1st time using Swift Park and the service this AM was phenomenal. It was easy to make my reservation this AM before arrival. I called on the way to report that I was running late and the receptionist assured me they would have me to the airport on time. Upon arriving at the gate I was greeted by first name by Mr. Montel. He told me to park my car and immediately arrived with the shuttle. Not only was I on time, but the conversation was carefree. Will definitely utilize this service in the future.

Cheapest parking. Driver was very courteous.

Got to the airport in 5 min. Really had good experience. I will recommend every body to use this spot for Bwi parking . I told everyone I know to use them .

Great for the price. Shuttle is on call. Easy to get to a touch hard to find until.you know where it is. Read directions first!

Lot is maintained, secured by a fence and has a booth on entry and exit. 3rd time parking here. Company is known by how they resolve dispute. Drop off was a dream, pick up was a little off because the call could not connect. Prompt and courteous follow up by management making sure there was no more delay. Offered me 2 days of free parking for the inconvenience. Drivers were awesome both times. Will come back!

I am well please with the excellent service that it was provide it to me. I found parking right away and the gentle man who was working there help me very much . He explained how the process is when u pay online versus paying in person. He also put all the bags in the shuttle bus without even asking us anything. Very good customer service. We took of to the airport asap without waiting not even 5 miutes. He provided me with a business card with there contact so i can call them when i get back .We got there early to the airport and sadly our plane was cancel due to waether . i called that number on the business card and surely they came within 15minutes and pick us up again. I am definitely going back everytime i travel through Baltimore airport. The best part is that the price is incredible for the parking and service they provide to their customers. Thank you very much
