Clean, spacious rooms. Front desk staff is not only very polite and friendly, but very knowledgeable about Nashville. My family and I enjoyed exploring many of the suggestions the front desk man gave us for fun, nearby restaurants and museums.

My experience at this hotel was EXCELLENT! The rooms were nice and clean! My sorority sisters and I were treated very kindly. And when our picture plans were stopped by rain, they opened up a conference room so we could do our photo shoot! Even fixed the lighting so it could be perfect. Special shoutout to Jamie, Shawn, Shivam and Tye. You all are top notch! Thank you so much!!!

The hotel is wonderful and the breakfast is delicious. The pool is cold! My only complaint is the house keepers coming in my room and I had op out of receiving room service and they charge $14 a day for parking🙃

Almost everything was great but small things matter. For example, the pillows on the bed were awful in our opinion. The shower curtain was poor quality and didn't keep the floor from getting wet. Also there was no exhaust fan in the bathroom and it caused the tile floor to get slick.

The people at the front desk and at the bar/restaurant were very nice. The rooms were clean.

Great customer service. Clean rooms. However, if you plan on even thinking about using an elevator... forget about it. I’ve stayed here twice this month and no matter what the elevators are trash. I stood there waiting for it for more than 10 minutes. It is posted that they are doing renovations to the hotel but nothing about the elevators being down or serviced. I even asked if there were stairs to take since my room was just on the second floor, figuring it would be easier to just walk upstairs, but all I was told is “there’s none inside, sorry.”

We love this hotel. We enjoy having a separate living room area to watch TV and relax as opposed to having to lay on a bed to watch TV. The table was great for our board games and card games. The complimentary breakfast is phenomenal and we enjoy the free cocktails and snacks and cokes. The only thing we questions during our recent two night stay was cleaning staff did not replenish our towels, wash cloths or coffee. This may have been due to Covid safely procedures but I'm not a fan of having to ask for those things at the front desk. That being said, this is the only hotel we stay at when visiting Nashville!!

The food there is very good. But there are some things that you really should work on.1. when you know you have flood victimes staying there, let them stay for free or half price. 2. Fix the exit gate so that a person doesn't have to call for help. 3. Housekeeping. We left the card on the pillow. We are cleaning p after our home was flooded, we asked for clean towels each day but only got two ice . We gathered

them up and put them out side the door and then put the new towels up ourselves. It took 3 days to get a working clock. 4. Everyday we asked for clean drinking glasses. Finally Sunday the desk clerk brought us 3 wine glasses. 5. It took 2 days toget toilet paper. I don't think Conrad Hilton would be impressed do you? Every penny we spent there should be returned to us. You have lost some longtime customers. The exit gates do not work and explain to me how at breakfast there is no jelly or honey, no cereal.

This hotel has seen a decline since we last stayed 5 years ago. Our room had not been thoroughly cleaned upon entry (not even vacuumed). The hallways and walkways had not been swept for days/weeks. Pool was not cared for and raised our level of concern, especially during a pandemic. When we requested fresh towels, it took over 8 hours and three calls to get towels and we only received them after heading to the front desk. Our request for bedding for the pull out bed did not arrive until after 9PM well, after our child's bed time.

Not bad at all. Rooms are like any other Hilton chains as far as cleanliness and upkeep. Happy hours is one of the best parts about the stay. 5.30-7.30, unsure about the days of the week, but unlimited drinks and snacks make it worth it. They've also got free breakfast. Even during covid (Late March 2021), they were serving omeletes and hot breakfast. Would stay here again!

We found bed bugs in our room. We called the front desk. They came and said the temperature is getting warner so lady bugs come out. We said, no this is bed bugs. We had the ones we had killed on a Kleenex for them to see. We sent the pictures in an email. They moved us rooms at 12am and didn't even offer to help us move. I spoke to the manager and they didn't offer a refund or anything until Orkin comes in and looks over the room. They didn't offer us anything! Not happy to be a Hilton's honors member.

Very nice hotel, friendly, personable staff, and they were very good about following COVID-19 guidelines. Would definitely return. 4 stars instead 5 because we had to pay for parking to stay at a place we were already paying over $100 a night to stay at.

