Great room for the price. Friendly staff and the airport shuttle was punctual. I will stay there again.
Words can’t explain how great the services is at the Hilton BWI. Amanda Hoy is awesome. She is very pleasant and she brings nothing but joy when she is working. Come to the Hilton BWI and get a chance to visit Amanda and the crew. Nothing but pure love there.
Five star service...from shuttle at pick up to check. Toilet backup fixed quickly. Room was very clean and spacious. Cost was reasonable, and lobby was welcoming. Staff was professional and smooth. Shuttle driver on exit was tired but friendly. He made sure I was on his early morning trip. Would stay again and recommend this hotel to co travelers

The hotel is very clean, nicely decorated, and close to restaurants. The staff is awesome. The hotel rooms are not automatically being cleaned daily now but is available at request.
Amazing customer service. Very military friendly. Kieth (GM) along with Aaron, Amanda, and Greg are incredibly good at their jobs and with customer service and support.

The bartender and her helpers are terrific. The shuttle drivers are fantastic.

Excellent service and quick free shuttle from the airport to the hotel. Shuttle is at the exit door 15 post 48 or near there. The shuttle bus has the Hilton logo in it. The hotel is amazingly clean and follows guidelines for COVID-19. They provide a bar and food. The rooms are cleaned and sanitized. Even the remote control. They also provide with alcohol wipes for your comfort. With the app, checkout has been made easier. I do recommend leaving three hours before boarding time to make sure you can check your bags. If traveling with just carry-on then I recommend an hour before departure time. The shuttle may be full and you have to wait for the next round. They run every 30 minutes.
Turns out they don't really clean even during covid. I got an executive suite and there was pubic hair on the sink IN PLAIN SIGHT, and when I pulled out a towel to use it there was women's hair on it. Pretty disappointing as I have had great results in the past...
It is not one of the newest hotels in the area, but it was very clean, and I was comfortable. The Executive Lounge was closed due to COVID-19, so I can't report on that part of my stay. I gave 4 stars because of two things. $3.00 for a 12 oz can of diet coke is a bit crazy when ordering room service, and $5.00 delivery charge for delivering my food in a brown paper bag. Not the most effective way to have servers get tips. Otherwise, the stay was good.

Smooth check in process and my room was clean. Most importantly, the bartender, Jane, was incredible. So nice, relatable, and funny. A lot of fun to be around. She was for sure the highlight of my stay.
Shuttle service was excellent. We called after landing and had almost no wait time. Check in online was easy and the option to use cell phone app as a key allowed us to minimize contact and was very convenient. The bed was very soft and comfortable. The room has plenty of charging stations. Overall The room was not what we’ve come to expect as frequent Hilton visitors. No mini bar, no water bottles and no food service after 9pm. All very inconvenient after coming on a long international flight. The bathroom shower is poorly designed and it’s impossible to shower without soaking the floor. The room has no trash can and has minimal space to put waste. The TV remote has a very long lag time. We had two rooms and both had the same issues. The TV menu was difficult to navigate and the selection was poor. In addition, with rain TV signal was spotty due to satellite interference.

July 17, 2020 review: We called the hotel 7 days before and they asked us to call them 1 day before checking in to inquire about accommodating us at around 10 am instead of 3 pm. We were going to check out at 5 am the next morning. The receptionist was RUDE in her speech and told us that they were busy and that they can check us in only at 3 pm, else we would be charged for 2 days instead of 1. Firstly, there is a pandemic and only a fraction of the people are flying, so I don't know how can Hilton be so busy. Secondly, there is a polite way to communicate with customers even if they are unable to fulfill all customer needs and this lady definitely did not know how to do that. They are just trying to make extra money during the pandemic period. Don't know if this is what Hilton represents? We cancelled our reservation right away and decided not to put up with bad customer service. There is a pandemic and Hilton is busy, what a joke? We booked another hotel right opposite to Hilton and fortunately they POLITELY responded and directly told us that we are not busy and they can accommodate us.

The pool was freezing and it wreaked of excessive chlorine hence why the exterior doors were open. Our room had a roll of what looked like used toilet paper instead of a brand new roll. Room appeared to be clean but we cleaned upon arrival. Front desk Aaron was very hospitable. We also witnessed other folks leave the pool due to its temperature and chlorine someone even called to complain. We came to just get away but could have stayed home after getting a rash from chlorine
Great value. Nicely updated room. Extremely clean. Would have given it a five except I had a small issue with the billing and the fact we only had one towel for a king size suite. Great Lobby. Will definitely recommend
They're doing a great job of being sensible and safe for covid without suspending amenities to cut costs. They still offer complementary full breakfast if you're a diamond member or it's included in your rate, but you order ahead and they call when it's ready to be picked up for you to eat in your room.
They might be the best COVID-era hotel I've stayed at.
Nice hotel. Very close to the airport. Only downside is it's not anywhere near food options so you have a few options: eat at the hotel, cabs, or Uber eats.

Enjoyable hotel. Attracts more professional clientele, so the stay was pleasant. Nights were quiet. Useful shuttle service to/from the airport and local restaurants. Staff is very kind and helpful.
It does lack a lot of commonplace amenities. Has the essentials: pool (though small and shallow), exercise room, & laundry (coin operated).

