Seems to be a little older property but clean and well maintained. Nice Libby area and has the typical Courtyard Starbucks and snackbar. The young man working there in the mornings seemed to be working the counter and the kitchen. He did a great job, but was stretched thin. Front desk staff were friendly and courteous.

My husband and I had reason to stay at this Marriott property the night before taking a flight out of the St Louis International Airport. The rooms were clean and comfortable, the service was excellent, and their airport shuttle ran on time without issue. We will gladly stay here again. Plus, this Marriott offered complementary parking.

Nice large property. A little dated and in need of repairs. People all nice enough. Bed really comfortable. Room had faint smokers smell but not horrible. Things are hard in hotels right now. Labor and management commitment are challenging. All things considered they are trying. Thanks.

In the middle of a remodel so difficult to be too j critical. Rooms are spacious and clean. My room didn’t face the road so quiet. TV could be a bit larger to fit the room size. There’s a nice size deck to the outside as well. Decent gym but the pool is closed due to the remodel.

We had a bit of a problem and wait checking in but the lady working made sure everyone was taken care of while we waited. very friendly, clean and comfortable beds and rooms, close to the amphitheater which is where we were going. Will definitely be back.

The usual Courtyard facility. Operating a little differently due to COVID, but all the things you’d expect. Relatively large room, comfy bed, all the normal amenities. Staff was friendly and welcoming. My smoke detector was chirping (low battery) when I returned to my room late one evening (10:30pm). Staff addressed it in a matter of minutes!
My only major complaint is the shower setup. The soap/shampoo/conditioner dispenser was placed on the side wall of the shower, so I scraped my arms, shoulders, back, etc. about 10 times every time I showered.
Lesser issues are I also found it very weird that all the side doors were deactivated at 10pm, forcing you to go through the main door no matter where your actual room was. It’s also oddly positioned in what looked like an industrial district and not immediately near any resources (shops, food, etc.) other than a nearby gas station and McDonalds. Other places are a short 5-20 minute drive away.

The Bistro restaurant is a complete waste. Three people in the place and we waited 45 minutes for an egg sandwich, that was missing 1/2 the toppings listed on the menu.

Reasonable price, nice and spacious room, and comfortable. Nearby St. Louis Airport and perfect location for stay. Easy check-in and check-out. Morning staff was very helpful. Only bad part of the stay was, Chef did not come in the morning so no breakfast during my stay.

I stayed here for 48 nights during my initial training for a new job. The entire staff treated me like family. The hotel is old but well kept with clean remodeled rooms and excellent housekeeping. Other people stayed in hotels closer to where we needed to be and eventually the company offered to move me but I decided to stay here instead. Thank you to all the staff at Courtyard Earth City!

I stayed at the Courtyard by Marriott St. Louis Airport/Earth City for 7 days. During my stay, my room was clean upon arrival. Customer service was great, towels and sheets were brought up as requested. There was an issue with the TV remote. It was slow to respond and the navigation menu wasn't working properly. Also, if you have an issue with traffic/freeway noise, do not get a room on the right side of the hotel that is next to the other hotel. I was in room 315. During my stay, I never let trash sit in room overnight and put it out for pickup. Glad I did because I noticed ants had started showing up in the room on my last night. My son had also had an issue with ants in his room. I informed the desk clerk upon checkout the next morning. I don't do bugs in rooms but if this issue is rectified, I'd stay here again.

Would have given 5 stars if I bathroom had functioned a little better. hotel is very nice and obviously recently upgraded, room was spacious and very clean. The only issue we had was a toilet that had a tricky flush. it eventually worked, you just had to put a lot more effort into it then you should have to. Quiet area very near Hollywood amphitheatre. Pleasnt staff.

Great place for a quick stay overnight in St Louis if commuting via airport. Room was clean, bed comfortable and Jazmin at the front desk was super friendly and helpful. Didn’t use the gym or pool but both looked nice, big and clean.

Very nice facilities, HOWEVER, not so impressed with our room assignment. We were on the 3rd floor at the total oppossite end away from the elevator. Older ladies & senior citizens should be asked when the room might be too physically challenging to find, yes?

i can't say enough about the staff. Although some of the amenities were not available (pool being one of them which I did not intend to use), and the cafe. The hotel provided coffee and a sampling of cold and warm breakfast items. Room was clean and confortable. Good water pressure and plenty of hot water.
My only suggestion is when booking ask for a room that is not on the highway side of the building. I-70 was very noisy. The staff was very helpful in changing my room after the first night.

It's a good option to be near the airport or St.Charles. Very clean hotel. Nice and comfortable rooms and the shower had great water pressure.
The only issue was the hotel shuttle, when I arrived at STL, I called for it and was told it was on its way. I called back after 50min and it the kid at front desk was surprised and confirmed it was on its way. This time it arrived in 10min. Shuttle driver was super nice and apologetic after I explained I waited for an hour. He had no idea. He told me if I needed the shuttle to go to dinner, just let him know. I went down at dinner time the next day, requested the shuttle and got a flat NO...unless you going to the airport 🤷🏻♂️. So I called an Uber. No biggie. It's just that younger generations need to understand the concept of customer service. Dinner place was closer than airport.

Dated rooms with a few broken items. The soap and hand sanitizers were empty a few places.
The staff at the front desk and in the coffee/breakfast shop were absolutely wonderful!

Nice staff. Clean room. The only issues were the interstate traffic was so loud you could hear it in the room. Hard to get rest & they didn't supply enough towels etc.
