Everything went smoothly. Parked close to motel entrance and shuttle was almost immediate both going and coming from airport.

The rooms are smaller than I expected. I get a kind bed . Don't have a microwave in the room!!! You have to go to the front lobby area to warm up your food. These amenities need some renovations and maintenance for sure. Laundry not working.... You have to go to the hotel next door to do laundry. How annoying it is. Breakfast is free but nothing special about it to mention here.... Also as a platinum elite member,I always get greeted well in the front lobby while checking in. That didn't happen, IHG I am really disappointed .....

I really enjoyed my stay at Avid Hotel. I only stayed for one night, but it was well worth the price. I was put on the top floor and I was worried that the sound of planes would keep me up. However, I actually found it quite peaceful and slept right through it! It was a great night of sleep before my early morning flight. The shuttle was punctual and the shuttle driver was so polite. I will definitely be back!

I want to compliment Mario, our hotel shuttle driver at the Nashville Avid Airport. We were stranded by our airlines who put us up in this hotel. We were tired, frustrated, and overall homesick. Mario lifted us up. He shared a warm welcome, made us laugh, and changed our entire day by driving us back to the airport. Mario is truly an asset for your organization and should be recognized for his amazing customer service.

I missed my connect at Denver Airport, and after a 3 hour line at United's customer service, they gave me a stay at the Avid. I've never stayed in one, but sure- I just needed some sleep.

I was pleasantly surprised how good my experience it was: from how fast (unlike United) the check in at the hotel was, to how appealing and clean it was, it was an excellent experience. Above all, I wanted to thank the 2 front desk managers Sandy & Angie that were unfailingly polite, friendly, and extremely helpful. Thank you!

Re giving the location only 4 stars- that has to do with everything at & near Denver Airport being so spread out & far away. Otherwise, it was superb.

The hotel is new and updated!! Bed was like sleeping on a cloud! If you are taking a flight out of Nashville, you can leave your car here for only 4.95/day. I stayed there the night before my flight so I wouldn’t have to drive in from 2 hours away for a 6 am flight.. free shuttle to airport! And the car will be waiting there when you get back from your trip!

Happy we took a chance on Avid because it was an all-around great overnight stay. The front desk check-in was quick and smooth and Cain was very nice and gave us good suggestions for dinner. Cleanliness was a 10/10, great job, housekeeping! Super comfy beds and nice bedding too. Will definitely stay again!

Directly under the final approach for the airport, and I still slept soundly. Looks like new construction. Brightly lit parking lot with plenty of space. Room was clean and everything worked. Fridge in room, microwave in lobby with tables and chairs. Friendly staff.

Nice soft beds, clean rooms, nice facility. The were gracious hosts to the PNW Selects during our stay. I wish their stove was working to see what their full breakfast was like.

The rooms were nice and clean and the lobby was nice as well. My only complaint was the functionality of the room. The room was slightly smaller than most (I had a king bed suite) but the furniture was low profile giving more space. There wasn't much room for eating at the narrow built In shelf/table and the there was only one chair. The coffee table did double as a second chair but was kind of low. Also there was no towel rack for the hand towels after washing hands. No major complaints because everything was clean and the breakfast and shuttle were a plus. I would stay again.

Avid hotel was perfect for our quick trip to Nashville without costing a fortune to stay one night. Room has plenty of space, hangers on the walls and compartments that allowed for storage not on the floor. Very modern feel and great location by the airport. Will definitely stay again!

This place is great! It has really comfy beds, considering it's a hotel. On top of that, the free breakfast is great. I love that they have a choice between warm and cold breakfast. The rooms were also great and overall, it's set in a good area. Many places around it to go to and many places to eat. We had a wonderful stay. Everybody there is great, people staying and the staff included. Overall, I would recommend staying here.

I cannot say enough good things about our experience at this hotel. The shuttle drivers, front desk, clean and nice, welcoming. Thank you for such a great experience. We did the park and sleep option when going to the Mediterranean for 2 weeks. We will certainly use this company in the future.

