Wonderful lobby. Truly helpful front desk. Rooms were clean, and soft. Pillows to sheets and bedding were great. Did not get to try dinning there but the venues looked interesting. Had a work out room and indoor/outdoor pool.

Very nice hotel for the price. Very nice staff. I booked a courtyard view but when i got there to my room it was the courtyard view so i went to the desk and told him that when i booked it said i would have a courtyard view so he very quickly changed my room for me so i could get the view! So nice about it too! Thank u Andrew! Lobby was nice, beds were so comfortable. Nice spacious rooms. Elevators do need to be cleaned and i do think that the outdoor pool should close at 10 instead of 9. i think 9 is too early. That doesn’t give u a chance to enjoy the pretty lights and courtyard at night! Got home from dinner at 8:30 and it would have been so nice to relax in the pool for an hour and then go to bed. So that was my only disappointment.

The Sheraton is the epitome of luxury. I spent my morning relaxing by the outdoor pool enjoying the lush landscaping and beautiful weather. Everything was clean and the staff was very helpful. The tv programs are the best part, anyone could spend endless nights channel flipping through the many channels the Sheraton offers. Really enjoyed the Mario Lopez extras watched every one. Will be returning to see the new Mario Lopez summer movies.

Absolutely gorgeous, staff was extremely friendly and helpful and our rates were excellent. Their bar is comfy and cozy and the terraces are lovely. Beautiful hotel.

This place is a must visit destination hotel. Gym was fantastic with different kinds of equipment, shower facilities, indoor hot tub and swimming pool. Rooms were nice and clean. Restaurant has plenty of options to choose from the menu. Breakfast buffet was a great service option however $20 buffet price was probably on the expensive end. Staff accommodated guests overflow to bar areas where there were adequate seating options as outdoor seating was not available due to winter schedule. Parking was accessible and affordable for $10/day fee.

We recently stayed here unexpectedly after our flight was canceled during the recent snow storm. And I cannot say enough wonderful things about the staff. They were so nice, helpful and accommodating during what I’m sure was an amazingly stressful time. I know many of them hadn’t left the property for over 24 hours - they all deserve a raise and a bonus!

But the biggest shout out and 10 stars goes to our shuttle driver. I can’t imagine how tired and exhausted he was driving through all that weather all day. We very much appreciate the safe navigation to and from the airport.

This property is so nice and has very old-world vibes with the large entrance and courtyard. It also has every amenity anyone could need.

This was a great place to find ourselves unexpectedly and again so thankful for the staff.

I was there for a workshop. My room, maybe because it was government rate, was at the back off the floor so it was a very long walk. I think that would have been great if I was an athlete. I'm not, so I'm still hurting. My closet was broken. A $200+ room and the closet was broken and there was a broken phone sitting on the desk by the T.V..

I also didn't appreciate having to pay for parking. I do understand paid parking for people who aren't staying there. However there should be a different lot, or free access with the room key, for people who have paid for rooms.

There were two big workshops there. We had over 150 people at ours. I think the other group was bigger. The restaurant wasn't prepared for the influx of people at lunch time. The food was good, but there was only one person waiting tables in the restaurant and those of us who ordered to-go plates had a wait of at least 20 minutes. Some of the people in my session after lunch had to bring their food with them.

Other than that, I had a very good time. My bed was very comfortable. My room was clean. They even had shower gel, shampoo, and conditioner that smelled really good. The service was great! The people at registration were helpful. The bartender was nice. The staff that helped with set-up for the workshop were wonderful! Anything we needed, they were easy to reach and quick to come help.

Overall, I would love to do another workshop there if they can plan better, at the restaurant, for the influx of people. I'd probably stay again. That walk to my room though! Ouch.

Great location for the yearly SPBGMA convention. I’ve been multiple times and the service and cleanliness has always been great. There’s a lot of space and the convention center is very nice. I wish the elevators were newer and worked more reliably. The lobby bathrooms are kept very clean!

We were here for a new year's dance event, the first time being held at this hotel. It was absolutely lovely and peaceful. The rooms, the lobby, even the elevators had their own charm and Nashville-ness to it!

The ballrooms were great, really clean bathrooms, good breakfast buffet, and barely a mile away from another busy street for more food and grocery options!

Didn't really travel to the downtown area this time around, but didn't hear any complaints from my other friends who did.

Plus free shuttle from the airport? Yes please

It’s a nice hotel. Rooms were spacious and comfortable. A bit overpriced since they don’t offer a complimentary breakfast. Also, a fire alarm was pulled in the night. We were awakened from a deep sleep to being told to get outside. Not a peep about it at checkout, no apology or explanation.

