Great experience. Indoor parking is massive and safe... Left my Corvette there for a week. Everyone was helpful. The drivers, the gate attendants, even the woman in the office. I needed access to my vehicle after dropping it off and before picking it up to transfer things from another vehicle, and everyone was very helpful.
Every other parking company bus passed me 5 to 8 times before the PreFlight bus came. I called them 3 times as I was walking out of the terminal before someone picked up the phone. They said they were sending someone and when a bus finally came it was already full and had no room for me. The bus driver said another one is coming but I waited another 20 min before it did. This used to be a great and easy place to park but they are not providing good service anymore. Wally Park and The Parking Spot busses came about every 5 min while I was waiting. This added about an hour to my trip.
Good price, drivers are helpful. However, pickup took 25 mins and no one would pick up the phone. Also, the exit booth was unmanned and one of the machines was not working. Added an extra hour to my trip home.
Best deal, service, and location I've ever used. Pay in advance on-line. Parking indoors or surface lot. Quick shuttles to and from the airport. Make sure you read and follow simple pick-up/ drop-off instructions. No hassles, no delays, no worries. Will use services again.
This was my first time using PreFlight and it was a great experience! They were timely with my pick up and drop off and the drivers I had each time were incredibly friendly and helpful! I would use them again and again!

Took forever to get picked up after calling several times (+35 mins). In two occasions they didn't even answer the phone calls. I would not recommend.
I have never used a lot that wasn't PHL economy.. which with Covid is obviously not an option.
This facility was amazing from the upfront pricing, the super fast shuttle and well lit and clean parking lot, both pre and Post flight was completely hassle free and I will totally use them again.

If I'm flying out of PHILADELPHIA, this is where I park. Shutter is clean and drivers are very pleasant and helpful. From calling them to pick me up at the terminal and to my car 15 minutes.

The customer service here is the worst. Drivers don’t help you with your bags and they take at least 20 - 25 min to pick you up from the airport. Bus #79 was the rudest. Not to mention dirty buses, never again. Don’t waste your money or time
I have used preflight parking for about 15 years. They have the most shuttles of any other off site parking. Their prices are the same or lower than the airport. If you want indoor parking they are a great deal. You can also build-up points to be used for free parking.
Preflight has been my preferred airport parking company for a number of years. I have never had a bad experience here except for the occasional issue with payment. My debit or credit cards have issues with their payment system almost every time I go. I have had different cards over the years but they always seem to have issues with my cards being read. I would also suggest if you use their services get the coupon on their website as it saves you quite a bit especially for long trips. The shuttle drivers are also very friendly and helpful so please tip them appropriately for their services both to and from the airport.
My husband and I did a reservation and paid in advance. When we return the cashier was unable to find or reservation and we paid twice. So, we could get off the lot. Was informed by cashier to call Pre-flight when we got home and we would be reimbursed the 82.00, that we paid at the gate. Needless to say they have been giving my husband the run around. Our original price was 42.00. We are now being told that we have go to the webs site that we used. We used this web site. I would like to be refunded my money. I will be contacting the BBB.

Don't believe any of the negative reviews! Our experience couldn't have been more seamless. All the drivers were incredibly friendly and helpful and when we first arrived and the van was driving around to do pick ups in the indoor parking, the driver stopped and patiently waited for us to unload our car. The check out people were very friendly as well. Prices are great for indoor parking and our car was safe and sound! Will most definitely use again!
So I actually liked the promptness and the service. They got up there quickly, it was a fast turn around. The problem I had was on my way back they did not enforce social distancing at all and it was not safe for the passengers. the shuttle was packed no seats left empty. That is why I gave 3 stars.

The first driver acted like she couldn't wait for us to get our luggage and left. But before she left, she said, "It will be about 5 minutes for another shuttle." The shuttle we did get on afterwards (which wasn't 5 minutes, it was more) it had two people on and then me and my three children. As we were coming out the driver stopped for a family of five, which I think he shouldn't have.....hence no social distancing. But otherwise the driver was good.
This is the second time I used PreFlight this month and I was very disappointed. I know they are short staffed due to Covid but this is the second time I had to wait 25-30 mins after calling for a shuttle. When I got in the shuttle today it was filthy! They marked off spots but there were crumbs and debris all over the shuttle. I asked about how they sanitize and they said they do that, but it was clear they don’t do it after each trip. He dropped us off at our cars and immediately went back to airport for more guests without cleaning or sanitizing. Will not use on our next trip and highly recommend bringing your own wipes and sanitizer when you use the shuttle.
They took over an hour to pick me up from the airport. I had prepaid and they held me at the paybooth until they could figure out how to check me out.
I’ll never use them again in this lifetime. I Pre-paid online before my trip. Then the night I return and get my car, the gate scanner wasn’t functioning properly and I was forced to pay for my car’s storage all over again. The staff doesn’t seem the least bit concerned about my refund either and it’s sad. I expected better. You’ve been warned.

I was at terminal E, It took 4 vehicle passed with full. One of the bus driver was mad when I said 3 prior buses are full. His comment was " What should I do". I suggest they should be sending a direct bus when the buses are getting full to a specific terminal.
Also when I reached the checkout gate the time was 7 minutes over my 5:30 departure, the gate keeper insisted that I have to pay $3 for the other the 24 hours. I have to explain that I had to wait over an hour at the gate to get the ride back.
Frequency was very low, this is the first time I use them. Will not use again.
Tough to navigate through the terminal, but good signage to help you if you miss your stop
Used to be great, but failing in the past year or so. Last Sunday evening, driver deliberately took on more passengers than seats, forcing the extra one to either stand or sit on someone's lap. He could not understand very basic English. Overall, shuttles have been slow to pickup from airport and service erratic.
Great service. As soon as I parked my car in the garage, Sean, the shuttle driver was there. Made it a pleasant trip. Excellent music. Gave me a ticket to help me find my car. Haven't returned, but will update that information later.
Terrible service!! Waited over a half hour for a van!! They advertise that they come around every 4-6 minutes. Saw vans from other parking services come around multiple times. If you’re in a hurry definitely don’t use Preflight parking!!!
Tried making a reservation online, Website had a generic "the system is currently not accepting reservations" message. When I showed up, was told that outdoor was full but the much more expensive indoor parking still had spots. Website made no indication that parking may be full, or even close to capacity.
