I was there for a conference business so I will not talk about their rooms. Our conference rooms were clean and well set. We had a good amount of refreshments and the lunch service was very good. All the rooms dedicated to the conference were connected and accessible. Clean bathrooms also.

I came here for educational seminar however I did not book a room. While our event was highly populated, the restroom facility remained clean and the hotel grounds were very clean. The staff at the hotel was patient and calm. During our luncheon we requested gender specific staff so only females which we received. The food was pretty good, we had a salmon covered in a sauce.

Hotel staff was extremely helpful and supportive. Shout out to Darcy and Jackie! They were so warm and welcoming and helpful. The shuttle driver was super kind and helpful, too. Thank you for such great service. Please let housekeeping know to not be so aggressive on knocking doors for housekeeping. Thank you!

I want to give an outstanding review of the staff at this Hotel, namely ALYSSA, and the front desk ladies who welcomed me when I arrived for long-term, off-site parking for BWI. First, this Hotel is a GREAT location and option for parking's great rates, a shuttle that is 24/7 and really fast. The drivers I had were friendly, kind and helpful and I kept my keys and health with humans over the phone and the entire experience for me was great. More importantly, I had a slow tire leak upon my arrival and knew I had to find a credible service source upon my return 15 days later. I called the Hotel 2 days prior to my return and got the amiable and pleasant ALYSSA who suggested a nearby service center. I called the service center, gave them a heads up to my situation and felt instantly relieved!! In an age of the death of customer service and a dearth of human interaction I applaud this Hotel and it's staff...they are wonderful!!

Fantastic hotel! We were able to check in early, the staff were super friendly, room service from the on-site restaurant was on point and delicious. Fresh, clean, large rooms, comfortable beds/pillows and excellent water pressure. We will for sure stay here again. No issues at check in or check out. Plenty of parking. The pool appeared to be in a little need of some maintenance but we did not actually get in. Keep up the good work, we will return the next time we are in the area!

We stayed here for a night on our way back down south due to its distance from the city where we had a not so great experience at another Hilton. Received early check in; the front desk staff was extremely nice and courteous, the room was clean and the beds/pillows were not worn down. The hotel is right by some major corporations like Northrop which is great for those needing that proximity, the hotel also provides a shuttle to/from the airport.

For my stay on 3/31/24 Easter !!!! I was not expecting stink bugs , hoping rooms would be neat and clean with extra effort, no I didn’t find that . But Maria was undstanding ,compassion and took full responsibility for the issue . Which you don’t find at hotel most days , so Im very appreciative for the quickness at handling the bad situation. No one wants bugs !!! while they’re trying sleep 😴. But I’m glad for your initiative for making it right on the spot .. we are good !!!

We've stayed here multiple times before early morning flights. It's so convenient, and the long-term parking option is great (especially with the free shuttle). The hotel is clean and comfortable.
What really stands out is the staff. They consistently go above and beyond what's required to be as kind and helpful as possible. Today, when we returned to our car in the rain after a 12 hour day of travel, we found a very dead battery. The ladies at the front desk were amazing. They helped us get a jump start and gave us extra water and cookies. They even offered to give me their space heater to warm up my frozen hands. They were absolutely lovely. This is the kind of thing that makes a place stand out. I hope the management realizes what kind of talent they have on staff and rewards them accordingly.

The shuttle service to the airport is so EASY. The shuttle runs every 30 mins 24/7. No need to call ahead or reserve. I stayed at another hotel at BWI at the other end of this trip but I preferred DoubleTree because the shuttle was so much more convenient and the drivers were really nice! Also, the front desk folks have great customer service!

