The front end staff (Kayla, Amy and Scott (the manager) were superb. I had 2 problems checking in (through no fault of the staff) and both were resolved quickly and professionally. My subsequent visits to the front desk for a variety of much lesser glitches became a highlight of my day. Kayla has a winning smile and Scott's sense of humor matched my own.

We were able to put the shuttle service to/from BWI to great use as a starting point for sightseeing in both DC and in Baltimore. The breakfast buffet was excellent and well-priced. Alas we did not have a chance to use the indoor pool.

When traveling into this region again, I will be sure to check this hotel for availability.

The airport shuttle driver was very kind, informative and helpful. The location is great for a short stay. Refrigerator in room was very helpful. Nice clean spacious rooms. Fresh delicious dinner meal options in lobby fridge for sale came in handy when arriving late night when businesses are closed. Thanks for going above and beyond!!!

Very nice managed hotel. The HVAC units are sheided and the screens are dirty and I would think the filters as well. The in room coffee maker was not well serviced as well. The kitchen did a very good job and front desk was excellent! A tad more attention to the 2-issues and this will prove to be a great Hotel.

Hotel is close to the airport. The breakfast is pretty good. The chef's omelet is pretty hefty. The beds are comfortable. The hotel is a little older but decent. I will say the staff here is the highlight they're all pretty warm and welcoming, really nice people.

It's a pleasant place to stay.

The view is simply awesome, Hotel staff are very helpful , room is tidy and maintained well.

Rooms has coffee maker , oven and iron box which is very helpful.

Smoking is not allowed in the room but lobby can be used for the same.

We parked our car at this hotel for the first time. Did not wait long to and from BWI. The whole operation was smooth and drivers were very pleasant. It has worked out very well. Will come back again.

Parked here for several days. Checked in quickly and in 7 minutes the shuttle took me to the airport whick was a couple of minutes away. Much safer than using the BWI Parking lots.

I recently had the opportunity to stay at the Sheraton BWI and was pleasantly surprised by the hotel's aesthetic appeal. The staff provided exceptional service, and the bar offered a delightful culinary experience. Additionally, I was fortunate as.a Bonvoy member to receive an upgrade to an extra-large suite, complete with a well-furnished sitting room and thoughtfully appointed amenities. Overall, I found the Sheraton BWI to be a hidden gem worth experiencing.

We chose because they were a Park/fly hotel, making it wonderful and wise to leave our car while flying to Dallas. Their transportation services to and from hotel and airport going and returning were great. The hotel itself was very clean, comfortable, professional...used to serving travelers. Would definitely use again. Even where we parked our car ...it stayed in the same spot, plenty of parking. Excellent.

OMG the room I'm in is absolutely beautiful 😍 nice and clean, a very personal atmosphere when you walk into the lobby. The 1st person that I met was the front desk person Troy what a breath of fresh air he was. He was so very polite an manerable nice and welcoming, it's always nice to meet nice people when you come from out of town, as everyone knows NY is a big city with a lot of attitudes and when you want to get away ...you actually appreciate leaving it behind and meeting new people, well Troy gets 5stars from me and I will definitely be back. Baltimore is about to become my second 🏡.

Beautiful hotel! Dreadful night's rest! This nice hotel and friendly staff deserve 5 stars. My rating should have been, and could have easily 5 stars, if not for the poor quality of rest I and my colleagues experienced during our one night stay. First, let's start with the good; gorgeous, modern, well maintained hotel, nestled in an area of trees, extremely convenient location to BWI International Airport. The hotel building, and facilities appear to be fairly new (I'm not sure of the hotel's age.) The guestrooms are average in size and furnished nicely. The guestroom amenities, decor and furniturings are sleek and modern, featuring comfortable bedding, large flat screen TV, mini refrigerator and microwave. My guestroom was very comfortable and I enjoyed large window! The lobby, lounge and common areas very clean and well appointed. The front desk registration staff very friendly and efficient. The hotel provides a complimentary airport shuttle service to BWI. The hotel has a restaurant and bar, where food is available. My colleagues and I choose to dine at a Ruby Tuesday, located approximately one mile from the hotel. There are several dining options available within a reasonable walking distance of the hotel. The hotel staff was excellent providing information on surrounding restaurants and directions. My first visit and night at this hotel would have been perfect if not for the college football team staying at the hotel. It appeared the floor I and my colleagues were assigned was primarily, possibly completely populated with members of this college team. Due to constant noise, music, slamming doors, laughter and talking in the hall and guestrooms, I and my colleagues got little, if any sleep. Of course, I and my coworkers had a four o'clock a.m. wake-up and had a long day of work, which started at 6 a.m. Needless to say, the lack of sleep made for a difficult day. I'm most certain this was an isolated incident and not a common occurrence. However, in order to explain my lower rating of this great hotel, it is necessary to share the unpleasant experience I and my colleagues experienced. It is my hope the Sheraton can do a better job of room assignments in the future, keeping large, noisy teams and groups separated from business and leisure guests whom need a quieter sleeping environment.

