Negatives - small room with no chairs, took several minutes to get hot water, hard to regulate A/C - wall thermostat did not work. Overall nice hotel for short stays.

Sheryl at reception so welcoming & friendly. The room was spotless and well appointed, comfortable bed, close to airport. We took advantage of the free shuttle, but left too early for the free breakfast. Keurig coffee in the room as well as free capuchin latte coco etc in the lobby 24 hrs.

This was a very nice place to stay, convenient access from I-40 and the customer service was top notch. The lobby was well decorated for Christmas and the room decor and cleanliness was perfect. Very comfortable bed and great choices of coffee in the lobby and breakfast area. We enjoyed the chance to have food delivered to the room. Highly recommend this hotel to all who are traveling.

Because of my job I have stayed in quite a few of the hotels in Nashville. This hotel was very CLEAN. It did not make me feel like touching the furniture was gross, and it did not have an odd smell to it like some I have stayed in. The front desk staff was super nice and helpful. I am part of their rewards program and even though I booked through priceline I was still able to get reward points for my visit and a free upgrade to a king sweet after giving my rewards information at the front desk during check in. I will definitely stay here again. The free PARKING and BREAKFAST were just icing on the cake!

Amy the general manager really is incredible. There were tons of customers coming in who were stressed and being rude due to massive flight cancelations. She handled everything with extreme composure, I could not have that type of patience. The phone were ringing off the hook and there was a line but she treated everyone with a smile and was great with problem solving and customer service. Amazing job Amy. You saved the day.

The hotel is very CLEAN and the staff was alright. Some may be new. There's one microwave on the 1st Floor and that's it. None in the room. Windows are locked, so there's no fresh air. Regardless, the place is clean and in very good condition. Pool, Laundry (bring quarters only). Nice, safe location. Eateries, Drug Store within walking distance. Fair price for a hotel.

Big shout out to Autumn. We arrived Sat 11/26 after having booked with an online service. I was frustrated to see that the online contracted price was not on the computer. The next morning I spoke with Autumn and she took the time, once I sent her my email confirmation of the contract price, and fixed the charge. Very pleasant. Totally turned around my experience. Thank you Autumn. Plus, the rooms were clean. Only downside was the elevator was down for repairs, but they had a staff member help us upstairs with the luggage.

Beware my husband stayed there last night. He was told when checking in it would be $130 plus tax. When he went to check out they charged him $240. When he said something the guy at the desk said there was nothing he could do the manager wasn’t there. He would have never stayed there for that price when he was only staying for 5 hours.

Loved everything about our stay! We parked our car here while we went on vacation at much better rate than other places close. Room was great! The lady at the front desk was awesome too! Their airport shuttle took us to the airport and came back and got us a week later and this was included in our stay! Had a great breakfast before we caught the shuttle. Highly recommend this hotel!

This is a fantastic hotel. Our room was clean and beautiful. Bed was very comfortable. The breakfast was top notch. They has a great variety to choose from. Food was hot and fresh. We will defiantly be staying here in the future. Pool look very inviting and clean.

Beautiful hotel very clean an welcoming. Had fresh baked cookies and coffee bar when we arrived. Very friendly staff. Rooms are spacious with coffee makers in the rooms. Breakfast bar included in price. Swimming pool was relaxing. Reasonably price rooms. They also had shuttle service to the airport. Would stay there again.

Carrie at the front desk was AMAZING!!! The hotel initially held WAY too much money on my account. The young lady who was at the front desk when we came I think overcharged me or did something wrong. Basically, they were supposed to hold $185 plus $100 security deposit or whatever for the room and they ended up holding $470 on my account. In the end, I was only charged $185 but I do think that was bogus that the amount to hold on my account nearly doubled what it should have been. Carrie was able to explain everything to me and set my heart at ease. So WATCH that guys if you book on Priceline. Also, the rooms were amazing and so clean. The breakfast was impeccable! I will definitely be staying there again in the future! It was so comfortable and the rooms had such high ceilings. Talk about spacious!

I would recommend this hotel to anyone and everyone! The employees here went above and beyond for us during our stay. We stayed here two separate nights: when we first arrived in Nashville and the night before we flew out. We checked in just before the shuttle service downtown was set to arrive, but we didn’t have reservations. The front desk rushed and got us scheduled on it. I forgot my wedding rings by the sink in our room and didn’t realize until we were at the airport and had returned our rental car. I called the hotel, and the front desk agent, Cody, went to our room and found my rings. He called their shuttle service, and the shuttle driver delivered my rings to me at the airport! I am amazed at the level of customer service at this location. Thank you so much again, Cody!
Also, breakfast was delicious. Much better than the Hampton Inn we stayed at on the same trip.

We checked in late and Gabby at the desk was very helpful. The hotel was very clean, tidy and welcoming. The beds were super comfortable and the hotel room was spacious and inviting. Plenty of outlets for the electronics, the bathroom is nice sized as well. We look forward to staying here again, and if you are looking for a nice place to stay in Nashville, we highly recommend the Best Western Plus Nashville Airport Hotel.