Room was lovely and comfy; 4.5 stars rounded down (noisy heater fan messed up a night's sleep).
Price: excellent (note: cheapest rates exclude a very good bkfast buffet). Amenities: excellent - sundries & snack shop, many public lounge areas, bar, fitness, pool, b-ball half court, business area, etc.
Staff: friendly, well trained, professional, accommodating.
Location: convenient to airport, moderate traffic, industrial zone (very little nearby, if that matters)

Rooms are very dated and need upgrades but my room was very clean. The bed was comfortable. The dining area was very clean and the food was delicious. The shuttle is very prompt (every 30 mins). I just missed the 7:30 shuttle, so I sat and enjoyed a very hot delicious breakfast. Grabbing the 8am shuttle was no problem. That's how quick the kitchen made my fresh hot breakfast. The front personnel were very friendly. I've been sitting at my gate for 20 mins now. My flight leaves at 10:45am.

The employees at this hotel were friendly, professional and helpful- I would stay here again for that reason alone. The beds were comfortable and the location made our stay convenient for the work function I was here for. The only room for improvement would be some updates to fix small things in the rooms (my room's privacy blinds were broken so that they could not be opened- I switched rooms and that one had no privacy blinds at all, only blackout curtains; my co-worker's toilet was not working upon arrival and needed a fix).
A positive experience overall. Thank you to the kind, hardworking staff for helping make my work trip a pleasant one!

My stay at this remarkable hotel was truly unforgettable, all thanks to the exceptional service provided by the front desk concierge, Fitz, and the evening manager, Ernest. Despite a brief booking mishap, they both went above and beyond to rectify the situation promptly. Their professionalism, efficiency, and swift handling of the matter were truly remarkable. Together, their coordination and commitment to resolving the issue created an experience that will truly be cherished. From now on, whenever I travel to the BWI area, I will FOREVER choose to stay at this location. Thanks again for a memorable stay!

Friendly staff, affordable prices for rooms provided. No continental breakfast. If you're a Hilton awards member it's best to call them directly than going to a third party site for best prices and offers

I always stay at this DoubleTree prior to early morning flights from BWI and each of my recent stays (3 within the past 2 months) has been seamless! From check-in to shuttle service to the terminal, their efficiency is just marvelous! Rooms are exceptionally clean and comfortable and while I have not eaten there, there is an on-site restaurant and bar for your convenience, but plenty other eating options within a 1 mile distance from the hotel if you are driving. They also offer the convenience of leaving your car parked at the hotel while you travel for an additional $8/night. This feature is so convenient as their shuttle will take you to the terminal and pick you up upon your return! Great service all around and that is why I'll always stay here before an early morning flight and not have to fight the DC/BALT rush hour to get to the airport on time!

My wife and I had a good stay here. My favorite amenity there is the 24/7 airport shuttle. Picks up every 30 minutes. The driver who works the mornings in great! Room was spacious. Could use a better updated TV but was good for a night. Showers have shampoo and conditioner already there in cool dispensers in the shower. Would go here again for a stay if flying out of BWI

Stayed overnight 7/21 and had to leave on a Delta flight at 6:40. Flight canceled @ 6:37. After securing a new flight for the next day I called the hotel to see if I could get the same room for that day figuring it would not need to be cleaned. Maria answered the phone and after explaining the situation she told me to rebook it through the site I used and call her back. I did just that and Maria said yes, that should work. When we arrived, Maria greeted us with a smile and definitely was a bright spot on a dark day!
The beds are super comfy, the room quiet, the shower was awesome. This hotel was overall fantastic!

Monique checked us in. She is an absolute doll. It's not a terrible place but can't be the best that's out there. As an honors member, I did expect more. Room 460 needs a deep cleaning. Avoid looking behind dressers. My wife slept on top of me due to the valley created in the middle of the king bed. You'll stand in ankle deep water when you take a shower because it drains slow. Monique wrote everything down, so I hope the defects get corrected. Oh, no continental breakfast. 14 bucks for a bowl of oatmeal.

great stay. Really appreciated the prompt airport pick-up and drop off service. Check in was smooth and friendly, and was even offered a fresh baked cookie and bottled water. Room was standard and comfortable. I checked out at 330am- the lady at the desk was nonchalant and not very friendly. Otherwise a great stay.