I was mesmerized by the history and pure size of the hotel immediately upon entering the lobby. It has the allure of the grand old hotel from the movies; larger-than-life mosaics, columns, open space, and furniture. A perfect hotel to host large parties, meetings, or parties. The room TVs system is a little archaic because it does not have some of the "features" most Marriott properties have; a free movie menu, streaming capabilities, etc. However, after a long day of driving, it's an excellent hotel to lay your head down at night. The walls are thick, and the rooms are spacious. Parking was surprisingly expensive for Marriott members, but the lot is well lit with security guards and a gate.

GREAT staff . Very friendly and helpful. Location is beautiful. The food at the restaurant is very good. The rooms are beautiful and clean. Just wished they had a larger store (gift shop). If I go back to Nashville, I would definitely like to stay here again. The rates are good compared to the downtown hotels. This one is not super far from downtown, it's a short Uber/Lyft ride away.

Very nice and clean. Room prices reasonable, but any added items, including food a bit pricey. $10+tax to park. Staff were all friendly and helpful. Food service manager was a delightful lady and a blessing to our family group.

From the moment I walked into the lobby, I noticed the pristine condition of the surroundings. The floors gleamed, and the air smelled fresh and inviting. It was evident that the hotel staff took great pride in maintaining a clean and hygienic environment. The guest rooms were immaculate. The bedding was crisp and spotless, providing a comfortable and restful sleep. The bathroom was sparkling clean, with all amenities neatly arranged and replenished daily. It was clear that the housekeeping team paid close attention to detail.

The staff were so nice and responsive to questions. The rooms were really clean, the hotel is updated and beautiful inside. The breakfast is definitely worth the price and parking was far cheaper than any other hotel in the area. It was a very welcome surprise!

Stayed two nights at this location, nice size room, bathroom a little small. Very comfortable bed. We had four meals, all very good.

Would have appreciated our room being serviced before 4:30 PM when we returned after a day of sight seeing.

Did not like the 5 AM wake up call/fire drill, and no emergency plan in effect for hotel employees. No one seemed to know what was going on.

We used the shuttle to and from the airport, no issues and prompt friendly service.

This was a decent place to stay. Upon arrival the valet were less than friendly and seemed bothered that we asked to valet our cars. The front desk weekend manager (forget his name) was very friendly and helpful with suggestions of things to do in the area. The lobby was spacious and clean. The room is a bit dated, but it was clean. I liked the balcony the overlooked the courtyard. The pool and hot tub were nice. The food at the lobby bar was surprisingly good. I really enjoyed the shrimp and grits, enough so to order it two nights in a row.

Very good service very responsive in picking people up from the airport. I use the place to do the park and ride to the airport very professional very nice I got to say out of all the park and ride places this is the best place and it'll be great to stay overnight as you're trying to get to the airport. The staff very welcoming and friendly. they gave me all information needed what to do and when I come back very organized. you don't see that much in other places.

My family and I are traveling to the Memphis area to visit relatives and decided to stay in Nashville overnight to rest. I was truly impressed by the hospitality of the staff, the layout of the hotel and conference center. The breakfast buffet was phenomenal with a menu of true southern cuisine family. Our rooms were spacious with spectacular views. I wholeheartedly recommend the Sheraton Music city hotel. It holds a wealth of history and it was beautifully Decorated for kids of all ages. Lol

This hotel is amazing!!! Jamey at the front desk went above and beyond to answer all of my questions with professionalism and patience, never rushing the conversation. I live in Indiana and want to come back here just to stay at this hotel for a weekend with my grandson. Stayed at dozens of hotels this year and this Junior corner suite was one of the nicest with the balcony overlooking the courtyard. I arrived on Christmas Day 2021, and what nice present! Thank you Music City Sheraton and Jamey!

Attractive property.

I can only imagine that staffing is tough to get.

Dinner at 8 was available. Floors were sticky in the dining area.

Several buttons associated with the elevator didn't light up- in the elevator and on the Floors.

Tried to tell the morning desk clerk/manager. He didn't even look up at us from his looking at room key cards he was shuffling around in his hands.

They apparently aren't worried about the building maintenance or customer service. Although the night staff was indeed friendly and helpful.

This hotel is wonderful. Especially the staff! The care, concern and hard work of the staff was so above and beyond. We had numerous meals hosted in the large hall and they ran very smoothly. Jen was such a gracious host and I can't remember all the wonderful servers, I do remember Jose who was very kind and conscientious. The food was also delicious, hot and served with care. This was one of the best hotel food services I have ever had, and I've eaten at many large hotel events.

