Cute hotel, clean and served its purpose!! Definitely if you need a place to stay on the road I would definitely recommend this hotel.
This hotel is now a Sleep Inn. I like the location because it's right down the street from Bingo World. This time, though, it wasn't up to its previous standard. I was out all day and when I returned to the hotel in the early morning, the room had not been cleaned. Not the end of the world, but this isn't a budget hotel. Not sure if I will stay there again or not.
Nice room, but I think there was people that live at the hotel and didn't make it a comfortable environment while they were sitting around the lobby was definitely afraid that someone may try to rob me
Hotel is Ok, for a overnight sleep. No thrills, if you want a bathtub, go somewhere else.
Not sure this would qualify as a 2.5 star hotel. The ice bucket in our room had some kind of material in the bottom and no plastic bag liner. That's okay since the ice machine didn't work. The room had a fridge but no microwave or coffee pot. Needs a good cleaning and update. The bed was actually pretty comfortable. This hotel's official address is Brooklyn, MD if using GPS.
Great hotels you get what you pay for unfortunately listen covid restrictions you do not get everything that is listed online as and amenity
No coffee no shuttle no cups no wake up call nowhere for the light to plug into no clock. Dim lighting and curtains will not close for privay
Hotel was overcome by cannabis smell. For a non-smoking hotel, i guess weed is ok
Room looked decent. But people where walking around with no mask. In my room bulbs were missing out the lamps and the light for the sink area did not work. The free Wi-Fi was so weak it wouldn't even connect. People were drunk and knocking on the door all night. I'm only giving it two stars because the staff was super nice. There was even a fight in the parking lot...... will I stay here again absolutely not.
Would be Zero stars if possible!!!Terrible we got to the Airport to find out there was no shuttle anymore $20 each way, because there is also no bus or train service to here so, we had to get a cab. Then we get here the say oh there is now also a $100 deposit now as well I was never told about, then we finally get checked in and go to our room and it was not cleaned from the last guest, we went back to the desk and got another room, got to that room and the TV remote was missing the back and the batteries, back to the desk, and was given a new remote, get to the room turn on the TV and it was not working called the desk they came up and eventually fixed the TV. Also huge lounge in the main lobby that is where they clearly used to have the Continental Breakfast which they also just like the Shuttle no longer offer yet was also listed as a perk to stay here just spend a couple more dollars and stay somewhere that has a shuttle if ypu are going to the airport, front desk manager didn't even seem to care about any of these issues
I booked this hotel on Booking.com the pictures were really nice until I got here! Pros it’s really close to the Harbor!! That’s it! My room was a mess no working phone bathroom old looking . None of the lights work. Random drunk lady standing by my room leaving 211 beer cans in front of door! First & last time staying here.
The BW Plus is now Sleep Inn.
Room on 7th floor nice BUT problems: shower head canNOT stop dripping, smoke alarm missing on ceiling. Room 707. No trashcan in room(went down to desk for one).
Rude during check in and forgets to give you wake up call .Barely made my flight.
Clean rooms. Polite employees. Helpful with directions. Few min drive from airport
Water pressure is horrible, non at all. Could not get any new towels. Housekeeping spoke no English. Hotel for the community living.
Would not recommend. Positives - comfy beds (but the bedspreads are crazy wrinkled), good shower, and front desk ladies are very nice, but short staffed. Cons - hallways smelled like smoke, rokm not very clean (someone left their eyelash on the floor and it was never picked up in the 4 days we were there), no phone (it was stolen and it took 3 days to get a new one), tv remote only changed the channels (you had to go up to the TV to turn on/off and change the volume). Not one of my better choice hotels experiences. Also, neighborhood not that safe!!!
My wife and I always come here. Very clean. Nice staff.
Clean and very low key place to stay...friendly staff
Great staff and the hotel is extremely clean and well kept the breakfast is hot and fresh!
Clean, tidy, no odors, great breakfast selection. Parking is undersized, light in bath doesn't work, poor plumbing work. Only steamy hot water in the shower.
We had stayed here before but our toilet was not cleaned and hair in out bed. We got put in another room and staff was friendly. Probably won't stay again because of dirty room. Not sure I would trust them being cleaned properly. Makes me wonder if they are changing sheets and things.
The room we stayed in was nice, but the rest of the hotel was just dirty. Stayed 3 days and did'nt have room service not once. My wife still angry at me for choosing this hotel. Location was great for us, a short walking distance to light rail. Desk Personnel were great, but this hotel had a serious housekeeping problem. Just hard to believe how dirty hallways were.
4 stars because of hospitality. Everyone was great, really good breakfast and beautiful room. But the bathrooms, public and room were old and dirty looking
The room we checked into at 10:30 PM had not been cleaned. The shower was filthy and dirty towels were layed around. The hallway had trash on the floor and smelled bad. The carpet was badly stained. It had a mildew smell and reeked of marijuana in our smoke free room. They gave us another room and we moved. The TV didn't work. The shuttle was freezing cold and need repairs but it ran on time. Continental breakfast was standard.
It was fine, decent stay. Nothing felt gross, but nothing about the room screamed luxury. Normal, middle of the road place to stay for a decent price. Free shuttle to airport too, so that's nice.
The good: the front desk worker named Heather. Was extremely helpful and nice..the bad: I saw the management sit there and not help multiple times as it was chaotic at the front desk. It has a musty smell and the carpet is never clean. Rooms not worth the price. I'll never rent here again and I'd never let anyone I know work here. The workers complain about not being able to take a lunch smh...
The lobby smelt of urine. I stayed here 3 nights. Every single night I found shady looking youth standing right by the door drinking and smoking. They smelled of weed. The hotel staff are ok, but can smile a little more and be welcoming. This is hospitality business after-all. The only reason I am giving 2 stars and not 1 is because of the lady managing breakfast. She was amazing. Very warm. I wish everyone else in the staff was like her. Definitely not a place to bring family.
