If I could give less than 1 star I would. This facility over charged my credit card. When I called to straighten it out the woman was the RUDEST women I’ve ever encountered. She was screaming at me and then hung up when I asked her not to raise her voice at me. I would never recommend. I have to file a claim for fraud now with my card company because apparently their motive is to scam their customers. I highly suggest you park anywhere but this place. The mystery on why they offer discounts is now solved. I should’ve known it would be bad considering the last “good” reviews are from 2015. Lesson learned, pay extra for quality.

I have sent 2 replies and comments to fly away. I wish I had read the reviews before I booked the spot. Departure was great, arrival horrible. Waited over 40 minutes for pickup after walking Quite a long way due to the construction. This is for everything not just this. They were only running one shuttle, used the app, called 3 times and had to leave messages. Competitors came and went numerous times. Finally got picked up. I was leaving to go out of town the next day so ordered and paid for a car wash. It wasn't done as they said my reservation was for pm not am. They knew it wasn't as she had already credited my account. Heck for the time I waited it could have been done. Just blaming and justifying the poor service. No explanation no apology. I WILL NEVET USE AGAIN. All the negative reviews are true. I have also sent this to both the corporate emails last week when I arrived home. No response at all.
Used Flyaway for the first time and had no problems. I was confused on where to go to catch the shuttle when I landed. Called the number and they told me garage 2 waiting area 1... shuttle was there within 5 minutes. Very friendly, no damage or additional mileage added to my car. We were prepared to wait on a shuttle based on previous reviews so we gave our self extra time just in case. I would have gladly waited on a shuttle as long as my car was taken care of. Will definitely use again next time we fly and hopefully can get the detail service next time
First time using service. Pulled up to their lot and a guy was sleeping. I drove around until someone came out of trailer to tell me where to park and what to do. The guy sleeping finally came over to help. When I arrived back, I called the company and they said the bus just left where they are picking me up. Waited over 30 minutes before another bus showed up. I called to check on their arrival status and I verified which lane I needed to be at and they told me A when in fact it was C or D? I had to run for the bus to get on. I could had been to lot C and picked up my car by then. Again, first time, but not impressed with the service. I will give them one more try, but not what I was expecting.
We were in a pinch last minute for a place to park while we were gone. I called around and fly away called me right back!! They had availability right on the spot and were cheaper then the surrounding lots. Very quickly got us to the airport and on our arrival home got picked up within 10 minutes of landing. Thank you fly away!!
I can only add to the complaints everyone else has posted. At the airport, we watched four Parking Spot vans and three Park N Fly vans come and go before our Fly Away van arrived. When we got to the lot, we found out why the van took so long. The five or six employees there were all trying to track down cars for owners, leaving one guy to man the van. It look them about twenty minutes to locate my car. Other people from my van were still waiting for their cars to be found when we left. While waiting, I talked to a woman who said they had trouble finding her car when she was there two weeks ago and now she was waiting again. I did ask to speak to the manager and was told he wasn't there. Maybe that's the problem. The employees did seem to be working hard but they lacked direction and didn't really seem to have been trained about how to do their jobs. I've used Fly Away very happily for six or seven years before now. But after this, I'm done with them.
Not sure if they are under new ownership/management, but he service here has gone completely down hill! We ended up getting our own Uber from the airport because we waited an hour for our vehicle! Shame on us because this was the second time we waited an hour for a ride! Never again!! I would recommend another company!
Expect to wait 20-30 minutes or more for a shuttle. There are other airport parking services available for comparable pricing with quick service. Do not recommend unless you’re in a pinch and all other shuttle services are full.

Go to be picked up been waiting an hour after plane landed and when you do call they are rude seriously considering a taxis just to get to our vehicle hopefully this business sells soon so someone else can run it very poor. Use someone else finally on way to our lot. Waiting to see what else was wrong before I summit car was clean but had to find keys myself