Our room was also well kept, clean and very comfortable. This hotel is close to the airport and was super comfortable. I used the fitness center and the lobby had large TV's so you could watch the game with friends. Thank you Sheraton Music City!

I stayed here on business for three nights in December. It was a well kept and the staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean, but nothing special.

The two factors keeping me from giving 5 stars were the dated room and very limited gym. There were only free weights and a few machines.

This hotel is a lovely wonderful place. When you first walk in you see a very majestic elegant dining area. This place has a very elegant look to it when you look in the front room the chandeliers stare back like a star in the night and as you go deeper into the hotel you see that the pool the spa is outstanding and wonderful. All the staff here is very helpful very polite and very knowledgeable of the area.if ever you're in Nashville Tennessee come to the Sheraton music City hotel it's the only one me and my family stay at I recommend it to all of my friends and you should too.

Everything from the time I was picked up at the airport by the shuttle, taken to my room, and the attendant was courteous and kind and filled my ice bucket and brought me a soft drink. The hotel is beautiful, the room spacious, spotless, and sealed for your protection. There is a balcony that runs all the way around the hotel and each room has double glass doors that lead out towhere you find a table and 4 chairs along with 2 chairs to relax in. The entire staff went out of their way to see to my comfort. I rate this hotel a 5+. Highly recommend it.

When I say this place will take your breath away upon entering I mean it. It is just stunning, even walking on the floors, they feel like they have a bounce them. The rooms on the interior of the hotel have a balcony that you can go out on and not only enjoy the beautiful manicured flowers, plants, and trees, you can also enjoy the pool and water fountain which I personally like to call a wishing well. The rooms are also just as stunning, very spacious with a TV large enough that you can see everything on the screen perfectly no matter where you are in the room even if you have trouble seeing. The staff is friendly and eager to assist you with any needs you may have. So if you enjoy the finer things in life this is the place you need to stay.

After an extended stint without power after a Nashville storm, our family checked in here and it changed our weekend: we had a lovely stay and our kids felt like we were on vacation! We enjoyed the pool and hot tub while watching the planes take off. The breakfast was delicious and the adjoining spacious rooms were comfortable for our family. The staff was so helpful and patient with our kids. Finally, December is a lovely time to visit as it’s decked out with lights and trees :).

While this IS an airport hotel (being only 5 minutes from the airport), it is MUCH nicer than you pay for. I was impressed with how fancy it was. Would absolutely recommend staying here. You could stay down town, but you'll pay more for far less.

Andrea- in Valet, was overly helpful and knowledgeable. I travel frequently and I will ALWAYS recommend this hotel for the outstanding services. She took her time answering any questions that we had and everyday acknowledged us by name. Wow! Thank you so much!

Friendly staff, excellent gym, nice pool, and good location. Our room was very clean but the bathroom didn't have a fan in it to ventilate steam (personal preference) and there was a gap in the wall and the vent, which look a little janky for a nice hotel. Another thing to note is that parking isn't free and breakfast starts at $13. They provide free water bottles, free apples at the check in desk, and an in room coffee maker with 1 Starbucks Pikes place coffee bag and a decaf coffee bag. Overall very nice stay. I was impressed with the gym equipment and the pool.

Beautiful hotel! If you want to avoid downtown - which I would recommend unless you like sprawling mobs of loud, unruly drunken tourists - this is hotel is a wonderful choice.

While this hotel is very near Nashville International, I didn't hear the planes take off or land in spite of being right under the flight path.

The grounds and public spaces are not only well designed for comfortable and efficient use, they are aesthetically pleasing as well. The hotel is clean, well kept, and quiet. The service, from beginning to end, is gracious and professional.

The bar and grill is a great place to hang out and unwind. The food and drinks I had were delicious and well priced, the staff is professional, accomodating, and friendly; service is very good. The space is large and designed to be pleasing to the eye and provides many different seating arrangements to choose from - whether it be a comfy seat at the bar or a group seating area with a television integrated into the space.

The rooms are very spacious, clean, and well equipped for comfort. There are spacious balconies where one could watch the sun set or sit and enjoy their morning cup of coffee. The beds are pure luxury and the most comfortable I've ever slept in, without question.

Very highly recommended!