Great place , staff is amazing and very helpful. The only thing that was a little hard was breakfast although its a great breakfast the only food offered are eggs ( main dish) and its hard when kids are allergic...we had wished there would of been pancakes or waffles also...other wise a nice place to stay.

The breakfast was well prepared by the cook. We have make to order omelet and biscuit, sausages, bacon and other cold items. The breakfast is still in almost full swing in the midst of the pandemic. Evening reception has been reduced to only essential snacks with beer and wine. The lobby and dining area is spacious and welcoming. Check in was easy and speedy.

Another great Embassy Suites hotel.. easy access to hotel near business district. A little drive for food and entertainment. Rooms are good size maybe could use some updating. Great friendly staff even during this crazy pandemic. Would come back for another future stay 😁😁

Very good service and a great breakfast. The room was showing its age a bit, with the sink and shower fixtures a bit worn out. Otherwise, it was a perfectly good experience consistent with the Embassy Suites brand.

I love this location! The rooms are very large, my husband and I brought 3 kids with us and there was tons of room for them!

The location did a great job reserving swim time slots so everyone got to use the pool but it wasnt crowded.

The breakfast was great, hot, and free! Also free beer and wine for mom and dad for 2 hours in the evening and goldfish snack for the kids!

They Have Indoors Restaurant Starting At 5 PM . The Hotel Is Way Out Though .. Not Near Downtown Nashville .. Where Most Of The History Of This Beautiful Town Is. It's Located Near Airport .. Best For Corporate Meetings. They Have Many Seminar Rooms For Just That.

I was only here one night. Room was clean, bed was comfortable, and staff was friendly and helpful. Many usual services, such as the complimentary airport shuttle, were not available, even though the automated recording when you call the property says it is.

I understand I made a choice to stay after knowing all the information, but my son was leaving for boot camp and that's where he was staying. Only made sense to stay there close. So, with the covid19 issue, everything was closed. Was NOT given a discount of any kind.

My family and I stayed here for three days. The mornings always started with breakfast; omelets, pancakes, sausage, yogurt, etc. The staff seemed friendly. Pool was small but it was a nice quiet little area. Heated towels were available. Rooms were clean and neat. Fitness room also available.

It was great. Room was nice sized and clean, bed was comfortable, it is a little dated but well kept, could use a fresh coat of paint and a few touch ups but nothing major. We reserved a premium king room which came with bottled water, canned Cokes, potato chips, pretzels, candy bars and trail mix, plenty of snacks for 2 people. The restaurant/ lounge was nice, drinks are reasonably priced and so is the food, which was very good. We had the pretzels and cheese for a snack and a few drinks. Then we waited for the evening reception which was nice, free beer, mixed drinks, shots and light snacks, it was Nachos this night and a pub mix snack, all included with the price of your room. Then we had dinner which can be ordered room service if you want. We ordered room service, had the chicken philly and fries, the dry aged burger with sweet potato fries and the bourbon glazed salmon with sweet potato puree and a mixed green salad, it was all extremely good. My wife who doesn't like any type of seafood or fish actually tried the salmon and liked it. I have no complaints with the food or room service. The indoor pool was actually warm and nice most places the water is usually cool this water was very warm and pleasant and from 10PM to 12AM it is adults only which was nice. The breakfast is really good, they have a wide variety of food options on the buffet and you can get made to order omelets which were really good. I would highly recommend this place to family or friends who are staying in the Nashville area. I would definitely stay here again. I had a great romantic evening with my wife. Wonderful place for an overnight stay or weekend getaway.

We stayed 3 nights. We enjoyed the breakfast and cocktail hours. The atrium was beautiful. The bed was really comfortable. The only thing they needed was maybe a movie out in the atrium for the kids. We enjoyed our stay.

Would have been 5 stars but the elevators (plural) kept breaking. One time (yes; there were multiple), the building side doors of the elevator slammed shut upon opening, if we would have been excited to leave the elevator, or worse, a kid would have been leaving, I don’t know what would have happened— we had to wait for support, with no advice, encouragement, explanations, or willingness to explain what happening beyond “help is on the way”. The lack Of urgency indicates this is normal for them... otherwise it was a decent stay. Beyond our room heater breaking and running full bore until our room was 85 degrees. I’m not sure why I think this still deserves 3 stars, but I guess I’m generous.