Scott Yarnall, the Front Office Manager, surprised us with the best hotel customer service! He wore the hat of the late night "shuttle driver", (I am assuming they were short staffed like many service industries these days.) and we didn't realize he was the manager until we arrived at the hotel and asked a question. He was extremely personable and went out of his way to engage the passengers and create a warm welcome. He dropped the passengers that were there for "airport parking only" at their vehicle, so they didn't have to make the hike down to the back parking lot.



My entire family was thoroughly impressed with the quality of service and attention to detail provided by Scott to ensure our last-minute stay at the Sheraton was great. It is team members like Scott that ensure customer loyalty and really set a brand apart from the rest; especially these days! Sheraton is very fortunate to have such a professional and hard-working manager who is willing to wear any hat to make sure the customer experience is not compromised.



*4-stars for rooms not due to any cleaning or staff-prevented issues. There are regular updates and maintenance over time that could be improved that didn't align with the 5-star customer service. I wanted to note, so hopefully it will get on the list for updates. ;-)

We stayed at the Sheraton the night before our flight and the amenities were fine for our purpose. The reason I feel the need to write a review is because of Charles, the shuttle driver. He was professional, friendly and efficient. We had a terrible day of travel on our way home and my family was so

Happy to see Charles again when the shuttle pulled up. He chatted with us on the way back to the hotel and helped everyone to relax and put a smile on our faces. Charles also went above and beyond when we returned to the hotel to find we had a flat tire. A few minutes later he returned with an air pump and assisted us with our flat. We will stay at the Sheraton again because of Charles. I hope the Sheraton realizes what a valuable employee they have!

Nice, quiet atmosphere. Hotel manager had a snarky attitude, making comments that should have been kept to himself (being a bully). He changed his attitude when I treated him with kindness. Had to wait an hour for my room. Deanna at the bar is sweet.

After a horrible experience with the hotel down the street that was disgustingly dirty, I was delighted to walk into a clean, cozy, and comfortable room. Stayed for a basketball tournament nearby. The guy who checked me in was friendly and nice. The facility has a very clean and inviting atmosphere. The staff is polite.

The location was in a remote area, I was relieved once I finally found the hotel. The receptionist was too kind or helpful helping me find the room or event location that I needed to find. The lobby could use some updating. I personally would never stay at this hotel, but it's close to BWI airport.

I love staying at Sheraton BWI when traveling, using a package where I stay the night before my flight and leave my car there til I return. The shuttle service is wonderful the next morning and also pick up upon return is amazing. I traveled alone this trip and the shuttle driver even took me directly to my car and loaded all three of my bags right into my car for me. MOST AMAZING WAS MY SERVICE FROM NIGHT MANAGER SCOTT YARNALL!!! Due to family medical emergency and then contracting Covid, my return plans kept changing. He made me feel so cared for, assuring me that my car would be safe and waiting upon my return! His exemplary service gave me peace during a very troubling time in my life! JOB WELL DONE SHERATON BWI!!!

We stayed here on the front and back end of a trip. We also parked our car here while gone and utilized their shuttle. The hotel itself was wonderful and the staff we encountered were nice, professional, and very helpful. The rooms were very comfortable and the showers had the most amazing water pressure we have ever experienced...I would stay here again simply for the water pressure.

The weekend airport shuttle driver is the absolute best. Honestly the nicest and most personable guy out there. Even though it's only about 10 minutes in the shuttle, he makes it great, and is truly the reason I stay before flights.

My first time staying at the sheraton brand hotel, the beds are 5* definitely but I don't give myself any more because breakfast 3* was expensive and very simple is not worth going to eat outside. The very cozy room just that the bathtub is too small, even I was uncomfortable to shower. When I was about to sleep, it was heard like a generator I think it was air conditioned in the other room because mine turned it off because the bed that's on the other side can sleep great.

The 1st van driver on 3/24/22 early van diver never helped us with our bags claimed he had a bad back. I was very upset my husband had a pacemaker put in 6mo ago he refused to loaded or unload our bags..so I did it....they need to replace him . The hotel / front safe and second van driver gets 5* the 1st rude van driver gets

Thank you so much Scott for going the extra mile in making our stay at the Sheraton such a positive experience. Upon checkout we experienced an issue utilizing a Marriott e gift card . The system was not updated to utilize it. Scott took control of the matter and didn’t want to delay my departure.He assured me it would be taken care of by end of the day. He not only took care of the matter he reached out to me at the end of the day as promised to explain how it was handled. It is rare anymore to feel that personalized service . Scott went the extra mile and it was recognized and appreciated !I truly believe it’s the people that make a difference in a quality stay . I can honestly say that Scott and many others at this hotel really made a difference in the enjoyment of our stay . We look forward to returning for a 3 week stay as we relocate and we appreciate all the extra TLC we received .Thank you again to Scott, Amy at the front desk ,Eduardo at the restaurant and Donna in housekeeping. This is just past the harbor tunnel, a short distance off of the highway, in a complex of hotels and fast food.

