After bad flight delays I had an unplanned stay at the Westin. Staff was very friendly and after hearing about my travel adventures the night front desk lady gave me a breakfast voucher. The room was clean and modern with all the necessary amenities. The only thing I did not like were the shampoo and soap dispensers in the shower. Environmentally friendly or not, I like the individual little bottles. These big dispensers can become a microbiological problem, and one was broken anyway.

Breakfast service was reasonably fast and very friendly and the breakfast was unspectacular.

I traveled from Mexico Monday. I was very tired and Elder, night auditor was amazing, kind and pleasant. Thank you for being a good listener and professional and was just a sweetheart.

We had the privilege of staying here because of a cancellation of our flight to Miami. The price of our stay was reasonable as we booked our reservation online. I want to rate the hotel from seeing it online a 5star. The first problem identified was the lobby was not as comfortable at arrival of a heat summer night. The checkin was great with a very impressive view throughout the lobby. After entering the hallway to our room it felt even worse. They seem to have problems with the AC systems throughout the hotel. As for our room I rate it a 4.5. The hotel was spacious and clean of the areas we walked through during our stay. I will say that I see my family returning in the future if ever in the area.

Heather...the manager Katrina was fantastic! I mean what an experience I will be back and have chosen this location as my destination when I visit this market monthly. Thank you for making this a great! Jose the Operations manager was also great!

Thanks to the GM and his team for a fantastic stay. We particularly appreciated the BBQ party that happened the afternoon we checked in. It was quite nice and reminded us of pre-pandemic times - definitely something I think everyone needed!

Also appreciate how the breakfast benefit was handled, basically like a to-go order from the restaurant at the time you choose. I've been to other properties where they come up with some complicated scheme of what's included and what's not, here everything was simple and easy which is highly appreciated. I also really appreciate that everything was properly calculated at checkout time as that is often an issue at some properties!

As a Titanium and lifetime Platinum member, I can definitely say this was my best stay in quite a long time!

We parked our car here on Saturday and it was beautiful to see multiple wedding parties. The shuttle drivers are great. Heads up, the shuttle is on the hour and half hour and they stick to it rigidly so plan accordingly.

We had to get new keys twice during a weekend stay. We kept getting locked out.Parking was a challenge after 8. If you are handicap there are only 4 spaces...for a hotel that size it should be more spaces. Otherwise, it was an great experience! Front desk staff very friendly and professional!

Make sure to use Hᴏᴛᴇʟʙᴏʟʟʏ.ᴄᴏᴍ when booking a resort. They compare hundreds of booking web sites and typically will have prices a lot cheaper compared to others! Thank me later on! This place is the best rated in this area. I've been staying here for a very long time. If you stay for a few days you for sure won't be let down.

Stayed here after a last minute flight cancellation. Front desk staff were helpful and polite. Shuttle service was timely and professional. Rooms were clean and very spacious for the price point. Breakfast was also offered, but we did not get to try it. Very convenient and fairly priced overall.

Weird how my corner room upgrade was smaller than my friends normal room but otherwise it was a nice hotel. Pet friendly, airport shuttle, plus bar/restaurant on site so it was a good stay.

This is tough because while the staff were great, especially the shuttle driver, and the hotel is nice and in a good location, and our room was mostly nice, the air conditioning was awful. I kept turning it down and it did not get cooler. Even when we set it to 65 the monitor showed it as 71 in the room. That and the fire sprinkler thing must have been defunct because it flashed randomly and in bursts all night. So hopefully it was just our room and not the rest.

Very nice accommodation and modern look to rooms and common areas. Hotel staff quickly recognized that I many need handicap accommodation and offered a room close to the elevator, which was appreciated. Room service is very expensive- 20%gratuity plus delivery fee of $5. A cheeseburger was $19. Breakfast buffet was limited and not great. Bacon was burnt, French toast was rubbery. Overall, a nice place for a weekend getaway.