The hotel is very nice,clean up to date. All the things you could need. Steam iron, hairdryer big comfy pillows. The bed is a little soft if you like soft mattresses. Coffee is pretty good. They even have filtered sparkling water if you want it. But the breakfast is less the desired. I mean don't stay here for the free breakfast, stay because it's very clean and welcoming

Used this hotel for airport parking only. The first shuttle driver who took us from the hotel to the airport was terrible. I've never experienced such terrible service from a hotel shuttle driver. He had us load and unload our own bags. I would've given this place one star and never returned, but the shuttle driver who picked us up from the airport and brought us back to our vehicle, Donnie, was wonderful. He provided excellent service, loaded our bags, held a friendly conversation, dropped us off directly in front of our car and went above and beyond by loading our bags into our vehicle for us. Wish I could give this place 5 stars but that first driver is definitely a black spot on this experience. My car was safe. Will definitely try them again in the future if management addresses the issues with the first shuttle driver.

Checkin was ultra fast (I essentially was handed my pre assigned room key as I walked past the front counter). Super clean and modern. Some reviewers point out the airport noise as a nuisance, but I couldn’t disagree more. It was very cool to see the planes flying close by overhead and I had a great nights sleep. I will definitely seek out Avid hotels where available

My trip from Mississippi wasn't pleasant but when I got to the hotel everything changed the front counter woman Ms. Jordan really helped me and my wife by letting us know about the city and surrounding area. When I do come back to Nashville I will stay here and recommend anyone who is in Nashville that the avid rooms are clean, luxurious, and just like new....

The rooms are clean but small however the highlight of this establishment is without a doubt the staff. Brandon was the fellow working the front desk upon my arrival and after offering his own jumper cables (I arrived experiencing alternator issues) he proceeded to ensure any local services I needed were accessible. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for good hospitality at a reasonable rate

My wife and I fly out of Nashville fairly regularly and use Park Sleep Fly to for parking convenience. This hotel is very clean, with a good breakfast. The clerk Desirae who checked us in and helped us leaving was amazing. She is friendly and very customer service oriented. Also she has a genuine smile that makes you feel welcome. The biggest problem that is that it is in the path of aircraft takeoff. But this is an airport hotel. You won't be disappointed. We will stay here again.

A good resting stop along our journey. I would offer a suggestion for fuller pillows as ours were very flat. The front desk attendant was very courteous and helpful upon check-in. The ability to walk over to the adjacent hotel for dinner was nice after a day of traveling. We would stay here again.

Very cool environment and fresh kind of vibe. It's a newer hotel but it doesn't have the same new hotel vibe as all the others...it's different... Check it out. Staff was great. Rooms were my fave. Will def revisit.

Very clean hotel. Great for quick stay next to the airport. Used the shuttle service and our driver Mario was so friendly and helpful with our bags. I would be cautious of the parking service though. When I returned to my vehicle the two vehicles parked next to me had their windows smashed out and the vehicles were visibly looted.

I had an amazing stay. The cherry on the top was encountering the most welcoming and professional front desk person Rachel 8.28.2021 at check out. The hotel doesn't offer many frills. However the staff and cleanliness are worth the cost of admission. Thank you Avid. Thank you Ms Rachel.

The room was clean and ready in a reasonable time. Staff was friendly and helpful. When my girlfriend left her phone in the room by accident, the staff was very prompt and helpful in finding it and reuniting us with it! Will absolutely stay here again!

Room is compact but extremely functional. Clean bedroom with large bed, clean air, clean bathroom. We'll definitely be staying here again.

My experience at Avid in Nashville, TN, a simulation of the Tru concept, was generally positive. The rooms were clean, and the staff was friendly and accommodating. However, it's worth noting that the rooms were relatively small compared to the standard set by Tru by Hilton.



One aspect that could be a consideration for some guests is the noise level due to the proximity to the airport. The sound of plane take-offs was noticeable, which may affect those sensitive to noise.



Despite these considerations, the overall experience was pleasant. The cleanliness of the rooms and the friendliness of the staff contributed to a positive stay, making it a suitable choice for those looking for a comfortable and convenient option, with the acknowledgment of potential noise from airport activities.

Clean room. Surprisingly quiet, given the proximity to a particular BNA runway (Southwest Airlines planes were no more than 100 feet above the hotel by the time they came in to land.....I could see up into the landing gear compartments). Breakfast options were all very tasty. Coffee was fresh ground. Parking lit is very well lit.

