Please arrive at the lot at least 15 minutes before you wish to arrive at the PHL Airport departure terminal.
1. Enter at the Clarion Hotel and Park & Jet sign.
2. Take a ticket and save it for your return.
3. Park in the designated area and wait for the shuttle bus at your car. A lot attendant will assist you with your luggage.
4. The shuttle will drop you off at the airport terminal curbside.

Fast and friendly. Just remember to check the exit gate, for example baggage claim D. Each gate has their own zone 4.
Would have been 5 stars but had trouble when my flight was rescheduled for a day later. Was told I couldnt extend my reservation at the promo rate even though I hadn't redeemed part of it or at the online rate. Luckily that employee was wrong, stressed me out more for no reason.

Never again! I have been using park and jet for years and today I arrive go to zone 4 , call for the ride and get asked tons of questions about where I got my bags go the point where the dispatcher was asking us to walk back inside to read signs. Unacceptable! After we finally have her some information we could see from zone 4 - we heard another family getting the same run around! This is my last time using them for $70 for 5 days they will never see us again and I do not recommend them at all

The shuttle number 10 on Jully 27 2021 was dispatched to pick me up at Terminal A around 3:30 PM. Instead the driver asked me to board on the next shuttle while his van was completely vacant. It's a hot day, I guess he didn't want to leave the air conditioned vehicle to serve one single client. I had much better experiences with other parking companies.

Look on Groupon and you will find great discounts. Parked for 5 days for $65 including tax and fees. You don't walk in the lot at all, shuttle picks you up from your car and drops you at your car. When they pick you up they give u business card with your car location and the number to call when you are ready to be picked up from airport. Need to come in early for flight or stay longer there is a Clarion Hotel literally steps from the lot.

If you like standing on the curb waiting for a shuttle back to your car after a long flight to PHL this is the off site parking for you. Got in last night and waited for 35 minutes to get picked up. Will not use again. Saw 4 Wally park shuttles and more than 1 shuttle from many other parking lots while waiting.

Parking was easy. There was a shuttle waiting for us to take us to the airport. The driver was friendly and helpful. On our return I called for pickup and the shuttle was there shortly after my call.

This place needs a better system with airport pickups. They want you to call when you arrive but then the driver has no names or information of who they are picking up. While standing at the zone, you see plenty of other buses coming frequently, but this company is extremely slow.

My first time taking my own car to the airport.. it turned out to be so convienent and easy! Showed us where to park, shuttle picked us up right at the car, took us to the airport. Coming back, I called and told them where I was, the shuttle picked us up quickly and dropped us right at our car. Helped with bags, and even helped me get off and on the shuttle. (I have a bad knee.) Price was very reasonable.

The van pick you up and drop you off at your car, which is good done places you have to walk with your luggage out in the isles. The pickup from the airport was great, you don't have to wait at all. The drivers were helpful and courteous. Get the coupon code, you'll save a lot of money.
