Easy to make reservations, easy to pay, easy to park, easy to be picked up at the airport. The staff were friendly, respectful and helpful. Our car was well taken care of. Will definitely be using them again. They run their service 24/7, so it doesn’t matter the timing of your flight or if it was delayed. They will always be there, unlike other car park services that have specific hours.

I’ve been using FlyAway for over a decade, and have never had a problem—nothing but the best customer service! Most recent experience was last week. Online registration worked like a charm. Text when we arrived back, and even called to ask a question, and we reached them immediately. The driver was friendly and kept our stress level low. I can’t recommend them enough.

anytime we fly out of nashville, we use fly away. they are very polite always. take your bags and load them on the bus and unload them when they drop you off at the gate. never had anything happen to my car while we were gone. when we arrived back from our trip, they were there to pick us up within 5 minutes. when we arrived back at the fly away, our car was there waiting for us. we will continue to us them.

Service is Back!
I have been parking with Fly Away for about 15 years. In that time I have had one bad experience and that was in April 2021 when they were doing renovation and having some staffing issues. I used them again this week - Oct 2021 and the service was great - quick and courteous service to and from the terminal. Seems like they have their issues worked out. They said they are now running 2 shuttles at most times except in the very early morning hours. They are open 24/7.

Despite the negative reviews I sometimes see for Fly Away, i've parked with them for several years with no issue. Even when I lost my claim ticket, they got me picked up from the airport and back into my car without hassle. The staff has always been friendly and accommodating over the years.

Just used Fly Away Airport Parking for the first time and the service was great. We dropped our vehicle off and they loaded our bags and explained how to get to our car once we returned. Upon return we found the shuttle station easily though BNA is under construction. We didn’t wait more than a few minutes for a few other passengers and we were on our back to the car. The shuttle was clean and our driver was friendly just like the first one. They pulled us right up to our car, which was turned on, and had the trunk popped and ready to load. The last nice touch was that they offered complimentary water bottles on arrival. Wouldn’t hesitate to use again.

My boyfriend used this service over the weekend and was well pleased. He said he pulled up, dropped off his keys, and loaded up for the airport. On his trip home, he said the service was awesome as well. He called and by the time he got to the parking lot, a shuttle was waiting. When he got to Fly Away, his vehicle was waiting. No delays and the service was fast, prompt, and friendly. He traveled on a Friday morning and returned on Monday morning, at a time when he thought it would be extremely busy with traffic. But he said there were no problems or concerns. I asked would he use Fly Away again, and he said 'oh, yeah, absolutely". Fly Away, thanks for making this trip even better!

My husband and I had to leave our car at 4 AM but even given the ungodly hour, the drivers were extremely prompt, friendly, and helpful. We got a great deal that was much less expensive than parking at the airport while only being about 2 to 3 minutes away. I highly recommend Fly Away and will most definitely use their services again

I have used this parking/shuttle service before and was very happy. This time I also requested a car wash before I picked up my vehicle. My car was so shiny and clean, he did an excellent job! I have to say it was so refreshing coming home from a hectic trip and have a nice clean car! I will always use the car wash service from now on!

Highly recommend for hourly parking!
I needed 3 hours parking to send off some family members on a Sunday evening. They gave best rate online (around couple bucks hourly) even when booked just 2 hours before. And that too for valet parking! (Parking Spot requires minimum 8 hours parking).
Arrived at 5:25pm, got shuttle in 5 mins. And reached terminal by 5:40pm. So total 15 mins from in to terminal drop. Only thing they could improve was to use QR code scanner. (The guy was manually noting my reservation information!)
For pickup at airport on return, all the shuttles and uber/lyft start from the terminal garage basement. Their green shuttle was ready when we arrived there at around 7:30pm. So back to parking in 10 minutes.
My car was ready right next to shuttle drop off in same condition as dropped. I just got in after getting off shuttle. Receipt was placed in car and exit gate was opened.
Overall great experience and will definitely prefer next time (will reserve online for better rates).

