Nice hotel. We stayed for a night to catch a plane in the am. Breakfast was warm and yummy. Loved the coffee bar and the nice smelling soap in the bathroom and cool vibe of the room. Kids enjoyed watching Flintstones on the TV in the am.

The best hotel we have stayed at. Great location. About 10 minute drive to the Opry. It was very clean and pleasant smell. The rooms were clean. The mattresses are on a wooden platform so they tend to slide if you move to lightly. Bathroom door doesn't lock, it's a mirrored barn door. Breakfast was great. The sausage is actually brown and not grey. Amazing sausage gravy. Lots of nice sitting areas. Only downside for us was no pool but other than superb hotel. Would definitely stay again!

Overall we found the Glo Best Western to be nice. The room was clean, beds comfy and bathroom good. The continental breakfast was tasty...eggs, sausage, biscuits/gravy. A selection of cold/hot cereals, yogurts, danishes, waffles, fruits, juices, coffee and tea. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The complimentary cold bottles of water were helpful and refreshing on hot days.
The only thing I found not great is sounds can be heard from surrounding rooms. Especially the TV. We would definitely stay here again.

Live an hour outside Nashville and stayed here overnight to take my mom to an early flight. Was 5 minutes from the airport and the hotel is brand new with clean interior and cute decor. Definitely will be staying here again! The front desk staff could have been more professional and welcoming, but it wasn’t too bad for a night stay. Other than that, awesome place.

New hotel. Room was nice and modern.We had asked the front desk when we checked in about airport shuttle and he told us it was on "every on the thirty" and we said 8:30? And he said yes. We come down in the morning only to find out you have to SCHEDULE it. Luckily, the daytime front desk help was able to make it work. Bless her.

As soon as you walk in the hotel smells so good and clean. The room was a really nice the room was very clean and well kept up on, the bed was very clean and nice! The bathroom was very clean and nice! The workers are very kind and helpful, and the location was nice they also had free breakfast . Overall beautiful hotel very satisfied with my stay, definitely would stay again!

If you're looking for a great hotel right by the airport this is it! I stayed here for an early flight and it was less than 5 min to get to the airport which was amazing! The room was very clean and updated and had everything I needed for the night! Bed was comfy and I slept great! Front desk concierge were so nice and it was such an easy check in! I would 100% stay here again and I will!

Clean room, nice shower with good water pressure. The linens were a little dingy looking on the pillows. Dusty in some areas so could have been a bit cleaner but that doesn't bother us. I will say there was a strong odor when you first walk into the room, kind of like wet dog or something. You don't notice it after a minute. Desk people were all friendly and the breakfast was the best hotel breakfast I've ever had. Large selection of food and drinks. Bed was very firm but that's expected. Pillows were nice and large. Would stay here again!

Only issue we had was didn’t have our room made up once. Had to go get fresh towels every other day.

This was our first time staying at this hotel. To start, as soon as you walk through the front doors it smells amazing and clean. The rooms were very clean and beautiful. My husband loved the fact that the floors weren’t carpeted so we didn’t have to worry about anything gross being in the carpet. The staff was great. We requested some extra blankets and within minutes the man at the front desk was up to our room with them. If we come back to stay in this area we will be staying here.

One of the reasons I booked this hotel was for the airport shuttle. My flight came in 10:35pm, after baggage claim and getting down to the hotel shuttle pick up I called. Well airport shuttle last pick up is 10:30pm.
My flight leaving was early. I've never been thru this airport so I didn't know how long it would take. Also it is always better to arrive at the airport 2 hours early at the minimum an hour and 15 minutes due to cut off time for baggage and check in. Anyways the start time for the shuttle was 4:30am. Which was later than I wanted to leave for the airport. So better shuttle times would be great.

The hotel looks very new and is done in a fresh, "modern" decor. The front desk staff was very friendly and attentive. The room was clean and quiet. My only negative comments are minor: 1. the bed pillow choices were huge and soft or thick and hard, and 2. I had to get out of bed to turn the bedside lamp on and off.

Stayed for a quick overnight to catch a flight the next am. Spacious room with 2 queen beds. Loved the firm mattress and had a fabulous sleep. Appreciated the room darkening curtains. Bathroom also very spacious. Towels very thin but loved the soap/ shampoo in shower. room was very quiet in spite of being 5 minutes from airport. A short walk to good Mexican restaurant for dinner. Breakfast in hotel was standard though loved the 3 choices of fresh fruit!! Would return here!

I loved the design vibe of the place. The lobby is inviting and the checkin was a breeze. Room 421 was handsome in every way. Loved the reading lamps on both sides of bed and the lighted mirror in bathroom. Complimentary toiletries are made in Canada, not China. Bravo!
The place was a quiet as a tomb until 3 am when some vibrating, electronic sound kicked off. I detected it was the refrigerator and just turned it off. Breakfast started promptly at 6 am which I greatly appreciated.
Fortunately, there were no car break-ins the night of my stay. If that had happened, these ratings would flip to one star.

The breakfast was really good. Free parking for my rental car was great. The room was spacious and basically clean, except for some food crumbs on the floor near the desk and in the shower. (Perhaps the cleaning staff was eating while cleaning?) One point, I put the "Please make up room" sign on the doorknob, but my room wasn't cleaned. The next day, I put no doorknob sign on, and my room still wasn't cleaned. I stayed 4 nights, so cleaning would've been appreciated. I managed by getting clean towels from the front desk. One more point, when I tried calling the front desk, the in room phone was plugged in, but had no dial tone.