I got to fly away with the expectation that it should be an in and out experience like always. When I arrived the cars were out the road and we were told that they were only running one shuttle and only had one valet that morning, despite having 3 shuttles. This caused me to be late getting to the airport, resulted in me missing my flight, with 4 kids in tow by myself, and created a nightmare start to our vacation. The driver we did have was very nice. A heads up would have been nice.
I booked Fly Away in anticipation of a trip I was taking. I booked and pre paid for a discounted rate. My flight was at 6 am and I arrived at Fly Away a little later than my planned arrival around 430. I was seriously thinking that because I got there so early it would not be busy and would not take so long to get through Valet and shuttled to the airport. (I was wrong)
When I arrived, I pulled into a line of about 6 cars waiting to be Valet Parked. There was an attendant checking one car in so I sat in my car and waited. After he checked this car in, he got on the shuttle and drove away. I was unsure of what was happening so I was intently looking for another employee to get checked in. A few minutes pass and people start getting out of their cars, so I got out with them questioning what was going on. I found out that there was only one staff member working and he was checking in and driving the shuttle. At this point I know I can't stay and wait for the next shuttle because even if he's back in decent time He still has to check in all the cars ahead of me. I made a split decision to leave and head to the airport and park on campus. I had to move some cones to get out as about 3 more cars pulled up behind me.
I got to the airport and parked in econo parking with no trouble. I know that I am at fault some for not allowing excess time to get checked in and shuttled but even people that did must have cut it close. I can't be upset at that one guy who showed up to work. I called to get a refund for the parking since I didn't get to use it. I was told that it was the manager that didn't show up to work and that I would have to call him for the refund. I called back another time to no answer. On my third try I was able to speak with someone to did refund me and apologize. I feel bad that even the manager can't show up to work but leaves one guy there to handle the influx.
Honestly, I give the employees working the chaos a 5 star but the reality is the owner and management need to higher more people to work. I understand that 2020 really affected business so that is why I give the business 2 stars. This company is understaffed and over worked.

2021 Review: If I could give ZERO stars, I would because I did not actually receive a service. BEWARE that making a reservation does not actually guarantee you a spot and they will refuse to answer the phone until you call for 10 minutes asking why the gate is shut. You are better off paying full price at the airport, because you will have to anyway when Fly Away takes your money and cannot honor your reservation, without any prior notice. Communication does not exist with Fly Away.
Used fly away several times and haven't been back. My pickup had bungee cords and straps stolen one time and a bed mat swiped the next. Won't go back. Had no problem with transfers.
We got there at 3. There was no one in sight. There were plenty of other people waiting. Super unprofessional. Should not be in business if this is how they run it. If I could I would give them 0 stars.
There was a sign on the lot that said "lot full" when I got there even though I had a reservation so I had to drive in the exit gate. Then it took forever for the only bus that was running to get there and pick me and the other customers up. Also, when I called with a question about my reservation as well as when I called because the lot looked closed, no one ever answered the phone or my message.
On the day I was supposed to head back, I got an email before I even left for the airport that I had checked out with a different car than my own on the receipt.
Only good part was the guy driving who was nice and also literally sprinted through the parking lot looking for people's cars.

We text them when we arrived at the airport. Used them for years but something bad has changed there. We waited over thirty minutes with my mother and Aunt and no show. We tried to call their business and number would not accept calls. We tried to text and it wouldn’t take it. Parking spot had three vans flow through meanwhile. We are need up taking a taxi and when we showed up, our truck was parked out in the rain with the window down and the seat was wet as was the electric door console. We won’t use them again. So sad.
I have used Fly Away since 2012. Used to love them. Great service, happy employees, dependable service. Although I don’t travel as much as I used to, I have been loyal to them, until my last couple of visits. Most recently, my family had an early morning flight, around 5:00am. In the past, I have had plenty of early morning flights and had no problem with Fly Away. This morning, we pulled up with about 2 hours until our flight. Not a single employee was around. A bus left as we pulled up. We waited at least 30 minutes without a bus, employee, etc. I finally had to leave and park in long term airport parking to make sure we got on our flight. It was cheaper and more convenient than Fly Away. I doubt I’ll ever use them again
On Friday 4/16/2021 my wife picked up her car here after a short trip. It took 43 minutes for her to be picked up at the airport. When she asked the driver why it took so long he said they were understaffed. The attendant who was bringing up cars smelled of alcohol. Also the car was disheveled and I could tell that my car was gone through looking for valuables. I will never use this parking again. I urge everyone to avoid this parking. They have really gone downhill.

