Seems to be one well run airport. Even though the lines get long at certain times , the tsa workers do their best to get people through asap while being as thorough as possible. No complaints/criticisms that I can see. Great job

Quality Inn at Daytona Beach was amazing. The staff was incredible. Super nice and very helpful. The rooms were clean and the beach was beautiful. We're definitely coming back.

I like Lambert airport. It is not like while bunch of airports with crowded floors. You can even do baggage check outside. The people are very friendly and helpful. I didn't really have to go from floor to floor and be in long lines. I walked in checked my bag and boom everything was on the floor that I walked in to - Yes. I was happy that I didn't have to go up and down and around and around. Lambert Airport kept things simple for me. Thank you Lambert in The Loui

I have never had an issue flying out or flying into the airport. It’s easy to pick a person up from the airport and it is easy to drop a person off. I really don’t have one single complaint about my experiences here.

Had a decent time. The lines were short for the fast food and everyone was nice, Nothing spectacular.

St. Louis Lambert Airport is a smaller airport so not as crazy or confusing when compared to ATL, JFK, DFW, etc. But it's still an airport and there are certainly inconveniences that are inherent. Overall a good airport though. Easy for our friends to pick us up and drop us off, not difficult to navigate and security was fine. Loved that they had a Ted Drewes custard vending machine in the concourse.

Small airport with a descent amount of places to eat at. Had some time to waste here as our flight was delayed 3 times. So could wander freely being that we were here so long the airport closed. First time I've seen a service dog relief area, probably because I had time to look... Delta really let us down by flying a busted plane out to us that already had problems trying to squeak by. But that's a review for Delta not St. Louis Lambert International Airport..

Flight was delayed by 4hrs! But the staff was amazing and managed to get me both flights on same day but different times!. Great service!. Make sure to ASK for what you need, if you don't ask HOW can they help you they might not do it, just gotta help them tap unto that dormant knowledge they have because they Do forget, they humans also.

I was flying alone for the first time, navigating the airport and parking alone. So many kind employees went out of their way to help me when I obviously looked lost! A custodian, a shuttle driver, and many more. Thank you for having genuinely kind, helpful and informed employees!

Traveled many airports, this is one of my Top 10 best. Always clean bathrooms, great restaurants, always someone to help if need be. Good signs for correct terminals.

I work here as a security guard. The mornings and nights are quiet when there are less patrons coming and going. Then by mid afternoon, it starts getting busy mainly at terminal 2 more often than terminal 1.

Everyone there working and the flight crew were nothing but super nice and very helpful... I truly felt like a king they took care of all my belongings and being a double amputee below the knee and also missing my left hand they totally took care of me and it wasn't just because it was their job like they truly made me feel the most welcome I've ever felt in an airport... I think other airports should go to this airport and see how helpful and how they go above and beyond for passengers... It was just a really nice surprise for once... Thank you St Louis Lambert international airport...

I thought my service was good. I like the quick baggage claim. However, they need more food choices. The restrooms were clean.

Love this airport! Good that they have lots of restaurants and they have two lounges. Also, DON’T GIVE THE AIRPORT A BAD REVIEW WHEN YOU REPORT A SITUATION THAT IS THE AIRLINES FAULT!!!! (Mechanical issues, emergency landings, etc.) Thank you Lambert!

Sept2022: 4⭐: I was stranded at this airport for quite a while on a layover. I decided to walk around and found a few things that were interesting. I took note that the kiddie area was closed at the time I was there. I did see a decent amount of artwork that caught my attention in the hallways. You know most airport space is decent and sometimes still being further developed. I like this airport on a basic level as it appears to be fairly functional. I took notice that maintenance was being performed on the walking floors, so I had to use my own two feet!! What is happening!! Oh wait, yeah that's why I have those... LoL

Security check in was better that most. They were a little more friendly. It's a small concorse at terminal two so easy to get to your gate. The restaurant's were the worst though, not much to choose from., but they appears to have nice places for alcohol beverages.

It’s a nice airport, people are friendly, everything is clean, never too crowded. Parking for pick up and drop of is easy, they have good restaurants and shops around to grab a snack

Or get something for the plane. I like this airport!