Was there for a weekend and I loved it.. Yea the phone inside the room was not working but it did not bother me. I had the top floor so the view was great. The bathtub was amazing, the bed was so comfortable, the bedding, pillows, was so amazing. i loved my stay. Only downfall is FREE breakfast should be an option. The room alone is expensive at least offer free breakfast. Staff was polite and helpful. The pool and hot tub was great! I will be coming back

When you walk into this hotel, you are automatically hit with a soothing, calming aroma that says, “Welcome”. Even the elevators smelled good! The staff were extremely nice and eager to assist with any questions you may have. I really enjoyed the gym because they offered a variety of workout circuits, instead of the normal treadmill, weight options you see everywhere else. To me, the bedroom was just the icing on the cake. If you can get a corner room, ask for it. The panoramic view was an added pleasure to the most comfortable bed I’ve ever laid my head to rest on in a hotel. I can go on and on about my stay at the Westin, but right now, I’m hoping my job reserves me a room back here again for my next Baltimore layover.

Me and my wife got married at this hotel. We looked at a lot of places but none of them looked as elegant and offered such a great package. Working with Katherine was great, she was extremely detail oriented and helped us fill in the gaps with our planning. The food was amazing, we had braised beef that just melted in your mouth, a roasted chicken that was very moist, a dill crusted salmon that was amazing and a vegetarian option that people also enjoyed. The chef and his staff did an amazing job.We had the service in Salon 3 which was perfect for our 60 guests. We signed our Ketubah and had our toasts in the executive ballroom. The cocktail hour was outside and the fire pit was enough to keep us warm. Everything was set up exactly as we wanted. We did make our own table numbers and other items. Katherine and her team perfectly executed. The hotel provided layouts that we gave to our other vendors that made it so easy for them to set up. Because we held the wedding at a this hotel, we didn't need to worry about transportation, people could be picked up from the airport and then come down for the wedding. Would highly recommend that people look at this place.

This hotel is simply amazing in all ways. The atmosphere alone is so welcoming and calm and relaxing .the staff are great and communicate so well . The location is semi isolated and parking is always available. The rooms are always clean and comfortable i love the room setups .i never been to their restaurant area or anything so i cant speak on it . But Up against any other hotel ill always pick them .

I was there on an unscheduled overnight. The hotel was comfortable, close to the airport for my morning flight, and the staff was excellent! And an absolutely special shout out to Deja! She made certain that my pick up was smooth, and even took care of me with certain meal vouchers! She is an incredibly kind, gracious, an amazing individual!

I stayed for two nights on my last visit and I admit that this is a nice hotel and a good example of the Westin brand, however some amenities such as slippers and a toothbrush were not in the room but have to be requested at the reception desk.

The hotel itself is beautiful and well maintained. Staff is friendly and helpful, rooms were clean and inviting, and the beds were super comfortable! There were just some small misses for me - the hotel didn’t have any extra masks available and the temperature control in the rooms wasn’t the greatest.

Spacious rooms with nice amenities. The hotel is clean and the small sitting areas available both inside and outside are great to relax and chat or read. It's definitely designed to ease the weariness of travelling. The staff are cordial and very helpful. The parking lot is very small but there is a good deal of guests from the airport with no cars - just depends on when your stay is.

The accommodations were great. Parking was right when we got there but a spot opened up. Unfortunately the fire alarm sounded in the middle of our sleep. Something out of their control. Got us to the airport on time. Would recommend...

The location is far off from the main road. The hotel shuttle will take you to nearby restaurants in the area. The food at the hotel is good but expensive, at least they had two vegan dishes I could choose from so I ordered them both. They don't have a microwave in the room but will let you use the one downstairs in their pantry area. There is a refrigerator in the room, the place is clean and quiet. The staff is friendly.

This hotel was nice. I was pleasantly surprised despite a lot of negative reviews on here. The only issues I encountered was I wasn’t able to get into my room and it was because the battery was dead on the door reader. So they moved my room. Then the AC didn’t work in that room. Once they moved my room again, I was very happy in that room. It was clean and cool. They need to replace the carpets and do a little remodeling but that’s all.

They also gave me a complimentary breakfast voucher for the inconvenience of the room with the key not working and keeping me waiting for 15 mins.

Even though a body wash was missing from the wall, I didn’t need to ask but they brought one for me anyways. The staff was always friendly and helpful- all of them. I would definitely return.

