Fantastic service

Nice hotel. We stayed for a night to catch a plane in the am. Breakfast was warm and yummy. Loved the coffee bar and the nice smelling soap in the bathroom and cool vibe of the room. Kids enjoyed watching Flintstones on the TV in the am.

Live an hour outside Nashville and stayed here overnight to take my mom to an early flight. Was 5 minutes from the airport and the hotel is brand new with clean interior and cute decor. Definitely will be staying here again! The front desk staff could have been more professional and welcoming, but it wasn’t too bad for a night stay. Other than that, awesome place.

New hotel. Room was nice and modern.We had asked the front desk when we checked in about airport shuttle and he told us it was on "every on the thirty" and we said 8:30? And he said yes. We come down in the morning only to find out you have to SCHEDULE it. Luckily, the daytime front desk help was able to make it work. Bless her.

As soon as you walk in the hotel smells so good and clean. The room was a really nice the room was very clean and well kept up on, the bed was very clean and nice! The bathroom was very clean and nice! The workers are very kind and helpful, and the location was nice they also had free breakfast . Overall beautiful hotel very satisfied with my stay, definitely would stay again!

If you're looking for a great hotel right by the airport this is it! I stayed here for an early flight and it was less than 5 min to get to the airport which was amazing! The room was very clean and updated and had everything I needed for the night! Bed was comfy and I slept great! Front desk concierge were so nice and it was such an easy check in! I would 100% stay here again and I will!

Clean room, nice shower with good water pressure. The linens were a little dingy looking on the pillows. Dusty in some areas so could have been a bit cleaner but that doesn't bother us. I will say there was a strong odor when you first walk into the room, kind of like wet dog or something. You don't notice it after a minute. Desk people were all friendly and the breakfast was the best hotel breakfast I've ever had. Large selection of food and drinks. Bed was very firm but that's expected. Pillows were nice and large. Would stay here again!

Great up-to-date hotel. Nice hot breakfast in the morning and the rooms are very comfortable! There are some good restaurants in a short driving distance and they do have some snacks and meals in the lobby available

Super easy to get to. Clean place. Staff was very friendly. Especially Casey, she was always helpful and offered great ideas where to eat. Rooms are clean, fantastic shower heads with great pressure. Only issue we had was didn’t have our room made up once. Had to go get fresh towels every other day.

I had an excellent stay here, and I will definitely consider returning! The staff is friendly, there are many amenities, and the continental breakfast was good. The rooms are spacious, well lit, and very clean. The area appears safe as well.

This was our first time staying at this hotel. To start, as soon as you walk through the front doors it smells amazing and clean. The rooms were very clean and beautiful. My husband loved the fact that the floors weren’t carpeted so we didn’t have to worry about anything gross being in the carpet. The staff was great. We requested some extra blankets and within minutes the man at the front desk was up to our room with them. If we come back to stay in this area we will be staying here.

One of the reasons I booked this hotel was for the airport shuttle. My flight came in 10:35pm, after baggage claim and getting down to the hotel shuttle pick up I called. Well airport shuttle last pick up is 10:30pm.



My flight leaving was early. I've never been thru this airport so I didn't know how long it would take. Also it is always better to arrive at the airport 2 hours early at the minimum an hour and 15 minutes due to cut off time for baggage and check in. Anyways the start time for the shuttle was 4:30am. Which was later than I wanted to leave for the airport. So better shuttle times would be great.

The hotel looks very new and is done in a fresh, "modern" decor. The front desk staff was very friendly and attentive. The room was clean and quiet. My only negative comments are minor: 1. the bed pillow choices were huge and soft or thick and hard, and 2. I had to get out of bed to turn the bedside lamp on and off.

Stayed for a quick overnight to catch a flight the next am. Spacious room with 2 queen beds. Loved the firm mattress and had a fabulous sleep. Appreciated the room darkening curtains. Bathroom also very spacious. Towels very thin but loved the soap/ shampoo in shower. room was very quiet in spite of being 5 minutes from airport. A short walk to good Mexican restaurant for dinner. Breakfast in hotel was standard though loved the 3 choices of fresh fruit!! Would return here!

I loved the design vibe of the place. The lobby is inviting and the checkin was a breeze. Room 421 was handsome in every way. Loved the reading lamps on both sides of bed and the lighted mirror in bathroom. Complimentary toiletries are made in Canada, not China. Bravo!



The place was a quiet as a tomb until 3 am when some vibrating, electronic sound kicked off. I detected it was the refrigerator and just turned it off. Breakfast started promptly at 6 am which I greatly appreciated.



Fortunately, there were no car break-ins the night of my stay. If that had happened, these ratings would flip to one star.

First time staying here. This property is awesome 👌. Best Western did their big one with this chain of hotels. Beautiful lobby and rooms. The staff at this location was great as well. I would definitely stay here again.

