This is my new go-to place for parking at BWI! Their check-in process was awesome and they were helpful every step of the way. They told us exactly where to park, picked us and our luggage up at our car, and helped us unload once we got to the airport. Coming back home was straightforward too. We don't need you very often, but it is so nice to set up our parking ahead of time. Having the ability to drop off the car, and have a pickup and deliver back to our actual parking spot is really nice. The check in was easy, check out was too. The drivers of the two vans we rode were very nice and helpful.

The cost was very reasonable and there were no extra charges thrown in as a surprise, as happens at some parking places. Most significant positive experience was your staff. From Kelsey (or Chelsey) who handled my questions during the reservation process, to the guy at checkin who was very helpful, even when I could not remember Kelsey's name, to the van drivers, to the guy who came to assist us at check out - everyone was so very helpful and very nice. What a breath of fresh air to see there is a company who gets customer service. I will definitely use The Parking Spot again and I have already recommended you to others. Thank you!!

Did not disappoint on both occasions. One for business, the other for personal. Scheduling was easy, it is conveniently near the BWI airport and more importantly it was reliable! As soon as we parked the car in the lot, a shuttle arrived to take us to the airport. After our week's vacation, and arriving to the airport an hour late, due to delays, and collecting our bags, the shuttle was there waiting on us to return us to our vehicle. I would strongly recommend this service to everyone!!!!!

The parking spot is convenient and reassuring when its time to travel. I found the cheapest rate by paying in advance. My parking spot was not in the middle of nowhere. The transport van was always nearby. We never waited for departure or arrival. The staff was kind and helpful. It was my first, but best experience ever parking with this company at BWI. The only problem i had was my battery died on my phone and the barcode to exit the garage was on my phone. Even while waiting to charge my phone to exit someone offered to help... of course they couldn't but still. It was the middle of the night and it was good knowing we were not alone. Greatest lot at BWI.

Almost of the employees int he booths and on the buses are great. I fly fairly frequently and often either very early or very late. It is nice to have a 24hr safe place to park with fast, friendly people helping you start or end your travels.

Quick and easy parking! They pick you up right at your car and it took less than a minute! When I arrived back at the airport they were right there. It had snowed and all the cars covered! They cleaned off my entire car for me! If you’re looking for off site parking you should use them. Very friendly as well.

I would highly recommend them. Very convenient and easy to use. They get you to the airport quickly and pick you up immediately upon arrival. The parking lot is safe, secure, and well lit. After a recent trip to Florida I found my car had a flat. They did not just leave me there to fend for myself. They got an air pump and helped me fill my tire so i could get to a service station for a repair. Gave me directions to the closest repair shop. Amazing staff!!!!!! I will continue to use them for every trip!

Unbelievable service! I'll never park anywhere else for my airport travels. We arrived around 4:00AM for our flight and returned home after midnight the following week. On both occasions, our shuttle was waiting and ready for us. Also, at both of those off-hours, the service remained incredible with friendly drivers who were willing to help however we needed. Again, this will be my only parking choice from this point forward when traveling. Not to mention, when reserving a spot ahead of time, it was cheaper than any airport lot. Highly recommend!

After requesting my original booking information, The Parking Spot refunded my original booking amount. I've updated to 5 stars on account of good customer service. It's not always if you do something wrong, but how you handle it if you do. I really think they should just change the policy up front so I/others don't have to jump through these hoops, but that's not for me to decide obviously. My original review includes the issue, below, but like I also say, great place to park and they are always on time with their shuttles and very helpful.

Good place to park but READ THE FINE PRINT IF YOU ARE PAYING AHEAD IN FULL. THEY TAKE YOUR MONEY WITH NO REFUNDS.

You can keep moving the reservation, but if you forget, you’re out the money. Seems criminal to me. I mean, you’re paying for a service you’re not receiving even if you cancel with adequate notice.

I've used The Parking Spot North at BWI airport for several years, first through work and now I have my own account because of a new job. I love how close this lot is to the airport while still being a reasonable price, especially if you book in advance. It's only about a 5-10 minute drive, depending upon which airline you're using and if you get stuck waiting for the light rail to pass.

All of the staff is very friendly and helpful. It's great being picked up and dropped off at your car, and the driver will help you with your bags if you need. This is especially great if you have kids.

