15 min from the airport . Rooms was very clean. Front desk was pretty ok more better at night. Stayed here because I had a funeral. They have gym and a pool area. The food is awesome at lunch time the young ladies at the bar that are sisters are awesome. They so respectful and they conversate with you. Lexi was so nice met her sister the next day. The young lady that did breakfast orders was nice .

The room was very nice and it had a walk in shower. The heater was relatively quiet with a fan that turned off when it reached the set point.
Trying to make a left turn into or out of the Hotel was not happening with the traffic going by. Right turns were a lot better.
Shuttle going to airport started at 4 am and ran every half hour.

Very nice hotel. Appeared to have been newly renovated. We had a suite room and it was awesome! Lots of room to move about, comfortable and clean. Staff was friendly. Hotel is secure .. must have a room key to access entry to any door. Bed was pretty comfortable (for a hotel bed). Overall, good stay.

This Radisson has recently been remodeled. I was very pleased that the carpeting had been removed and replaced with laminate flooring, which makes moving luggage a lot easier and makes me feel like the room stays cleaner between stays. The room was clean and comfortable. With COVID protocols in place, the hotel had sanitizer stations readily accessible at entry points, the elevator and the check-in desk. Signage was present reminding guests of proper protocols, such as social-distancing and masking. There are food services available on property,, as well as several restaurants nearby. The airport shuttle service is available for guests, as is an opportunity to participate in a park and fly program for a fee.

Picked us up promptly at the airport at 1am. Driver was helpful in getting ALL our luggage inside. Very convenient and helpful to have 24 hour airport pick up service!

Room was smallish, but the beds were very comfortable.

My husband and I only stayed for two days as we wanted to check out what Nashville had to offer. This is perhaps one of the best hotels we have stayed at, and we have stayed at a lot of hotels. They have everything in mind and are very accommodating. The only issue I had was that our sheets were a bit damp but they gave us a blanket and apologized. They have good quality toiletries and even thought of including a Shower-Cap as I forgot mine at home. Everyone is professional and helpful. The place is incredibly clean. They have their own bar (which is a bit pricey though) and a nook of snacks that you may purchase from. They have an okay pool and an exercise room. They are also really close to a great lounge (if you don't want to pay for their drinks), restaurants, and relatively close to downtown. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.
Side note: I did a lot of research to see where to stay and this is the first time I saw an owner personally commenting on and fixing issues that other people have had in the past. That is what sold me to this hotel and I'm so glad I chose it.

I was traveling for business and needed somewhere with parking for a trailer. There was ample space for my needs. The lobby was impressive as soon as I arrived. The staff was super friendly and helpful. The room was very clean. I will 100% consider this hotel again if in this area.

Very much enjoyed my overnight stay @ Nashville Radisson. Very happy with hotel hygiene, newly remodeled rooms and restaurant. I used the pool and fitness center and was satisfied with both, however recommend updating the equipment in the fitness center since it is old and not entirely in good working condition. Staff was exceptionally friendly at front desk and in restaurants.

Stayed here for one night for a work training class I had in Nashville. The hotel has been renovated and is very clean and nice. The staff is friendly and helpful. Breakfast is not free unless they give you a coupon for it and a drink. Super nice workout facility.

Very clean, friendly and helpful staff, great location. Near the airport we didn’t notice the planes and the noise. It was quiet and very clean. The staff was helpful in suggestions of places to eat since we got in a little later on a Sunday. The pool was nice and clean, great hours to offer opportunities to swim. The room was great and very clean. Only issue is the bathtub when taking a shower didn’t drain the fastest. Definitely willing to stay here again, price was just right as I paid more for a knock off motel 6 in WV.

Very hospitable hotel with good food and an overall clean atmosphere. Everyone working here was very professional, except the woman with the red hair at the front desk. Just from a guest standpoint, she does not have the people skills to be in the hospitality industry and, I’m assuming, any complaints you will receive in the future is because of her attitude. Fix that and you really have a perfect hotel experience here.

Best customer management services by far. Me & my family stayed for one night & the room was really clean & beautiful. The night stay was restful & we left headed back to Michigan when I realized I LEFT MY WEDDING RING/BAND called the hotel front desk & they assured me housekeeper found it & they would send it over to our home...since we were far out. A day later rings arrived. Cant thank you guys enough for exceptional service, understanding & hospitality.

Beautiful Radisson hotel just minutes away from the airport. My room was nice and clean and the bed was very comfortable. They have a large pool, unfortunately I haven't been in it yet. There is a gas station and several restaurants very close, within a 5 minute walk. Lots of channels on the TV.

This is the 2nd time we stayed here while in Nashville. We had to wait about 45 minutes for the airport shuttle when we landed at 11pm. We used the pool which was warm and clean. Our room was clean and comfortable. It was quiet. You could see all the planes landing but no noise. The desk clerk at night was great. We remembered him from our last visit. He's worked there over 20 years!

Everything about my stay was great. Free shuttle to amd from the airport! Gas station right next door and waffle house across the way. Fair warning, not much is available food wise in the general vicinity. The hotel does have a bar/restaurant that's decently priced. Indoor pool too! Highly recommended and will stay here on my next visit.

