I had a good stay here. Room was clean and quiet. Bed was comfy. Front desk staff was very friendly. Gal running the bar was awesome. The team working the meeting rooms was great too. The food at the bar was really good and the food provided to event attendees was even better. Super convenient location less than 10 minutes from the airport. Shuttle was on time and convenient. Free wifi was fast and reliable. Only downside - the electronic key you're supposed to get on the app never worked. Otherwise, great experience here!

My group needed rooms when Southwest couldn't make our connecting flights and we were fortunate to get 4 rooms here.

The rooms were ok. The water pressure was good. The cafe serving breakfast was astonishingly not over priced for a hotel. Overall a solid hotel to stay at.

I feel completely at home when I spend the night before an early flight or after a late flight. From the curb at the beginning of my say to the time I leave, I have never had anything but the best service. I love having places nearby, They also have great food and drinks. Free parking while you fly is a clear bonus. Bravo BWI MARRIOTT!

I stayed recently at the BWI Marriott on a business trip. Was happy to note that they have a free shuttle bus from the airport to the hotel. The hotel has two restaurants and a bar that serve nice crabcakes. The only negative comment that I would make is that on arrival when I gave my credit card for incidental charges Marriott unexpectedly billed my ATM card $50 per night upfront (for a total of $150).

We absolutely loved staying at the Baltimore Marriott. It's so close and easy to take their shuttle over to the airport, specially for an early flight we also like the idea of the abundant number of Southwest flight you can catch there since Philadelphia airport cut back. The food being served in the concierge room was delicious and very convenient in the evening hours. Next time you're flying out of BWI and need a hotel to stay in the night before I recommend you check out the Marriott Hotel.

I did not rent a room, just attended a meeting. The meeting area was nice, catering for the event was very good, and the staff friendly and helpful. Restrooms were not cleaned throughout the day, so they got s little messy as the day work on. No other negatives.

Fantastic hotel! Nice clean rooms! Great food in the restaurant! Friendly staff! I work for a defense contractor, and I travel often. Any time I'm in the Baltimore/Washington area (which is every other week), I ONLY stay at the BWI MARRIOTT! It is my hotel of preference!! It really is an excellent hotel!!

By far one of the best hotels I've been to. Last minute and the front desk representative was as sweet, professional and understanding as can be. My husband and daughter had a blast. I was just happy we had a fabulous Suite before our drive back to NY. Marriott for the WIN.

Good Marriott and at a great location. Nightly rated are higher than the norm for the area (not within per diem)

The front desk service help of Nichola was outstanding. She was friendly, helpful, patient and compassionate to our late night arrival and truly made our stay at the Hotel delightful. 😊 She always greeted me with a smile and a warm welcome every morning. She was multi-tasking effortless to make sure every guest was attended to and satisfied. She was a person of Goood Hospitality and genuine service. Thanks Nicholas for the help and the Pittsburgh Crew appreciated your help.

This is a comfortable, well-run hotel! The friendly, professional staff was very welcoming. I was especially impressed with the superior housekeeping staff for our room. Although the room and bathroom could stand updating, they were immaculately clean. Love that! Excellent service in the dining room. I would recommend this Marriott to out of town visitors to the area. Convenient to BWI.

People who work here are exceptional. Great airport hotel. Shuttle very good, and the tracking system they use is the best I ever seen for an airport shuttle. Lounge better than OK and provides tremendous service. I've going to use this hotel in the future rather than others that I've used in the past.

I have stayed here many times for business meetings. It is a great place to stay with easy access the airport. The staff are wonderful! The hotel is clean and there is a shuttle to and from BWI. If you are interested in being near the downtown area this isn't the best Marriott location to stay.

Pretty comfortable hotel. Has a gym, bar, and restaurant. Reusable soaps and shampoo are good for sustainability.

The lounge lacks alcohol. Breakfast is a little lacking, but sufficient. Wifi should be faster.

Restaurant food, while expensive, was tasty. Staff were friendly. Overall pretty positive experience. Stayed for two weeks.

The rooms were clean and comfortable. The business center and conference rooms are what we come for. They have some nice packages if you want to hold smaller to mid size corporate meetings and it's close to the airport, highway, some good restaurants as well as not for from the mall. Overall it was a good experience from the room to the conference rooms. Definitely would recommend it to companies coming to town for a meeting.

My visit to the marriott today was great. All the staff was excellent. They were organized and very polite. It was a joy to go through the process for Amazon. Plus they came out on a holiday to help us. I thought that was very nice. Thank you all so much for your service.

This is my second time parking my car in BWI Marriott and I must say this is the most reliable place i can only trust, I had my car parked there last Sunday and I just picked it up late last night due to my flight delays. Everyone there was very accommodating, the place is clean and has a very nice ambience, I almost booked a room there last night because I didn't feel safe driving home which is 2.5 hrs after a long flight. But I left because I thought it ws better to get out the city that time and avoid the bad traffic in the morning. I highly recommend this place.