We went on a trip in December and used The Parking Spot. We were very pleased with their service. We booked online and received a discount. Had to use a qr code to get in. We arrived early I am glad there was someone there to greet us at the gate. They came to our car to pick up our luggage. Driver was great, friendly and efficient. At the referral of my sister, I began using The Parking Spot-North. Twice now I have used their uncovered parking at a daily rate using my AAA discount. The service I have received has been nothing shy of exceptional. The first time I used their service, we thought my Mom had misplaced her car keys. Perhaps we left them on the shuttle or at the airport check in. The Parking Spot agent I spoke with was understanding and so willing to work with us in an effort to locate the keys. The second time we desperately needed their assistance, my Mom’s car wouldn’t start. Two men went above and beyond in the cold, pouring rain to jump start my Mom’s car. We had AAA, but they wanted to try to help us first. I commend the employees working for The Parking Spot-North. Each time my Mom and I needed them, they expertly helped us resolve our issues. I strongly recommend The Parking Spot-North to anyone considering leaving their car at the airport while traveling!

It is very easy to book a reservation here for long term parking and it is reasonably priced. I've done it twice now where I showed up within a few minutes of my selected reserved time and there was a shuttle waiting for me both times. When I return from my trip, I had to call the parking spot and they would let me know when the next shuttle was on the way which was within a few minutes both times. A great way to go around paying high prices for airport parking. This parking spot is located about 5 minutes from the airport so the shuttle trip time is very reasonable

I hadn't had to park in a lot in a long time, so it was HEAVEN to be directed to a row and then have the shuttle pick us up right at our vehicle, then dropped off right there again when we got back. Best parking to use when traveling as a solo female. They pick you up and drop you off at your car no matter the hour. Bus drivers are always willing to help with your luggage. Prices are extremely reasonable, but the level of safety their service provides is why I will always use them is flying out of an airport that has The Parking Spot.

This place never disappoints, I have used it 5-6 times. I always reserve online, show up, scan my code, park instantly, get an instant ride to the airport, come back and if there isn't a shuttle in the area, I hit the, "where is a shuttle" button and one arrives right away. We love to leave our car at The Parking Spot. It is fenced in and more secure than other parking areas. The shuttles come often, are easy to spot, and the employees are extremely helpful with your bags. They pick you up and drop you right at your car. What could be better?

I was a very frequent traveler from 1998 to 2013, mostly 2 and 3 day business trips. I always parked my car at the Parking Spot at the BWI when departing from Baltimore. The lot was easy to find, as are their yellow and black spotted transport vehicles. Their customer service is outstanding. Each individual I encounter has gone above and beyond to make sure I get all questions answered, park safely, and get me to my gate ASAP. The Vans are always clean and carpets spot free. The drivers are always friendly, insist on helping you with your bags and provide a ticket with your parking space number so you don't get lost finding your vehicle. Even when calling at odd times in the morning wondering when the Transport Van would arrive...the person, not a telephone prompt ALWAYS answered and sent a Van within minutes. This last time I traveled was for a family emergency. I was gone for an unplanned 46 days. When I would call Parking Spot a live person always answered the phone and assured me that they would check on my vehicle. When I arrived and took the Van to my spot the driver knew about my vehicle and was keeping an eye on it. The teller when I checked out knew of me, offered free water and inquired about my family member and wished us all well. Customer service and dedication to excellent can not be matched.

Updated to 4 stars. Prompt customer response to my post and I was able to use my parking spot default card and rates upon checkout. Only suggestion is that Gate person should be a little more patient and better explain the process for someone stuck in my situation.

Works great if you follow the rules. I have been a member for 3 years and yesterday my flight was cancelled and rebooked for next morning. Tried to change my reservation but because I missed the one hour before reservation window there is no way to use or change that reservation and it will not let you make a new reservation because it overlaps with the existing reservation that you cannot use. The website has no way to contact customer service just a FAQ section with no explanation on this ridiculous policy. I couldn’t even use my company card to check in because it is tied to the reservation that I cannot use.

The parking lot is convenient, just outside of BWI and you don't have to drive all the way into the airport. The parking is easy; a polite person greets you at the entrance and tells you where to park. I have never had to wait more than a minute or two for a shuttle. Shuttle driver puts our bags on to shuttle and takes them off. For me, all of this is so much better than any of the BWI parking lots whether its short or long term. And the rates are very reasonable. Before the Pandemic, we never needed a reservation but the last time we went, there was a sign that said reservation only, but they let us park anyway. Most all of the spaces seem to be taken but they showed us exactly where to park. I tried to make a last minute reservation before I left for the airport but the system would not allow it. So, I still like the Parking Spot and will continue to use it but having to make a reservation in advance makes it just slightly less appealing, even though if you make a reservation you get a lower rate.

