Me and my husband stayed here when we celebrated out 20th anniversary. The customer service people are very nice with Great personalities. The room with the spa tub is nice and clean. Spa tub jets are powerful and very relaxing. Would definitely stay here again.

Curious that the below separate reviewers, Briana Krzykowski and Melissa Kauffman Lesnefsky have exactly - and I mean *exactly* - the same photograph that accompanies their criticisms. This can only mean that someone's posting bogus, unfair reviews for a hotel facility.
I can accept that most hotels will have some poor reviews, but to have a review where the photographic evidence is exactly the same as a previous review is highly unlikely as well as highly suspicious.
I'm from Glasgow in Scotland. I haven't booked any hotel as yet.

This hotel was absolutely fantastic! Let me say I actually work at another Choice Brand and decided to stay an extra night in Nashville and found this property. The gentleman at the front desk when I checked in was one of the nicest people I have encountered while checking into a hotel. If I ever need a hotel close to the airport again I will be using this one! Thank you for a great stay and such clean and spacious suites!

I visited last year in November with my fiancée to visit a friend. The price was pretty good, and the hotel was fantastic. Plenty of parking space, nice large lobby with friendly desk workers. The room was huge: a small living room when we entered, and at the back a comfy king bed. This was one of the only hotels I could find in the area with a hot tub, which was awesome and large enough for two people comfortably. If I come back to Nashville to visit again I will for sure stay here again if I can, great experience! Great value, clean, and no problems at all.

Not bad for a good overnight when going to the airport. Not bad regardless, but I'm guessing that's why most people would be in this area. No complaints with any of the amenities. The hotel is a little off the beaten path so not within walking distance of much but not far from anything if you have car or the ability to have delivery.

Inexpensive hotels can be hit-or-miss, but we had a great experience here. Brian at the front desk was enormously helpful when we rolled up at 1 AM with a minivan full of exhausted kids. The breakfast was hot and tasty. The rooms were clean and comfortable. They kept us abundantly supplied with towels. We had the (somewhat dilapidated, but properly chlorinated) pool to ourselves both times we went swimming.

I give the staff a 5 star rating and the hotel a 3 star rating. Staff was fantastic. Hotel had nice rooms but AC didn’t do its job. Great outdoor pool.

Reasonable budget accomodation not far from the Nashville Airport. No real complaints, it had a popcorn machine in the lobby which the kids liked. It was somewhere to sleep before an early flight the next morning. Didn't get to eat breakfast due to early departure.

I have never been more impressed with a front desk staff and management team. I ran in to a very serious issue with my ID and wallet, and the GM and front desk quite literally bent over backwards to help me! As a female traveling alone, I can absolutely promise this hotel is more than great! I believe they have done some serious upgrading since the last reviews, because my beds (I stayed in 3 different rooms due to replacing my ID'S and money and such) were AMAZING, all of my room amenities were in great working condition, and the breakfast choices are not nearly as limited as the previous posts say!
I want to leave a personal thank you to the management and front desk staff, as I would have truly devastated without them!!!

The Room was clean. Staff was Super nice and the General Manager was amazing! My Husband and I came for immigration purposes and the General Manager went above and beyond to make us happy. The staff alone made this the best hotel I’ve stayed in!! My children loved it there. Thank you!

I am a frequent guest at Choice hotels around the country and have been very pleased with all my stays. With that being said my last stay at this location on 02-06-21 left one thing I wasn't pleased with. The front desk clerk called many of the guests at 10:30 to remind of the 11:00 checkout time. I felt as if I was being hurried out and would recommend this practice be eliminated if it is company protocol.

There was an objectionable smell the second day we were here. I don’t think it was a normal thing. The staff at reception was excellent. The rooms were large, as well as the lobby.

I visit Nashville once a month and this was my first time staying here. Front desk was very friendly and patient, the hotels GM was on site and very welcoming. Check-in was a breeze! My room was VERY spacious ( I booked the 2 dbl bed 1 room suite) this room could comfortably sleep 6 ppl, the living room area has a pullout sofa with a TV and the fresh linens. I went down for breakfast and was greeted by the attendant and morning desk associate, breakfast was good! Waffles, eggs, sausages, biscuits/toast, danishes, muffins, cereal, coffees/juices and everything was delicious. I extended my stay another night, which was quick and easy. The morning desk associate was the best! I needed help finding some supplies and she offered the best referral suitable for my needs. My stay was quiet, no unnecessary noises thru the hotel. Overall an amazing experience! Very comfortable stay, will definitely stay here again.

It was a bit dated, but everything worked & was clean. Mattresses were comfortable, especially after a 5 hour Taylor Swift concert. & the pullout sofa bed was even comfortable. The breakfast was good, typical continental breakfast.

