Had a receipt for parking but this is the first time nobody picked up the phone nor answered any phone calls when we tried leaving. It didn’t scan our paper for some reason so we had to pay again to leave the parking lot. Lost my business for good. Also had my car scratched all over my bumper because they park all cars like sardines in a can.
Great people working here and they are very accommodating to our company which parks 27 foot box trucks here. If they are good to us you can't go wrong.
Horrible service getting picked up from the airport. It’s cold as hell outside. I have an infant with me. So I wait inside. They ask me what terminal I am at. So I respond E. Been waiting over 20 minutes and the driver doesn’t stop at terminal E he stops at terminal F and leaves us as we try to run down to terminal F. Another 30 minutes to pick us up. Beware! The recording instructions say it’s a black shuttle and really it’s a red shuttle. FML! You call and they don’t ever answer! Not even the MANAGER!!!
I saw the wheels of one car stolen. They said they don’t have cameras and they won’t be responsible if something happens to your car. Be careful. Do not trust neither the owners of the parking lot nor the security that are paid to keep an eye on your vehicle. Peace to everyone!
On a recent dark and rainy night Kendall was a shining star! She was so very pleasant to every rider :) helping riders load our suitcases big and small into the bus rack. Kendall easily told us the route she would drive and we all got to our vehicles safe and sound. Thank you!
Wally park is easy breezy and you can find a groupon to reduce the cost even more. Be sure to have your bar code to scan at the exit!
Used Wallypark at Philadelphia airport on April 4th. The driver continued to pick up passengers until people were standing; no social distancing. Other services did not fill shuttles and had seats taped off to provide space. Would recommend using a different service that follows social distancing protocols
Great 1st time experience with Wally Park. Van picked me up as soon as I parked in the lot and I think I was at the airport in 5 minutes or less. Upon my return, they arrived in about 5 minutes after I called. You can’t beat that. Plus the drivers were very courteous and the van very clean. I will definitely be using them again.
Quick, easy and priced ok. Have your reservation confirmation barcode ready when u pull up to the gate if you prepay. Just scan and go. Plenty of shuttles waiting for you. Drivers were the nicest and accommodating...BOTH of them which is soooo rare in Philly. Returning, no need for us to call because we were able to send a text but a shuttle was already coming!!
Have used Wally Park about 10 times over the last 4 months. The pick up service once you land and text needs major improvement. First 2 or 3 times great but has steadily gone down hill since. Last few trips I've had to wait a minimum of 30 minutes. Won't be using them going forward.

I am a very frequent traveler and used to park at Wally Park but never again. When you arrive at the baggage claim and call, the new process is they give you a number to text. When I texted the number it asked me my terminal and gave me instructions where to wait. Waited for 30 minutes and then called back and managed to get a live person. They told me the text process doesn’t work and somehow managed to make it seem like it was my fault! Terrible service and process! Never again! In total waited for over 45 minutes for shuttle, and once I got to my car (traveling alone with kids) no offer to help with luggage or scrape ice and snow off car.
The service was overall good and the parking convenient. That is the only reason I am hiving two stars instead of one. I payed for three days of parking up front and I ended up staying in the lot for two days and nine hours. I was in later than my anticipated departure and when I left I was charged a $20 late fee. Not only is $20 exorbitant but I didn’t even exceed the three day period which I paid for.
The level of customer service here is unmatched! We’ve used this parking location several times and always had good experiences - quick pick up, nice drivers, handle your luggage. But this time, our battery was dead and gas empty when we returned and our driver Kendall excelled. She gave us a jump and when we discovered the gas was also empty, she actually drove us to the nearest gas station with a spare container she had! And then proceeded to troubleshoot the gas tank with us until all was figured out and we were safely back on the road. All of this in the cold winter night. We will continue to use this place solely based on this act of going above and beyond, and we hope that Kendall is recognized by the company for her outstanding service and friendliness.
Waited over 20 minutes for shuttle. When leaving they charged me another $20 because i hit AM instead of PM. My mistake but $20 for 12 hours when it less than $10 a day to park there. That alittle ridiculous. I fly out Philadelphia airport all the time this is a first. Won't park there again
Closest to the airpport, fast shuttle service, easy in and out parking. Highly recommended
First and last time. Their shuttles don’t run continuously as it says on website. Had to call to get a shuttle and still look over 20 mins. Way better service and other places like Smart Park and Jetstream. Don’t waste ur time with these jokers.
The ONLY reason why I use Wally Park PHL (besides it being the most convenient to the airport) are the great drivers - Iris (safe driver, so conscientious and fun), Victor (safe driver, always kind and happy), Andrew (safe driver, and calls everyone "sweetheart" - HE is a sweetheart), and Badr (safe driver, and is a gentleman, always). I don't know the name of the drive who always has classical music playing....very nice and pleasant. Wally Park, these employees are your brand, and they really are the best and MAKE YOUR REPUTATION GREAT - please give GIVE THEM A RAISE!!!!!!!!!! Wouldn't go anywhere else :)
I DO NOT RECOMMEND! I was on my way to the airport with time to spare. I figured why not save money by finding parking at an off-site location. I called WallyPark and the guy who answered said I can just pay when I leave as apposed to online. What I did not notice is the price goes to 20.00 a day if you do not book online. This should have been mentioned to me when I had called them. The woman when I left was very rude and said there is nothing they can do about it and that it was my fault for not researching properly. That is not what a customer should here but i do now know NEVER to use WALLYPARK! Bait and Switch tactics show their business model is failing them. You get what you pay for and this is a great example, even though I paid almost the same as parking at the airport. Not to mention we had to wait for someone to pick us up at the airport which took forever. Then when we called to find out when the bus would show up, they gave a ballpark time that was way off... DO NOT USE!
I feel that they over charged me for a couple of hours parking. Instead of prorated they charged for the WHole Day. I've parked here before and was never charged for the regular $15.95 price. Was only charged for a couple hours over whatever I played on GROUPON ($5.95 or $7.95) NEVER MORE THAN THAT.

I get the Groupon Voucher to park here, so I get a good price. the shuttle always picks you up immediately when you park, the problem is they don’t like to pick you up from the airport when you return. I’ve had to wait 20-30 minutes after dispatch told me there was a shuttle already en route. Today the shuttle drove right by me as I was waiting in the cold at zone 3 as instructed. I called again and was told another one would come soon. In a few minutes I saw another one but it drove right by me also. I tried to run down to the stop at the next terminal. I saw him pause and pick someone up then he pulled off before I could catch him. I called dispatch again and they tried to tell me it went past me Because it was full which was obviously not the case as it stopped and picked someone up at the next terminal
Friendly, courteous staff and great service. From check in to check out, it couldn't have been any easier. When we went to leave our battery was dead. Stewart worked diligently to get us up and running. I will use Wally Park anytime when I travel.
WallyPark is horrible. Used them over the years but something changed recently. The last two experiences were identical. Waited 45 minutes and 50 minutes (last night) at the airport. I called many times to dispatcher who could care less that I was standing and waiting. Horrible, horrible, horrible. Never again. Never!!
