The parking SERVICE at the Cambria continues to be outstanding. Thank you for your courtesy and dependability.
It was impossible to contact anyone at the number provided. Sometimes someone would pick up and then hangup . It was obvious they did not care to resolve problems. My travel plans had changed by a few hours and I wanted to find out if it would be a problem. However after trying to speak to someone I eventually had to cancel the original reservation online and then to be make it less likely they would bill me anyway , I made a new reservation with them but in the future , I will avoid them.
I continue to be pleased and impressed by the service and professionalism displayed at the Cambria and their long-term parking management. Online reservation, front desk check-in, shuttle service, ALL #1 PERFORMERS! I ALWAYS use and will continue to use and recommend parking at the Cambria, whenever traveling through the BNA.
Our driver to the airport just threw my wife's suitcase in a puddle when he was unloading or bags. Didn't even apologize. Other than that everything was great.

I have been using the parking service at the Cambria Hotel Nashville Airport (BNA), since February 2022. All aspects regarding availability, customer service, price, and shuttle service has been consistently excellent. I would suggest the first-time a traveler using their service to allow an additional 15 minutes to departure calculation. The first-time parking and car registration should be considered "orientation" into the parking/ registration/shuttle process. I will continue to park at Cambria, and i frequently recommended to friends who have also been highly satisfied. I always book on-line, straight forward and efficient.

Great place to leave our car for a week in Nashville, Tn. The shuttle driver was very prompt and courteous. He helped load and unload our luggage and dropped us off and picked us up at the airport. Recommend Cambria Hotel to leave your car.
Parking was easy. Just go inside and fill out form. They tell you where to park. Then a shuttle bus takes you to the airport. And price was very reasonable. This is our second time parking here and will use it again