I like the room sizes. I really liked that the bathroom door had a glass window. That means you can leave the light on without being overrun.

The pool and weight room are small, but efficient and well maintained. I appreciate the little tables and chairs next to the pool.

The entire hotel smells like the 2000s cologne Curve, which made me smile every time I walked the halls.

I was a huge fan of the handwash, lotion, shampoo, and conditioner. They are warm scents.

They treated me like royalty the minute upon arriving, would give them more stars if I could. Was picked up at the airport by one of their two shuttles. ALL staff was so amazing and friendly. Very clean rooms, nice large new tv's, comfy beds and soft fresh new towels. All furniture was new and updated. Highly recommend!!!!

Staff stayed calm when 200 traveled arrived with little notice. They were able to get rooms for everyone very quickly. The rooms were very spacious and clean. The bathrooms held all the amenities needed for travelers needing the extra soap when airlines don't give back lauggage.

Sheraton (BWI) Airport. A very nice hotel. The rooms have a grandiose vibe to them. The king bed room has the big armoire in with ample room for coats, suits shoes and all. The carpet on the floors felt nice and cushiony. Will definitely stay here again.

Close option to get to the airport. The rooms were older but were clean and roomy. The parking was terrible not because of the hotel but because of the hotel next door charged for their parking and all of their guest started parking at the Sheraton. The bar/ resturant area was packed but offered a great selection to eat. Overall all a great stay and I would stay again.

It was a late evening already when I arrived. Sandy at the front desk answered when I called to inquire about the shuttle, and sent one over to the airport immediately to pick me up. When I arrived at the front desk, Sandy was again amazing, checking me in speedily and recognizing my loyalty to the Marriott suite of brands. She set everything up for my free shuttle ride to BWI the next day, and spotted/immediately corrected a mistake that had been made in my reservation, all with a really friendly attitude for such a late hour.



To me, examples of Sheraton hotels have varied from "needs a little updating" to "very nice and cozy". This BWI Sheraton was definitely leaning towards the latter - my room was updated in warm navy and grey, had an expansive desk for work, included a fridge, and - best of all - had a wonderful view of the sunrise for my early flight. How refreshing! I mention Sandy again because she was nice enough to pick this one out for me. I also found the Club Lounge to be very modern, with a nice breakfast and snack selection. Both of our shuttle drivers were also extremely courteous. Thank you, Sandy, to you and your team for the wonderful hospitality!

This hotel is one of the most well known in the area. I have been staying here for a very long time. If you choose this place you will love it I'm sure!

The hotel room is very large and spacious. There are six floors in the building. Flat screen television on wall. The room I stayed in had a refrigerator as well as a microwave. Nice view out the window.

The power in our home went out during a heatwave and the hotel staff helped us get the perfect room for our needs with pet-friendly accomodations as we needed to get our pets out of the heat. The guy at the front desk (sorry I didn't catch his name!) was absolutely awesome and did everything he could to help in a timely manner and I couldn't be more grateful.



The only gripe I could possibly share is that in the end, as others have said, the rooms are in need of upgrades, especially for the price and being right next to the Westin at which I've also stayed at in the past. But with that great of service, I'd be inclined to stay again.

We were forced to a 12 hr layover by our airline. Thus was the 1st hotel we found that had a shuttle and availability. We truly lucked out. The staff were pleasant and patient with us. We were exhausted and hungry. They were understanding of us being frazzled.

The bar also had a full menu so we were able to get food. And it was delicious . We had the buffalo wings, iceberg wedge salad, a vegetable and bean bowl with rice.

We left before the breakfast was available but the hot coffee was appreciated.

What a delightful surprise after a long day of travel! We arrived at the Sheraton and were so happy to hear that the shuttle ran 24 hours a day and could take us about 1/2 mile away to a sports bar/restaurant AND pick us up. Scott at the front desk was a super hard working, great resource. He was totally on top of everything that had to do with the front desk and the shuttle. (So nice to see his genuine appreciation and pride in his property and the work he likes to put forth - the industry needs a bunch more Scotts!)

Happy with my stay, greeted with smiles and guest services was friendly, got my key and went to my room, 2 double beds, SUPER COMFY & PILLOWS too!! Big 50 inch tv mini refrigerator and sage for valuables. Nice amount of towels and washcloths Liquid soaps shampoo conditioner and hand soap and lotion too. Also if ANY EXTRA was needed a note on the desk in the room stated call and they’ll bring more including towels and any other linens!!! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO STAY!! I will be back!! This Hotel Staff is best of the best! I have always been made to feel welcome. The location is perfect if your visiting the Baltimore or the DC area, and is a quick 5 minute drive to BWI. (The hotel has a shuttle service if you need.)



The restaurant has a nice menu (the Salmon is so good!) BEAUTIFUL Dinning area, fireplace, casual sitting area as well as tables. Full service Bar.



I truly appreciate this staff, the hotel is older but full of Marriot Grace and Ambiance.