Just happen to be in town for training as the horrible storm was happening. So lucky that this hotel has such a kind staff. And they were also hosting a family reunion that was stuck inside so you can imagine the delight of every guess with the sounds of family laughter.I want to thank the Doubletree for just catering to my group and allowing them to have a quiet space while they were enjoying their meal. This was a wonderful location. We will stop again and for families that are having family reunions doing a storm that’s the proper hotel to come to.

We had a great stay, due in large large part to the pool area! Was such a treat, the water was very clean and it was nice to enjoy some outdoor time. Otherwise, the room was clean and comfortable. My only complaint with modern hotels is the windows don’t open, so you have to keep the AC in for air flow. We also arrived very late at night (2:30 am) and the man at the desk was still very friendly and helpful.

I never have any issues at this hotel. Very sweet staff.
only issue I had was this past stay there were some guys trying to steal my tires off my Honda Civic! so be careful if you have sports wheels or nice rims. THE DC AREA HAS HAD A HUGE STEALING TIRES SPREE. luckily the guys did not get the tires because the staff caught them.. sadly no arrests happened.
thanks again to the hotel staff who kindly taped my window and refunded my stay.

Friendly folks! Came down to watch the game for a bit. The food and drinks at the bar did not disappoint. The clean rooms were another highlight—immaculate, well-maintained, and thoughtfully decorated, they provided a comfortable retreat after an exhausting day

Had a two day training seminar here. The location is great. I absolutely cannot say enough about the super friendly staff and excellent service (and the food we were served was fantastic too). Seriously, everyone from front desk, bartenders and especially the restaurant staff were so kind and attentive. The rooms need a refresh— definitely a little run down and there were some plumbing issues. Bed was comfortable and rooms were clean though. Just showing their age (clunky A/C noises, peeling wallpaper, toilet innards falling apart etc.)

Upon arriving I was concerned. The outside isn't impressive... But once you get inside, the hotel is very nice. Very clean and the people at the front desk were incredibly friendly and helpful. Rooms are large and very clean. Would recommend to anyone needing a hotel in the area

Very nice and comfortable hotel nearby the airport of course. Only negative was $18 breakfast they charge here, but it's the free standard breakfast they offer at other Hilton hotels.
Other than that it's was a great stay, front desk, shuttle, and restaurant service was very good. Oh don't forget about Dinner it was good as well. Oh rooms aren't quiet, can hear conversations from neighbors.

This is a VERY nice hotel. The service, the rooms, the shuttle service was all A+. As a Hilton Honors member as was able yo intiate contactl-less check via the app and use my phone as the room key for the duration of my stay. Was also pleasantly surprised to see all event space this hotel has... We will definitely be back!

I stayed here overnight due to a scheduled layover at BWI. The airport shuttle drivers were very nice and helpful. The front desk staff were very nice as well, and I enjoyed the complimentary “DoubleTree Cookie”. I’m a bit curious why my hallway on my floor smelled, yet my room smelled fine. Other quests I presume. My only other question is why the 3-wheeled luggage carts aren’t better maintained? I had a hard time with them, and dropped my luggage once due to the disrepair. I recommend using the larger 4-wheeled carts; especially if you have heavy luggage. Other than those two things my stay was great! Thanks to all the staff.

I belong to the reward program so that would suggest I use the service a lot. I was not happy that the room heater didn't blow hot air. I will say that it was still comfortable with the large clean quilt. My friend and I enjoyed a large room with a nice size TV to boot!

Had a great two-night stay here! Rooms were large, clean, and well-appointed. Very friendly staff - particularly Bradford, who is the security guard who also helps behind the desk when needed and made a special effort to helps us with parking and cookies! =-) Weekends are quite busy, particularly later night arrivals given it’s an airport hotel. However, they handled everything well, and we were very pleased with the stay.
