Quality Inn (STL)

Right beside of Hertz. Four rooms have got water on the floor because of heavy raining this day. Staff helped me a lot to swap to a dry room. No maintenance. That's not nice to see. A person who has to start up their engine from a Mustang by 3:00am in the morning. Many times! It was very loud. The shuttle bus was punctual. Breakfast start at 6:00am. Any time again for the location.

Nice hotel for an affordable price. Room was clean. Air conditioner worked well. Lots of counter space in bathroom. Friendly staff at check in. Stayed for one night with my boyfriend after a concert at St. Louis Music Park. Location is within driving distance of many places to eat, shop, etc. I'd stay again.

I guess "location" could get 5 stars, given proximity to the airport... For my purposes, I gave it 4. A word of advice... Book this hotel online. We saved over $20 by doing so, the staff was more than accommodating in instructing us to book online. The room was very clean, the hotel was very quiet. We were not disturbed once through the night, which is unusual in this area. The nearest convenience store is 1.2 miles down woodson road, you'll find a dollar general and a 7-11 there. Overall, I would say you'll have a hard time finding a better room at this price point in this area. Happy travels!

Debbie is fantastic, quite possibly one of the most helpful and nicest people I've ever met, I would recommend staying here just for her, she will make you feel so good. The bed is pretty comfy as well

My room was a little run down. Not dirty. Just well-used. But for the price, it was exactly what one would expect.



Shuttle service to the airport was free and timely. Easy walking to 5+ car rentals. Right off the freeway. No complimentary breakfast but shared a parking lot with a pancake place.



Staff was friendly. Bed was comfortable. Would stay again.

Clean comfortable bed. Carpet needs a good cleaning. Fair water pressure in the shower. Free air port shuttle is a plus. I left before breakfast was served. Pool looked like a stagnant pond. Afternoon and morning front desk staff a little less than pleasant, but I’d stay here again.

I was told I couldn't Park my 26 ft box truck there after a day of already being there by a sign left on my window threatening that it'd be towed next time. I've never had a problem parking my truck at any Quality inns I've been to all over America and I'm a diamond member. Besides that, the place was nice.

I've stayed at well over 30 Quality Inn across the nation and this is by far the the most clean and well managed accommodating Quality Inn not just in Missouri but in the United States. I was more than pleased with the entire staff and the manager is one of the most gracious humans I've met. I'll be staying here every single time as I was treated like family and it was my 2nd home. Thank you Quality Inn for making each morning and night soothing with 0 to worry about you guys Rock! 5 stars and I recommend to everyone!

Check-in was smooth and fast. Nice clean bed sheets but mattress was really hard. Somewhat updated bathroom but still clean. Overall clean and comfortable stay

Nice clean room, although a bit dated, it was well equipped and very comfortable. Staff very friendly and accommodating, and the airport shuttle ran exactly when they said it would. I'd be happy to stay here again.

Arguably the best cheap hotel located near the st.louis airport. The room was clean; at this time of pandemic I made sure to pull out the comforter and sheets to make sure they were clean and washed properly. The hotel provided great service and internet connection was decent. I am go glad I booked this hotel to save me some money, also everyone at this hotel was helped and made sure my stay was perfect without any problems. Next year I am visiting st.louis again and I plan to stay at this Quality Inn again.

This hotel has a lot of years on it. The rooms are a bit run down. Most have small refridgerators and microwaves.

It is across the street from the airport. Makes it a bit more expensive, but still reasonable.

My biggest complaint was NOT the fault of the hotel nor the staff. I left half a bottle of really good bourbon in the fridge. :-(

Much better experience than I initially anticipated. The hotel is a bit dated but isn’t pretty decent condition and the staff are super friendly.

Ms Dee at the front desk went ABOVE AND BEYOND her call of duty for us. My husband just had surgery and was unable to go to the lobby each day to renew the reservation as we didn't know how long we were going to have to stay. Ms Dee came to our room twice each day just to check on him and ask if he needed anything. And she brought us new room keys as well. She is a true example of hospitality. Her vibrant and bubbly energy lit up the room when she greeted us at the door. Room was clean, housekeeping was super friendly and efficient.

Quiet place for anyone needing a good nights sleep. The bed was comfy, sheet were soft, and the AC was perfect.

We will definitely stay here again.

Great stay - friendly housekeepers. A small breakfast would be nice. But we will be back!

Clean and reasonably priced. I was only here for about 6 hours, but there was plenty of hot water and the bed was pretty comfy. The night manager was a big help to me, so she's the reason for most of the stars.

Don't know why most reviews are highly negative, yes it's shabby but it's stayable.

Great customer service (House-keeping included). Only concern I have is the 1st story rooms with windows, most HAVE BEEN tampered with, so I can see a female being concerned about staying in a room that people can access from outside. PLEASE fix this issue for future guest. Other than that, not the worst good-priced places I've stayed at.



No hoops to jump through or anything to book a room, very fast and easy, comfortable beds and towels. Careful in the tubs they are slippery.



DO NOT EXPECT a 5-star room or even 4-star, it got a TV for news/shows, a/c and heater, and minimalist stuff. It's a hotel for people who just needs a good sleep before their job next morning.

Nice place. Restaurant next door. Very good food.

Good experience overall. Affordable, and the bed was surprisingly comfortable. I slept well and amenities were nice. However, the room itself wasn't the most visually appealing, as the wall paper was peeling and there were cracks in the ceiling, however, in my opinion, these small factors didn't take away from the overall experience. I'm just grateful they were open at 1:30 AM. Thanks for the quick and affordable experience. 8/10 would recommend if you are looking for a place to sleep.