Clean and modern room. I really like how the room had hard flooring instead of carpet, and white only bedsheets. Good variety of breakfast, with healthy options (egg white omelettes, greek yogurt, & fresh fruit)

And i love the fact that that they had a filtered water bottle refill station, and a functioning ice machine. I enjoyed my stay:), would come again

My stay was extremely brief at Avid but I was impressed in such a short time! As soon as I arrived, Jordyn took such great care of me. She made me feel so welcome with a personal touch and assisted me every step of the way! This is definitely the type of customer service that makes hotel stays memorable!



The room was clean and modern! They even have a way to checkout on the TV screen.



Mario, the shuttle driver, was ready to go bright and early at 4AM! The ride to the airport was convenient, prompt and pleasant!



With all that said, I look forward to visiting again!

Great budget hotel! Very clean, very nice, bed was comfortable and there's a small but appreciated breakfast every morning. 24/7 fitness center and nice lobby too. Ravi was especially helpful!

My husband and I had a fantastic experience here. The room was nice, comfy, and modern. The main reason I was so impressed was the level of customer service we received here. Both our airport shuttle drivers were friendly, courteous, and prompt. Every person I came in contact with at the front desk was genuine, sweet, thorough, and knowledgeable. One of the staff asked us if we would be interested in their complimentary water bottles instead of buying 2 Smart Waters from their marketplace. We were both very appreciative of that. The price wasn’t bad, and we really enjoyed being able to connect our phones to the tv and stream content. This is a way better option than only having basic cable to endlessly scroll through. We had a great stay!

Great place to stay for a reasonable price. Free shuttle, breakfast with all kinds of yogurt, Jimmy Dean sausage breakfast sandwiches and more. Good coffee, nice rooms, very clean, great bathroom. Planes were kind of loud but brief until about 10:30 pm and to be expected when so close to airport. Shuttle service was prompt. We called when we got back from vacation and they were there in as many minutes as it took us to walk from baggage claim. The van was clean too. Very nice staff. We will definitely stay the next time we fly from Nashville.

As with the other Avid I stayed in, this one is great also. Very clean and modern. Covered every detail of your stay. Shuttle for airport and also parking packages to leave car for return stay. Park and Fly across the street for parking also.

Everything was clean! Rooms were nice and functional. Breakfast was good and had a nice variety. Staff was really nice! Only complaint is that my room was next to the elevator and all night I heard other guests talking really loud and it was hard to sleep.

Brand new. Was fun to watch planes come in and wasn't too loud in room. Beds were amazing but oddly had a gap at bottom of door.

Very clean and very safe hotel! We heard no airport noise. Beds were unbelievably comfy, we had trouble leaving in the morning because we didn’t wanna get out!



Would give 5 stars but we waited an hour after check in time because “our room wasn’t ready” despite them sending multiple other couples up. Eventually there was a staff change and I went up to ask again and the new woman was very sweet and promised to find us a room, which she did very quickly.

We needed to be close to the airport (3 minutes away!) That close to the airport you would think it would be loud all night, but it was not the case. The service was very kind and very helpful.