We spent a few nights while visiting Nashville and it was a lovely stay. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. Breakfast was good, with a wide selection to choose from. The location was just perfect, about a 10 minute drive from all the action. Definitely coming back!

Cute and modern style furniture makes the rooms feel spacious. Nice lobby with coffee and tea always available. We had a problem with our shower and the manager did everything possible to repair it and make it right. Nice and helpful staff.

The place was nice. My biggest issue was the parking while we traveled. We were flying out of Nashville and needing somewhere to park our car while we were gone. Rather than just allowing us to leave our car there (complimentary of the hotel like some other places we have stayed near the airport), we had to use some third party parking website to find and pay for parking at the hotel. However, the app told us that the parking was “full” for this hotel, and I’m looking around the parking lot and it’s basically empty. So we had to find parking at another hotel in the morning using the website. Sure this method is cheaper than the airport, but it just makes zero sense. Why not just let us leave our car in your parking lot at our own risk? Other places have let us sign a form and we’re good to go. I get the concept—it’s allows hotels to make a little extra from those who do not wish to park at the airport, but surely they can offer complimentary parking for their own guests, right? While the hotel was nice, we will not be staying there again for this reason.

My family and I enjoyed our short stay here! Breakfast was amazing, and our room was absolutely perfect and comfortable. We will most certainly be returning.

Hands down I must say this Hotel is one of the cleanest Hotels I’ve stayed in. I loved the Decor of the rooms and especially the lounge area. The smell when you 1st walk in is amazing. The staff very friendly and helpful. I will definitely stay here again when I’m in TN but minus the Cicadas OM freaking G they were everywhere.

Very close to the airport and highway, but far enough from the highway that it won't keep you up. It's on the cheaper side compared to everything around. The service was fine, everybody was very nice, and were helpful when we had some extremely noisy late night neighbors. We had a single queen room. Beds were clean and comfy, AC gets very cold very quickly, shower pressure was great and water gets hot. Biggest complaint is the walls are THIN. You can hear neighboring rooms speaking at normal volume, so I suggest bringing a fan or white noise machine.

The room was a really great price, and I was able to book it very last minute! The room was very clean and well kept up on, the bed was very clean and nice! The bathroom was gorgeous and the shower was very clean and well kept! The workers are very kind and helpful, and the location was nice and secluded so it wasn’t super noisy. Overall very satisfied with my stay, definitely would stay again!

Did a quick trip, one night stay. Small issue woth our room which was fixed immediately. The front desk was pleasant and accommodating. Room was super clean.

Location was hard to find at first but its just tucked away down the hill ☺️ Everything honestly was fine. Elevator was down but was fixed by the time we got back. Rooms were bigger than expected and nice, also breakfast wasn't bad at all!

Newly rehabbed! Clean very spacious room and bathroom. Bed very comfortable. Nice towels and toiletries provided. Lobby chic, and open. Great spacing for socializing. Breakfast provided options from cereals and yogurt to bacon, eggs, biscuits and waffles. Price was great. Location within minutes. of local attractions.

The front desk staff on the morning of 9/3/23 were wonderful. I had an issue with a receipt and they quickly resolved it, great customer service. The room was clean, bed was comfortable, and the location was perfect for access to downtown. It’s nice to see people have pride in taking care of a hotel. I would highly recommend staying here if you’re looking for a hotel in Nashville. I will be back when I’m in the area

Place was great! The front desk easily accommodated for an early check in along with a complimentary shuttle from the airport to the hotel. We Ubered easily from the hotel to downtown Nashville and on our last day we rented a car as we were leaving early and the shuttle service would not be available. Also, the continental breakfast was perfect to start the day!

This was a truly wonderful stay. The building is very well kept. Clean facilities. The bed was incredibly comfortable! The complimentary breakfast was good although it would be nice if it lasted longer than 9 am. Nevertheless I had a great experience and will definitely return!

This hotel is a pleasant surprise...and with very honest staffing. On 3 different occasions I have left expensive items in the room and each time those items were found and returned to me.

Also I totally appreciate that if my experiences were less than great…management quickly resolved them.

New, modern offering at fair rates that's a bit out of the way but clean. Staff could be friendlier but nothing concerning. Beds and pillows are fine, fairly typical offerings, very spacious bathrooms, appreciated the use of wood flooring in the rooms instead of carpet. Breakfast is standard hotel faire and a decent selection of snacks and drinks are available at the front desk but of course are costly. Overall a good stay and I would book again.

had a wonderful stay, the staff was great... we showed up early just to drop off our luggage and they let us get our room early as a courtesy. breakfast was really good, plenty of parking and safe surroundings. staff was very willing oblige with reasonable requests, you gotta respect that.

We stayed on our way home to WI after our Florida vacation. The rooms were exceptionally clean. Nice showers, comfy beds after driving all day. It was a easy check in process with a friendly staff and free parking in Nashville is always a plus. Breakfast was exceptional everything you could want and everything was refilled probably even though the hotel was full.
