We had an unplanned stop while travelling and booked on Hilton Honors website, which was fast and easy. Within about 5 minutes we had our room and confirmation details, and check-in was quick and smooth. The front desk representative was courteous and very good, knowledgeable that had patience for my questions and needs.
Breakfast was a good spread, above the normal hotel lineup experienced at others and was delicious on top of it. We'll end up staying again on our way back through.

My friend and I stayed here with our daughters for a birthday celebration. We had a room on executive floor so it came with some perks. The food and drinks in executive lounge were good. More like a full meal than appetizers.
Lunch in restaurant was good. I recommend the bang bang shrimp-they were huge!
Pool was nice. Kids enjoyed it. Probably our fault but we left floats at the pool for the next day and they were gone. Someone stole them we assume because the staff didn’t know what happened and no one turned them in. I guess that was a risk though.

Sometimes the service in the restaurant can be slow, but when the bar is open the bartenders are great, friendly and helpful. Also has a pretty good exercise room and a nice indoor pool.

Our room was clean. The staff were friendly. My only ding was the food. I will say the wings were great but the rest of the dinner was mediocre at best. Breakfast was decent. However, if you are staying to catch a flight the next day, the location was great. The only other issue I had was the shutter driver. We had a lot of baggage and he was rude.

Executive perks are not back in service. They offer the $12 good and beverage credit to replace free breakfast, which most of us hate. I used it in a drink at the bar. Rooms are nice and clean. Note: one of the last remaining hotels that still require cloth face coverings. Probably a regional thing.

Loved the updated look and feel. Shuttle service to airport starts at 3:30am, amazing how many people take early flights! As a Hilton Honors Member, we were welcomed to pickup 2 water bottles from the amenities, plus, upon entering our room, 2 addt’l water bottles with a nice, personalized WELCOME letter. Good job Hilton!

We had a large event there (400 people). Rooms were great. The staff out performed themselves during our event. Very pleased that evening. However, the next morning the breakfast buffet was less than spectacular. Large crowd and all tables didn't have chairs. No one cleaned the tables once somebody left. Sausage very cold. Tater tots were like stones. Only one self serving Waffle maker for such a large crowd. French toast pan didn't get refilled. So if you came at 7am it must have been a nice buffet. We came at 9am and it was horrible, for charging $27 for two and the food was a minus 10. Big contrast from the night before sad to say.

It is not one of the newest hotels in the area, but it was very clean, and I was comfortable. The Executive Lounge was closed due to COVID-19, so I can't report on that part of my stay. I gave 4 stars because of two things. $3.00 for a 12 oz can of diet coke is a bit crazy when ordering room service, and $5.00 delivery charge for delivering my food in a brown paper bag. Not the most effective way to have servers get tips. Otherwise, the stay was good.

Lots of great things about this hotel. Very, very welcoming, professional, helpful staff, including shuttle drivers. Convenient location close to airport and places to eat. My sole, one and only complaint is that I had to make a cleaning request several times over the course of almost 3 days. I honestly would have had no problem doing it myself if they'd have let me borrow the cleaning supplies 😂. Even with this though, the staff was genuinely apologetic and did end up getting it taken care of. Being away from home for work can be draining. These folks did an overall fantastic job making it a pleasant experience. Google doesn't let you do 1/2 stars, but I'd give 4.5 stars if possible.

As someone with a design background I appreciated the non-traditional decor of the room. I was a bit masculine, but it was still very nice and modern.

Bedrooms: Love the dark gray color scheme and furniture. Round mirror over the microwave and coffee maker. Nice dresser with big t.v. Looks like dresser drawers but mini-fridge inside.
Long desk on the side with chair. Next to it is a small chair with matching side table. Had 2 beds with 3 pillows, very comfortable.
Bathroom: Larger than average. Sink sticks out a little and set lower.
Makeup mirror with light, verbana products.
Nice clean, white fluffy towels. Bathtub clean with no molds.

I am a Hilton Gold member and very brand loyal. To that end, this is the only Hilton hotel that I’ll choose while transiting the BWI airport for a night or two. It’s clean - most important. The hotel is starting to show its age and could start to use a renovation. The staff was great. Shuttle worked flawlessly for a early flight. Can’t ask for more.

We had the best time staying here for our wedding room block. The presidential suite was spacious and perfect for getting ready, the rooms were comfortable and the staff was friendly. We enjoyed the hotel bar and the restaurant buffet breakfast. Also, the convenience to Baltimore, BWI Airport and surrounding areas is perfect. Lisa Bills was the hotel sales manager and she made sure that we had a great experience at the hotel during our wedding weekend. She even gave us champagne and chocolate covered strawberries to congratulate us.

