The only issue was a delay in picking my group up from BWI due to lack of staff. The driver was very apologetic. Good price and would still recommend to friends.
I waited 60 minutes in freezing cold temperatures at BWI for the shuttle to return to the Doubletree Baltimore and it never showed up. During the 60 minutes I was waiting, other hotel shuttles made several visits to BWI for pickups.
We arrived at the hotel at 720 to catch the 730 bus to the airport. There were already about 30 people in line for the bus. Once the 730 bus filled up with 10 people I was told by the front desk that the bus was first come first serve and the next bus would not be back for the next run until 8:00. So we had to call an Uber to get to the airport.
Had late flight in and shuttle was already at airport. Courteous drivers

Great experience! The process was easy and very close to the airport. I give you credit. Some passengers aren't very pleasant and appreciative. The transport van is very clean and the driver makes you feel safe and were helpful.
Shuttle is not every 15 min, at least at 4:30 in the morning from BWI. It took over 30 min after calling.

Shuttle supposedly runs every 15 minutes but that is not the case. At approximately 7:30 on a busy Saturday evening, I called multiple times and still had to wait for more than an hour for a shuttle.
Everything was as described, easy, and convenient. I'll use them again!