Darnell was a great driver. He was helpful, he commented what was going on, he working and moving in a timely matter. I also had a situation where I left my jacket, Wayne took the time to contact the driver to look for it. I thought it was gone, then he called me back an hour later, to inform me that they found it outside on the ground near where I was parked. The best place to park at BWI. Every time I come, the shuttle is very prompt. Upon return, the shuttle is usually waiting at the terminal or will be there within a couple of minutes. Today, AJ was our driver. He was very courteous and professional. 10/10 would recommended The Parking Spot!

Love the simplicity of booking online, the ease of access thru the QR code, covered parking option, the shuttle pickup at the car and then drop off close to terminal. Drivers were helpful with the luggage and making the process simple. While I did not use it is nice to know there is an option to have the car washed prior to our return. The location was easy to find and is close to the airport. According to the app there were several shuttles in the airport area which made it simple to spot one.

I was excited to find a reasonably priced place to park while I was traveling. The experience was made even better when I got back and my van wouldn't start. It was 1030pm and I didn't know what I was going to do. I went to the booth and told the employee and she immediately called the driver to come jump my van. I went away for 10 days, so parking here was much cheaper than parking at the airport. Paying ahead of time was super convenient as well. The drivers and and gate attendant were very friendly and helpful. Traveling during the pandemic is a bit stressful, but there were extra masks available on the bus, as well as hand sanitizer. The driver also handled our luggage with gloves and tissues, so I definitely felt more at ease. I’ll definitely park at The Parking Spot during my next extended trip!

The employees at the gate and the drivers are super nice and professional and personable. I always have a great experience when I use the parking spot. My vehicle is easy to find they pick you up and drop you off in front of your car. The airport experience is just as good. You may have to wait for them to show up but it doesn't take long and you cant miss the yellow and black bus.

The app is just as easy to use and sometimes you get discounts in your email which can give you some savings if you plan ahead. So if you're ever in doubt give it a shot.

The pricing is very reasonable for long term parking. In addition, they offer a frequent rewards program that allows me to get a free reservation after so many visits. This place is great. I book a reservation each time I fly out of BWI.

The check in / out by scanning your phone and by using the app is amazingly convenient. Complimentary water bottle when you leave. The cost per week is usually the same as long term economy. I like to know I have a spot guaranteed when traveling during the holiday season. Many times there is coupons for ~50$/ week on the website. I have been burned by not having a reservation before, there is nothing worse.

We had a very short wait to be picked up to go to the terminal, and no wait at all on the return trip. Loved the easy-to- spot spotted shuttle buses! Since the long term airport lots were filled the day we arrived to park, it was very nice to have our spot reserved ahead of time. And we saved a little bit of money by prepaying, making this the most reasonably-priced of the off-airport parking lots.

It’s so much better than the long term lots. The location is close to the terminal, and the shuttles are virtually constantly running, so it’s way faster getting there. And the crazy part is they’re cheaper than long term lots! Especially with the coupons you can find in every mailer or online. I’ll always use this lot from now on. I like how they give you a card with your space number so you don’t forget, and you’re dropped off right at your car which is great when the weather is bad. Also, the shuttle picks you up right at your car too. So this is just all around a better way to go. And last-but-not-least, they provide free bottles of water as you depart! Great company.

The Parking Spot is a convenient solution to leaving one's vehicle at the airport. The shuttles to and from the airport are speedy too. Providing bottled water at no extra charge is very nice too. Also, it is NOT necessary to make a reservation which is good because sometimes you just don't need one more thing to do especially when preparing to go away. I would have given a 5-star rating if coupons were much easier to find for The Parking Spot.

The only time we have had to wait for an extended amount of time was pickup from the airport and it was due to a lack of drivers because someone had called out (understandable!).

The prices are great, the website/app is easy to use, their shuttles are clean. What more could you ask for?! :)

The app is super user friendly and easy. The check in and out process was easy . The North list is nicely lit so I felt safe by myself going to my car plus they drop you right in front of your car , I felt like my car was safe there . Great customer service and helped with my bags . Will definitely be using again and I felt cost effective!

I didn't get the names of the shuttle drivers (9 am or so on 12/24, 5:30 pm or so on 12/27) but both were extremely courteous and helpful! Safe drivers as well! Always look forward to visits! Finally, it might seem minor to many people, but I really appreciate the free water bottle given out upon exiting. Helps me hydrate!