It was a rough start but a few call outs to some staff that made up for the rough parts. Our room was inspected by Tasha, She is wonderful and so up front which is very rare these days. The valet (Noah) was amazing, attentive, very proactive, made sure we had everything we needed and the service was safe and quick. From there Thomas (At the Bar Area) very professional, personable, and so down to earth made it extra special. After Tasha spoke with him he came to my wife and I and gave us a special moment to remember with some drinks, snacks, etc. Like I said it was rough in the beginning, but the special people I mentioned made it a very good stay.

Love the open courtyard in hotel center w/ balconies. Fresh air and privacy looks and feels beautiful, especially at night, because of awesome lighting within lovely landscaping. Safety and customer service are both top notch, in a clean and contemporary environment, that sits in a private location.

I've been here multiple times and have never posted a review until today! Everett at the front desk really made our stay a positive one. He was so kind and went above and beyond to make our stay a great one. Our bed and room were so very comfortable. I will request a room on the other side of the highway next time...because the noise level was pretty high in the early AM. The only thing I don't like is the amount of time it takes to get to the lobby. The layout of this hotel is so confusing. I've stayed at enough hotels to be able to compare...and this one needs better signage.

***Next stay: We stayed here again the following week, on our way home. We again had an amazing check in experience this time with John. We let him know our previous room was not the best and he made sure we had a great room this time. Such a nice guy too!

I also have to say Johny (Mr. Clean) as I dubbed him, was awesome. Our dog made a mistake and we were horrified but Jon to the rescue. He would not even let us care about it. He was so sweet and understanding. Didn't skip a beat. Nice guy that does his job with a smile...which is not as common these days.

Thank you everyone! I can't wait until we can start having our meetings again, I look forward to having your hotel host us!

This is a very nice hotel. When you walk in there’s a fireplace with a huge Hearth to sit on. With y’all ceilings. There are multiple sitting areas in the front by the fire. The breakfast is really nice, with lots of seating in the breakfast area. The rooms are very clean. They have a closet with a fridge and microwave and coffee maker. And then a big closet before you head into the room. The bathroom vanities are very nice. I thought they were granite but they’re not. I WILL BE BACK VERY SOON!!! LOVE THIS PLACE!!

We had a tiny glitch on checkin but Chad fixed us up so we had everything we needed. All the employees were very pleasant and courteous. The guest computer and printer worked flawlessly. Our room was completely clean, and when we called for a couple things they were delivered quickly. The dog walking area was tidy. Thanks for being pet friendly! All hotel areas were clean and spacious. Very pleasant hotel. Only thing I went for other than work was the hot tub, which was temporarily out of order, so that was disappointing but did not detract from our experience very much. Thanks to Chad!

I recently moved to Nashville and stayed at this hotel for two weeks. The manager Eric and the valet are wonderful people and will go above and beyond to make sure you have a great stay.

PROS:

- The hotel is completely sanitized

- Yes, the hotel is a bit dated but UPSCALE & you will feel like you are at at a big RESORT- GREAT ESCAPE!

- The POOL, BAR & RESTAURANT is open and the service is OUTSTANDING!

- Beautiful comfortable rooms/beds

- They love DOGS / CATS!!

NO CONS because you can always go to the front desk or call them & they will accommodate your needs

Person who checked me in was very nice, she upgraded my room to a junior suite (cannot recall her name). Room was nice and big but a little dated. A/C was set very low but was struggling to keep the room cool. Will go back there on my next trip to TN which should be pretty soon.

Stayed here over the weekend for my boyfriend's birthday. The hotel was very nice! Everything was extremely clean. Enjoyed the toiletries that were supplied! The room was gigantic with a nice balcony view of the outdoor pool. Had the breakfast buffet in the Old Hickory Grill the first morning and the club room the second day. The club access came with our membership. Both were good. I like that there was an indoor and outdoor pool. The indoor pool is heated, and by the fitness area. We did not have time to enjoy either but checked out the facilities. The shuttle to and from the airport was very useful to us. Other than that, we Übered wherever we needed to go and avoided the madness of downtown. Great place! The staff was amazing! We'd definitely stay here again!

The hot tub and pool are great. Don't miss the breakfast buffet. It is awesome. Great service and friendly staff. One employee, Noah, went above and beyond. Leaving to run errands I replaced my keycard because it failed to open the parking gate. When I returned Noah watched for me (returned my ID badge that I had lost) and also helped with the gate issue. He was always available for info and assistance. Every Sheraton needs a Noah.

My favorite hometown get away. The atmosphere is amazing. Big open lobby. There's always life happening down there. People singing country playing guitar. The smell is warming. Customer service is great. Waived my parking charges. On my bday they brought a complimentary champagne to my room as a surprise. I've stayed here many times over the years and it's my absolute favorite. Just please unlock the grand piano in the lobby and let us piano guys draw small crowds like we used to..