I am a Best Western Diamond Select and I was surprised at how nice this property is inside and outside. Rooms are extremely clean (i looked hard), with comfortable beds and plenty of space (i had a single King). The bathroom with that great shower head (walk in shower) was perfect for removing all the grime from working under trucks all day.
The staff at check in were extremely friendly and helpful. Items in the small pantry/store (snacks and drinks) were very reasonably priced which is appreciated immensely.
The proximity to the BNA Airport and Downtown Nashville (as well as my customer) paired with the room pricing is a big plus. Not over priced and i feel you get more than you pay for when compared to other properties in the area.

Room and hotel in general were extremely clean. The rooms looked very nice and I was very comfortable through my stay. The staff was friendly and the location is great because of how close to everything it was. I’ll be staying here from now on anytime I need to stay in Nashville. The price is definitely worth it especially since surrounding hotel may cost the same but aren’t nearly as nice and put together.

The place was nice. My biggest issue was the parking while we traveled. We were flying out of Nashville and needing somewhere to park our car while we were gone. Rather than just allowing us to leave our car there (complimentary of the hotel like some other places we have stayed near the airport), we had to use some third party parking website to find and pay for parking at the hotel. However, the app told us that the parking was “full” for this hotel, and I’m looking around the parking lot and it’s basically empty. So we had to find parking at another hotel in the morning using the website. Sure this method is cheaper than the airport, but it just makes zero sense. Why not just let us leave our car in your parking lot at our own risk? Other places have let us sign a form and we’re good to go. I get the concept—it’s allows hotels to make a little extra from those who do not wish to park at the airport, but surely they can offer complimentary parking for their own guests, right? While the hotel was nice, we will not be staying there again for this reason.

Hands down I must say this Hotel is one of the cleanest Hotels I’ve stayed in. I loved the Decor of the rooms and especially the lounge area. The smell when you 1st walk in is amazing. The staff very friendly and helpful. I will definitely stay here again when I’m in TN but minus the Cicadas OM freaking G they were everywhere.

Very close to the airport and highway, but far enough from the highway that it won't keep you up. It's on the cheaper side compared to everything around. The service was fine, everybody was very nice, and were helpful when we had some extremely noisy late night neighbors. We had a single queen room. Beds were clean and comfy, AC gets very cold very quickly, shower pressure was great and water gets hot. Biggest complaint is the walls are THIN. You can hear neighboring rooms speaking at normal volume, so I suggest bringing a fan or white noise machine.

The front desk staff on the morning of 9/3/23 were wonderful. I had an issue with a receipt and they quickly resolved it, great customer service. The room was clean, bed was comfortable, and the location was perfect for access to downtown. It’s nice to see people have pride in taking care of a hotel. Place was great! The front desk easily accommodated for an early check in along with a complimentary shuttle from the airport to the hotel. We Ubered easily from the hotel to downtown Nashville and on our last day we rented a car as we were leaving early and the shuttle service would not be available. Also, the continental breakfast was perfect to start the day!

My family & I enjoyed our 2 night stay. Rooms were cleaned & perfect. The AC in the room wasn’t so well. We woke up multiple times adjusting the AC because it got fairly warm. The breakfast was great! I only spoke to customer service once & it was fast w professionalism. Hotel location was super close to downtown Nashville & we loved that. Would highly recommend!

Beds and pillows are fine, fairly typical offerings, very spacious bathrooms, appreciated the use of wood flooring in the rooms instead of carpet. Breakfast is standard hotel faire and a decent selection of snacks and drinks are available at the front desk but of course are costly. Overall a good stay and I would book again.

I was shocked how pleasant & clean it was for a 3star hotel...The room design & lay-out is really cool. The morning breakfast buffet was adequate; the manager was excellent. Word of warning-your room won't be cleaned unless you put out the door-hanger card requesting it. They don't tell you this and the request is on the back side of the "do not disturb sign". So you won't even know to do it until you come back and the room is untouched. The desk clerk said it was too late to clean & refused to give us a clean room, even though there were plenty of vacancies. I asked for the manager & he took care of us. We did have to report one rude house cleaner, Veronica, who was determined to do little or nothing to clean the room. Didnt touch the trash, floors, and we had to ask her to make the bed. As a general rule, however, the housekeepers were great. Other than that, we would still recommend this hotel. It has a good vibe & the manager was quick to handle issues.

We stayed on our way home to WI after our Florida vacation. The rooms were exceptionally clean. Nice showers, comfy beds after driving all day. It was a easy check in process with a friendly staff and free parking in Nashville is always a plus. Breakfast was exceptional everything you could want and everything was refilled probably even though the hotel was full.

Very nice hotel and great location close to everything! We only stayed one night but it was very comfortable, clean and modern. I was not a big fan of the sliding bathroom door and how it does not lock. In our case, no issues but if we had brought our family it may have been different. Also, the light in the lamp on the desk did not work. Other then those 2 very minor issues, it was fantastic. I had mistakenly booked a single bed room and guy at front desk was super friendly and had no problem changing it on the spot at check-in so we could each sleep comfortably in our own beds. Thanks for a great experience!