The Parking Spot makes it convenient to park at the airports that I frequent. The shuttle service is top notch. The drivers always lend an assist with luggage and they always make sure to update the customers with the latest info in regards to things to consider (i.e. parking during holidays, etc).

Great service from car pick up to baggage claim drop off. Help with luggage and a clean and comfortable ride. We had a dead battery when we returned and they sent a van over with a battery jump unit and we were back up in no time.

My vacation starts out easy! I drive to an easy and secure location, park, get picked up, then taken to the terminal. All my luggage is handled by the driver. Upon my return, I get picked up at the terminal shortly after making a call. I'm dropped off at my vehicle, and all my luggage is handled by the driver. The rates are reasonable and I'm greeted by friendly reps.

This place is great. I book a reservation each time I fly out of BWI.

The check in / out by scanning your phone and by using the app is amazingly convenient. Complimentary water bottle when you leave. The cost per week is usually the same as long term economy. I like to know I have a spot guaranteed when traveling during the holiday season. Many times there is coupons for ~50$/ week on the website. I have been burned by not having a reservation before, there is nothing worse.

I was a very satisfied customer when I was in Atlanta. This is my first time using the BWI facility. Shuttle was timely in both directions and prices were very reasonable. Fantastic experience. The app works great to make a reservation and you receive a “pay now” discount. When you arrive at the lot, an attendant will direct you where to park, and a shuttle follows you to your spot. Upon arriving back, I have never had to wait more than a few minutes for a shuttle at the terminal. I will usually call once I get back into the terminal, and you can also check on the app where the shuttles are currently. The driver will then drop you back off right at your car (you will receive a card with your parking spot on it upon pickup for your departure). What a great, seamless experience. I will never use the other BWI lots again.

Everything was quick from check in, drop off/in to check out using the app. The shuttle tracking tool in the app is awesome but it was hard to tell whether the shuttle at the airport was at arrivals or departures. Nevertheless they had one a few minutes apart and EASY to spot! I encountered booth, driver and customer service staff all of whom were professional. I would use next time and recommend to my friends.

Friendly, very helpful drivers! All employees are friendly. Easy parking, pick-up at your car, load luggage and whisk you to the airport! When you return the pickup is quick and easy. The driver always help with loading your luggage. Get the app and let them know that you are ready for pick-up. Buses are clean and comfortable! I love the location of the parking. Very easy to get to. The drivers are very friendly and helpful. Pulling right up to the car and helping to load the bags and unload the bags is so helpful. Most drivers even place my bags back in my trunk. Drivers also always ask if you have your phones/charges etc before we leave the lot. And actually went back to a car for a lady who forgot her phone- that is top notch service. Gate attendants are always very nice. I can not imagine parking anywhere else.

We have the best experience with the staff at this location. When we returned home this last time on July 31st and made our way to the pick up location, Daniel (the driver) was awesome, he loaded his bus, took us all to the parking lot, engaged in conversation and he helped us get our suitcase in our car while thanking me for my son's service. If you are looking for a safe/great location to park your vehicle while you travel, this is it!! We will continue to park here.

The parking lot is convenient, just outside of BWI and you don't have to drive all the way into the airport. The parking is easy; a polite person greets you at the entrance and tells you where to park. I have never had to wait more than a minute or two for a shuttle. Shuttle driver puts our bags on to shuttle and takes them off. For me, all of this is so much better than any of the BWI parking lots whether its short or long term. And the rates are very reasonable. Before the Pandemic, we never needed a reservation but the last time we went, there was a sign that said reservation only, but they let us park anyway. Most all of the spaces seem to be taken but they showed us exactly where to park. I tried to make a last minute reservation before I left for the airport but the system would not allow it. So, I still like the Parking Spot and will continue to use it but having to make a reservation in advance makes it just slightly less appealing, even though if you make a reservation you get a lower rate.

The Driver was very helpful in placing our luggage on the rack as well as helping at the Airport. Our return home was a repeat. Excellent Service and with a Smile! Highly recommend. If you are parking at the airport, use THE PARKING SPOT! The entire process is easy and stress free. You are given a card so you don’t have to remember where you parked or how to catch the shuttle back to your car. And then dropped off RIGHT AT YOUR CAR! Right there. I have used the parking spot twice at the Baltimore Airport. The drivers are some of the nicest and most courteous people. Last week I was waiting for my shuttle and did not realize I was in the drop off area. There was a drop off and the driver still picked me up instead of having me go to the pickup area.