The property is an overflow for Southwest Airlines operating out of BNA so any operational interruptions and the hotel is inundated with lost travelers and crew.

Couldn't barely get in to the property because the hotel vans filled up with 20-30 southwest pilots and flight attendants sitting on each others laps each traveling with 4-5 bags each for the holiday.

Elevators are either right next to your unit or a half mile due to the design of the property layout.

Beds are comfortable and housekeeping is above expectations. I would check the southwest flight board before I come here again.

Stayed here for close location to airport and shuttle. Shuttles begin running at 4am to airport which is nice. Beautiful grounds and outdoor patio. Clean, spacious room with a balcony. Hotel has a grand, nostalgic atmosphere. Accommodating and friendly staff. Has a bar and restaurant on site. You do have to pay for breakfast (18/adult, 9/child) and it's not much more than what you get at most other Marriotts for free. It would be fun for a quick getaway with adults or a good place to stay if you are flying out.

This hotel is exceptionally clean and the service is AMAZING!!! Even in the midst of a global pandemic, I felt safe and cared for. It's evident that the rooms were deeply cleaned and sanitized. Also, the safety precautions in place were evident throughout the facilities (i.e., signs to practice social distancing, flyers for face covering, etc.). This will become my weekend getaway spot.

The hotel is beautiful. Check in was quick and easy and the staff that checked us in was very friendly. The room was huge and very clean. The lobby area was nice and had live music in the evening. I loved that the chaise had outlets to plug your devices into.

Posh. Great service and detail. Very clean. We had to change hotels because the other hotel we were booked at had mold and I got so sick I couldn't stay there anymore. And that hotel charged $160 a night! This was worth the money. We loved it. Thank you!

Spent the weekend here and the stay was very enjoyable. First time I used the check-in by phone, bypassing the front desk entirely. Using your cell to unlock the room is another slick feature. Rooms are spacey, clean and have balconies. Brunch was excellent. Bar was also very good with a decent beer selection and food menu. Hotel staff was professional and friendly. Will return.

Love the experience. It was a wonderful stay for a mini getaway. The view of the room wasn't too good but the softness of the bed to the nice shower was everything. Didnt want to get out of either. I'm pretty sure we will definitely be back

I love this hotel. Food was awesome. Staff was super attentive. The shuttle from the airport to the hotel was super convenient. I got a suite room and there was so much room here. Super close to the airport. The only drawback is there is nothing really in walking distance of the hotel. It kind of has a "Graceland" type vibe when driving up with a huge front hilly lawn.

This hotel was absolutely phenomenal to say that. The staff was so accommodating during a bad time for our country. I came to Nashville hoping to enjoy the city but with everything shut down I had to stay within the hotel. The gym had everything I needed to get a good workout in. The pool was perfect temperature and so was the hot tub. I got an amazing deal online for the room and I was able to bring my dog for A fee. It is the perfect distance from the city without all the hustle and bustle. Do you self a favor and choose this for your hotel.

Me and my wife visited some distilleries while in Tennessee. The floor plan was kinda crazy but the room was comfy. We had a balcony that faced the outdoor pool. Their breakfast buffet was actually pretty good. Eggs, bacon, sausage, biscuits and gravy, waffles, grits, etc. I was pleased. The bar was nice too. Live music, a good pour, and dinner menu. The service was cool. Alot of newbies but that's expected in a hiring shortage. The airport shuttle runs every 20 mins. No complaints here. I'll definitely return.

If you plan to stay in this hotel, I suggest that you have a vehicle. The hotel resturant is good but not much happening in the walking distance around the hotel. The beds are comfy. The room are fairly clean. I would recommend this hotel mostly to business travelers. They are offer a shuttle to the airport...

We love this hotel! They make you feel as if you are the only customer they have. We try to stay here every time we fly out of or into BNA. Awesome shuttle service. Great sandwich in the restaurant. And the room was immaculate. Huge room with king bed, sectional sofa 2 nice chairs. Large desk that could be used as a table. Refrigerator, coffee pot, light up mirror in the bathroom and oversized glass enclosed shower. 2 sets of sliding glass doors go out to a balcony with four chairs for enjoyment. The bed was heavenly!! I want one at home. The hotel must have given us an upgrade and we are fine with that! We will be back!! Soon!