Up until this past weekend, I have had stellar service from Fly Away. Minimum wait times for shuttle arrival and departure. When returning to the parking lot , our car was always waiting with two cold bottles of water to take with us. This last weekend was a nightmare. Our shuttle arrived at the parking lot, our bags were unloaded, but we had no car waiting, and no bottled water while we waited for 20 minutes for attendants in a makeshift office to dig through literally hundreds of keyless remotes in a cardboard box to find the one for our car. The car was brought to us, the attendant got out of the car and walked away leaving us to load our own bags. When I was given the receipt, there was no apology or even acknowledgement that I was there. Save your money- there are a lot more and better shuttle services to be had who truly appreciate your business.
We got in at 5am. I had two young children and they simply never came to pick us up after texting 10 times calling 10 times no one answers but they claim to be 24 hours. Cheap parking gets cheap service.
Use Parking Spot instead. A few weeks ago when the snow storm hit Nashville, Parking Spot called my party about our vehicle and told us they weren't running a shuttle and asked what time we would be there. I understood that the shuttle wouldn't run given road conditions but it did take a while to get our bags and get an Uber as taxis weren't running. After paying $40 for an Uber, we arrived at Fly Away and there was a paper sign on the door that said the employee had gone home. This was after we called to say we were on our way. There were other customers there as well standing around with no way to get home. Meanwhile, Parking Spot was running their shuttle and getting guests to their vehicle efficiently. This should not be allowed to run as a business. My family used to use Fly Away everytime we flew. We will never go again and neither should anyone else.
Do not park here! Absolutely unacceptable experience. When my flight landed I updated them then waited for over 30 minutes for a shuttle to arrive (they say it’s a 6 minute drive). While waiting I attempted to call several times and no one answered. I kept going to a voicemail that had the wrong date stating they had closed early and if you need to get your vehicle you’ll have to wait until the next day. They advertise being open 24 hours! This is unacceptable! I was about to call an Uber to take me there when a shuttle finally arrived and an huge group of people were also waiting for the same company. Too many to fit on the one shuttle. Come to find out, they only run one shuttle at a time. Ridiculous and unprofessional business here. Spend the extra $5 and park at Parking Spot. They had roughly 10 shuttles come through before 1 of these guys came
Two trips in a row we have waited for a pickup at the airport over 25 minutes while we watched The Parking Spot and Park and Fly vans come THREE TIMES while not a single Fly Away van came by. Called for a pickup and got VOICEMAIL. Had to call again and just got excuses. But they were quick to charge my credit card!!
My made my reservation after checking fly away parking. I had my vehicle cleaned up while I was gone, and it was a great experience. The entire transaction was a great one.

Have used there service for years and i traveled this time from 1/25-1/31 2021. There service has gone way down hill!!!! There website is down so u can’t reserve online. They only have valet parking now so that means take everything out of your car because this last trip they stole a bunch of 1$ bills I had forgot to take out in the center console. They say they do military discounts but they don’t, I had 3 free days saved up they didn’t deduct from my account, and for staying 7 days I only got 7 points towards a free day. Never ever will I use them again they lost a customer for life. I will be filling a complaint with BBB and I will tell everyone what kinda crooks they are.
They overcharged me and have a terrible customer service at the office. But excellent driver. Not recommended.
If I could leave zero stars I would! The one time I decide not to book Executive Travel I realize I made a huge mistake. The driver was sleep. Yes SLEEP when we arrived at the bus to take us to our car. He did not greet us, he did not speak to us, and he did not offer or even try to help with our luggage. Do yourself a favor and book elsewhere.
When I brought my vehicle I was quoted one price of 7.00 per day for four days. I asked the young guy how much will it be and something that shows that and he said that there is nothing to give me and that it will total 35-40 when I pick up car. I pick up my car at 11:00pm when my flight lands and is charged 86.00!!!!! I spoke with the gentleman that picked me up that promised he will make a note for the manager. I got picked up on Friday and today is Tuesday. I have called everyday for the manager but they all say he is not there and do not know when he will be back in. Just go somewhere else or park at the airport to avoid the lies and run around

My boyfriend used this service over the weekend and was well pleased. He said he pulled up, dropped off his keys, and loaded up for the airport. On his trip home, he said the service was awesome as well. He called and by the time he got to the parking lot, a shuttle was waiting. When he got to Fly Away, his vehicle was waiting. No delays and the service was fast, prompt, and friendly. He traveled on a Friday morning and returned on Monday morning, at a time when he thought it would be extremely busy with traffic. But he said there were no problems or concerns. I asked would he use Fly Away again, and he said 'oh, yeah, absolutely". Fly Away, thanks for making this trip even better!
This is ridiculous!!! I've Been waiting since 7/30/20 to hear back from someone concerning my charred key fob.
Three vans. One flat tire. One unregistered. The other no air conditioning. Hot and stuffy even though only two people on it.
There was a fire at the end of July because the building was struck by lightning. When we got back to the car we were handed our charred key fob that cost about $400 to replace. We were told to contact MARIO to file a claim and they would replace the keys fob. I have now called 4 times and left repeated messages and no one has called me back. I will NEVER use this place again. I also own a travel agency and will make sure NONE of my clients ever park with this company. Do the right thing and replace my burnt to crisp key fob.
Everything was super fast and convienant considering only one person was working due to covid. I was really impressed.
Good & bad experience. The covering night attendant was very nice & professional in getting us to the airport. However upon return we started to run into issues. Texted our claim number to them as directed & waited & waited to be picked up. Tried calling multiple times with no answer. Once we were picked up & arrived back to the lot we realized they had one person running the entire operation at night. Next I was told the check out price was double what I was originally told when first ordering & what I had already paid half of. The attendant said he doesn’t do anything with billing & to call the next day to speak with the manager. In the morning I tried calling & calling the manager with no answer. Left my info no call back of course. Won’t be using again & definitely don’t recommend.
They take about 15 minutes longer to pick up than the competition. They used to be so much better. I would say about the last year they have started falling off.
The employees were nice. The location was close. The reason I went there was to save money. Google mentioned maximum 10$ a night so I chose this one. I am not unhappy with the service but the total cost of the basic service was 68$ for Thursday night through Sunday at midnight. If you care about your car, their facility is constantly monitored and like I said, they're friendly.
anytime we fly out of nashville, we use fly away. they are very polite always. take your bags and load them on the bus and unload them when they drop you off at the gate. never had anything happen to my car while we were gone. when we arrived back from our trip, they were there to pick us up within 5 minutes. when we arrived back at the fly away, our car was there waiting for us. we will continue to us them.
They give you a quick trip to the airport, plus you can print out a coupon for parking.