Thoroughly impressed with this cute hotel! We were needing a simple place with free breakfast and that allowed dogs, as we just got our puppy and he's too young to board yet. This fit the bill perfectly. The guy at the front desk checking us in was kind and efficient. The lobby/dining area was clean with lots of seating --and patio seating just outside as well. This place is well decorated with minimal designs and bold color giving it a modern feel. Most importantly, the room was clean, the bedsheets and linens were new, the bathroom had been either remodeled or just rebuilt completely, and it was all so CLEAN! No carpet (but easily cleanable and not cold or sticky) floors helped put me at ease traveling with a puppy, but they put us in a room right by a card-accessable side door so that we could easily slip in and out if necessary. Our puppy loved going out on the grounds and another important thing for our dog travelers--they have plenty of grass and areas to play (not fenced, keep pup on a leash!) and a doggie station for waste with poop bags available. it's very evident they roam the inside and outside of the property keeping everything nice and clean. The hotel next door has a bar and restaurant that they kind of "share" room service with, so you can always get something to eat if you're wanting a full meal. But if you're just a tad hungry, they do keep a well -stocked "market" at the front desk with all varieties of snacks and drinks. Covid precautions have forced hotels to think creatively, and I appreciate the differences I saw in this place. Breakfast was not the tradition free hotel breakfast with a buffet, which my husband didn't like, but I prefer! There's a round self service thing in the middle with individually packaged boiled eggs, cereal, bagels and toast, granola bars, oatmeal, and fresh fruit. On the counter there's a warming shelf with individually wrapped Jimmy Dean breakfast sandwiches. The coffee was great, too. Just don't expect a waffle maker. :) Also the ice buckets are plastic covered paper buckets and it just feels so much cleaner. All hotels should follow this example. Now the "negative" if there is one--it's literally RIGHT BY the airport! So if you're wanting to sleep in, or you need to get to bed early either bring earplugs or be a heavy sleeper! Personally the noise of the airplanes didn't bother us because we had to get up at 6am anyways. So nothing about the planes flying overhead was an issue, they were kind of cool to watch from that angle. It seemed like there were quite a few airline employees staying there, so I always think that's a good sign that it's a good solid hotel. It's not a luxury resort, but it doesn't promise to me. Safe, clean bed for the night? This is a great place. I would stay here again when passing through.

Very clean and beautiful hotel. All employees here are very nice, polite and helpful. If we come back to Nashville, we will definitely stay here again. Of course you can hear airplanes considering you're right by the airport but that didn't bother my family at all, it wasn't bad. 😊

It's very European. We had a room with a king sized bed. That's about the size of the room. lol. It really is nice though. Space in the room is nice. It's very clean and taken care of. It is very close to the airport we didn't hear airplanes all night. Sounds are dampened

Room had great AC and very comfortable bed. Was pretty clean but the floor was a bit sticky. This is a budget hotel so don't expect lots of amenities, closets, or anything fancy for that matter. We knew what to expect and it was fine!

Nice new hotel. Clean rooms and beds. Staff were courteous. With the airport so close by, I thought it might be noisy, but it wasn't. The grab and go breakfast is just adequate. I only spent one night, so don't know about variety. I did see some guests use the gym late night. I will certainly stay again!

Checked in after a longgggg road trip. The clerk, Brittany, was a dream! So sweet and kind. The room was flawless! Totally does remind me of IKEA. The food delivery program advertised by the hotel was impeccable. Airport noise is super minimal and the view of landing planes was a perk!! The beds were incredibly soft and welcoming, clean linens and a spacious bathroom to boot. 11/10, will stay here again when we come back!

Impeccably clean, comfortable and conveniently located. Absolutely enjoyed our stay here. The staff was very welcoming and helpful, the room was nice and absolutely true to photos on the website. We appreciated the 24/7 coffee point in the lobby and the breakfast served in the morning. Would stay here again.

Very clean and modern hotel close to the airport with a shuttle that runs from 4am to Midnight. We stayed here when a delayed flight caused us to miss our connection and it was a whole lot better than sleeping in the airport!

My husband and I stayed at this hotel for the SBC convention. The rooms were nice, clean and the staff were excellent. Andrea Fletcher was working the front desk when we checked into and out of the hotel. She was so nice and gave us great information regarding the area. We will stay here again if we are ever in the area.

First of all I’m shocked at how nice this hotel is. My room was small and quaint but i was just enough space for one person. I only stay one night but i slept beautifully! The staff was very accommodating and greeted me anytime i walked by even the housekeeping :)

Everything was fresh & clean. Plenty of clean brite white linens. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Grab and go breakfast had plenty of choices. Literally right at the airport, plane noises weren't bad at all.

The hotel has beautiful decor. The front desk staff were great: gave info on places to go eat and things to do. I will be using the brand again.

Our flight had been canceled and we stayed at the avid for the night. Staff was so nice and friendly. They were able to put us at ease from a terrible travel day. Hotel room was updated and clean and provided everything you could possibly need from bathroom essentials, to a snack store downstairs.

The breakfast was very sub par. But had some items. The rooms were clean and spacious. The front desk was nice and they were very welcoming. It’s also nice they have so many ice buckets to use at the ice machine. !

Rooms are nice with a lot of space. Clean customer service excellent and nice southern hospitality of course. There is continental breakfast included as well as parking. Very nice really enjoyed staying.
