Beautiful hotel! Love the lounge area. Due to the pandemic, there's no food or drink service at the lounge. However, it's a super plush, and comfy place to just chill.
Can't wait to stay here! I'll definitely have to add this place to my "To do list". There are plenty of resturants in the area, (including Cracker Barrel), and the airport is just down the road. This Marriott seems even nicer than the one around the corner. I stay at the other Marriott in March of 2020, just before everything started shutting down, because of the pandemic.
The Linthicum Heights area has truly becoming a force to be reckoned. There are roughly 4 Marriotts and several other upscale hotels. Then of course we should expect nothing less from a neighborhood with an airport down the street.
It looks nice on the outside but the rooms are dated, the suites have stowaway beds, and their breakfast consists of just a few things from the expensive Starbucks menu. They have great food for dinner however from their own kitchen. Pool is pretty nice with a great scenery surrounding it.
The room was ...let's say less than sparkly clean. Our shoes stuck to the floor in the bath and dressing room. COVID precautions are important but I think the advertising for this place should be changed to reflect that. I arrived late at night and had strawberry ice cream for dinner as there was not much to choose from. Too bad I can't post a photo because if you saw the condition of the bathroom you wouldn't stay here. If you do stay here, don't go near the toilet and don't use the coffee maker. Why did I give any stars at all? It was a place to stay and I was tired. Also,the color selection for the decor is exceptionally well done. Relaxing. But stay away from the bathroom! Don't relax in there!
I did not rent a room, just attended a meeting. The meeting area was nice, catering for the event was very good, and the staff friendly and helpful. Restrooms were not cleaned throughout the day, so they got s little messy as the day work on. No other negatives.
Sure, it's looks are a little dated, but isn't retro always in style? You will not find a hotel in this area with kinder employees. My son and I weren't even guests at the time, but when my son was having a really bad day, they took care of us and I will be forever grateful for their humanity.
The staff was great, very kind. Had a very long day that turned into a long night, was exhausted, and tired, and low on funds. It was 5 am and I just wanted a room to rest and stay till the next day. Being Easter weekend and way in the early am, everywhere was booked or wanted to charge for 2 nights. But this hotel had a room and allowed me to stay without having to pay for two full nights. The staff were all very nice, friendly, and helpful. The hotel is as beautiful and warming as the staff. I hope to stay again someday.
Very beautiful in the lobby you can sit there n feel entertainment, bar n restaurant on site. Family friendly with the pool and Starburst on site. But no microwave in room if you have kids to heat up..its in lobby

The night manager/front desk was amazing on 2 March. She was super efficient and helpful! The room was okay, not what I expected of Marriott (not in positive way). The bathroom needs to TLC as it had broken tiles as well may want to updating/upgrading shower/tub.
Lobby and common areas are beautiful! Rooms are old and somewhat outdated.. was unhappy that there was not a single disposable cup in the room to make coffee. Shuttle service to the airport was awesome and the staff was very friendly
Be careful, we missed our flight here because we couldn't hear them calling for us in the diner. Our ticket said 5:30 but they meant 5:00 to board.
Zona Cacina is where it is at. Great drinks, not to expensive add good food.
Warning Do Not Stay at the Marriott BWI! The Marriott Corp does not think they are responsible if your car gets stolen or the wheels! After the holidays it was our first night staying we got in at 3am and at 7 am the security alerted the manager. Mind you there is 24hrs security with 30 min patrols! All four rims and tires were stolen! The security, police , and towing company says it happens often. Marriott says they are proactive but don’t have cameras covering the lot! I honestly think it was an inside job esp considering the time we arrived , window of opportunity, and the nonexistent 24 hrs security! Marriott says they aren’t liable thus aren’t protecting their customers!
This message is to protect the people ! To warn you guys don’t stay Marriott Hotels BWI Airport Marriott with a pandemic going on you’d expect that they would be more considerate and empathetic towards customers experience theft and loss on their secure property! Disappointed in the Marriott Hotels response to their customers!!!

Conveniently close to the airport. Clean and updated lobby. Bathrooms are a a little dated but it has everything a traveler would need to pass through. Also a very friendly staff!
Beautiful interior, nice design with plenty of ✋ sanitizer stations. Would love to spend the night there if I could afford it.
My visit to the marriott today was great. All the staff was excellent. They were organized and very polite. It was a joy to go through the process for Amazon. Plus they came out on a holiday to help us. I thought that was very nice. Thank you all so much for your service.
Very nicely done marriott. Stayed for the weekend, family had a blast. Geat customer service, but I wasn't expecting the $150 hold

Visited during the COVID-19 pandemic. Staff very keen on observing public health protocols. Rooms very clean, and well maintained. Appreciated the care demonstrated.

