Very easy parking. Affordable and good customer service. Some confusion over where shuttle picks you up in the lot (I arrived at night and had never been there before) so I didn’t get a ticket. But staff helped me out so it was not a bad experience.
Returning from a trip, I was waiting to get a shuttle from a Wally competitor to leave. The competitor nearly ran me down rather than pick me up. The Wally driver stopped to inquire about my well- being and pick up passengers.
He was ....friendly, welcoming and helpful to everyone boarding the shuttle! Very professional and the polar opposite of the “pre” shuttle I have used. I saw Wally twice as often picking up passengers & was impressed enough to post this review and will be using them in the future.
Great service, prompt shuttling you to and from the airport. Bus driver quickly grabs your bag and secures it in the rack. Clean shuttles, very happy to use this service again.
