We were greeted as we arrived by a valet who explained the process of checking in and parking choices. Made us feel not only welcomed but special. The staff was prompt and friendly. Rooms were clean. Overall a great stay.
This is an excellent budget friendly hotel! If you are looking for a hotel that you can just chill at and enjoy the atmosphere and the views, this is it! We had a garden view suite. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with smiles, water, and popsicles. The Jr Suite has plenty of space. The only complaint I have is that one of the rooms was not ready until about 6 pm.
Not enough amenities to be worth the price. Small rooms and peeling bathroom fixtures. Staff was nice. Nice pool area. Secluded campus and balconies for every room.

I felt like I overpaid and should’ve gone elsewhere and saved money for better quality. We were family of four on a road trip coming in very late due to mishaps prior to arrival. I booked the room two months before our stay. There was only one washcloth and only one towel. We received one complimentary bottle of water. The vending machine only had Diet Pepsi, and there was no bottled water. There were no snack vending machines. We did order out a pizza, but had only tap water from the bathroom to drink. We were too exhausted to complain to the staff by the time we realized everything was not right. I’m sure the staff would’ve been accommodating if we had complained, but there were too many issues to reconcile easily. I am giving this review two stars because the staff was kind and helpful when we did interact at the valet area, check-in, when receiving the pizza in the lobby, and at check-out.
I can’t recommend this place unless you want to eat and drink in their pricey restaurants (and plan to arrive on schedule — assuming no mishaps.)
My husband and I arrived 3 nights ago for our honeymoon. We booked this hotel because the corner suites were large (room 2081) and since we would be here 4 nights, I wanted enough room that we wouldn't be tripping over each other during the day. We paid extra for the breakfast and the parking to be inclusive - which is a joke on both counts. The hotel sits atop a very large hill, on its own huge parking lot. There's no reason whatsoever to charge guests parking. There are two things I take for granted in a Marriott hotel. A comfy bed and good ac. Since this hotel was on the Marriott website, I assumed it was up to their standards. It is definitely not. For whatever reason, the management of this hotel has decided to install motion activated thermostats in the bedrooms. This means that whatever temperature is good for you to sleep at is unachievable in the room, because you will be in the bed SLEEPING (you hope) and an hour later wake up hot and sweaty - because you haven't been awake and moving to entertain the thermostat. The beds here are trash. They are extremely hard. Every morning I wake up much more sore than when I went to bed, with my back feeling progressively worse. I have not had one comfortable nights sleep since we arrived Tuesday. We have one night left and for the first time in my entire life I am strongly considering leaving a day early from vacation rather than spend another uncomfortable sleepless night where I wake up 5 times sweaty. The staff promised to send maintenance up to fix the thermostat and they never did, so I can only imagine it is working as intended. There is no placard for the door for housekeeping and they haven't once come in to change the sheets or towels. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone. It has ruined my honeymoon and I will never stay at another Sheraton.

We stayed here 4 years ago and it was great. Just stayed again last night. Room was nice and clean. They added $12 a day parking and it's a disaster to get into or out of the huge parking lot. Their electronic gates don't work and have to call the front desk every time. We will not come back. Also if you have a hard time walking this is not the hotel for you. The rooms are so spread out it's difficult to get around.
Excellent service! Beautiful facility. Best nights sleep, ever! I want to buy the mattress, pillows and comforter. I would definitely recommend!

Love the experience. It was a wonderful stay for a mini getaway. The view of the room wasn't too good but the softness of the bed to the nice shower was everything. Didnt want to get out of either. I'm pretty sure we will definitely be back
It was definitely the big mirror for me as well.
There were only two towels in our room when we had three people. No housekeeping services so we had to go down to get our own towels and wash cloths. Not a family friendly hotel and we were there for a hockey tournament with several other hockey teams. Definitely do not recommend them being a host hotel for tournaments.
I've been here multiple times and have never posted a review until today! Everett at the front desk really made our stay a positive one. He was so kind and went above and beyond to make our stay a great one. Our bed and room were so very comfortable. I will request a room on the other side of the highway next time...because the noise level was pretty high in the early AM. The only thing I don't like is the amount of time it takes to get to the lobby. The layout of this hotel is so confusing. I've stayed at enough hotels to be able to compare...and this one needs better signage.
***Next stay: We stayed here again the following week, on our way home. We again had an amazing check in experience this time with John. We let him know our previous room was not the best and he made sure we had a great room this time. Such a nice guy too!
I also have to say Johny (Mr. Clean) as I dubbed him, was awesome. Our dog made a mistake and we were horrified but Jon to the rescue. He would not even let us care about it. He was so sweet and understanding. Didn't skip a beat. Nice guy that does his job with a smile...which is not as common these days.