Enjoyed my stay! The Hilton Baltimore BWI Airport is a really nice hotel for the price. The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. Lots of amenities including a self-service laundry room, gym and an indoor pool that my boys thoroughly enjoyed. There is a restaurant on site, and the location of the hotel is in close proximity to other great restaurants and shops.

Rooms are nice, beds are comfortable, showers are strong and hot. Very comfortable, but would definitely appreciate a refrigerator in the room. That's the one thing that is missing if you're staying any length of time.
One item I have to comment on is the parking. It's an open lot, but there are signs all over telling you to go online and pay. When I asked at the front desk, they offered a QR code to make it easier to go online and pay. All of that said, there's no real information about it unless you go online. Does someone just visiting the hotel for a drink need to pay? How would they know? What would happen if you didn't pay? According to several people I work with who stay there regularly, nothing happens. So, I guess the parking is kinda on the honor system. Just a bit strange that there's little information about the expectations.
Anyway, staff were friendly and helpful, I got a good night's sleep, and this is somewhere you can lay your head without having to worry about much of anything.

Shuttle was a little confusing not knowing if you should just wait or if you have to call (you should call), I wish they did the online GPS link so you could tell when the driver was near. The check in at the hotel was very friendly and efficient. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. Would definitely stay here again.

Cancelled flight forced an overnight stay. Although I was frustrated with my situation, I will say that the shuttle drivers turned it all around for me! What an amazing group of gentlemen! Melvin brought me to the hotel from the airport and pointed out all the hotel amenities including a shuttle ride anywhere within 3 miles of the hotel. Warren transported me to run an errand and suggested a great place for dinner and later brought me back to the hotel. Lay was my shuttle driver to the airport to get my ticket updated and eventually to fly out. He was personable, professional and a great conversationalist. My bad mood was quickly changed by these gentlemen and I truly appreciate their spectacular service! The hotel was conveniently located to the BWI airport. My room was clean and quiet and I had everything I needed. I will stay here again the next time I travel for work to Baltimore.

This is a large hotel with a restaurant, bar and pool. There are restaurants and bars within walking distance. We stayed for one night because we had to fly out early the next morning. The server and cook at breakfast were excellent! We told them we had to leave early and she got our order in quickly. it came out in a few minutes steaming hot; it was good!

My stay here was marvelous. Customer service when we got in were very nice gave me the full run down on my benefits as a member. Excellent service!!! The room was at a very comfortable temp since it was hot and humid outside 70 degrees was just right in the room to help cool down. The shower was a little slippery but manageable. The bed was heavenly, I say because I laid down for a moment to rest, I woke up 3 hours later with an empty hungry stomach. Thank goodness the restaurant downstairs was open till 11pm. I would not recommend the waffle sweet potatoe fries maybe if they were wedges but not as waffles, the chicken tender well you can't go wrong with them. absolutely loved that my rest was as if I was asleep in my own home. I highly recommend this location.

The bartender makes great drinks, food is decent. I got the a king size bedroom, and loved it. And what really topped it was the free shuttle to and from the airport. I wish I remembered the gentleman’s name that checked us in, possibly Craig, and the bartender. Both were working Wednesday, October 18 around 4pm. They were both exceptional!!

This was a great experience considering I had a 24+ hour layover. The staff allowed me to keep my baggage behind reception after they extended my checkout to 1pm so that I could enjoy the area and ground floor restaurant while I waited. Everybody was very friendly and professional. My only feedback is that they need a fridge in the room, a bottle of water for each guest, and when I called for the airport shuttle for the description of the shuttle, the hotel should've followed up with, "are you in need of a shuttle?" Instead, I had to call back 20 minutes later and the hotel told me, "oh, you NEED to tell us you're waiting for the shuttle." However, when the shuttle picked us up, I learned that there is a Hilton Garden Inn BWI, and then Hilton BWI, and I was not on the latter even though the shuttles looked the same. However, the driver was gracious enough to drop me off at the correct hotel. So those are my two shuttle tips for those inbound to this great hotel. Also, remember, the meals are NOT included in the hotel stay, but a very competitive option.

Excellent service and quick free shuttle from the airport to the hotel. Shuttle is at the exit door 15 post 48 or near there. The shuttle bus has the Hilton logo in it. The hotel is amazingly clean and follows guidelines for COVID-19. They provide a bar and food. The rooms are cleaned and sanitized. Even the remote control. They also provide with alcohol wipes for your comfort. With the app, checkout has been made easier. I do recommend leaving three hours before boarding time to make sure you can check your bags. If traveling with just carry-on then I recommend an hour before departure time. The shuttle may be full and you have to wait for the next round. They run every 30 minutes.

