Like this a lot. I used to use the airport parking lots but the pickup was always a headache. I had to beg other shuttles to drop me off in the airport lots because the airport shuttles never came multiple times(sometimes I waited 45-60 minutes and never saw one for my lot). The Parking Spot service was much easier and I saw multiple shuttles from the same Parking Spot location in a short period of time.

Best choice if flying Southwest. It is a little farther than the other parking spots, but they have excellent shuttle service that more than makes up for the additional distance. Staff is always courteous and professional. They have an excellent app and awards program. Covered, uncovered and Onsite car detailing, valet parking. Luggage assistance and complimentary bottled water when leaving. There is a substantial discount if prepaying a reservation.

Fantastic experience! The facility felt very secure and was well maintained. The drivers were super friendly and very helpful. We barely had our luggage out of the car before a shuttle pulled up to take us to the airport, and the driver literally stopped and got out to walk down to the car and write down what space we were in for us. When we returned, there was zero waiting for a shuttle back at the airport, and the driver even helped us load and unload our bags and dropped us off right at our car. Weekly rate was reasonable, and checkout couldn't have been easier. Nothing but good things! We'll definitely be using them again next time we fly!

NOTICE: if you are flying out of terminal 1, do not park here. You will have to call dispatch and wait for about 20 minutes for a shuttle to get you upon arrival (45 mins from time of calling until getting to my car). If you are okay with the wait, then go right ahead. Good overall experience!

I’ve never written a review for a parking service until now, but I was so happy with this service! For the woman driver who helped us in the wee hours of March 22, THANK YOU. First off, the pickup from the terminal was smooth. Our driver helped us with our bags and met us quickly. Then, at the lot, she checked the bus and came back to deliver a phone I had misplaced on the bus! Finally, our car battery died, and she quickly helped us to jump our car with one of the handy machines available at the lot. She deserves a raise! Thanks for the great service-we will definitely use this lot again.

The Parking Spot East provides a safe environment for me and my vehicle. The drivers are friendly and both picked me up and dropped me off right at my car and helped me with my luggage..... I didn't even reserve the most expensive option to get this exceptional service ( I had the least expensive "uncovered" space). I always use this lot when I fly from the St. Louis airport. The new App feature that summons a shuttle after I retrieved my bag from luggage claim is an added bonus! I didn't have to wait at all to get a ride back to my car!

The shuttles are always pulling up right behind when we park and the drivers have likewise been eager to help load luggage onto the shuttle. The drive over to the terminal is quick and stress free. After seeing a shuttle sitting at the center island shut his doors, I flagged him down. The driver opened the doors, that's when I asked, "do you go to the east lot?"
Driver #3: what's it say on the side of the bus?? (with attitude)
Me: The Parking Spot 3 (i thought the 3 was a bus#)
Driver. #3: that means i go to lot 3.(Again with attitude and in front of a bus full of people)
Driver #3: walk up there and call the east garage, they will pick you up.
I walk where he pointed and called the east garage. Woman answered and said she would be between doors 11 & 12. I looked everywhere for numbers, but never found them. But i saw her bus parked way behind me, the opposite direction the driver from bus #3 told me to go.
Never again will i subject myself or ever recommend The Parking Spot to anyone! Completely rude driver of bus #3!!! I also paid for premium service. Enormous waste of money!!!

We had parked at around 6:30am on Christmas day. We were quickly able to get on the shuttle to the airport which made that process very easy. Sadly we were in the airport for nearly 24 hours before giving up on getting our flight. The attendant that was working at around 4am the day after Christmas was kind enough to remove the fees given the situation we were practically forced into. I've never used a parking service like this before and hands down it will be what I use in the future. The thoughtfulness and kindness was appreciated.

First time using this service. Was a fraction of airport parking cost. Left car there for a week and no issues. Service was perfect! When you park, make sure to use common since and note which lot it was. The shuttles that pick you up from airport are clearly marked for their respective lots. So if you parked in east lot or lot 1,2,3 then that's the shuttle number/name to take back to lot. I mention this because some reviews said they did not know which shuttle to take back to the lot from airport. The driver will give you a card when dropping you off with the phone number to call for pickup and for the respective lot that you left your car at. You can also see which lot it was when you look at their app. I don't have any affiliation with them, just stating the facts that some people do not have the sense to read or listen to. Once again first time but it was super perfect!

Best place to park if flying from Terminal 2 (Southwest), but park elsewhere--there are three Parking Spots near Terminal 1--if you're flying on any other airline. Note that when you return they pick you up on the far east side of the lower level, not where they dropped you off. Call them when you're getting off the plane and a bus should be waiting.
Sign up for the Spot Club and download their app to get the best pricing, accumulate points for free parking, and track their shuttle busses. AAA members get a 10% discount and they occasionally send offers via email for ~25% off. If you park here enough they also sometimes offer $1/day upgrades for garage parking. If you simply drive up without making a reservation on the app (they don't charge if you don't show up), the prices are much higher. Often even cheaper if you want to prepay.
They offer a large surface lot for the most reasonable prices compared to other options. Their bus comes right to your car, not to bus stops like other airport lots, and the drivers are usually very friendly and helpful. The garage is significantly more, and is sometimes less convenient as you have to meet the bus on the first level and there's only one set of elevators. There are usually spots open on that side of the garage, though, so drive around.