This hotel was splendid. All the rooms have a certain air about them that all makes them different! I was walking down the hall, and got a peek into a open room due to it being cleaned, and it had a couch! While ours had two queebs sized beds, nice decor, good water pressure, comfy beds, and very, very well cleaned room. When I was told by the woman at the front desk that there was only one cleaning service worker in the building I was shocked! The rooms are lovely and I hope they are paid well!
[We had to get towels, and when I called that's when I was told they had one worker.]

*I only used the Park-n-fly airport shuttle* so THAT'S ALL my five star experience was. No idea if the rooms are nice. Maybe? Probably. I mean it's a Radisson, not a Super 8.
The Radisson near the Nashville Airport has the easiest to use and friendliest airport shuttle for BNA. You can book through one stop parking or the hotel and they both have their own shuttles. Always quick pickup when I land and usually a short wait when I get there to park-n-fly.

Family of four traveling with an infant and puppy. We enjoyed our stay. Very clean, modern and comfortable. I appreciated the hardwood floors in our room verses other carpeted hotel rooms like the Drury Inn. We stayed at the Drury Inn last week when passing through and it was more expensive, not as clean and was a hassel getting to our room on the upper floor without a bag trolley.

I think this place had the fastest checkin out of all the hotel stays I've had... big plus in my book... the rooms were nice and comfy... only issue was the remote control was missing a battery.. but that was quickly resolved. Cozy rooms ...comfy bed..what more can I say.

The young women who checked us in was wonderful. She was knowledgeable and friendly. The rooms are nice and clean. I spoke to our neighbors who advised they were celebrating a birthday and we had 2 babies with us. Neither of us heard anything from each others room. Very nice noise canceling walls.
The only negative to speak of is the anti slip in the shower is coming off. This is unsafe and makes the tub look dirty. I know it was clean.

Jatanya was the front desk clerk when we arrived. She was very friendly and welcoming. While checking in, she was flooded with calls and handling other situations. She handled them in such a professional and efficient manner. I commented to her how well she did her job and was surprised to find out it was only her second week. easy pick up from Jeremy at the airport, he was so nice and right on time. check in was easy. beautiful room, i love the wooden floors, huge tv and very comfortable beds. I'm very pleased with the microwave and smart fridge in the room. it was great to reheat my food later. i slept great and everything was perfect for one night here. i would definitely stay again next time I'm in town.

The hotel is updated and modern, but that’s not why I gave them 5 stars. I gave them 5 stars because they were the only hotel that would allow my husband and I to check in for a couple of hours of sleep after driving all day from Virginia. I am a traveling nurse, and reached Nashville at 2:40 am, and we both had reached our point of no return with driving. Every hotel that I have points at, or am a member of all said they couldn’t allow us to check in due to rollover auditing system. We arrived to this hotel to check in also, and her system was doing the same thing, but she explained if we could wait until 0330/0345 we could have a room. So we waited, and were able to check in.

We didn't stay here but used them for airport parking booked through a 3rd party site. They gave great rates and a 24-hour shuttle that runs regularly. The driver and front desk staff were quick, friendly, and helpful, despite the fact it was 3:30 AM. We've been using them for years and will continue to do so.

Good option among the string of hotels located within the same area near the airport. Convenient free shuttle. Comfortable, modern, minimalist rooms. I stayed for two nights and found it surprising that there was absolutely no room tidying or supplies re-stocking from one day to the next. I didn’t expect clean sheets and towels, but an incentive for the traveller spending more than one night in the form of making the beds and perhaps re-supplying coffee would have been appreciated. For this reason alone, I probably would probably shop around are the options in the area are numerous.

The customer service was good,the bar and grill was very convenient. The rooms were spacious and clean. The only issue was the pool,it was indoors but the temperature of the water was freezing. When we asked the front desk if they could adjust it, they said they could not legally tamper with the waters temperature. It kind of defeats the purpose of having an indoor pool if the water is cold

We’ve stayed here and parked here consistently for the past few years. Tonight especially we were in a bit of a pickle coming home from a long trip and found our car to be dead. Maurice came to our rescue and jumped our car for us. Genuinely the NICEST guy, and we cannot thank him and hotel employees enough for their kindness & helpfulness. By far the best choice I could have made traveling through Nashville. Hotel was clean. Room was comfortable. Restaurant was good. Our flight left at 6:30am. Shuttle was on time (4am) and coffee was fresh and hot. Return shuttle picked us up within 5 minutes of calling and the driver dropped us off at our car. Every person working was amazing and helpful.

I am here on business and this was by far the best hotel I have ever stayed at. It seriously makes me question my Hilton membership. Everything was clean and sanitized. The best part is, I struggle with chronic neck pain and when I woke up I was pain free. The bed and pillows are amazing. That was seriously the best sleep I’ve had in a long time. The front desk is very friendly and check in was a breeze. The shower pressure was amazing. I just can’t say enough good things about my stay. It was amazing!