Nice clean place. Only issue is the bathrooms are dimly lit. There are 2 small lights above the sink and I have a 20/20 vision. I had to use my cell phone to bright the room enough to make sure I didn’t hit my toes on the corners. That’s not a huge thing to some but STUB YOUR TOE AND YOU’LL UNDERSTAND.

Let me share how incredible my experience was unfortunate I did actually stay here I stayed at the Marriott next door . I decided to take solo adventure from Florida to Baltimore just a random trip . On this day I decided to visit the bar for dinner . That was by far the best part of my trip I met the most amazing bartender I have ever met . Paul when I tell you outstanding customer service he was a total vibe . Funny , attentive , great conversation with everyone at the bar he didn’t miss a beat . I work in Hospitality and Understand there times when people put on a fake smile to get through the shift . Not Paul he just had such an amazing energy and personality now this was what I consider a flawless customer service experience. They're doing a great job of being sensible and safe for covid without suspending amenities to cut costs. They still offer complementary full breakfast if you're a diamond member or it's included in your rate, but you order ahead and they call when it's ready to be picked up for you to eat in your room.

We called Hilton and they sent their driver Antonio to get us from the hotel even though it was outside their normal range. Antonio was super cool and pleasant to talk with. Then when we went to book our room they discounted the room rate for us after we told them our circumstances.

Great location near restaurants and not far from the airport. The hotel was clean, staff was great. My disappointment came with paying extra for parking, and there was no included continental breakfast. This is one thing that many competing hotels offer with their booking.

Id rate this 4.75! We had a catered event here and it was fabulous and within budget! Highly recommend! The staff is awesome!
Plenty of parking and rooms are spacious!
Only critiques were:
The breakfast doesn’t offer many if any vegan/vegetarian or dairy free alternative options
the 2 rooms I stayed in during my time had some minor issues like the shower handle was switched (cold water was on hot and hot was on cold).
the suite’s bedroom door wouldn’t close and one of the remotes was dead but it was nailed shut so we just used the remote from the other room.

EXCELLENT DESTINATION FOR WEDDING RECEPTION..
We had our wedding reception at the Hilton BWI and it was an excellent experience all around. From booking, planning and finalizing the count, to a phenomenal wedding day experience. All done with grace and style, thanks to Karen. She is an awesome manager, she helped us every step of the way, and she answered all our questions. She was the main reason why our special day came out special.
Why go anywhere else?
They have an awesome menu to choose from. Great wedding rooms and decorations. They will help you execute the best venue. They also have awesome wedding cakes (we used Yia Yia through them) and the cake was awesome, moist and delicious.
Karen, her team, and the Hilton were the exception and we thank them again and again.

I was there for a meeting with some important people for the company I work for. The hotel staff working the conference room cleared empty plates in a timely manner except for about 4 of us. I guess we ate slow. Other than that, I was extremely pleased with the style and decor of the lobby and even the restroom. I'm actually considering staying there during a vacation I have coming. The only drawback I foresee is hearing the airplanes as they fly overhead. We were there for 2 hours and heard the same number of planes, if not more.

We booked a room and was picked up from the airport from the shuttle service 45 mins after we called. The shuttle driver we had that afternoon was great and friendly. He let us know they would take us to anyplace within 3 mile radius to eat or shopping. Check in was easy and the staff there that afternoon were nice,fast and efficient. Check out was easy but the man working that morning was extremely rude and short with my husband. My husband walked up and said we were checking out and asked if the shuttle was available. The man said yes ,there is a shuttle but it's not open till 4am. It was the tone and he's snappy response that taken us back. We were told by the front desk the afternoon before the shuttle runs every 30 minutes, not when it started. 20 minutes later a man comes down the front desk immediately greets the man nicely and is friendly. The guy ask the same question we did about the shuttle the front desk man in a friendly upbeat response says in 20 minutes it will be here sir. Completely different attitude and service we received. The only factor is we are a family of color. So just a heads up for those. The rooms were nice and updated. The noise wasn't an issue. The original staff we encountered was great. Except for the white man working that morning 11/9 around 3:30 am. I'm not expecting royal service but if you can't treat all people equally you shouldn't be working there.

Great location near the airport. Came in for an Honor Flight to see DC with my Dad and some veterans. The staff are very accommodating and helpful.
Room had a leak in the bathroom that looked like it was going for a while. Told the staff when we were leaving, and they seemed like it would be priority.

