It's a really nice hotel and because it's an airport hotel there is a lot of coming and going. I was staying there because of training I was talking near it. I also believe because there is so much traffic "come and go" that they aren't worried about the cracks in the shower or the tiniest shampoo and conditioner. Everyone was very pleasant at the front desk!

This was a last minute decision to stay at his motel house we were traveling back to Missouri! Very nice and clean have plenty of food at the snack bar and the old man at the desk was very pleasant. Definitely a good motel for the price!! I would stay here again the next time we come to Nashville.

I’ve stayed here before and had no issues but for some reason this time I walked into the hotel I tried to get a room, I didn’t have the amount $ on my card for the room and the deposit and they don’t take cash deposit. I told them that I would go put the money on my card and come back so that I could check in. This was a walk-in reservation not an online one. I never came back to the hotel to check in and next thing I know my card was charged $250 for a room I never checked into or even signed anything for. I continuously called to the office for a whole week asked for the manager and left my contact information. No one ever contacted me. Usually the staff are very helpful at this hotel this time the people they had working I guess were new staff but the two were no help and could not answer not one simple question that I had.

This place isn't bad. The bed is comfortable.However, the floors are a bit concerning. *There are dips and low spots, when walking around the room. I'm sorry but it made me think of the word "collapse". It needs to be explained before anyone book a stay.

The location is great for access to the airport and everything in the city without having to BE in the city. A ton of great places to eat in 5 miles or less. Breakfast was probably one of the best I've had at a Choice hotel. Bed and couch were very comfortable. The lower stars is due to it looks like they did updates without fixing underlying issues. New carpet, but the floor was bowed and uneven. Could see cracks in a few fixtures. And the third floor had a very musty smell. All in all though, definitely a comfortable stay.

DON'T STAY HERE. They have a known problem with vehicles getting broken into. The hotel staff is aware of it but still refuse to provide any sort of security. We were down for a baseball tournament and 5 vehicles got broken into via busted windows. If you do happen to stay here and your window does get broken take it to Nashville Auto Glass. Ask for Keith. He was able to get our 3 trucks in and fixed for a good price same day.

An extra star for clean linens, towels and a comfy bed and pillows. The staff were decent but to earn 5star, staff need to reach out and welcome and greet with a smiling approach to service to reflect 5star service.. The overall cleanliness of the lobby, halls, and elevators need more attention and some replaced furniture due to many stains. Cleaning of surfaces and glass doors, and handles is important these days and hopefully management will step up its efforts. Red is also an aggressive color and in the rooms, reflects more a party pad than a place to relax and unwind. Take after the large corporate chains like the upcoming Townhouse Place by Marriott Bonvoy whose soothing decor and interiors are modern and calming.

Everything was very nice especially the hot breakfast. After a year plus of little to no breakfast, that was a wonderful surprise. They have marketplace & a nice pool. The employees were very helpful and nice. The rooms were big. After being in several different rooms, I noticed the living floors squeaked and the bathroom door would open when you walked by. Would i stay again, YES. It is a good place to meet up with friends.

This is a modern, some what clean but not well maintained property. The airport shuttle will leave early and with you.. regardless of if you scheduled a ride. The evening staff isn't rude but not friendly or particularly helpful the morning staff is friendly and helpful. There was a sag in the middle of the floor and ceiling of my room. Notice the way the front of the TV stand/chest of drawers is raised a little due to the wedge underneath. You can hear everything tat happens in the hallway clearly. There is a 50.00$ deposit that isn't mentioned by choice. I won't stay here again.

Nice big rooms with comfy beds. BUT my room smelled like dirty old rug. The rug looked very clean and new but that smell was terrible even in the bathroom. I went down the street to the smoke shop and had to buy 2 big candles and leave them on the 2 days I was there just to tolerate being in there.

