Was double parked in upon return to pick up my car. Very inconvenient! Shuttle did not run every 15 minutes. More like 20-25 minutes.
The pickup from the airport was quick and efficient. Waiting to be taken to the airport was not. A shuttle pulled in, dropped off the passengers and the driver said another shuttle would be along in 5 minutes. 45 minutes later the next shuttle showed up. If we had not allowed plenty of time to check in and get through security that wait would have been a problem. During one of the hottest summers in history my grandson and I stood outside in the side. There is not cover nor is there anywhere to sit. When I was checking in the person behind the desk kept holding up his hand for me to wait while he looked at his phone and called out numbers. According to my grandson the restroom was disgusting dirty. But we only paid around $6.00 per day which clearly demonstrates you get what you pay for.