She made me feel welcome and remembered my room preference. Amanda is always dressed in proper business attire and always has a smile on her face. She makes the Hilton brand an exceptional experience.

This is my first time doing this for the Honor Flights of Veteran's. I had no say in the choice of the places we visited or where we stayed. I was just more than thrilled to be able to go see the memorial places and statues, that have been built for us veteran's.
The hotel is definitely off the beaten path. The entrance is of no difference to most of any of the 100`s of hotel's I have stayed in, throughout the years. The reception area or front desk, is not big. The help was good and pleasant, upon my arrival at noon. Apparently me and third floors are a thing. The room is nicely proportioned. The bathroom has nice big shower with glass doors, but yet once again, there is a problem. The toilet is placed just as you enter to the left, in that you will have to close the door to be able to use it. I understand that, but come on. So now the bed area, and the flat screen tv. Another big sized one, approximately 48 inches or more. I did scroll through the channels and saw a lot of available channels. Unfortunately it's been 4 days since I was there, so my memory is not good of what was in the room, but I do recall a fridge, but no microwave. Dang, I don't recall any coffeemaker. The heating cooling unit seemed to be a little loud. The room I was in, had no view outside. The shower was good with a decent amount of pressure. Continental breakfast is good with the usual stuff of scrambled eggs, sausage, french toast sticks, bacon, and the bread stuffs. Coffee, strong or decaffeinated, or just hot water, and OJ.
So, all in all, I had a very memorable visit to Baltimore and Washington DC. Thanks to all the people that gave me, an honored Vietnam War veteran, the help I need in this time of memory's. God bless you.

I was nervous staying here. It seems people loved it or hated it. The staff was friendly, my room was clean and the bed was super comfy. I was bummed at first that I didn't have a fridge in my room but i found it inside a cabinet that looks like drawers.
There was a good selection of food, snacks, drinks, sundries etc in the little store next to the front desk which is open 24/7.
I didnt eat at the restaurant so I can't comment on that.
Parking lot was pretty full, but I found a spot.
Overall I'd stay here again.

Rooms were nice and beds are comfortable. We only stayed overnight so didn't use the amenities. Front desk folks were very courteous and professional. It's an older hotel but it's well maintained.

I recently stayed at the Hilton Baltimore BWI Airport after a long flight, and I have to say, it was exactly what I needed. The staff was incredibly welcoming and friendly, and they went above and beyond to ensure I had a comfortable stay. The room was spacious and well-appointed, and the hotel's amenities were fantastic. I especially appreciated the on-site restaurant, which served delicious food and had great service. Overall, I had a wonderful stay at the Hilton Baltimore BWI Airport, and I can't thank the staff enough for their excellent service!

Everyone was so nice and helpful. We stayed 1 night and left our car there ,the hotel shuttle took us to the airport and picked us up a week later.
So perfect!!

Such a great Business trip. It was made better by the amazing staff, from the first call for the shuttle at the airport to check out. I was super impressed with the lounge, restaurant staff and the over all experience.
You can feel at home here. I found it was nice to sit in the lounge and work rather then in the room. It gave me time to interact with staff and really enjoy a quick business trip.
The Hotel was clean, the rooms were in great shape, water was hot and had good pressure, nice pool and gym.
Key staff that made my trip extra special. Sam, Tina, Paul, and Jane.
You will have a great time. Especially if you get the night when the Honor Flight crew is here. It was fun to see members of the greatest generation enjoy their evening.
Next trip definitely staying here!!

My stay here was very pleasant, aside from the loud music in the lobby for a private party. I checked in digitally so the noise didn't really interfere with communication at the front desk, but when I went to order food from the bar, it was ridiculously loud.

As a Hilton stars member my stay was great. The Hotel was very clean the rooms were elegant in style and clean. The staff was very helpful and professional. I would love to give a big thank you to Mark from the engineer department that tried his best to get my tv together and Tammy from the kitchen who was very nice and had my meal on point and last but not least Lay and the other shuttle drivers who went beyond the call of duty! I will be returning.

Melvin with the airport shuttle is an absolute GEM! He goes above and beyond to help in any way he can. He truly has a heart of gold and is assest to the Hilton company. We arrived at the wrong Hilton and without hesitation he loaded our bags and drove us to the correct destination. More people should be like Melvin.

Afternoon and night front desk staff was great. Breakfast was well done. My room was well appointed. I received a Diamond upgrade to suite for first time in 3 years of being Diamond. Overall the service was very good. I would rate 4.5 due to interactions with the 7am front desk person. Overall, cannot complain at all. I woukd stay there if stranded in Baltimore again.