This is a plush high quality hotel where you are the staff's most important concern. They offer all the amenities you need and more. The hotel is elegantly decorated. There's an indoor swimming pool and an outdoor swimming pool as well as a hot tub, restaurant, bar, convenience store, meeting rooms from small to large capacity and exercise facilities. The concierge will plan your day site seeing, museums, historical sites, shopping, adventures, golf and more. Nashville is a thriving metropolis and is rich in history and it's Music City. The hotel is conveniently located and minutes away from so many tourist attractions and historical sites and the airport. The rooms are elegant and comfortable. We had a wonderful time and were treated like royalty. Can't wait for a return visit.

I came in very frustrated and stressed out because of my traveling situation. Candida and management were absolutely wonderful. They took great care of me. The lady at the desk was also very comforting. I want to thank the staff for being so patient and amazing. Definitely will come again once I come back to Nashville! Thank you!

If anybody is trying to find good deals for hotels visit HotelBuIIy. com booked a hotel on there and they had the best rates anywhere!

Wonderful lobby. Truly helpful front desk. Rooms were clean, and soft. Pillows to sheets and bedding were great. Did not get to try dinning there but the venues looked interesting. Had a work out room and indoor/outdoor pool.

Beautiful building, awesome front clerk, very clean room... But the best part was dinner... Carry out style due to the Covid-19... The food was wonderful! But the best part was Lori... She is definitely one of a kind, her customer service and professionalism is hard to find ... Thank you for the great experience!

All the staff here is very helpful very polite and very knowledgeable of the area.if ever you're in Nashville Tennessee come to the Sheraton music City hotel it's the only one me and my family stay at I recommend it to all of my friends and you should too

We were greeted as we arrived by a valet who explained the process of checking in and parking choices. Made us feel not only welcomed but special. The staff was prompt and friendly. Rooms were clean. Overall a great stay.

This is an excellent budget friendly hotel! If you are looking for a hotel that you can just chill at and enjoy the atmosphere and the views, this is it! We had a garden view suite. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with smiles, water, and popsicles. The Jr Suite has plenty of space. The only complaint I have is that one of the rooms was not ready until about 6 pm.

Attended a convention, so cannot rate the rooms. Convention space was well maintained, and the staff was very accommodating to the needs of the convention as a whole. The first couple days of the convention required paying a significant all-day parking fee, but the convention organizers were able to work with the hotel to eliminate parking fees for the remainder of the convention, which really helped out my wallet. The bar staff was very friendly, and drinks were tasty. All in all, I had a very positive experience.

Excellent hotel. Exceptional service from front desk to bartenders. Everyone was so helpful. My dad hurt his foot. They changed room to accommodate us so we were closer to elevator. They let us use wheelchair. The gym is big and has everything you need. Indoor and out door pools. Buffet is great. They give to go boxes if you want to take back to room. The lounge also has a breakfast and fresh coffee. Live music on weekends. Beds super comfortable. Airport shuttle.

Room was spacious and beds were comfortable. Beautiful hotel. Warm friendly staff. Airport shuttle runs every 20 minutes.

Downside: long walk from elevator to our room; hot tub was out of service. Not a deal breaker though. I will stay there again.

Hotel is nice. Rooms are pleasant and bed was very comfortable. Staff is pleasant. The hotel is beautiful and quaint when you enter in...true to a Sheraton lobby. The shrimp and grits from their Old Hickory restaurant was tasty but grits were a little thicker than I like. Peanut Butter pie was good. Although I was there in December, the restaurant was too cold for me to really enjoy myself, but it is a very sexy place..dim lights etc.

I thought this was going to be a typical near-the-airport hotel. Boy, was I wrong. This location has had a VERY recent renovation/refresh. They beautifully blended the wood paneling in the large lobby with modern decor and furniture. The rooms are nicely appointed and I thought the beds were large and comfortable.

The hotel lounge was closed on the weekends, but my Titanium status was recognized and I was provided hot breakfast in the restaurant for all 4 guests staying in the room. The breakfast was a buffet style of quality hot food (including two types of eggs, bacon sausage, grits, biscuits & gravy) , cold charcuterie, and the normal assortment of muffins and pastries. The server poured orange juice and coffee for everyone and left a decanter of coffee for the table, which was a nice touch. The server was VERY attentive and offered cups to go for our coffee at the end of the meal.

There's also a fitness center with both an outdoor and heated indoor pool.

I would definitely recommend this property if you're in the area.

The hotel is definitely an older building but in a good condition. The staff was very friendly, ranging from the check in associates to the restaurant staff and the valet attendant. This hotel is priced well but it is located near the airport. From my room, I can hear the sound of the plane. The room is priced well and it's near the airport. It is convenient being near the airport.

