case at all. The lobby is super cute, the coffee machine is bougie. Parth checked us in and was super kind and helpful. The rooms spacious, clean, and comfortable. Ive stayed in a range of hotels in my life and this is definitely one of the nicest, ESPECIALLY in that price range.

Excellent, new, clean, and beautiful rooms! We only stayed overnight, but the AM/PM Front Desk attendants were very kind and helpful. Convenient location, took under 10 minutes to get to the airport. Fantastic complimentary Breakfast spread! Higher floors definitely get some noise from take off's and landings, but overall a very comfortable night's stay.

This is my go-to hotel when I am in Nashville. I like to get away from the noise of downtown when I leave an event and this location fits the bill. The staff is always available and helpful. I have always found the hotel and rooms to be clean.

Looks like a typical concrete cheap 90s hotel, but the inside is anything but. Super funky and fun, good restaurant/bar, and huge rooms. 4 stars on the rooms for thin walls and intense LED lighting, but super clean with modern tech - outlets, etc. For the price and location will definitely stay here again.

We had an excellent stay here. We stayed for a family wedding. Our whole experience was great. The fresh breakfast every morning was great, the rooms and bathrooms were spacious, and the common area was very comfortable and great to accommodate big parties (especially during a snowstorm). We had a family emergency while there and the staff couldn't have been any nicer. Special shoutout to Denise (front desk), Adelita (the breakfast attendant), and Fabiola (housekeeping) who all helped our family tremendously throughout the week that we stayed here. Would definitely recommend!

I have stayed here twice. I also left something here that was very valuable and they found it, called to let me know and kept it dafe until I could come back to get it. The staff is very courteous and the hotel is quite nice and updated. The beds are VERY comfortable. The furnishings are also in good shape. Also there is a Mexican restaurant in the lobby area and they have really good food. It is also only 15 minutes to most everywhere. I would HIGHLY recommend this place to anyone.

My husband and I stayed here for 5 days. Hotel was very clean, smelled wonderful and the room was super spacious. It was a bit chilly in the common areas but nothing a small jacket couldn't fix. Loved having the attached restaurant. It was a 15-20 minute drive to most attractions which was no problem. Lots of restaurants & gas stations near by. Our only complaint was that our TV seemed to have issues everyday. It kept losing signal or wouldn't work at all. We called down to the front desk a few times. The gentleman was helpful the one day but the ladies weren't all the other days. I ended up having to completing disconnect all the chords and reconnecting them on the last day to get it to finally work more than 20 minutes. The TV issue aside I'd definitely recommend this hotel to others who want to be close to downtown without paying the downtown price.

I was a guest at your hotel on Oct 28 for 2nights. It was my first time in Nashville, Tn. To be a 2star hotel I found the accommodations were nice! I would suggest for the breakfast to put grits on the menu and bacon because some people enjoy that as well as those that love oatmeal.Front desk staff was great especially Alexa and Evan.Rooms were clean and the rate fits your budget. If I ever travel there again this would definitely be where I stay.