Very clean hotel with an excellent staff. They go over and beyond. Taylor the valet was very professional and attentive. He’s going places!! Rooms very nice and best of all... good water pressure from the shower head!!
Absolutely amazing experience here; you feel like royalty if you stay here. It smells like fresh soap and flowers in the hallways and there’s a beautiful little fountain and grilling area as well. Room was really nice and clean, very modern. It’s so aesthetically pleasing here. Also, parking was only $10 which is super cheap compared to most hotels like this.

Very nice hotel. We enjoyed a quiet restful sleep. Bathroom was a little small but room was roomy. Wanted to take advantage of the jacuzzi and pool but they're both outdoors and it was freezing. Maybe next time.

The staff was great, simply awesome.
We were given a room that had not been cleaned so I headed to the house phone and it didn't work. Had to walk around to find a phone that worked and was promptly taken care of. The new room was what I expected. The hallway carpets need to be replaced, badly. Being in the hallway for a long time (unexpectedly) gives you the impression that the hotel is run down and it just damages the experience.
Fantastic experience dealing with the staff but not so much from navigating around the place.
Very nice hotel with great customer service. However, the parking fee is a bit much and the room lighting was too dim. Need brighter lights. Our bathroom door couldn't close properly and had to use some force to close it. Other than that, gorgeous hotel, clean and comfy room. I recently moved to Nashville and stayed at this hotel for two weeks. The manager Eric and the valet are wonderful people and will go above and beyond to make sure you have a great stay.

The room was nice, with a view of the courtyard. Each room has a "satanitized" sticker on the door, but the coffee maker was filthy & the shower had blue toothpaste and pieces of soap stuck to it. When these issues were brought up to the front desk, instead of at least proving coffee or comping the parking charge (no free parking) we were told to provide pictures of the filth 😂😂😂 The bellman was very nice tho :)

Everything from the time I was picked up at the airport by the shuttle, taken to my room, and the attendant was courteous and kind and filled my ice bucket and brought me a soft drink. The hotel is beautiful, the room spacious, spotless, and sealed for your protection. There is a balcony that runs all the way around the hotel and each room has double glass doors that lead out towhere you find a table and 4 chairs along with 2 chairs to relax in. The entire staff went out of their way to see to my comfort. I rate this hotel a 5+. Highly recommend it.

This hotel is exceptionally clean and the service is AMAZING!!! Even in the midst of a global pandemic, I felt safe and cared for. It's evident that the rooms were deeply cleaned and sanitized. Also, the safety precautions in place were evident throughout the facilities (i.e., signs to practice social distancing, flyers for face covering, etc.). This will become my weekend getaway spot.
This hotel has a gorgeous property, is pet friendly, but is showing its age. Close to the airport if you want to get out fast. Has shuttles so convenient.
Beware!!!! I called to reserve our room. The gentleman I spoke with booked our room. Told me it would be $326.55. Checked in and we ended up leaving a day before were suppose to. Checked my bank account they had taken $348.62 from my account. And in a separate transaction on the day we were suppose to check out there was a $4.55 charge. We had checked out the day before. I call the hotel to find out why I was charged more than what was told to me and why the other transaction had occurred. I get told oh the extra for your room is parking. And they’ve still yet to figure out why the $4.55 was charged to my debit card. They said they’d have to check receipts. “ I WASN’T THERE DURING THIS TRANSACTION “ we were already home on that day. So now I’ve had to leave a message for the accountant for him to review. And yet still no phone call from him.
Staff was very inconsiderate about the issues I was having after I checked out of my hotel room regarding funds . Hotel was very nice but as a guest I was not treating with the respect & consideration I felt like I deserved by the employees .
I was really excited to spend the night here for my husbands birthday this passed weekend but our stay was probably the worst stay we’ve had so far . The hotel seems like it was 4-star back in the 80s or something but now it’s almost like a two star hotel. The room was not really cleaned the bathroom was disgusting I almost didn’t shower there but we’ve traveled 6+hours in the car to get there . It was just not well kept and carpet was dirty our towels were dirty . We have An all electric car and you guys couldn’t even accommodate for us to be able to plug in to your building (which we only need a regular outlet ) but other hotels nearby had told

