Comfort Inn and Suites BWI

Place is amazing people are very kind there. I have nothing bad to say about this place considering what is around here in comparisons. I recommend this hotel best for your dollar! AND DID I Mention they have free breakfast!The facilities are more than adequate and I highly recommend for long term stays.

It was an immense pleasure in staying this business hotel. Shuttle service was very prompt on pickup and drop. They serve good breakfast with a lot of varieties. Some issue with the heater but they were very quick to fix that as well. Definitely going to stay there again.

It was a kingly affair! I enjoyed my stay here. Food was great, the room was clean. Great location. All I needed before my early am flight.

The Service was excellent am a diamond 💎 member. The girls at the front desk was very nice and pleasant they was dressed in uniform with name tags 🏷. I will be for ever thankful to the beautiful lady that is head of housekeeping because I left my wallet in the room and her and the housekeeping staff return it too me with everything still in it I was in tears 😭 because I been really stressed with taken care of my mom and when I thought I lost my wallet I was having anxiety THE STAFF HERE IS VERY HONEST AND HARD WORKING WOMAN 😘💚💚💚💚💯

There are no issues by any stretch of the imagination. The staff is one of the most amicable. This inn is very much overseen and kept up. Extraordinary offices accessible.

My sister and I parked our car here for a week(we were going to be out of town). You pay for parking your car there. The hotel clerks and airport van driver were very thorough and kind. Thanks for the great hospitality!

In each and every way the one to consider! This hotel close to Washington International airport is superb. I would remain here for as long as situation permits.

I can't express how much I have enjoyed my experience as a whole. To start the front desk representative was very friendly and professional. She was very helpful. The rooms are very nice and clean. The overall energy there was positive and welcoming.

There are no issues at all. The staff is one of the most friendliest. This hotel is well managed and maintained. Great facilities available.

Exceptional service all around. The front desk people were very attentive 2 all our needs n very friendly. Rooms very clean,housekeeping was very polite n cordial. The front desk attendant Liz,was beyond personable, polite n attentive 2 all we needed. The only downside, which is by no means Clarion's fault,is that the location was very bad,for us,as far as shopping wise but again,not your fault. We r thoroughly enjoying our stay n will return.

Stayed the night with the family. Staff was great and very friendly and helpful. Our room was nice, clean and big enough to fit all 6 of us. The breakfast was surprisingly good and had lots of different options. We also had a good time.

This hotel was a whole lot better than the one we stayed at the night before went here. There was a couple of things I was disappointed in was the towels and sheets had stains on them and then the continental breakfast. Across the road was a Dukin Doughnuts. I was able to walk across and get some eggs.

The hotel staff is very good they try to assist you in every single way they can. The rooms were very clean my past experience wasn't so good but they have improved the hotel . The hotel had lived up to the level . it is good hotel for a budget stay.

It was clean and quite agreeable. The room was spacious too. I enjoyed the free breakfast. The hotel is additionally well located. Only 4miles from Washington International airport.

There are no issues in any way shape or form. The staff is one of the most friendly. This motel is particularly supervised and kept up. Uncommon workplaces available.

Room was clean and comfortable. We got into town late and left early the next morning so I didn't see the area. But the bed was amazing, much more comfortable than other Motel 6 locations. Would definitely stay here again.

I stayed here for only 2 days. But my short stay was an amazing one. Loved the food , the service and the atmosphere. Very very glad to have found this hotel.

I have stayed at dozen of hotels . This was on the top of the list of best experiences ever. Staff was very hospitable and there for every need of mine.

What a wonderful experience. Hotel was very clean! Room was comfortable! And the staff was superb. Very helpful and answered all of our questions.

Okay, we selected this hotel based on location and convenience to BWI, but what a great value it has turned out to be!! Management is updating and it was all good.



Our room was nice, very clean...and no odors as previously mentioned in other reviews. Extra added plus is the attached restaurant. It was very nice with great food. Bonus!

Only used for airport parking - Front desk staff and shuttle driver were friendly and down to earth!

Lobby was nice - shuttle was cool, clean, comfortable, and most importantly on time and quick. Be careful though shuttle operates ONLY for limited hours in the morning and at night.