The conference rooms were very spacious. The staff were very friendly and helpful, going out of their way to accommodate our needs. The food was spectacular. I offer the highest recommendation.
First the good. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was clean. And now... The room was very small. Advertised as two queens, was actually two fulls. Bathroom was tiny. Shower alternated between cool and nuclear randomly. Mechanical noises through out the night. Do not recommend.
I was there for a meeting with some important people for the company I work for. The hotel staff working the conference room cleared empty plates in a timely manner except for about 4 of us. I guess we ate slow. Other than that, I was extremely pleased with the style and decor of the lobby and even the restroom. I'm actually considering staying there during a vacation I have coming. The only drawback I foresee is hearing the airplanes as they fly overhead. We were there for 2 hours and heard the same number of planes, if not more.
Breakfast was overpriced and and the bread was stale. $50 for a buffet with stale bagels and expired cream cheese and old pineapple. Would have given 5 stars. The omelet bar wasn’t ready as advertised. The server was very friendly but we didn’t tip due to the food. Room was big and nice and the shuttle to and from the airport was great, just skip the breakfast.
Great location. Service was great. Needs updating compared to the ones in Nashville and Denver, but I did see a sign about them doing that in the near future. Rates was really good. The breakfast was excellent to me.
Awesome staff. Very nice. Had a cancelled flight, which brought me there. Staff was laid back. The food was good, a little expensive, but good. Our waitress was very down to earth.

Very clean and comfortable hotel. Staff was extremely helpful throughout my stay. The restaurant onsite served very good food. There was limited restaurants near the hotel, but quick and easy access to eating and shopping areas. Would definitely recommend this location while staying in the Baltimore area.
Decent place to duck for a couple of nights if you are in town. The hotel is located less than 3 miles from the airport and has quite a few restaurants located within a 2 or 3 mile radius. Breakfast at this Hilton was very average. I have been to better Hiltons and wouldn't go here again if given a choice.
A very nice hotel, decent bar and food. If you are in this area and need to stay somewhere, the staff here is friendly and the rooms are nice and clean. Sometimes the service in the restaurant can be slow, but when the bar is open the bartenders are great, friendly and helpful. Also has a pretty good exercise room and a nice indoor pool.
Rooms was great, comfy beds and pillows. Restaurant had a delicious Reuben sandwich and the drinks were very good as well. Food price was just right and the room came out to a fair price as well. Will stay here again when if I'm ever in the area.
My friend and I stayed here with our daughters for a birthday celebration. We had a room on executive floor so it came with some perks. The food and drinks in executive lounge were good. More like a full meal than appetizers.
Lunch in restaurant was good. I recommend the bang bang shrimp-they were huge!
Pool was nice. Kids enjoyed it. Probably our fault but we left floats at the pool for the next day and they were gone. Someone stole them we assume because the staff didn’t know what happened and no one turned them in. I guess that was a risk though.

Ok it is better then it was my stay years ago. I noticed better reviews so I wanted to give it a try again. The failures started at check in. As a Hilton Diamond I like to check in on the app and get the digital key so I can go right to my room. The app allows you to pick a room then most hotels will upgrade diamond members even if you check in. Not this hotel. To make matters worse the digital key did not work. Fail. I did go to the desk and the agent was nice and helpful and when I asked about an upgrade I was told.. you were given a corner room. Again this is the room I picked so "they" did nothing. Why lie? At 11pm the website has executive rooms and suites for sale.
As for the room basic cleaning issues and stains on the walls. Dust issues. Come on this is a full flagged Hilton not a super 8. Who is doing room inspections?
I do have to say the shuttle driver in the AM was friendly and made the short drive fun.
Service was ok. The room was clean; however the bathroom shower had not been properly cleaned in some time. It was clean enough to use but not up to Hilton standards. I was only there for one night with an early flight.
I was there for 6 days and not once did I never have hot water. I informed people about this but nothing was done. Also, their parking lot is horrible. I often had to park across the street or in a different hotel's parking lot. Also, there is only one microwave in the entire hotel so if you want to heat something up, you're going to have to go all the way to the lobby to do it.
We arrived at 5 am the day following our reservation due to airport delays. We had to call three times before the shuttle came and picked us up ( the driver was nice though). The young lady working the front desk had a carefree attitude and generally seemed uninterested in our situation.
We explained that seeing as how we didn't get to use our room to sleep in as intended due to our flight delays we would like a refund. We were informed that we were already charged and she wouldn't do anything about it. She then asked us for an additional credit card to add on the room for incidentals, after we said we weren't staying which shows that she wasn't really paying attention to us.
We then leave to go to our car, and find it missing! They towed our car to the other side of the parking lot and the young woman working the desk didn't think that was worth mentioning the first time we were in the lobby. The nice shuttle driver had to tell us this.

A great place to stay, and minutes from the airport. Comfortable accommodations, and friendly staff are found here. Kudos to this location for working with the Honor Flight Rochester group to put on a wonderful banquet and happy hour for our Vets. I definitely recommend if you need a hotel in the Baltimore/ DC area.
Great for a quick stay. The evening manager was helpful to find me a parking spot for an oversized vehicle and a luggage cart. Breakfast was very good. Anthony S made me a wonderful omelette just as I like it. Great experience.