Comfortable and clean. Got a 63 dollar rate for the weekend. They had 60 open rooms with balconies overlooking the pool and I got a balcony overlooking a roof. I tried to change but they were not going to let that happen. I definitely got my money's worth. Great fitness room. Really nice looking indoor pool and spa...... that was closed
Beautiful clean and absolutely wonderful! The staff were very courteous and the room was great! My wife and I spent 3 nights there for our wedding anniversary, when I let the very nice lady at the front desk know this, she immediately gave us an upgraded room! Very thoughtful and very very much appreciated! Thank you to everyone at the Sheraton Music City establishment!!!
Had an awesome experience with this hotel’s valet and customer service team. Reese, our valet driver, literally sprinted to get us our vehicle to get us to the airport on time. He was super courteous and efficient the whole time and we just made our flight thanks to him. Very impressed! Thanks again, Reese!

I had reservations for 3 rooms it took the desk clerk 20 minutes to find the reservation on the 3rd room. We needed extra bath towel and wash cloth and needed to report that the toilets were not flushing correctly...but no one ever showed up at the front desk....the bar stays open till midnight so at 1:30 in the morning people who had way to much to drink was continuing their party in the hallway
Love the open courtyard in hotel center w/ balconies. Fresh air and privacy looks and feels beautiful, especially at night, because of awesome lighting within lovely landscaping. Safety and customer service are both top notch, in a clean and contemporary environment, that sits in a private location.
Prices at the Sheraton Hotel maintain the same rates. Although after checking into a 2 bedroom. We noticed only 1 towel left in the bathroom. We called about having 2 more towels delivered, we were told sorry but we have to come to the front desk to get any towels. Standard in my opinion is at least 2 towels or 4. But if we request more than the one they provided, the inconvenience falls on the customer to go get more. At that point when does the room rates reduce if customer service isn't part of the room fees anymore?
We love this hotel! They make you feel as if you are the only customer they have. We try to stay here every time we fly out of or into BNA. Awesome shuttle service. Great sandwich in the restaurant. And the room was immaculate. Huge room with king bed, sectional sofa 2 nice chairs. Large desk that could be used as a table. Refrigerator, coffee pot, light up mirror in the bathroom and oversized glass enclosed shower. 2 sets of sliding glass doors go out to a balcony with four chairs for enjoyment. The bed was heavenly!! I want one at home. The hotel must have given us an upgrade and we are fine with that! We will be back!! Soon!
They messed up my rewards for my free night... But I came back and paid cause I love it here clean rooms staff is amazing, considerate, and friendly. I highly recommend I have stayed here a total of 6 times and it's been a great expirience.
You can tell that the staff here is well trained. The are very personable and friendly. The only issue I had was with the cleanliness of the room. There were a few long stands of hair in the bathroom along with some mold. Not horrible but given the quality of the property overall I was surprised.
First impression was very nice, which ended the moment we stepped off the elevator. The shower barely worked, the coffee maker had no coffee, and the walls were paper thin, so could hear everything outside and upstairs. That doesn't warrant just two stars though... What DOES deserve the 2 stars is that the door lock was broken... the deadbolt from the inside was broken off, and there was a bug infestation. Yuck
Beautiful building, awesome front clerk, very clean room... But the best part was dinner... Carry out style due to the Covid-19... The food was wonderful! But the best part was Lori... She is definitely one of a kind, her customer service and professionalism is hard to find ... Thank you for the great experience!
This hotel was absolutely phenomenal to say that. The staff was so accommodating during a bad time for our country. I came to Nashville hoping to enjoy the city but with everything shut down I had to stay within the hotel. The gym had everything I needed to get a good workout in. The pool was perfect temperature and so was the hot tub. I got an amazing deal online for the room and I was able to bring my dog for A fee. It is the perfect distance from the city without all the hustle and bustle. Do you self a favor and choose this for your hotel.
This is a very nice hotel. When you walk in there’s a fireplace with a huge Hearth to sit on. With y’all ceilings. There are multiple sitting areas in the front by the fire. The breakfast is really nice, with lots of seating in the breakfast area. The rooms are very clean. They have a closet with a fridge and microwave and coffee maker. And then a big closet before you head into the room. The bathroom vanities are very nice. I thought they were granite but they’re not. I WILL BE BACK VERY SOON!!! LOVE THIS PLACE!!