We were here for an event in a ballroom and also stayed the night. The rooms have been updated as far as furniture but the hotel definitely shows its age in a lot of ways. The event we went to was a cash bar and some of the prices were pretty steep including like $8 for local craft beers. The rooms were cozy and the beds very comfortable. You can watch planes take off and land at the airport depending on your view but overall not a super scenic location. The hotel is quite large given that it has a number of ballrooms so it can be pretty busy. I wouldn't necesarily pick this hotel if you aren't looking for convenience to the airport or to have a big event. They have a lobby bar that is open until maybe 10 and then a sports bar that also has an outside entrance. They also have a breakfast spot. Staff was friendly and we had an overall fine stay.

The hotel is a 5-7-minute drive from the airport and walking distance to a few restaurants. There is also restaurant and Starbucks in the lobby.

The staff was kind and got us checked in quickly.

The room was clean and a decent size. The hotel was a little older but had been renovated. The bed was comfortable as were the linens. The bathroom was clean as well with a shower and tub combo.

Other Amenities:

- Indoor pool

- Fitness room (Nice size)

Beautiful space. Great rooms! The staff members I interacted with were top notch--friendly, efficient, fast. I wish the prices of the snack shop were lower, but who doesn't? The bar has reasonable prices for the location, so I guess that's a good trade.

My first time here and it will not be my last. My family is in the area, but I prefer a wee bit of room, as they do too. The service is great and done with a smile. The "Concierge Service" is wonderful and worth joining the Bonvoy Club. Different inside restaurants to choose from for lunch and dinner, and breakfast available in some. Room service is friendly, fast, and hassle free. The rooms aren't the only thing that is clean either. The main thoroughfare us clean and smells good, the halls are clean and the public restroom was thankfully clean and fresh! Really, that matters. I only wish I could give you a staff members name showing the great customer service. But it would not be fair to point one out when I have had wonderful service from so many staff me need and could not possibly name them all. Just know they have all been great. Hope this helps.

2019: This hotel is in desperate need of a remodel. The age of this hotel is starting to show. I don’t think I will stay here again until it gets updated.

2017: I love staying at this hotel when flying out of BWI. The rooms are just a little dated but overall this is a good hotel. Also you can not here airport noise. Unlike other hotels.

Beautiful hotel! Love the lounge area. Due to the pandemic, there's no food or drink service at the lounge. However, it's a super plush, and comfy place to just chill.

Can't wait to stay here! I'll definitely have to add this place to my "To do list". There are plenty of resturants in the area, (including Cracker Barrel), and the airport is just down the road. This Marriott seems even nicer than the one around the corner. I stay at the other Marriott in March of 2020, just before everything started shutting down, because of the pandemic.

The Linthicum Heights area has truly becoming a force to be reckoned with. There are roughly 4 Marriotts and several other upscale hotels. Then of course we should expect nothing less from a neighborhood with an airport down the street.

Sure, it's looks are a little dated, but isn't retro always in style? You will not find a hotel in this area with kinder employees. My son and I weren't even guests at the time, but when my son was having a really bad day, they took care of us and I will be forever grateful for their humanity.

I parked my car in their parking lot for 2 days. I used their shuttle service for airport. Before booking we should know how often their shuttle service runs. Over the phone the information was inaccurate they said every 40 mins but it was every 20 mins. When we call we only have a voicemail box message. We found out later you should press 9 to have someone over the phone. It’s helpful to have someone to know exactly at what time the shuttle is coming.

Other than that it was a very good service.

Hotel was clean but the rooms were dated. I have stayed at other Marriott hotels and they have had an inviting smell throughout yhr lobby. I didn’t notice that. They did have a shuttle that seemed to circulate quickly and a board with the airline information. Very convenient.

The night manager/front desk was amazing on 2 March. She was super efficient and helpful! The room was okay, not what I expected of Marriott (not in positive way). The bathroom needs to TLC as it had broken tiles as well may want to updating/upgrading shower/tub.

The staff was great, very kind. Had a very long day that turned into a long night, was exhausted, and tired, and low on funds. It was 5 am and I just wanted a room to rest and stay till the next day. Being Easter weekend and way in the early am, everywhere was booked or wanted to charge for 2 nights. But this hotel had a room and allowed me to stay without having to pay for two full nights. The staff were all very nice, friendly, and helpful. The hotel is as beautiful and warming as the staff. I hope to stay again someday.

We bought the package deal allowing us to park for a week while on a trip to California through the airport, and stay at the hotel the night we returned. The drop-off and ride to the airport were efficient, with a very friendly driver.

