Very convenient and very clean room to stay before flying home. It surpassed my expectations. This is nicer and cleaner than some of the hotels I stayed during my trip and those others have higher stars than this place.

Best customer management services by far. Me & my family stayed for one night & the room was really clean & beautiful. The night stay was restful & we left headed back to Michigan when I realized I LEFT MY WEDDING RING/BAND called the hotel front desk & they assured me housekeeper found it & they would send it over to our home...since we were far out. A day later rings arrived. Cant thank you guys enough for exceptional service, understanding & hospitality.

This hotel was splendid. All the rooms have a certain air about them that all makes them different! I was walking down the hall, and got a peek into a open room due to it being cleaned, and it had a couch! While ours had two queebs sized beds, nice decor, good water pressure, comfy beds, and very, very well cleaned room. When I was told by the woman at the front desk that there was only one cleaning service worker in the building I was shocked! The rooms are lovely and I hope they are paid well!

I would have rated this a 4, because the customer service was good, but the room room and the location of the room was not to my liking at all. 1st let me give you a Warning!!! If you are a light sleeper like me, Donot let them put you in Room#715, the worse. I didn't get any sleep and the hotel was full, so we couldn't move. This is so true. The elevator seems to run all day long. The sound was so loud it felt like the elevator was in the room with us, unfreaking believable. The room and bedding were very clean, refrigerator and microwave clean, but the bathroom was another story. Hair was left in the tub, and the toilet seat grossed me out. The seat was so old, I thought it was stains on the seat, to be honest, I still don't know, but really it don't cost that much to get a new toilet seat. They really need to do better and the floors look like the hadn't been mop. The shower curtain smelled liked a dirty wet towel. Thank goodness I bring my own cleaning supplies and we were only staying one night or else 🤨😤.

Room was clean and nice when we arrived but unfortunately our room wasn't cleaned or supplied with new towels during the duration of our stay

Had to move rooms four different times because the a.c. was not working in most of the rooms. I also had to get my own broom and cleaning supplies because I could not walk in my room without shoes without the soles of my feet turning black. I have pictures of the piles of dirt and I am attempting to attach it them. Honestly, management should be ashamed....

Stayed there for almost a month and on 2 different occasions was told they didn’t receive a payment but was made aware until the next day. Basically made me pay for a extra day. I gave the night shift person a cash payment the next day they put me out saying I didn’t pay, I asked them to check the cameras. The manger wouldn’t look at the camera and put me out at 6pm they basically robbed me for a day. They don’t understand simple math. Everybody at the front desk give you different answers.

The hotel is updated and modern, but that’s not why I gave them 5 stars. I gave them 5 stars because they were the only hotel that would allow my husband and I to check in for a couple of hours of sleep after driving all day from Virginia. I am a traveling nurse, and reached Nashville at 2:40 am, and we both had reached our point of no return with driving. Every hotel that I have points at, or am a member of all said they couldn’t allow us to check in due to rollover auditing system. We arrived to this hotel to check in also, and her system was doing the same thing, but she explained if we could wait until 0330/0345 we could have a room. So we waited, and were able to check in.

Very nice hotel. Appeared to have been newly renovated. We had a suite room and it was awesome! Lots of room to move about, comfortable and clean. Staff was friendly. Hotel is secure .. must have a room key to access entry to any door. Bed was pretty comfortable (for a hotel bed). Overall, good stay.

This Radisson has recently been remodeled. I was very pleased that the carpeting had been removed and replaced with laminate flooring, which makes moving luggage a lot easier and makes me feel like the room stays cleaner between stays. The room was clean and comfortable. With COVID protocols in place, the hotel had sanitizer stations readily accessible at entry points, the elevator and the check-in desk. Signage was present reminding guests of proper protocols, such as social-distancing and masking. There are food services available on property,, as well as several restaurants nearby. The airport shuttle service is available for guests, as is an opportunity to participate in a park and fly program for a fee.

Family of four traveling with an infant and puppy. We enjoyed our stay. Very clean, modern and comfortable. I appreciated the hardwood floors in our room verses other carpeted hotel rooms like the Drury Inn. We stayed at the Drury Inn last week when passing through and it was more expensive, not as clean and was a hassel getting to our room on the upper floor without a bag trolley.

Super clean. Friendly staff. Hand sanitizer stations placed strategically throughout the hotel. Plenty of space to social distance and mask mandates strictly followed by staff. One of the best hotels I've ever had the pleasure of staying in.

I think this place had the fastest checkin out of all the hotel stays I've had... big plus in my book... the rooms were nice and comfy... only issue was the remote control was missing a battery.. but that was quickly resolved. Cozy rooms ...comfy bed..what more can I say.