There's an indoor swimming pool and an outdoor swimming pool as well as a hot tub, restaurant, bar, convenience store, meeting rooms from small to large capacity and exercise facilities. The concierge will plan your day site seeing, museums, historical sites, shopping, adventures, golf and more. Nashville is a thriving metropolis and is rich in history and it's Music City. The hotel is conveniently located and minutes away from so many tourist attractions and historical sites and the airport. The rooms are elegant and comfortable. We had a wonderful time and were treated like royalty. Can't wait for a return visit.
To be honest, I just LOVE this hotel overall. The receptionists there are nice. The bar/restaurant there is awesome. And the food and drinks there are so delectable I enjoy the hell out of it. The hotel rooms there are so nice i love them, even with the balcony. I love the design of the shower because of the sliding glass doors. And the hot tub there inside the fitness center is so warm and comfortable I just enjoy it.
Giving this hotel 1 star or saying the experience was poor is a huge understatement! Room was just average.. nothing fancy. My major complaint is with customer service/staff. My husband called 3 days after checkout to request an itemized receipt be emailed to submit for work reimbursement.. Later to notice we were charged again for the stay! Upon notifying hotel of these unauthorized charges, we were told the girl was new and did not know what she was doing. Several hours and numerous phone calls later, we were advised the money (several hundreds of dollars) would be refunded but could take several business days. Totally unacceptable for a place of business to retain payment information and later make unauthorized charges. Never again will we book with a related affiliate.
Nice hotel ! It’s very close to airport hence very convenient for short business trips.. staff at reception was very helpful and nice.. parking is not free in this hotel... room was spacious and clean.. hotel restaurant is nice and food was good... overall good experience during stay...
The lobby is beautiful and huge. We were there for a convention and this place was an awesome space for it! The staff are VERY helpful and courteous. The downfall is in the details: we had to call for maintenance to come tighten a very loose toilet seat. There was no place to hang a hand towel or the bath towels. There is no microwave and the fridge is not super cold. The whirlpool and indoor pool were lovely, except the whirlpool timer would not work so no jets. The exercise equipment was very nice and varied. The VERY BEST experience was with the valet staff that helped us ALL the way to the room and when it had to be changed, took the old keys back to the front desk and, not only brought the new ones back, but helped us move all our luggage to the new room. THAT kind of service I have not seen in MANY years!! KUDOS, young man!
This hotel is wonderful. Especially the staff! The care, concern and hard work of the staff was so above and beyond. We had numerous meals hosted in the large hall and they ran very smoothly. Jen was such a gracious host and I can't remember all the wonderful servers, I do remember Jose who was very kind and conscientious. The food was also delicious, hot and served with care. This was one of the best hotel food services I have ever had, and I've eaten at many large hotel events.
Our room was also well kept, clean and very comfortable. This hotel is close to the airport and was super comfortable. I used the fitness center and the lobby had large TV's so you could watch the game with friends. Thank you Sheraton Music City!
I stayed here on business for three nights in December. It was a well kept and the staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean, but nothing special.
The two factors keeping me from giving 5 stars were the dated room and very limited gym. There were only free weights and a few machines.
Very nice and clean. Room prices reasonable, but any added items, including food a bit pricey. $10+tax to park. Staff were all friendly and helpful. Food service manager was a delightful lady and a blessing to our family group.
Not what you would expect from an overpriced hotel, with not as many luxury features as other hotels in Nashville. Location is only convenient to the airport really, and it's down a sketchy looking road that makes you think horror movie. 3 stars is generous - maybe it should be 2. Well the sheets and pillows carry a lot of weight - we'll leave it at 3. Won't be back, however, unless I get a super-cheap price.