Overbooked and our room was rented out from under us. Very strict about smoking areas but yet the night auditor was smoking at the front entrance non smoking area. Same individual very combative when he notified me I needed a mask to go to the breakfast buffet. When I told him I was all done anyways and I apologized. He continued to harp at me about the governor didn't lift all covid restrictions and I corrected him. Glad to leave. 11 cars were broken into with smashed windows and personal property stolen from these cars the night before. Some vehicles were parked in front of the main lobby in full view of anyone standing at the desk. But yet no one saw anything.

What a beautiful property, you are greeted with an electric fire place and colorful chandeliers in a spacious lobby with plenty of seating.

We arrived a couple of hours early but did not mind waiting. Within 15 minutes, Front Desk Attendant Kevin came to let us know that our room was ready ahead of time.

We did rent the presidential suite as there was 3 of us and we each had work to do. The "living room" had a desk chair with desk, couch with coffee table, and leather lounger with an ottoman....and so much more.

The bathroom is a beautiful modern tile with a 2 person jacuzzi and shower. The bed room has a 2nd TV and a huge amount of storage for those who may need it for a longer stay.

We were unable to operate the TV, and upon calling the front desk, a wonderfully helpful Olivia headed right up to fix the sensor for us.

This was our first time at this property but I just do not have enough time to tell you the wonderful things about it. Definitely worth the 5 stars!

Decent hotel, however due to the break-in of multiple cars this morning on their property... I'm sure there are better places to go and rent from. Literally glass everywhere from all the cars broken into. It was ridiculous.

It's an OK place. I would rather find another place than this. Rooms are clean and nice ,however beds are not comfortable. AC unit makes more noise.

The price was great with this being a spontaneous trip. Checking in was simple. Staff wasnt friendly but they weren't mean either. In the first room the tv was broken but we were moved to another room with no problem. Due to covid the breakfast options were not great. Overall stay was good.

Didn’t have hot water our whole stay. Room was decently clean but when we were leaving we were checking to make sure we had all our stuff and there was old candy wrappers under the bed that were not ours. So they didn’t clean to well

I am a frequent guest at Choice hotels around the country and have been very pleased with all my stays. With that being said my last stay at this location on 02-06-21 left one thing I wasn't pleased with. The front desk clerk called many of the guests at 10:30 to remind of the 11:00 checkout time. I felt as if I was being hurried out and would recommend this practice be eliminated if it is company protocol.

I had a really good time at that hotel. I enjoyed my stay. They went above and beyond. The staff made the hotel live up to its name. I will be checking in again there in the future. If I have to.

Very nice hotel! I work out of town a lot, and this is the best hotel I've stayed at in the $65-80 range. The double queen suite has a nice partition separating the beds from the rest of the room. Plenty of space to set up a laptop in 2 places.



Pros: room cleaned daily, 2 TV's in the double queen suite, alright water pressure in the shower, above hotel average toilet paper(doesn't feel like sandpaper)



Cons:(warning, subjective) credit card policy is weird. You do not have the opportunity to pay cash untill you check out. So if you stay for a week they hold the money for the entirety of your stay. Which for some people I can see being a problem.



I had a toolbox stolen out of the back of my truck with $700 worth of tools in it. I'm not mad about this because it's my fault for leaving it out. However this hotel is in a pretty nice part of town so I didn't think it would be a problem. Which brings me to my next problem.



There is literally a homeless camp behind their dumpster/shed. I wouldn't be surprised if this is why my toolbox got stolen.



Again, this is a very nice hotel!!! If you lock your doors and have enough money on your card to pay for your stay, then you will really enjoy your stay here.



I would like to talk with the owner about the camp behind the dumpster, they should do something about it.

This hotel was absolutely fantastic! Let me say I actually work at another Choice Brand and decided to stay an extra night in Nashville and found this property. The gentleman at the front desk when I checked in was one of the nicest people I have encountered while checking into a hotel. If I ever need a hotel close to the airport again I will be using this one! Thank you for a great stay and such clean and spacious suites!

I give the staff a 5 star rating and the hotel a 3 star rating. Staff was fantastic. Hotel had nice rooms but AC didn’t do its job. Great outdoor pool.
