The entire experience was great.. greeted politely, the shuttle immediately picked us up and put our luggage in the shuttle. The driver was extremely positive and polite!! My favorite lot to park at. I purposefully fly out of PHL because I feel comfortable parking here. They have great prices and are always very helpful. The van is always clean and efficient. The drivers are beyond nice and helpful with luggage. Definitely the only place I will ever use for parking.

We always use this lot when traveling to Philly airport. There is also a coupon code online that allows the rate to be lower. They are prompt and courteous. You can make a reservation ahead but it’s not necessary. Highly recommend!

Excellent airport parking choice, and definitely my go-to. It is always a very quick in and out experience. There is always someone there to immediately take you to the airport and pick you up.
On departure, they get you out quickly - never worried about waiting for a full departure load. On return, I've never waited more than 5 or 6 minutes on the pickup.
The drivers are very professional and courteous.

This was my first experience with Expresspark. I was quite please. The staff--drivers and staff tending the office--were all very courteous and friendly. Service was efficient and fast. It was helpful to be able to reserve my spot. The lot is close enough to the terminal, that I think the entire process was faster than using one of the airport's remote lots. Based on my new experience, I am happy to recommend them.

I always used to park at the Philly Airport's economy lot. I tried Expresspark this one time and am never going back to the Economy lot. Expresspark is the best. On my return trip I called for a pick up and the van pulled up literally as I was putting the phone back in my pocket. Obviously some coincidence was involved but every employee I met was extremely helpful and, this is important, fast. They got me to the terminal and back far faster than I expected.

My brother turned me on to this place and now I use it all the time when I go to the Philadelphia Airport. Online reservations are very easy and usually they have a very good deal on parking it's definitely cheaper than the express parking at the airport there is a North lot and also a South lot very reasonable and the shuttle service is quick and friendly.

I have been using the north lot for a couple of years, never have complaints. Our last trip was 12/13, we arrived to the lot at approx 5:05pm , a van picked us up immediately at our car. our flight was boarding at 5:40, we were at F terminal by 5:15/5:20pm. Drivers are always courteous and helpful and i always end up tipping more than i plan to because of the service. Our return trip was just as good.

A short trip to to the terminal Upon our return the van picked us up just a couple of minutes after we claimed our bags. The van was not crowded. The driver helped us with our bags and we were quickly returned to our car. The person at check-out was prompt and efficient. No surprises with our bill. Very nice employees!

Van picks you up at your parked car, the driver loads and unloads your bags for you (if desired)....and by making a reservation upfront you keep your costs down (and the price is already quite good for airport parking in a major city). Pick-up was equally easy and fast on return....and driver again loaded/unloaded bags and dropped us right at our car. Excellent!

these guys are great!!! they got me to the airport quickly for my flight out. it was a great price!! when i got back from vacation my car battery had died. they had a jump box and our driver helped out. the super sweet lady who cashed me out gave me candy for the ride home. those two were my saving grace after a long trip. i wish i had gotten their names. thank you for a great experience.

Always extremely friendly and professional. We never have to wait long for a shuttle. The location is easy to get to. We've never come home to a single scratch on our vehicles. The price is very reasonable. The lot is big enough we always get a spot but not so big I have to spend 15 minutes getting to my vehicle. With all of that I would still say the courteous manner of their employees is their best feature.