When we returned to Baltimore and arrived near midnight on April 6, the front desk associate informed me that our overnight reservation was for the night of April 7. She was able to cancel the reservation for April 7 and a room was available for April 6. The situation was purely my mistake, and I deeply appreciate the Marriott associate taking care of needs very late at night after a cross-country trip.

The Elite lounge was not open on Sunday mornings, but we were given two passes for the restaurant breakfast. The breakfast buffet was excellent and the staff in the restaurant were all on point and helpful.

This stay was a 5-star experience with great value.

This airport is very convenient to BWI airport. Nice concierge lounge, plenty of parking, and clean rooms. The day that I checked in, they had replaced most all the televisions and mine didn’t work hardly at all. One phone call and they sent somebody up to fixeverything in a matter of minutes.

Was traveling through for a funeral. Our room looked a little less nice than the online photos but nothing was broken or dysfunctional about it, the carpet just looked a bit old. Enjoyed drinks at the lobby bar in the evenings and had breakfast one morning (there's no free breakfast through, you have to pay for it). Our stay was fine.

I recently stayed at this location & want to praise the staff for going above and beyond for me. I lost my keys overnight and the service I received was absolutely outstanding. The lost & found department answered on the first ring, immediately searched for my items, found them and arranged for my items to be sent to me. I was blown away by their kindness & efficiency. This is the kind of service that keeps me returning to Bonvoy. Outstanding customer service. Thank you so much to the Baltimore Airport Marriott staff!!

Went to the hotel exclusively for the restaurant inside : Chesapeake. I had a very nice steak dinner here. My wife had the crab cake sandwich. She's a bit of a crab cake snob and mentioned that the crab cake was good. We were both pleased with our meal. Winston was our server. I had read other reviews that mention Winston as a great server. The reviews didn't lie. He's a terrific guy!

This is one of our favorite hotels to visit when in Maryland. Very close to BWI airport and free shuttle service! Beds are comfy and staff is always extremely helpful and friendly. Deanna the bartender is amazing! She is so accommodating and made excellent cocktails. She was so attentive and even served our food, which was very tasty. She also made us our Starbucks coffees. She is a hard worker and we appreciated it! Highly recommend!

What this hotel lacks in room quality they make up with service.

I'll start with my good points, the service and staff here are phenomenal. They're nice, charismatic, and very accommodating. The shuttle service is very convenient and also accommodating.

The not so good

My one bed room is pretty outdated with dated carpet and warn furniture. I didn't know there was a refrigerator until I saw the "refrigerator" label on the TV stand/dresser. One side had 3 drawers and the other side had faux drawers that revealed the mini fridge.

Everything appeared to be clean although the shower didn't drain well And the water control was one spinning knob. The knob could spin completely freely making me unsure we're hot started and cold ended. The room door lock operated funny, If you didn't pull down on the handle far enough the door would still open but the deadlock would still engage and it would not close behind you. Forcing you to reach around the door from the hallway to pull the handle down all the way for the deadlock to recede.

The food is very good but also very expensive and the breakfast buffet apparently is not included in the stay.

Banquet manager, Patricia really tries to give workers a chance. Though I have extensive event management skills, I am still working hard on mastering my banquet skills. Pat works diligently with me & wants workers to feel relaxed learning. Even when I make a minor oversight, she tries to be patient. Most impressive, she recognized my strengths and areas that I could use a little more help so she put me on one of her less busy shifts to help me master buffet setup and breakdown as well as work independently asking minimal questions. She even has moments where she will pull me to the side and have a mentor chat to spark me into being colloquially speaking, more woke/cognizant of one’s intention. I also feel like the team is a group of mature professionals that make this job a sigh of relief. I’m not proud of the pay & distance from home but the combination of nurturing management accompanied with a great team make it all worthwhile. I also enjoy working with my favorite team members like Taria, Vanessa, Sharon, heck everyone!

Stayed here 2 nights for work. I prefer this location because it is safer than Inner Harbor. The drive into downtown in the morning isn't too bad if you plan ahead to account for traffic. Check in was smooth, front desk was very friendly and polite. I believe her name is Brittanee (sp??). I ordered room service the first night and even though there was an hour wait, the delivery was smooth and the staff who delivered was also friendly and polite. Housekeeping was awesome. Room was clean. Interiors are a little dated and probably the hotel is in line for an update soon, hopefully. The Concierge Lounge was good. Minimal food selection for breakfast but the staff made up for the lack of selection with their service.

Decided to come here because originally we were suppose to stay at the Country Inn & Suites next door. However that ended up being super dirty and after a long & horrible day of traveling we walked to the Marriot. The girl that helped really helped us out & the room was nice & clean. It’s such a nice & quiet hotel! However there might of been some miscommunication about our check out because the next day a lady called us and told us we were late for check out. After the second call everything was figured out and fine. We came back after our cruise and stayed there the second time which was nice as well. 4 stars overall cause it was nice, clean and quiet. - 1 star for the miscommunication. Still would stay there though!