Just used Fly Away Airport Parking for the first time and the service was great. We dropped our vehicle off and they loaded our bags and explained how to get to our car once we returned. Upon return we found the shuttle station easily though BNA is under construction. We didn’t wait more than a few minutes for a few other passengers and we were on our back to the car. The shuttle was clean and our driver was friendly just like the first one. They pulled us right up to our car, which was turned on, and had the trunk popped and ready to load. The last nice touch was that they offered complimentary water bottles on arrival. Wouldn’t hesitate to use again.

The worst parking experience ever!!! We have used Fly away for several years but our most recent will also be our last. We went on a family vacation over fall break with our kids. When we arrived back at the airport I did the usual and text my claim number, got a response and went to the waiting area. We waited about 25 minutes which was longer than normal. No big deal, it was fall break and it was busy. We got back to the parking lot, my car was not pulled up as usual but again no big deal. We stood there waiting. After about 7-8 minutes, A lady asked if we had our car. I replied with no and was asked what car I drove. I told her a white 4Runner and she walked away. A gentleman brings up a Honda mini van, pops the trunk and walks away. We of course just stood there, not knowing if this was brought for us but clearly not our vehicle. I go inside and the lady looks at me and says, is that not your car? At this point I’m aggravated, it’s 8 pm, I have 3 kids standing outside, we’re ready to be home. I said, no- I told you it was a white 4Runner and that is clearly a mini van. Long story short, my husband & I walk the parking lot as they had no idea where my car was, we find the car UNLOCKED, but no keys to be found. 45 minutes later, my husband finds my keys in some random basket behind the desk. No apology. The tag on my keys looked as if my car had been moved at least 5 times. We leave and on the way home, I get a call that they forgot to settle my account before we left but due to the trouble they are going to credit me one day of parking on a future stay. That equals about $9. Needless to say, I declined the discount and informed them I would never return. The lady in the office didn’t even act concerned or apologetic. She actually stopped helping us in the middle of this mess to attend another customer. I know I’m not the most important person however, you lost my car, my keys, and you just decide to stop helping me????
We have parked at Fly Away for years and years. Something (management?) has dramatically changed in the past 6-12 months. The drivers (for the most part) are still great and helpful, but the office staff not so much! Had to repeatedly give them our account/credit card information at each visit, and the reception was always as if we were bothering them upon arrival. ***Beware, daily parking rate is more than noted on their website and if you park for 24 hours and 20 mins, you get charged for 48 hours.*** A great business that we were happy support has definitely gone downhill.

I needed 3 hours parking to send off some family members on a Sunday evening. They gave best rate online (around couple bucks hourly) even when booked just 2 hours before. And that too for valet parking! (Parking Spot requires minimum 8 hours parking).
Arrived at 5:25pm, got shuttle in 5 mins. And reached terminal by 5:40pm. So total 15 mins from in to terminal drop. Only thing they could improve was to use QR code scanner. (The guy was manually noting my reservation information!)
For pickup at airport on return, all the shuttles and uber/lyft start from the terminal garage basement. Their green shuttle was ready when we arrived there at around 7:30pm. So back to parking in 10 minutes.
My car was ready right next to shuttle drop off in same condition as dropped. I just got in after getting off shuttle. Receipt was placed in car and exit gate was opened.
Overall great experience and will definitely prefer next time (will reserve online for better rates).
We used this for the first time and found it very efficient. The driver was friendly and helpful. He gladly helped everyone with their luggage. In the midst of much traffic he maneuvered skillfully. We would gladly use this service next time.