Always a great experience using Fly Away Airport Parking. You can’t get much closer to the airport than this location, and our car was waiting with the trunk open when we returned from our flight. We didn’t walk more than 10 steps to and from our vehicle using Fly Away. Easy drop-off and pick-up. Nice, friendly, helpful folks at your service.

We arrived at 5:30 am and was greeted immediately by a very friendly attendant and a prompt shuttle. The shuttle driver helped with all our bags and got us as close to the entrance as possible with holiday traffic and an ambulance blocking the way. On the way back we called the number to let them know we were there and they directed us where to go. The van was pulling up when we got there. Again the shuttle driver helped with our bags and was very friendly. Our car was ready when we got there. The window was slightly cracked but an attendant was there and directed us where to pick up the keys. Made parking very easy!

It was very convenient. Check in was quick and easy. I was parked and at the airport in no time. When I returned, I was picked within a few minutes of leaving the plane. I opted to have my truck detailed, they did a great job! It shined like new money. Not only that, when I got to the lot it was running with the A/C on ready to go. I was on the interstate headed home in about 15 minutes from landing. This was an absolutely excellent experience and I will most certainly use you again.

These guys are ALWAYS fast at drop off and pick up! Communication is very clear, EXTREMELY well priced, friendly staff, and they have an option for a car cleaning prior to pick up. I used that this time and I'm a dog groomer.. there is hair EVERYWHERE in my car and there was NONE when I picked it up!! Such an amazing price for such nice cleaning! Plus they have the car pulled up front with the car on and trunk open for your bags! And I got to and from the airport soo fast! Love these guys!! Will never use anyone else!

A few days ago, I had a flight I was trying to make to see my fiancé. I had a chaotic day and I accidently locked my keys in the car when I arrived at Fly Away. With the help Rocky, John, and Peter, I was able to get a locksmith real fast. My keys were retrieved and I made it to my flight on time. They fully understood my time crunch and gave me the best help needed to overcome the situation. I am very grateful for them and there dedication, I recommend this place fully.

Used Flyaway for the first time and had no problems. I was confused on where to go to catch the shuttle when I landed. Called the number and they told me garage 2 waiting area 1... shuttle was there within 5 minutes. Very friendly, no damage or additional mileage added to my car. We were prepared to wait on a shuttle based on previous reviews so we gave our self extra time just in case. I would have gladly waited on a shuttle as long as my car was taken care of. Will definitely use again next time we fly and hopefully can get the detail service next time

When we landed back at the airport, I sent them a text message as instructed that we needed to be picked up and they were there within about 15 minutes. Very great service!

Great friendly service last night. We returned from our vacation and the pickup shuttle driver was right on time and accommodating. 2/23/24. First time the car wasn't waiting for us. He got out and inquired for himself for us and had us stay seated in comfort. Turns out 2 attendants were unable to get into my car as the key fob battery was dead and couldn't get the hidden key out. Maurice the manager came to the rescue. He opened my key fob and put in a new battery he had supplied for me and even gave me a spare all at N.C.! I've always had great service here and highly recommend Flyaway!

I arrived at 3am and my experience was great. A young man came outside and asked for my information. After my family and I got out someone else took our bags out and loaded them on the van. My daughter noticed she left her phone in my car after we pulled up at the airport. This gentleman took us back to get her phone and brought us back with no questions or attitude. He was great. My car was parked there for 6 days. When we returned I texted my claim number to the number on the ticket and they showed up looking for us, because I didn't even see them. So customer service was great. There were no dents or scratches on my car. It was ready for us when we pulled up. I will most definitely use this company again.

The staff is prompt and courteous. They do things in a timely manner with respect for their customers. Their shuttle runs 24/7, unlike many of the other airport parking places you will find. Best of all, they have your car started, the heat/air running, and your trunk open for when the shuttle arrives back to drop you off at Fly Away. You are given a tag with a phone number and tag number upon arrival at Fly Away. You text the number when you are ready for the shuttle to come get you from the airport. The service of Fly Away is top notch in my opinion.

I especially loved the fact that my car was parked next to the shuttle drop off spot when we got back to the lot with the trunk open and they even put my luggage in it for me. Everyone was very nice!