I booked a room that was to include free weights and a cardio machine. There was only a single weight in my room, I asked if a second could be provided twice but I guess that wasn't possible. The exercise bike was zero tech. No programs, timer, distance, calories burned...nothing. No screen whatsoever. It was also extremely uncomfortable. I ended up just using the gym. I would be less frustrated if I hadn't paid extra for this "special" room that was essentially useless. Aside from that, I found everything else to be lovely. Housekeeping, restaurant, gym, and hospitality were all great. Excellent location.

Such comfortable beds and pillows. It took real effort to drag myself out of bed. Luckily I set 2 alarms. I'm adding a photo of something that makes me laugh. Remember that not all disabilities are visible. Snazzy car.

Beautiful lobby! Room was slightly basic, but still nice and decently sized. Staff was very friendly and helpful! I was stuck waiting in the lobby for a while and the gentleman at the front desk carried on a conversation with me for quite some time! I'd recommend this place for sure.

Hotel was clean and you constantly saw the cleaning staff keeping the hotel clean for guests. Which I loved but the bed was so uncomfortable. You could tell that they don't turn the mattresses to get even wear. This is why bed was lopsided. Also pillows are thin and flat. No neck support.

There are no balconies either.

Staff was very cordial and lobby was amazing. As for the room, it was decent. The chase had a noticeable stain and we saw a roach in the bathroom. The bed was very comfortable but, the pillows were too soft. Overall, I’d stay again for an overnighter.

I do love this property. The rooms are not as clean as they use to be. I had an old wash cloth hanging in my shower and my friend had a shower that had not been cleaned and had to move rooms.

I stayed at the Westin because I love the bed, it is quite honestly the best. I was disappointed in my room at the Westin at the Airport, I felt it lacked the luxury that they like to pride themselves on. The amenities in the room were downgraded, they were not included in the bathroom. The room was clean but had a slight smell that I cannot really identify but it was noticeable and not calming. It would have been a nice choice to have the remote control wrapped and marked cleaned and disinfected considering Covid is still prominent. The staff however was incredible and very accommodating unfortunately they could not change my room since they were fully booked. I thought the breakfast was ok but limiting and not overly delicious. I found the decor of the entrance charming and inviting.

Overall I give them a 3 1/2 stars. Perhaps another visit to see if changes have been made.

I was there for 4 days , after my first night of stay ,I went about my first day there while out, I received the a phone call from the service desk .A young lady named Katrina, I wish I had her last name. But she was phenomenal, outstanding and any other words of praise that you can give her. She was concerned ,because the hotel had me checked out .But my room still had all of my stuff still in it and I explained to her I did not check out that I was there for three more nights . So she went ahead and took care of my reservation and corrected whatever needed to be corrected. But while she was on the phone with me she has stated that she was very much concerned that my safety and well-being was okay . She was very concerned and wanted to make sure nothing had happened to me. I take that very serious that someone was concerned about me that didn't even know who I was. She did not make me just a guess of their hotel ,she made me someone of importance and that she needed to check on me. So if I had to choose a hotel when I come back to Baltimore to stay. I would choose the Westin at BWI just because of the care and her concerns of a customer that was staying there. Thank you Katrina continue to outstanding job that you are doing. I very much appreciate it what you did!

As an avid traveler for work, what stands out to me in a hotel’s ability to rank higher among its competitors are two factors: 1) competency of the staff and 2) cleanliness of the rooms. Westin BWI hit those two marks. Check-In and Check-Out took maybe two minutes max in both situations, showing the staffs competency and skills in getting people in and out while still communicating clearly each step of the process. Room was also very very clean. Good work, team. Keep up the effort because it shows when you slack and when you work hard. Thanks again! Well done.

I used the Way app to park and ride to the airport. I don't have detailed knowledge of the rooms but the lobby area was immaculate! The fresh smell of bleach, partitions at the front desk and employees wearing face masks. The bathrooms behind the elevator were very clean I just wished there was more lighting.

Airline put us up here after a mechanical issue meant a missed connection. The hotel did a great job of taking care of my family of 6 in the midst of a challenging situation. Very nice rooms, clean hotel. Overall made a challenging experience as painless as it could be.