Its was quite a wonderful place. I think everyone should visit it.
I have decreased my rating from earlier this year due to a few employees' performance and attitude during the stay. The property is still nice and well maintained, but one front staff worker was so unpleasant. I never caught her name because it was as if she always managed to keep her hair over her name tag. They also increased my room rate on the last night of the stay when I had booked a lower rate at Marriott.com. It appears they might have lost some of their best employees during the COVID travel slowdown and that is too bad.
Rooms were very nice and the bed was extremely comfortable. Service was excellent and the food was very good. I was very pleased with my stay.

Parked my car there to fly. Shuttle drivers were friendly. The shuttle van was really clean.
Clean affordable room by the airport. Don’t expect anything fancy but you’ll get a good night’s sleep.

Hotel was clean, concierge lounge was well stocked, breakfast & dinner were fantastic. Well appointed stateroom. Staff was awesome.
Dingy dated rooms with very loud in wall ac unit. 50 degrees outside and the ac wouldn’t cool my room below 70. Only one of two lights in bathroom worked. For the final straw the shower head was left purposely aim out at exactly where you would be standing when turning it on so as to spray you with freezing water. Either housekeeping did it or the previous guest did. If the previous guest did that means my shower was never cleaned. Never staying again.

Nice lobby, efficient staff bear in mind there's no complimentary breakfast and ordering food in house is expensive. There are some fast food and restaurants close by. The rooms are pretty basic for the price,
Rude staff, have no manners to deal with customers. Old room and uncomfortable bedding. No places to eat nearby. Horrible!
We were here for an event in a ballroom and also stayed the night. The rooms have been updated as far as furniture but the hotel definitely shows its age in a lot of ways. The event we went to was a cash bar and some of the prices were pretty steep including like $8 for local craft beers. The rooms were cozy and the beds very comfortable. You can watch planes take off and land at the airport depending on your view but overall not a super scenic location. The hotel is quite large given that it has a number of ballrooms so it can be pretty busy. I wouldn't necesarily pick this hotel if you aren't looking for convenience to the airport or to have a big event. They have a lobby bar that is open until maybe 10 and then a sports bar that also has an outside entrance. They also have a breakfast spot. Staff was friendly and we had an overall fine stay.

I didn't stay here when I came here, but my brief moment here was really nice. Great lobby area, good restaurant, very spacious, and the fact that its: close to BWI airport, has restaurants both inside and near the airport, near the Baltimore/Washington parkway, Marc and Amtrak, and, if your up for biking and trails, you have the BWI trail within minutes from the hotel.
2019: This hotel is in desperate need of a remodel. The age of this hotel is starting to show. I don’t think I will stay here again until it gets updated.
2017: I love staying at this hotel when flying out of BWI. The rooms are just a little dated but overall this is a good hotel. Also you can not here airport noise. Unlike other hotels.
Absolutely loved this place. Everything was so clean. Employees were nice. Housekeeping were respectful. Beds were the best. I had the best sleep ever. I loved the robe. I would stay her anytime.
They didn't give me any WiFi as a Rewards member because I didn't have card with number and they couldn't look it; I had to call get the number to update my rewards points only to find out that even though I paid with my credit card which is being charged I had my family assigned to the other room. Then the elevator were out of service while they paint during a time when they were completely booked with multiple events, positive front desk staff was very customer service focus as the pushed you through registration quickly I would go back the overall experience was positive
Just got home from a deployment overseas and this was amazing to come back to. Comfy beds, great showers, the staff was welcoming and accommodating. Perfect.
Beautiful space. Great rooms! The staff members I interacted with were top notch--friendly, efficient, fast. I wish the prices of the snack shop were lower, but who doesn't? The bar has reasonable prices for the location, so I guess that's a good trade.
My first time here and it will not be my last. My family is in the area, but I prefer a wee bit of room, as they do too. The service is great and done with a smile. The "Concierge Service" is wonderful and worth joining the Bonvoy Club. Different inside restaurants to choose from for lunch and dinner, and breakfast available in some. Room service is friendly, fast, and hassle free. The rooms aren't the only thing that is clean either. The main thoroughfare us clean and smells good, the halls are clean and the public restroom was thankfully clean and fresh! Really, that matters. I only wish I could give you a staff members name showing the great customer service. But it would not be fair to point one out when I have had wonderful service from so many staff me need and could not possibly name them all. Just know they have all been great. Hope this helps.
