I would recommend this hotel to anyone and everyone! The employees here went above and beyond for us during our stay. We stayed here two separate nights: when we first arrived in Nashville and the night before we flew out. We checked in just before the shuttle service downtown was set to arrive, but we didn’t have reservations. The front desk rushed and got us scheduled on it. I forgot my wedding rings by the sink in our room and didn’t realize until we were at the airport and had returned our rental car. I called the hotel, and the front desk agent, Cody, went to our room and found my rings. He called their shuttle service, and the shuttle driver delivered my rings to me at the airport! I am amazed at the level of customer service at this location. Thank you so much again, Cody!

Also, breakfast was delicious. Much better than the Hampton Inn we stayed at on the same trip.

Carrie at the front desk was AMAZING!!! The hotel initially held WAY too much money on my account. The young lady who was at the front desk when we came I think overcharged me or did something wrong. Basically, they were supposed to hold $185 plus $100 security deposit or whatever for the room and they ended up holding $470 on my account. In the end, I was only charged $185 but I do think that was bogus that the amount to hold on my account nearly doubled what it should have been. Carrie was able to explain everything to me and set my heart at ease. So WATCH that guys if you book on Priceline. Also, the rooms were amazing and so clean. The breakfast was impeccable! I will definitely be staying there again in the future! It was so comfortable and the rooms had such high ceilings. Talk about spacious!

This is a fantastic hotel. Our room was clean and beautiful. Bed was very comfortable. The breakfast was top notch. They has a great variety to choose from. Food was hot and fresh. We will defiantly be staying here in the future. Pool look very inviting and clean.

I recently stayed at 2 best westerns in Tennessee during my travels to visit a friend in the southwest. My stay at the Nashville Airport Hotel was by far the worst of the two experiences. Upon arrival I was greeted by being informed of an unlisted no walk-in customers after 11pm policy; this was very disappointing after being 12+ hours on the road driving. So I walked back to my car and used my cell phone to book a room via their website.

After making the reservation on-line, the clerk let me in to finalize the booking. I was hopeful that this would be the only minor inconvenience during the stay. However, upon entering the room I noticed a chemical smell that I suspected was from their cleaning product or disinfectant. At this point, I was too tired to return to front desk and debate with the clerk as why I needed another room. I was facing another 12 hour day and in need of all the sleep I could get.

In the morning I discovered, when attempting to get cleaned up, there was no shower curtain. So I angled the shower head at the wall as far as it would go in an attempt to diminish the overspray. While checking out, I asked the clerk if I was just unlucky or did none of the rooms have a shower curtain. I guess she believed I was joking because she tried to explain it was just a single curtain not a double like many people have at home to which I replied, no there was no curtain at all. She asked the housekeeper present how that happened to which the housekeeper had no answer.

After arriving home I discovered an email asking me to do a survey rating my stay at their location. I answered the survey questions honestly about the stay. What surprised me most though was the hotel's response that gave a faint hearted apology followed by all the things I should and could have done to make my stay better with them. In response, I asked what the $150 a night room rate paid for in bettering my experience since other Best Westerns in the area had lower rates. Since submitting the question, I have not received a follow up response nor am I sure they even care. As such, I would recommend other travelers avoid this establishment when staying in Nashville; I know I will.

"I do apologize for the series of negative issues during your stay. Your experience is quite a departure from our standards of exceptional guest service. Would it be possible to get some more information from you so I can access your reservation? " Apparently it isn't that much of a departure from your claimed standards of exceptional guest service. Once contacted to ask what information you required you claimed to have my information and asked what is a good time to call. Never did receive any calls or any further communications regarding the matter. I stick by my recommendation for other travelers to find a better establishment.

Beautiful hotel very clean an welcoming. Had fresh baked cookies and coffee bar when we arrived. Very friendly staff. Rooms are spacious with coffee makers in the rooms. Breakfast bar included in price. Swimming pool was relaxing. Reasonably price rooms. They also had shuttle service to the airport. Would stay there again.

Great hotel! Stayed for a few days with some friends with no complaints. The breakfast was especially delicious and the staff tending to those staying were incredibly friendly and sealed the deal that I would definitely recommend this hotel for others.