This is a review of the parking exclusively: I parked here for a trip I went on through a different website. Very amazing and open parking! The Vallet guys when you check in are so amazing too! They are super friendly and helpful. The shuttle service is also very nice: I was very happy with the ride to/from the airport! 10/10 parking experience!

Absolutely spectacular! Sheraton hotels are always top notch but this one in particular was special.

Aside from the normal exemplary service, we had the pleasure of meeting Michael Self at their hotel bar. I simply cannot put into words how amazing Michael's service was throughout our entire stay. Truly an expert within his craft, and an amazing resource for narrowing down what to do/not to do within the Nashville area. In fact, his impeccable service and spot on recommendations were the entire reason we extended our trip by 2 days.

10/10 the only place to stay in Nashville by a landslide. Great people, multiple professional shuttle services for downtown and the airport. This will definitely be the only place we stay during future visits. Be mindful that certain room discounts exist and the hotel is happy to accommodate almost any imaginable requests.

Michael, if you're reading this at some point then thank you for turning our vacation into a once in a lifetime experience!

Stayed here for several days for a conference. Good hotel to hold conferences at, lots of conference rooms. The room was clean, spacious and the bed was comfortable. Good location near airport. Safe location. The bad: the restaurant in the hotel is way overpriced for the quality of food. Not many restaurant options close by.

Had a great room overlooking the courtyard. The room was very clean the bed was comfortable. They had plenty of towels. The staff was very friendly and helpful when needed. The conference rooms were very nice and were excellent for the event I attended. Every time I walked out of my room I would walk the wrong way down the hall when trying to find the elevator but stairs were on the other end. I was on a trip by myself and I felt very secure in the hotel, inside and out in the parking lot and leaving my car I felt it was a safe place to do so and walk to the door by myself day or night. I will definitely be coming back to stay again.

Absolutely amazing experience here; you feel like royalty if you stay here. It smells like fresh soap and flowers in the hallways and there’s a beautiful little fountain and grilling area as well. Room was really nice and clean, very modern. It’s so aesthetically pleasing here. Also, parking was only $10 which is super cheap compared to most hotels like this.

Nice hotel for a big conference. Just a few maintenance issues in the room, but the rest of the hotel is nice. There's a nice little restaurant and bar on site. The gym is very nice but warm and humid, being right by the spa and indoor pool.

Location by the airport is handy for traveling by air. They have a shuttle as well.

We stayed here for two nights a few weekends ago. Hotel is older but room was spacious and the lobby was beautiful. We enjoyed the indoor pool and hot tub. We ordered to go food from the restaurant and it was good. The only issue I had was being charged 3 times by the restaurant and also having to call 3 times to have the issue resolved. Caprice at the front desk was helpful in resolving the issue and on the morning of checkout a man called to make sure this was resolved. Valet was always slammed so we did self parking and there was plenty of parking in the back of the hotel.

This hotel has a gorgeous property, is pet friendly, but is showing its age. Close to the airport if you want to get out fast. Has shuttles so convenient.

Had an awesome experience with this hotel’s valet and customer service team. Reese, our valet driver, literally sprinted to get us our vehicle to get us to the airport on time. He was super courteous and efficient the whole time and we just made our flight thanks to him. Very impressed! Thanks again, Reese!

Beautiful clean and absolutely wonderful! The staff were very courteous and the room was great! My wife and I spent 3 nights there for our wedding anniversary, when I let the very nice lady at the front desk know this, she immediately gave us an upgraded room! Very thoughtful and very very much appreciated! Thank you to everyone at the Sheraton Music City establishment!!!

Excellent airport hotel, friendly staff at the front desk and van drivers and Car Valets are friendly and well trained, extremely welcoming! Great place to conduct business. My only issue would be housekeeping is a bit noisy and banging on doors before guests are scheduled to leave! I would still recommend this hotel!

The front desk people where fantastic. Great service in the bar and restaurant. You could use some vegetarian options on the menu though. The indoor pool wasn't heated for winter time use. All in all a nice stay.

We enjoyed our stay at The Sheraton. It is close enough to the action, but far enough away from the traffic. The hotel was clean and well maintained. We were greeted by several friendly employees and check in was a breeze. The room was very clean and spacious. We enjoyed time on the balcony and found the beds and pillows to be very comfortable. We swam in the spacious indoor pool. It was a great temperature and a big pool. There were plenty of pool towels available. We passed through the very well-equipped Fitness Center. The next time we are in Nashville, we will plan to stay at this hotel. A special thanks to Mark and Brantley for going above and beyond to make sure our stay was enjoyable. We were in Nashville for an appointment at Vanderbilt Children's Hospital. We were blessed to be able to have time to swim at the hotel, relax, visit the TN State Museum and see a little bit of the city.

