Nice hotel. We stayed for a night to catch a plane in the am. Breakfast was warm and yummy. Loved the coffee bar and the nice smelling soap in the bathroom and cool vibe of the room. Kids enjoyed watching Flintstones on the TV in the am.

Cute and modern style furniture makes the rooms feel spacious. Nice lobby with coffee and tea always available. We had a problem with our shower and the manager did everything possible to repair it and make it right. Nice and helpful staff.

Very close to the airport and highway, but far enough from the highway that it won't keep you up. It's on the cheaper side compared to everything around. The service was fine, everybody was very nice, and were helpful when we had some extremely noisy late night neighbors. We had a single queen room. Beds were clean and comfy, AC gets very cold very quickly, shower pressure was great and water gets hot. Biggest complaint is the walls are THIN. You can hear neighboring rooms speaking at normal volume, so I suggest bringing a fan or white noise machine.

The room was a really great price, and I was able to book it very last minute! The room was very clean and well kept up on, the bed was very clean and nice! The bathroom was gorgeous and the shower was very clean and well kept! The workers are very kind and helpful, and the location was nice and secluded so it wasn’t super noisy. Overall very satisfied with my stay, definitely would stay again!

Location was hard to find at first but its just tucked away down the hill ☺️ Everything honestly was fine. Elevator was down but was fixed by the time we got back. Rooms were bigger than expected and nice, also breakfast wasn't bad at all!

Newly rehabbed! Clean very spacious room and bathroom. Bed very comfortable. Nice towels and toiletries provided. Lobby chic, and open. Great spacing for socializing. Breakfast provided options from cereals and yogurt to bacon, eggs, biscuits and waffles. Price was great. Location within minutes. of local attractions.

Live an hour outside Nashville and stayed here overnight to take my mom to an early flight. Was 5 minutes from the airport and the hotel is brand new with clean interior and cute decor. Definitely will be staying here again! The front desk staff could have been more professional and welcoming, but it wasn’t too bad for a night stay. Other than that, awesome place.

If you're looking for a great hotel right by the airport this is it! I stayed here for an early flight and it was less than 5 min to get to the airport which was amazing! The room was very clean and updated and had everything I needed for the night! Bed was comfy and I slept great! Front desk concierge were so nice and it was such an easy check in! I would 100% stay here again and I will!

One of the reasons I booked this hotel was for the airport shuttle. My flight came in 10:35pm, after baggage claim and getting down to the hotel shuttle pick up I called. Well airport shuttle last pick up is 10:30pm.
My flight leaving was early. I've never been thru this airport so I didn't know how long it would take. Also it is always better to arrive at the airport 2 hours early at the minimum an hour and 15 minutes due to cut off time for baggage and check in. Anyways the start time for the shuttle was 4:30am. Which was later than I wanted to leave for the airport. So better shuttle times would be great.

The front desk staff on the morning of 9/3/23 were wonderful. I had an issue with a receipt and they quickly resolved it, great customer service. The room was clean, bed was comfortable, and the location was perfect for access to downtown. It’s nice to see people have pride in taking care of a hotel. I would highly recommend staying here if you’re looking for a hotel in Nashville. I will be back when I’m in the area

Place was great! The front desk easily accommodated for an early check in along with a complimentary shuttle from the airport to the hotel. We Ubered easily from the hotel to downtown Nashville and on our last day we rented a car as we were leaving early and the shuttle service would not be available. Also, the continental breakfast was perfect to start the day!

Stayed for a quick overnight to catch a flight the next am. Spacious room with 2 queen beds. Loved the firm mattress and had a fabulous sleep. Appreciated the room darkening curtains. Bathroom also very spacious. Towels very thin but loved the soap/ shampoo in shower. room was very quiet in spite of being 5 minutes from airport. A short walk to good Mexican restaurant for dinner. Breakfast in hotel was standard though loved the 3 choices of fresh fruit!! Would return here!

This was a truly wonderful stay. The building is very well kept. Clean facilities. The bed was incredibly comfortable! The complimentary breakfast was good although it would be nice if it lasted longer than 9 am. Nevertheless I had a great experience and will definitely return!

This hotel is a pleasant surprise...and with very honest staffing. On 3 different occasions I have left expensive items in the room and each time those items were found and returned to me.
Also I totally appreciate that if my experiences were less than great…management quickly resolved them.

I loved the design vibe of the place. The lobby is inviting and the checkin was a breeze. Room 421 was handsome in every way. Loved the reading lamps on both sides of bed and the lighted mirror in bathroom. Complimentary toiletries are made in Canada, not China. Bravo!
The place was a quiet as a tomb until 3 am when some vibrating, electronic sound kicked off. I detected it was the refrigerator and just turned it off. Breakfast started promptly at 6 am which I greatly appreciated.
Fortunately, there were no car break-ins the night of my stay. If that had happened, these ratings would flip to one star.

New, modern offering at fair rates that's a bit out of the way but clean. Staff could be friendlier but nothing concerning. Beds and pillows are fine, fairly typical offerings, very spacious bathrooms, appreciated the use of wood flooring in the rooms instead of carpet. Breakfast is standard hotel faire and a decent selection of snacks and drinks are available at the front desk but of course are costly. Overall a good stay and I would book again.

had a wonderful stay, the staff was great... we showed up early just to drop off our luggage and they let us get our room early as a courtesy. breakfast was really good, plenty of parking and safe surroundings. staff was very willing oblige with reasonable requests, you gotta respect that.

First time staying here. This property is awesome 👌. Best Western did their big one with this chain of hotels. Beautiful lobby and rooms. The staff at this location was great as well. I would definitely stay here again.

We spent a few nights while visiting Nashville and it was a lovely stay. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. Breakfast was good, with a wide selection to choose from. The location was just perfect, about a 10 minute drive from all the action. Definitely coming back!