Overall the hotel was alright. The reason I am giving it 1 star is because the staff needs to be more alert on what is going on outside in the parking lot at night. My brand new truck was broken into, along with SEVERAL others!! Truck is ALWAYS locked at ALL times and the thief’s busted the passenger rear door window(side where my 4 year old sits!!). Thankfully I am smart and take the valuables out.. If it wasn’t for a friend who was outside in the daylight and saw it, the cops would have left and not even notify me!!! The cops in this town is a JOKE. According to a cop, supposedly my truck was the “only one on camera”. This area in town needs more cops patrolling, especially at night! The hotel staff didn’t have a care in the world and didn’t help me or the others. When things like this happens on there property the hotel needs to be held responsible, especially when they can be watching the camera to see who comes in and out. I will be ESCALATING the incident to get my money back for what I’ve lost!!

No pillows available for the pull out bed. No towels at the pool. No laundry bag in the room. A hotel that brands itself as “upper mid-scale” should have enough pillows to accommodate their guests. Having more pillows might have made the bed more comfortable. If you are a fan of firm beds, this is the place for you. My back hurts.

Nice hotel with a great location in downtown Nashville. Clean rooms. Only rated three stars because of our beds. While they were clean, the mattresses were like cement. They had zero bounce or give. They barely changed shape when you sat on them. It made for an extremely uncomfortable night. We would not stay here again.

We stayed here as a family this past weekend. We got an Executive King room and a queen room. The executive king was awesome, with a very comfortable king size bed, and a small living room area. The Queen room was nice also, but there ended up being a leak from the light fixture in the bathroom. I’m guessing it was due to a plumbing issue from the room above it.

Overall, though, a great experience, even though it was a very busy place. The pool area was nice, and the grandkids had a blast. Free breakfast the next morning, in a very nice breakfast dining area. I’d definitely recommend staying here, and I would absolutely stay here again.

We checked in late and Gabby at the desk was very helpful. The hotel was very clean, tidy and welcoming. The beds were super comfortable and the hotel room was spacious and inviting. Plenty of outlets for the electronics, the bathroom is nice sized as well. We look forward to staying here again, and if you are looking for a nice place to stay in Nashville, we highly recommend the Best Western Plus Nashville Airport Hotel.

Overall the hotel was well worth what we paid for. However, the 2 main reasons we chose this hotel was for the indoor pool and the price. Upon arriving, my kids immediately wanted to swim only to find out the pool was BARELY heated. After about 20 or 25 minutes my kids were freezing and ready to go back to the room. They wanted to take a hot bath because they were cold. Well, of course, our drain in the tub was broken to the point we couldn't stop the water from draining yet the drain stopper couldn't be pulled out to shove a washcloth in the drain. Is the tub a deal breaker? No. But we would have paid a little more to stay somewhere else had I known this pool wasn't actually warm. So all of this to say, if the indoor pool isn't something you are interested in, then this is a clean, updated hotel well worth the money.

Alright place for the price. Location was great, but the hotel could use a little updating. (Carpet was old and had cigarette burns). Housekeeping could've been a little better, only because I found a previous occupant's shirt in the room. Overall I would stay again if either the price was lowered, or the hotel recieved a needed update. Random problem we had, was that the keys quit working almost everytime we left the room. Not a total deal breaker, but extremely, extremely annoying!

Family and I were supposed to stay for the holidays, the staff was extremely rude. The lady working the front desk had a horrible attitude. None of the staff was organized. I do NOT recommend this hotel to anyone, i will never go back.

So this was a nice and quiet stay.. I was in room 102 . And I guess I was close to the hot water heater...I say this because the water in the shower was scalding hot!!! And the room didn't have a microwave.. those were my only 2 issues.. I was able to use the lobby microwave... but I was left with a hot shower... but I was still satisfied with my stay. The beds were cozy .

Due to another issue with a different hotel we ended up here. It was great customer service and the room appeared clean. I noticed hair on my towel and one on the sink. I shrugged it off because there were other towels. At around 11:45pm my fiance noticed a bug crawling on the bed unsure of what kind. Went downstairs to let them know,no one was there had to call the office phone to explain got the linen nothing offered for the inconvenience. We are here for our anniversary and shouldn't have to deal with hairy towels and bugs crawling in the bed. I threw the bug away and got new linens . Here's to hoping for no more hiccups.