What a beautiful property, you are greeted with an electric fire place and colorful chandeliers in a spacious lobby with plenty of seating.
We arrived a couple of hours early but did not mind waiting. Within 15 minutes, Front Desk Attendant Kevin came to let us know that our room was ready ahead of time.
We did rent the presidential suite as there was 3 of us and we each had work to do. The "living room" had a desk chair with desk, couch with coffee table, and leather lounger with an ottoman....and so much more.
The bathroom is a beautiful modern tile with a 2 person jacuzzi and shower. The bed room has a 2nd TV and a huge amount of storage for those who may need it for a longer stay.
We were unable to operate the TV, and upon calling the front desk, a wonderfully helpful Olivia headed right up to fix the sensor for us.
This was our first time at this property but I just do not have enough time to tell you the wonderful things about it. Definitely worth the 5 stars!

The room was very clean, the staff were helpful, and the breakfast was pretty good. My only complaint is the water pressure, I'm not sure if it was because I was on the 4th floor or not but it was horrible. Decently priced as well.

We did the park, sleep, fly package and was very satisfied overall. Got a king suite, 8 days of parking and paid a bargain rate! Free shuttle to the airport and downtown. Four minutes to the airport. Four miles to Opryland and mall.

The price was great with this being a spontaneous trip. Checking in was simple. Staff wasnt friendly but they weren't mean either. In the first room the tv was broken but we were moved to another room with no problem. Due to covid the breakfast options were not great. Overall stay was good.

I have stayed here before being that it close to the airport; my previous stay was terrible the staff was not helpful at all, my husband made reservations and there I was stuck again at this hotel but LO and behold I didn't think I was walking into the same place it's just a different environment and the staff was very courteous, I started to say something to the attendant but something said no this could just be one of their better days; went down for breakfast yesterday and again too nice what's going on here, same people different attitude, overall have to say this stay was a 4 and a half due to I wish the pool was indoors!

Everything was very nice especially the hot breakfast. After a year plus of little to no breakfast, that was a wonderful surprise. They have marketplace & a nice pool. The employees were very helpful and nice. The rooms were big. After being in several different rooms, I noticed the living floors squeaked and the bathroom door would open when you walked by. Would i stay again, YES. It is a good place to meet up with friends.

This was a last minute decision to stay at his motel house we were traveling back to Missouri! Very nice and clean have plenty of food at the snack bar and the old man at the desk was very pleasant. Definitely a good motel for the price!! I would stay here again the next time we come to Nashville.

Appreciated the quiet atmosphere away from downtown, but close enough to Uber or shuttle there when desired. Breakfast was fresh and satisfying with coffee dispensed 24/7. The front desk was friendly and helpful, not minding all our tourist questions. The free to and fro airport shuttle was 👍. I would definitely rebook on a return trip.

It's a really nice hotel and because it's an airport hotel there is a lot of coming and going. I was staying there because of training I was talking near it. I also believe because there is so much traffic "come and go" that they aren't worried about the cracks in the shower or the tiniest shampoo and conditioner. Everyone was very pleasant at the front desk!

Accommodated 8 in our group, a family of 3 plus 4 travelers from Eastern Europe.
Welcomed all graciously and handled the corporate payment of all rooms seamlessly. *Guests didn't have to provide extra CCs, only their IDs including only international passport wallet cards in some cases.
Our ten-yr-old member of the group was welcomed at Breakfast and enjoyed the attention from the Europeans at the Large-group table in the Breakfast room *The taller table with the taller chairs in the middle of the room.
All rooms (x4) that we chose were as we expected with NO hidden gotchas (leaks, stains,, plumbing problems, or bad furnishings) and were quite pleasant with great sheets and pillows, plenty of lamps with outlets (all new-condition).
WiFi demands were adequate, if not super-fast, for our working hours and laptops.
Lastly, but important for working guests, there were no uninvited non-guests as this is in an area that is quite corporate, not residential. Loitering loafers can be off-putting to busy travelers.

Very nice hotel! I work out of town a lot, and this is the best hotel I've stayed at in the $65-80 range. The double queen suite has a nice partition separating the beds from the rest of the room. Plenty of space to set up a laptop in 2 places.
Pros: room cleaned daily, 2 TV's in the double queen suite, alright water pressure in the shower, above hotel average toilet paper(doesn't feel like sandpaper)
Cons:(warning, subjective) credit card policy is weird. You do not have the opportunity to pay cash untill you check out. So if you stay for a week they hold the money for the entirety of your stay. Which for some people I can see being a problem.
I had a toolbox stolen out of the back of my truck with $700 worth of tools in it. I'm not mad about this because it's my fault for leaving it out. However this hotel is in a pretty nice part of town so I didn't think it would be a problem. Which brings me to my next problem.
There is literally a homeless camp behind their dumpster/shed. I wouldn't be surprised if this is why my toolbox got stolen.
Again, this is a very nice hotel!!! If you lock your doors and have enough money on your card to pay for your stay, then you will really enjoy your stay here.
I would like to talk with the owner about the camp behind the dumpster, they should do something about it.
