Had to move rooms four different times because the a.c. was not working in most of the rooms. I also had to get my own broom and cleaning supplies because I could not walk in my room without shoes without the soles of my feet turning black. I have pictures of the piles of dirt and I am attempting to attach it them. Honestly, management should be ashamed....
Stayed there for almost a month and on 2 different occasions was told they didn’t receive a payment but was made aware until the next day. Basically made me pay for a extra day. I gave the night shift person a cash payment the next day they put me out saying I didn’t pay, I asked them to check the cameras. The manger wouldn’t look at the camera and put me out at 6pm they basically robbed me for a day. They don’t understand simple math. Everybody at the front desk give you different answers.
It was great my room was amazing.the staff is really nice. I will definitely be getting another room in the future. This is gonna be my go to hotel from here on out
The hotel is updated and modern, but that’s not why I gave them 5 stars. I gave them 5 stars because they were the only hotel that would allow my husband and I to check in for a couple of hours of sleep after driving all day from Virginia. I am a traveling nurse, and reached Nashville at 2:40 am, and we both had reached our point of no return with driving. Every hotel that I have points at, or am a member of all said they couldn’t allow us to check in due to rollover auditing system. We arrived to this hotel to check in also, and her system was doing the same thing, but she explained if we could wait until 0330/0345 we could have a room. So we waited, and were able to check in.
Very nice hotel. Appeared to have been newly renovated. We had a suite room and it was awesome! Lots of room to move about, comfortable and clean. Staff was friendly. Hotel is secure .. must have a room key to access entry to any door. Bed was pretty comfortable (for a hotel bed). Overall, good stay.
This Radisson has recently been remodeled. I was very pleased that the carpeting had been removed and replaced with laminate flooring, which makes moving luggage a lot easier and makes me feel like the room stays cleaner between stays. The room was clean and comfortable. With COVID protocols in place, the hotel had sanitizer stations readily accessible at entry points, the elevator and the check-in desk. Signage was present reminding guests of proper protocols, such as social-distancing and masking. There are food services available on property,, as well as several restaurants nearby. The airport shuttle service is available for guests, as is an opportunity to participate in a park and fly program for a fee.
The front desk associate both at check-in and check-out were great. They were very helpful and friendly. The waitress at the restaurant was awesome!!
Family of four traveling with an infant and puppy. We enjoyed our stay. Very clean, modern and comfortable. I appreciated the hardwood floors in our room verses other carpeted hotel rooms like the Drury Inn. We stayed at the Drury Inn last week when passing through and it was more expensive, not as clean and was a hassel getting to our room on the upper floor without a bag trolley.
Clean; with friendly staff. Dinner wasn't bad. My room was nice; my bed a delight.
Super clean. Friendly staff. Hand sanitizer stations placed strategically throughout the hotel. Plenty of space to social distance and mask mandates strictly followed by staff. One of the best hotels I've ever had the pleasure of staying in.
Very nice. Great place to stay at. The bar was good a great place to relax with a couple of drinks.
The room was clean. Bare floors (which I like, more sanitary), comfy bed, large TV, micro/fridge, one cup coffee maker.

The place is great how ever, an ice bucket is essential. No ice buckets, over all its a great place to stay. Clean rooms, great customer service at front desk.
I think this place had the fastest checkin out of all the hotel stays I've had... big plus in my book... the rooms were nice and comfy... only issue was the remote control was missing a battery.. but that was quickly resolved. Cozy rooms ...comfy bed..what more can I say.
Staff was super nice! Comfy bed, clean room, good food....will definitely choose this hotel again 👍
