MS Parking Philly (PHL)

Happy that my car was safe. Got me to the airport immediately. But had to wait a long time to be picked up. Much too long considering how close you are to the airport .

Took an hour for pick-up shuttle to arrive. When got to your lot my car was blocked in, as was at back of the lot had to go back to office to get someone to help me maneuver with only inches on each side.

Did not have to wait long for pickup and drop off.

I had to wait 30 minutes for the shuttle after I had collected my luggage and clicked on the provided link to request one. I called after 20 minutes and was told it would be there in 5 minutes (the time it takes to get from their lot to the airport). The shuttled arrived ten minutes later as I was calling a second time. It was completely full except for 2 seats for my wife and me. It is apparent that the shuttle isn't sent on demand, but rather when they have amassed a completely full load. When I returned to the lot, my car had been parked-in. More waiting

First and foremost the staff is welcoming and polite which is important to me. When coming in I was aware of the extra charge for my SUV which is understandable but still at an amazing rate compared to the other lots around the airport. The manager informed me about amount of capacity in the shuttle bus when returning and the first shuttle that came was full due to a bigger family that arrived ahead of my families flight. An explanation and politeness goes a long way and I respect what they represent for their business. Will use them again in the near future.

We had a great experience parking with Arb. They were polite and took great care of my vehicle during our trip. The shuttle service to and from the airport was quick and efficient. Not to mention they had the best parking prices in the area. I would definitely recommend them to anyone flying from Philadelphia airport!

This is a great place to park of you're heading to the airport or if you want to do a little walking in the area. The owners and staff are super friendly and they took great care of our car. They also really engage with us as they are taking care of all our needs, and provide great service overall. I would absolutely come back here to park the next time I head to the Philly airport.

I had no trouble with anything. Shuttle came on time and I felt taken care of. This feeling of being taken care of is what I look for whenever I am using someone’s service.

The staff was very nice and friendly, when I came back from the airport it was raining a lot, one of them walked with me with an umbrella so I didn’t get wet on my way to my car (and helped me to carry my luggage too!)

Definitely I’ll use this parking lot again.

They do what they do and it's wonderful. You drop your car off and they take you to your departure terminal. They pick you up from your arrival terminal in a timely manner and take you to your car. I did not appreciate having to pay an extra $5 a day because I drive a cross-over. It's the same size as a full size sedan, which doesn't incur that added charge. Shouldn't have to pay more (at least not that much more) given all of the spots in the lot are also the same size.