This hotel is absolutely gorgeous and beautiful! I highly recommend the stay here. The only issue I had was the breakfast pancakes were not good at all. They taste as if they were made with water and no butter. Please fix that! Thanks in advance!

Came here after issues at a nearby property. Staff was friendly and accommodating. They need to plan better for their breakfast offering. They were not staffed for the number of guests in the hotel. However, the head of rooms was very understanding to the issue. Much more than management at the other property. Definitely a wiser choice in hindsight

Very nice hotel... however after make numerous trips to the front desk because I couldn't get into my room due to card key problems be prepared have a bit a patience when trying to enter your room. I had to have a 3x or more magic trick to get into my room! Breakfast was good! Reception hour was good! Hopefully the key problem will be corrected when I come back...

I have stayed at a lot of Embassy Suites and this one is just not up to par. Our first issue was our non-smoking room smelled of smoke the front desk was really good and let us move. The manager special had the longest line and the bar served so slow that the line trailed through the lobby. We ended up just paying to sit at the restaurant. Our beds were not completely flat and I felt like they dipped in the middle which is not only uncomfortable but has you feeling like you are sliding down a hill. When we came down for breakfast again the lines were insane that it took 45 minutes to get any breakfast. Every other Embassy I have been to has had it all figured out which is why I always want to stay an Embassy if possible but this by far is the worst experience. I would not recommend you stay at this one, I would go to the downtown location.

The hotel and staff are fantastic but the restaurant there kept the fifth star. We went there for lunch and to watch a little of the game. At first was good, then there was a change of shift while still here and after that nothing. No drinks, no water, no hi need anything, just nothing. I will not go back to the restaurant but I will the hotel.

Good experience overall.

Room was clean and nice.

Free drinks with happy hour.

I was charged 28.00 for a bourbon/coke and long Island tea. Really the only down fall. I paid it, didn't say anything about it.

Staff was very welcoming and smiled all the time.

I would recommend, just watch the drink prices.

Pretty standard for a Hilton Embassy. Front desk and housekeeping employees were always smiling and happy to help. Our room smelled a little funny and the breakfast was passable at best but we would stay here again if in the area. The interior of the building is inviting and the architecture really pleasing to look at.

Really liked this location of Embassy. It's near the airport, but a little off the beaten path. It was quiet and relatively close to the interstate access. In more of a business district, so there weren't any restaurants really close by. But the on site restaurant was good. Staff was great. The hotel lobby has been updated and is nice for sitting. Overall, I really like the location and accommodations and I would absolutely stay here again.

Excellent stay. Clean rooms, great staff. Happy hour in the evening with both alcohol and non alcohol served as well as snacks and live music as well. Best breakfast that I ever had from a hotel. Big shout out to our chef who made our omelets. His said they called him Bethel. He's the best!

This hotel was very friendly had a nice smell upon arrival. We're used to staying at 4 star hotels, but this time I decided I was tired of paying all extra resort and parking fees, basically feeling robbed after check out. This hotel offer very good buffet breakfast for free and free parking. They also have happy hour even on weekends. Everyone and everything was perfect.

Embassy suites never fails with its always up to date appearances and vast amenities. This one in Nashville is very close to the airport-however you cannot hear the planes taking off. The staff at this particular embassy was exceptional in every way. Thanks for another great stay!

I stayed here for a work meeting and the staff here was very courteous. The room was nice and the bed was comfy. The complimentary breakfast is definitely a plus. The staff working when lunch was served were very attentive and friendly. They have an indoor pool and a nice fitness center that I took advantage of using. They also offer a shuttle to the airport every 30 mins.

Great experience. Clean hotel with friendly staff. They offer shuttle service to downtown. Located near airport. Hotel has great, made to order breakfast. Also has a restaurant/bar. Pool area was nice with a small outside seating area. Only down side is room was close to airport side and highway which you could hear. Noise was not awful but enough to drop down a star. Would highly recommend to anyone.