Hotel is nice. Rooms are pleasant and bed was very comfortable. Staff is pleasant. The hotel is beautiful and quaint when you enter in...true to a Sheraton lobby. The shrimp and grits from their Old Hickory restaurant was tasty but grits were a little thicker than I like. Peanut Butter pie was good. Although I was there in December, the restaurant was too cold for me to really enjoy myself, but it is a very sexy place..dim lights etc.
Excellent airport hotel, friendly staff at the front desk and van drivers and Car Valets are friendly and well trained, extremely welcoming! Great place to conduct business. My only issue would be housekeeping is a bit noisy and banging on doors before guests are scheduled to leave! I would still recommend this hotel!

I thought this was going to be a typical near-the-airport hotel. Boy, was I wrong. This location has had a VERY recent renovation/refresh. They beautifully blended the wood paneling in the large lobby with modern decor and furniture. The rooms are nicely appointed and I thought the beds were large and comfortable.
The hotel lounge was closed on the weekends, but my Titanium status was recognized and I was provided hot breakfast in the restaurant for all 4 guests staying in the room. The breakfast was a buffet style of quality hot food (including two types of eggs, bacon sausage, grits, biscuits & gravy) , cold charcuterie, and the normal assortment of muffins and pastries. The server poured orange juice and coffee for everyone and left a decanter of coffee for the table, which was a nice touch. The server was VERY attentive and offered cups to go for our coffee at the end of the meal.
There's also a fitness center with both an outdoor and heated indoor pool.
I would definitely recommend this property if you're in the area.
This is a review of the parking exclusively: I parked here for a trip I went on through a different website. Very amazing and open parking! The Vallet guys when you check in are so amazing too! They are super friendly and helpful. The shuttle service is also very nice: I was very happy with the ride to/from the airport! 10/10 parking experience!
The hotel is definitely an older building but in a good condition. The staff was very friendly, ranging from the check in associates to the restaurant staff and the valet attendant. This hotel is priced well but it is located near the airport. From my room, I can hear the sound of the plane. The room is priced well and it's near the airport. It is convenient being near the airport.
Absolutely spectacular! Sheraton hotels are always top notch but this one in particular was special.
Aside from the normal exemplary service, we had the pleasure of meeting Michael Self at their hotel bar. I simply cannot put into words how amazing Michael's service was throughout our entire stay. Truly an expert within his craft, and an amazing resource for narrowing down what to do/not to do within the Nashville area. In fact, his impeccable service and spot on recommendations were the entire reason we extended our trip by 2 days.
10/10 the only place to stay in Nashville by a landslide. Great people, multiple professional shuttle services for downtown and the airport. This will definitely be the only place we stay during future visits. Be mindful that certain room discounts exist and the hotel is happy to accommodate almost any imaginable requests.

My husband went in. The people were rude to him. I booked through the phone. We checked in and after my shower it took 30 minutes for the 2 inches of water to drain out of the shower enough for me to finish it. Then we waited 30 more for him to be able to take his. The shower grout was molded and cracking and the ceiling had spots of black on it above the shower. They were full so trading rooms was no option. The cleaning staff were more friendly than the receptionist. So disappointing. Will not return here again. I paid $230+ for that experience.

The Sheraton is the epitome of luxury. I spent my morning relaxing by the outdoor pool enjoying the lush landscaping and beautiful weather. Everything was clean and the staff was very helpful. The tv programs are the best part, anyone could spend endless nights channel flipping through the many channels the Sheraton offers. Really enjoyed the Mario Lopez extras watched every one. Will be returning to see the new Mario Lopez summer movies.
Very nice hotel for the price. Very nice staff. I booked a courtyard view but when i got there to my room it was the courtyard view so i went to the desk and told him that when i booked it said i would have a courtyard view so he very quickly changed my room for me so i could get the view! So nice about it too! Thank u Andrew! Lobby was nice, beds were so comfortable. Nice spacious rooms. Elevators do need to be cleaned and i do think that the outdoor pool should close at 10 instead of 9. i think 9 is too early. That doesn’t give u a chance to enjoy the pretty lights and courtyard at night! Got home from dinner at 8:30 and it would have been so nice to relax in the pool for an hour and then go to bed. So that was my only disappointment.