Can I just say how AMAZING Andrea at the front desk was? She went above and beyond to accommodate my service dog, my mother and myself by allowing us to check in early and sending a shuttle to the airport for us. She was so helpful and had an overall fantastic and professional demeanor. I would stay here again based on that alone, and I haven't even seen the room yet. That's how great she was. Thanks Andrea!

Also...Darrell hooked us up with a microwave for out room and Mac was super considerate coming to get the pup and I from the airport! Everyone has been so amazing!

The staff were very nice and helpful. I would have given an overall 5*'s. I didn't because the room toilets are so low to the floor, it's like sitting on a kindergartner's toilet. I had a very minor knee procedure, and going to the bathroom was a major issue for me. I can only imagine others with any issues from the waist on down will experience in their bathroom with the very unusually low toilet. I had nothing to hold on to, to assist me. The counter and tube were too far away to use, so I had to push up off the seat. I was there for 4 days and the handicap rooms were all booked. I hope down the road they'll think about getting the taller toilets. Just don't be that cheap. And, I did ask if all rooms were like that: (Reply: Yes except the handicap rooms). Sorry I don't have photos, just go and see for your self.

Very fancy lobby! 8 minutes from the airport. We had an interesting experience the night we stayed there. They were hosting an event which was very well attended - to say the least.

We are given a really nice room on the 6th floor with our pet. Unfortunately that whole floor reeked of cigarette smoke - it was fresh too. It seems the people attending the event didn't care much for no smoking signs. So while my wife went to speak to the front desk (some issue with the phone system that day) my daughters and I started to make ourselves comfortable. That's when we found that someone had left their underwear to dry on the large beautiful lampshade. Only found it cos we were looking for the switch to turn it on - and Lo and Behold! :-D

A very apologetic lady from house keeping came to switch us to another room. This was on the 4th floor and the view was not as great as the first one but the room was nice and clean with no bad smells. Very spacious room and bathroom, large TV, nice furniture, comfortable high beds. They had an order ahead system for breakfast to accommodate for Covid times. We did not try it - we sleep in late. Check out was at noon.

The event created a parking shortage which on any other day would not have been a problem. I think they just did not expect so many people to attend this event. That said the security staff blocked off a section of the parking for hotel guests. Although that too was quickly overrun by the event attendees. My family and I had planned to go out for dinner so we requested the hotel staff to ensure a parking spot was saved for us. And they did! Overall was very satisfied with the friendliness and politeness of the staff. They were very helpful and ensured we had a pleasant stay. From the front desk to the bellhop to the security team to the housekeeping to the parking attendant - all of them provided outstanding service! The room rate was reasonable the battery was reasonable and the parking is free. We plan to stay here again.

Professional staff, well appointed rooms, and generous portions of great food from the in-house restaurant! (We had breakfast) Great check in/out experience. I wish the rooms had some type of humidity control, temp is one thing but it was simply too "wet" in the room and the lobby as well. Fitness Center is SUPERB!

Was a very beautiful hotel! I really enjoyed the layout of the room and the bathroom was amazing!! Their staff was friendly. Only real problem we had and the reason for how many four stars not five, the air in the room did not work very well. My grandmother and I woke up hot and sweating in the middle of the night even though we had it as low as it would go and as high as it would go for the fan we could not get the room to go below 70 and when you have as many layers on your bed as they do, like five layers you're under, which was very comfortable if the room was colder! Other than that I would definitely stay there again and recommend them! Oh and breakfast was amazing! Just wish they had their full breakfast instead of the covid one!

Let's start off by addressing the elephant in the room. The blackout curtains must be from The international space station!! These things are absolutely phenomenal extreme light reject!! I closed them, then I had to open them to go turn the lamp on. So I could make it back to bed when I returned to bed. I had to take a picture of a glow in the dark smart tag. room are very quiet and comfortable Climate control is fully functional, allowing you to have continuous fan mode for ambient noise. staff was friendly and helpful. rooms are clean and well maintained.

I don’t typically review airport hotels but this one deserved a review. Although I only spent the night at Westin and booked a room just to get some sleep, I really enjoyed my experience. The room was clean, there was water & coffee provided, fresh robe in the bathroom, little lavender balm on the nightstand for better sleep. The blackout curtains were really just what I needed to relax and get some rest for the next morning. Very accommodating staff.
