No answer on cancellation number, tried numerous times, same results!
Tried to cancel through your cancellation number. I only got a recording saying they had no record of my booking. Tried several times, but to no avail!
Impossible to cancel reservation, only a phone number in Alabama that is a recording that says,” cannot process this request!
Tried to cancel several times, but I only connected with a number from Alabama that would not accept my cancellation request. I hope I am not being charged!
It was fair. Looks like a secure place. Needs some clear signage for drop off, parking. As they park your vehicle and keep the keys. The Van was definitely better quality than the rattling parking spot, Wally park or the other off airport parking shuttles which charge $22 per day, off airport. That’s ridiculous. They used to be $12-15 when it was Colonial not too long ago. So the price was definitely cheaper/affordable for parking at this MS parking place. I think they are still getting their ducks in order or maybe need to hire more drivers and have more rotating vans as it took a good 15+ minutes for pick up which ofcourse adds to checkout time and the possibility of overage charge. So pick up time needs to be improved. Would park there again, as this was my first time and look forward to improved shuttle time.
No issues. 1st time using this and was fine.
Similar to other park services with attractive pricing.
The shuttle driver was one of the rudest people I had met and while staring at his phone almost ran off the road several times. After being asked to put his phone down he got angry and stomped on the gas and sped well above what was safe. He was very hostile even before that and everyone in the van was upset. I will never use MS parking again and plan to recommend against it to everyone who asks.
At arrival, about 10 cars parked right in front of the office and no clear place to leave my car. Went inside and checked in. Shuttle was only an 8 passenger van so some people had to wait for the next. Upon return to PHL, texted I was at terminal F and waited bc the reply said 15 minutes. After 30 minutes, driver called to say his van was full and would be back in 5 minutes. After another 25 minutes he picked me up. At the lot, car was waiting outside the office. I'd recommend having them pick you up at terminal A or B to avoid getting passed by.
This was the 4th time I used MS Parking. Something has certainly changed and I will never use them again. They park the car for you and keep the keys. This is new and I am not happy with that. It took 37 minutes to pick me up on the way back. They don’t answer the phone. I am done with MS Parking. I was previously happy with this company. I’m guessing that management changed.
I had to wait 30 minutes for the shuttle after I had collected my luggage and clicked on the provided link to request one. I called after 20 minutes and was told it would be there in 5 minutes (the time it takes to get from their lot to the airport). The shuttled arrived ten minutes later as I was calling a second time. It was completely full except for 2 seats for my wife and me. It is apparent that the shuttle isn't sent on demand, but rather when they have amassed a completely full load. When I returned to the lot, my car had been parked-in. More waiting
Did not have to wait long for pickup and drop off.
Took an hour for pick-up shuttle to arrive. When got to your lot my car was blocked in, as was at back of the lot had to go back to office to get someone to help me maneuver with only inches on each side.
Happy that my car was safe. Got me to the airport immediately. But had to wait a long time to be picked up. Much too long considering how close you are to the airport .
