Newer hotel, great staff, all necessary amenities. Great place to stay and only 15 min. from the heart of downtown.
As of today, the room is nice, clean and neat. Stealing out of my bag, not so good. I will re rate when the poem is solved .
After speaking with the manager , he is looking into the matter. Problem will be resolved.

Best smelling hotel ever! wonderful vanilla scent throughout the hotel. Very clean. Beds are unbelievably comfortable we didn’t want to get up. The staff is very friendly and personable, especially Robbie, great customer service. Excellent Mexican restaurant next door. We plan on staying here every time we visit Nashville.
Excellent hotel, but what made it excellent was the front desk guy Robbie. That dude was something else. Going above and beyond for for me and my family and also for others I witnessed. I even seen him push one of the guest in his wheel chair up to the room. Made sure we were all comfortable and even ordered the UFC fight down stairs in the lobby for whomever. Great dude. Definitely deserves a raise. The room was very clean and the Mexican restaurant in the hotel was also really good. If you stay in Nashville. Book this hotel!
Staff were great and provided excellent customer service. I've stayed at several hotels, and the staff went above and beyond their duties (Especialy R. Mann). Hotel was also great and enjoyed that there was a restaurant attached to it (especially since we were tired). Loved that it was close to the airport and not loud. The only thing that I would have preferred, is that the beds to be more comfy because they were too firm. One of the staff (R.Mann) helped us with that problem and we had a better nights rest on the 2nd evening. I will be staying at this hotel every time I go to Nashville and would highly recommend this hotel to everyone.
To start with the good: Staff was friendly and opened the pool early for us on request. House cleaning was great as well. But here's the thing- being friendly doesn't make up for a lack of maintenance, a consistent problem throughout the hotel. While renovated sometime in the last several years, maintenance has not kept pace. Worn-out seats, rusty air vents and broken lights. The ice machine was broken too. We were told breakfast was limited because of COVID- no problem and completely understandable- but also not an excuse to only offer yogurt, frozen pastries, and some random fruit when it would have been easy to include single serve cereal, bagels, etc. while still being safe.
The rooms are updated, clean, and very spacious. I liked that most of the rooms open up to a huge interior lobby. The best part was the front desk employee, Robbie. He was standing outside when we pulled up, asked us if we were checking in, and offered us a luggage cart. Later when we came down to hang out, he made fresh cookies and popcorn for us. He is so personable and professional. I would definitely stay there again, especially if Robbie was working the front desk.