We booked this hotel in a hurry and couldn't check for more package options. They did not disappoint us at any time. We stayed happily and comfortably here for 2 days. I was happy for the grocery shop option available here.

Took advantage of the downtown location to walk to dinner, check out a couple galleries, and have drinks. It was great. Service top notch as always. Bed comfort can not be beat

My kids wanted a short break from their daily schedule. I planned a trip to explore Baltimore and its tourist places like Port Discovery Children's Museum. It was 16 minutes away from the hotel. We enjoyed a lot in our room. The breakfast meal was delicious and hot-served.

We wanted to visit Baltimore Museum of Art that was situated far away from the city. We wanted to book a nice hotel and we found this one at the best price. Luckily, we took our dog with us this weekend and it was an amazing journey to stay together at this hotel.

very affordable, was clean. They appear to struggle with maintaining building but the place was clean continental breakfast was great. staff was friendly. I have stayed at worse hotels for far more money. Hidden Gem if you are looking for a humble clean place.

We have planned a visit to Maryland Science Center with a group of classmates. It was an exciting journey for all of us as we booked this hotel that was situated near this center. We had a delicious hot served breakfast meal next morning.

I wanted to visit Maryland Science Center with my kids to let them explore more related to their subjects. It was an outstanding experience for all of us. My kids enjoyed a lot at the hotel.

Hotel itself was mostly fine.



The good:

- Comfortable and clean bedding, my room felt very spacious for one person.

- The room had a fridge and microwave. I just came from a hotel in New York that didn't have these, so it feels like a major plus, I guess.

- Staff was helpful and very nice.

- It's right next to a light rail station, and that train will take you directly to attractions like Camden Yards and transportation hubs like Penn Station. VERY convenient especially if you're like me and don't drive. You can buy a pass on your phone with the CharmPass app ahead of time, which is really easy, so that's a plus. (Just be aware that the light rail doesn't run at the frequency of, say, a subway line, so pay attention to the schedule and time of day and plan ahead.)

- It's right next to a Checkers, which is open until 3 am. Very nice to have that option if you're like me and are constantly sabotaging your sleep schedule for no reason. We don't have Checkers in Canada and their fries are pretty good. There are some other restaurants and stores within walking distance as well, like a liquor store.



The bad:

- The curtain rod in the shower was broken. I reported this so that it wouldn't be pinned on my deposit, so hopefully it'll get fixed.

- The AC didn't feel like it was powerful enough to handle the humid. I stayed in a Philadelphia hotel last week that used the literal exact same AC unit, and it was always cold despite it being 40 degrees (celsius) outside. But I guess that's Maryland in August for you, there's only so much that a window-adjacent unit can do in the only place in the US that rivals Florida's swamp humid.

- Some websites list laundry services as an amenity for this hotel. Front desk told me there are no laundry amenities whatsoever, self serve or otherwise, and there are no laundromats around. Be prepared if you're a light traveler.

- Some TV channels didn't work and just showed a black screen. Couldn't watch Golden Girls reruns. :(

- This isn't the hotel's fault, but why the hell is there no pedestrian crossing to get across the street where the Checkers is?! This is a really bad area to jaywalk!



The neutral:

- I have no idea what the light switch next to the door does. Every light in the room is controlled by a different switch.

- Other reviews here say their experiences with their rooms were awful, so YMMV. My room was fine beyond the minor issues noted. I had no pests and no weird smells.

- The floors feel like theyre made from material that "sweats" but that might just be related to the summer humid.

- Elevators are hella slow, but at least there's two of them and only six floors. I have messed up knees so taking the stairs isn't a good alternative. The front desk offered me an accessible room at check-in, and I declined, so this is really my own fault.



Why I'm leaving 5 stars:

- I noticed that the hotel leaves food and water out for a stray cat that lives in the area. I love that cat.

We stayed at the comfort inn for work this weekend, and it was excellent! The check in process was very easy. Two nice receptionists were very friendly, and gave us all the information we needed for our stay! Great grab and go breakfast, comfortable rooms.. beds/pillows, a nice lounge area, etc. I would highly recommend their hotel, and would stay here again! I also left a review on the website!
