Clean rooms. Polite employees. Helpful with directions. Few min drive from airport

It was fine, decent stay. Nothing felt gross, but nothing about the room screamed luxury. Normal, middle of the road place to stay for a decent price. Free shuttle to airport too, so that's nice.

The BW Plus is now Sleep Inn.

Room on 7th floor nice BUT problems: shower head canNOT stop dripping, smoke alarm missing on ceiling. Room 707. No trashcan in room(went down to desk for one).

Clean, tidy, no odors, great breakfast selection. Parking is undersized, light in bath doesn't work, poor plumbing work. Only steamy hot water in the shower.

4 stars because of hospitality. Everyone was great, really good breakfast and beautiful room. But the bathrooms, public and room were old and dirty looking

Hotel is Ok, for a overnight sleep. No thrills, if you want a bathtub, go somewhere else.

Beautifully clean room. The breakfast was really nice and had a good variety. The staff at check in and check out were very friendly.

Our hotel room was clean and updated with modern bedding. The beds are comfortable. One of the double beds in the room had a hole in the fitted sheet. I love the shower-only stall vs the typical shower/tub combo. I did not like that the bathroom sink was outside of the restroom. There were three of us in the room, so maneuvering to/fro the sink got a little tight. That made it a bit uncomfortable. Not sure if this is the set up in all of the rooms, but we stayed in 722 that is the last room at the end of the hall. Wifi had good full strength. Breakfast was excellent. Big dining area and lots of options to choose from. I loved the breakfast sausage and scrambled eggs. There is also a waffle/pancake maker, boiled eggs, instant oatmeal, toast, pastries, yogurt, fruits, juice, coffee. Customer service was great during check in/out. No issues with the front desk people. I would stay here again, however, if available, I'd prefer a room that has the sink inside the restroom.

Great staff and the hotel is extremely clean and well kept the breakfast is hot and fresh!