Comfy beds, fast and multiple elevators, food is great, only downside is no continental breakfast included. You have to pay extra for breakfast but there is Starbucks on site. The staff was very friendly and there was a shuttle going to the airport back and forth every 10 minutes or so.

In my book, Marriott is synonymous with great times and this has to be one of my favorite locations. Minutes away from any activity or attraction on my list but not crowded together with a lot of other hotels thus causing a traffic nightmare.

The staff was genuinely friendly, courteous, helpful... Absolutely amazing! (I know you should see this with all customer service but some places really miss the mark.) There were some SNAFUs but the staff quickly resolved them and did all they could to be respectful and accommodating.

Thank you Marriott for helping make this year's trip a success.

Due to a first delayed flight I missed my connecting flight in Baltimore. On a whim I booked a night at this Marriot due to its short distance from the airport. We were impatient and took a cab there but the lady at the reception desk was welcoming and gave us all the necessary details to make sure we caught the shuttle in the morning. I loved the little sign reminding people to be quiet near the elevators. I know it may or may not work but it’s worth a reminder. The room was very clean and the beds and pillows very comfortable. I didn’t get the chance to try the bar so I can’t comment on that part. The shuttle to the airport was right on time and the driver was friendly. Great choice super close the to the BWI airport.

One of my best stay in a hotel this year. I want to thank Everybody for making this possible. Staff went up above and beyond their duties.

So thank you Marriott

Arrived at BWI, called the hotel, and was told where to stand. The shuttle was dated with duct tape over some holes, and one car seat was worn to the spring. However, it's a very short drive and the driver was excellent. Check in wasn't an issue. The main issue is overall cleanliness. For a well-used hotel, the cleanliness was quite good. The photos show what I saw. The shower had a cracked area on the floor. As far as I could tell, it wasn't leaking. I didn't tell the front because if the cleaning crew didn't tell maintenance or the front desk, then that's another issue altogether. Any conversations in the hallway can be heard in the room as if there was no door.

I did enjoy my stay at this hotel, the rooms are nice and comfortable however the winning ticket for me was the assistance I got from Maria at the from desk. I left my work ID in the hotel and had limited time to make my flight. Maria helped me with getting my ID to me quickly. Big thanks to her.

Visited during the COVID-19 pandemic. Staff very keen on observing public health protocols. Rooms very clean, and well maintained. Appreciated the care demonstrated.

Baltimore was nowhere on our horizon. We were headed to Boston. Baltimore was only a quick 30 min stop to unload passengers on our flight and load new passengers, but that quick stop ended up being more than a 6-hour saga, and our flight ended up being canceled. Our baggage, however, ended up going to Boston, lol. We had to scramble to find a hotel, and Marriott is always our first choice.

Grateful for the shuttle pickup from the hotel and the warm welcome we received from the front desk staff. When we told her what had happened, she gave us toothbrushes and toothpaste.

Our room is nice and clean, and the beds are incredibly comfortable.

The Concierge lounge was well stocked with snacks when we arrived and had plenty of appetizers during the cocktail hour. The lady at the lounge was so kind to my toddlers. She even gave them coloring pages and crayons.

We are grateful to this beautiful hotel and its lovely staff for the care they took when we needed it most. Thank you.

Great place to stay. Decent breakfast. Unfortunately, breakfast has limited choice of fruits and vegetables. Airport shuttle could be delayed, so call in advance to reception and schedule pickup.

Very easy to find and in a good location to get to stores and/or businesses. It is a very nice hotel with a bar, restaurant, pool, fitness center and security in the lobby. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The room were awesome! Very clean and even smelled clean. Beds were so comfortable! The heated pool was great too. The only thing about the pool is that they have a school that uses majority of the pool for swimming lessons which leaves a much smaller portion of the pool for hotel guest. It was a little cramped with my 3 kids and I plus 2 other couples, but we made the best of it and still enjoyed ourselves. I highly recommend this hotel and hope to return again!

My company has us stay here while in BWI for work. I travel a lot but still did a bone head thing by leaving my battery pack for my phone plugged in the bedside table. I realized i left it behind after i got home on the west coast. I almost didn’t call but glad i did learning it was found and turned in! So thankful their housekeeping was honest!

Hat tip and good karma to the housekeeper!!!

I didn't stay here when I came here, but my brief moment here was really nice. Great lobby area, good restaurant, very spacious, and the fact that its: close to BWI airport, has restaurants both inside and near the airport, near the Baltimore/Washington parkway, Marc and Amtrak, and, if your up for biking and trails, you have the BWI trail within minutes from the hotel.