I went to this hotel for a conference. It was pricey for the quality but overall no complaints.

The bar had decent food and live music.

Staff was attentive.

**Parking was close and easy. Unless you are really opposed to walking to your car, it isn't far at all. I was really impressed with the availability of parking.

However, valet was attentive and quick. No complaints.

The location also had access to restaurants and stores within minutes.

The hotel itself is poorly marked. It is easy to miss in the dark and GPS will route you in a different way every time you leave.

To be honest, I just LOVE this hotel overall. The receptionists there are nice. The bar/restaurant there is awesome. And the food and drinks there are so delectable I enjoy the hell out of it. The hotel rooms there are so nice i love them, even with the balcony. I love the design of the shower because of the sliding glass doors. And the hot tub there inside the fitness center is so warm and comfortable I just enjoy it.

Very nice hotel. We enjoyed a quiet restful sleep. Bathroom was a little small but room was roomy. Wanted to take advantage of the jacuzzi and pool but they're both outdoors and it was freezing. Maybe next time.

This hotel was a great place to stay upon arriving in Nashville en route to the Kentucky Derby. About a 10-15 minute ride to downtown Nashville.

As you make your way in the winding hill to the entrance, you’ll notice that The hotel is huge, as the offer many conference rooms, 2 pools (indoor and outdoor), on-site restaurant for breakfast/Lunch/Dinner (Happy Hour), fitness facility, private room for Marriott Elite members, marketplace, ample seating for meetings, conversations, including outdoor seating.

Check in: It was easy to check in online, however I did note that valet pricing online was cheaper than paying at the hotel. But for some reason the selections never came through when checking in online. Have your reservation accessible, as the rate we booked included breakfast for adults and kids, but front desk did not see that.

Accommodations: We were upgraded to a Deluxe room with a pool (courtyard) view. Rooms were spacious. Bathroom a tad bit tight. Room did have a refrigerator, balcony, work space, and came with bottled waters.

Food/Drinks: For breakfast they offer a buffet, and a menu for ordering. The buffet included many pastries, fruit assortment, cereals, bacon, sausage, biscuits, gravy, potatoes, eggs, omelette casserole, grits, oatmeal, French toast, to name a few. **Its better to get this in your rate, as the walk in rate is $19 per person.

They also serve lunch and dinner. Most people by dinner time sat around the bar area and ate.

Pool/Hot Tub/Exercise: Pools were cleaned daily and the outside area attended to daily (early) by landscapers. Inside pool was huge. They also have a hot tub indoors. For kids, they do have a kiddie pool outside. The fitness center has it all.

This is an ideal spot and close to everything including all major highways.

Stop by the front desk and ask for Shane, great food recommendations.

*They do offer 24/7 airport shuttle service.

**Dinner menu attached.

What a great hotel! Definitely would recommend for the price. I actually would have paid more. The entrance leading up to the hotel made it feel like I was entering a fancy country hotel. They have valet or self parking. However both have a cost that is not cheap. There was live country music in their bar when we arrived. Check in was smooth and easy. No long wait time. The rooms were very spacious and beautiful. Our room had a back entry door that opened up to the patio facing the courtyard area and pool. You could sit outside and enjoy right outside of your room. We had the breakfast buffet which cost $20. It was actually really good. All their staff members were super friendly. Would highly recommend this hotel.

Great hotel, easy check in, great amenities. You use your room key to open the gates to park (if you choose self parking) and the balcony view is beautiful. However if you get a balcony to smoke, don't. ALL balconys are non smoking. So for non smokers perfect but just in case you are, the balcony isn't to allow you to smoke.

The only bad thing is that not everything is handicap accessible, and being so close to a big hospital that seems odd. My son has to get out of wheelchair to get into the restaurant. Those few steps are a bit slick for someone with mobility problems. Overall, we love the hotel though! The rooms are always nice and clean; and the food is amazing. Pools are nice as well.

We absolutely love this hotel. It's a little older but great for the price and location. Michael at the bar was amazing. Everyone was so friendly and accommodating to us. If you get a chance, try the Mac and cheese at the restaurant. Breakfast was ok for the price. Lots to pick from. The hotel room had a fridge, a hair dryer, and a coffee maker. The location was about 20-30 minutes from downtown it was great for the price.