We came in really late (1:00 am). Anthony was amazing in helping us get settled and even helped us order and get food delivered to our room. Then in the morning Autumn helped me with items I forgot at home, getting us a “breakfast snack “ from the snack bar since we slept in to long and missed breakfast. Even gave my son a tiny bear she had sitting on her desk because he was obsessed with it. I would say these two went above and beyond during our stay.

Best continental breakfast that I have ever had. And I love a free hotel continental breakfast! This one had everything: cereal, bagels, yogurt, hard boiled eggs, toast eggs, bacon, sausage, biscuits and gravy, waffles (with your choice of toppings!), juice, coffee, tea, milk... A really great spread. Room was spacious and very clean and the rate was great!

Alright place for the price. Location was great, but the hotel could use a little updating. (Carpet was old and had cigarette burns). Housekeeping could've been a little better, only because I found a previous occupant's shirt in the room. Overall I would stay again if either the price was lowered, or the hotel recieved a needed update. Random problem we had, was that the keys quit working almost everytime we left the room. Not a total deal breaker, but extremely, extremely annoying!

I never write reviews, but I had to with this hotel. I was there for 1 night, on my way to California. It had everything I needed! Perfect location to the airport, restaurants, etc. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. And it being December, the indoor pool was HEATED and that put the icing on the cake. A nice warm swim to relax before bed. The bed was very comfortable! I absolutely would stay here again! ☆☆☆☆☆

Close to the airport but we weren't bothered by the little noise. Great breakfast except for the "coffee", it's the worst. The rooms were clean, beds comfortable and it was a good price. I've never seen a gym without free weights lol. Lots of free parking available.

If you knew the mess that happened when we arrived, you’d appreciate Jason at the front desk and the hotel staff with the way they all handled everything so beautifully and kindly with us today, and even on a Saturday afternoon. The things that happened were not the hotels or the staffs fault, simply our own and yet they still went out of their way to fix it plus more! You guys were amazing.

It's a little difficult to find even with a GPS but it is close to the airport.
I was not expecting much based on only having stayed at regular Best Western's in the past but I was extremely impressed with Best Western Plus.
The lobby, hallways, rooms, and even the elevators were bright and clean. The room was clean and spacious and the bed so comfortable that I wish I could have brought it home. Even the shampoo, etc... are high-quality products. I ordered some of the same shampoo and lotion when I got home and they were over $25 a bottle.
I wasn't aware before I left home for my trip that there was an indoor pool at this hotel so I didn't bring a bathing suit. I could see that quite a few people were using the pool.
The free breakfast had a wide variety of things that you normally don't get with a continental breakfast, you can even make your own waffles.
The only issue that I had was that the comforter on my bed had a significant cigarette burn hole in it. I made sure to take a picture to show to the front desk staff so that I would not be charged for the damage done by a previous guest.

Rooms were appropriate for our needs. It was nice to have the bedroom and living area somewhat "separate "
Breakfast had all u needed , cereals, yoghurts, hot foods, bread, juice, etc.
One negative we found a beetle in our room. It was dead... We pulled out a stool to place our travel cot, and there he was. We didn't infirm reception, simply fluhed him down the toilet and carried on with our day. It was a single episode.

The staff here is phenomenal, you cannot get better service anywhere! Autumn is an outstanding person that goes above and beyond. The three of us friends stayed 5 nights thru memorial day weekend.The entire stay was accommodating whether it was breakfast,clean room, extra towels or any questions we needed answers to. They also have a shuttle to and from downtown.

Proximity to the airport is the reason why we stayed here. There is a free shuttle to the airport which is handy if you don't have a car. Nice pool and gym. Breakfast is better than a lot of places and it is also free. Staff is very helpful. N

We stayed here as a family this past weekend. We got an Executive King room and a queen room. The executive king was awesome, with a very comfortable king size bed, and a small living room area. The Queen room was nice also, but there ended up being a leak from the light fixture in the bathroom. I’m guessing it was due to a plumbing issue from the room above it.
Overall, though, a great experience, even though it was a very busy place. The pool area was nice, and the grandkids had a blast. Free breakfast the next morning, in a very nice breakfast dining area. I’d definitely recommend staying here, and I would absolutely stay here again.

We came into town this past weekend for business and everything was booked everywhere. We drove around from midnight Friday night till 4:30 am. At our wits end we called this hotel and the night clerk did everything in her power to put us in a room. I will most definitely be back every time I'm in town. Very clean rooms and facilities. Not to mention the complementary breakfast. If I could give the little lady at the front desk 10 stars I would if not for her we was fully prepared to go sleep in the car in a Wal-Mart parking lot

We had a nice stay here. The gentleman who checked us in went out of his way to give restaurant suggestions and helped us book the shuttle which took us to Broadway and back for $10 per person. That’s a bargain compared to taxis, Lyft or Uber. Room was pretty clean. Shuttle to the airport picked us up on time. Friendly staff. Good place to stay for the price. Thank you.