It's small, but the design reminds you of a different Era! The main terminal brings back the old-time feel of flying! Great artwork displays as well as food options! The service is fantastic as well!

This was my first time visiting STL. I fly a-lot, and I must say, I was really impressed with how clean the entire airport was. The floors, seats, and most of all bathrooms were all extremely clean. I feel so relaxed waiting for my flight in a clean airport.

They have a nice variety of restaurants and eateries to choose from, artwork and displays throughout the airport, a children's playground, and even a pet relief area. Very nice touch STL.

St Louis Lambert International Airport is a good airport to travel to and from. You can fly to just about anywhere from this airport, it's not a large facility so the wait for security and ticketing is reasonable. The airport could use some updating, but overall it's a good airport

A smaller airport that is very efficient and packs a decent dining list and a couple options to have lounge access. Easy to navigate and the wayfinding is clearly visible. A fairly clean facility.

Well, here I am working a reserve shift as a Flight Attendant - we're talking 5a check-in time... I didn't get called in to work a flight, so I utilized my time to enjoy the moment. I decided to walk around the airport and take pictures. I hope you enjoy!

I actually saw the Metro Link station - and what's crazy is I've been to the airport so many times, but first time visiting that part. It was actually very peaceful to enjoy my walk around the airport.

I took random photos: walked through The Lambert Gallery - prayed in the Chapel - wish I could've played on the piano, withdraw money from US Bank to take a trip overseas somewhere (mind you, I don't bank with them lol) and to stand tall next to the Chinese statues.

Sounds like a fun day at work, right! All-in-all, Lambert Airport is smaller and have steady flights coming in and out. I enjoy working here, everyday the scenery consists of either catching a flight to another city or good times people watching.

Wasn’t here long, got luggage and left. From what I did experience, it was clean. Luggage carousel was a bit confusing. Love that the metro stations runs out of it. I’d say it’s average as airports go. Not awful, not fantastic. Very satisfactory

Quick getting out to the curb. Uber was fairly obvious (because the app has directions) the signs are ok at the airport though. People/staff are always helpful.

STL is a small and convenient airport, but doesn't have much to do there. Since the airport is not too crowded or too busy. Just stop there. I generally much nicer and has a lot more patience to resolve customer issues.

1 2 3 4 5
An easy and efficient airport. There are two terminals. One for Southwest and one for all other airlines. The drop off area allows one to pull over while traffic can flow behind. This is nice as it allows a moment to say good bye to whomever is dropping you off. Check in is straight ahead and then security/terminal access you will take the escalator or stairs down one level. Baggage claim is easy and if you are picking up a rental car walk all the way to the end of baggage claim to catch your shuttle. Each rental car agency has their own shuttle.

Lambert International airport has a Clear lane. I highly recommend having Clear and or TSA precheck for all airports, but at an already not super busy airport either of these options makes passing TSA security a breeze. The airport is very clean and has a good food options as well as your airport convenience stores.

Everyone was really nice. I didn't have to wait long for my flight. The food that I got while waiting was delicious. Everything is clean and looks good. I was able to see the behind the scene too so there are some pictures of places most people couldn't go like in one of the towers. Overall this airport is amazing in my opinion.

Lambert Airport is like any other airport I've been in and operates as it should. There is ample parking with a shuttle bus running because the place covers a lot of ground. Gates and terminals are clearly marked, employees know the lay of the land and have always been helpful with helping me navigate the place. There are lots of restaurants, fast food, and coffee places to choose from while waiting for departure. Most major airlines fly out of Lambert. Love that the MetroLink extends to the airport. The pick-up area is efficient and also marked clearly to help passengers inform their ride where to pick them up.

Nice size airport. Lots of fast food eateries and pubs. Multiple terminals, and there's at least one pet relief area at the end of terminal 2. The staff at the kiosks work fast and courteously. There are tornado shelters and wheelchair refuges in the terminals. The gates are divided by short plastic barriers, others the terminals are just long, open rooms.

Southwest Airlines terminal. Great customer service by SWA and TSA was friendly but busy. Tsa had 3 lines open but slow going with the scanners. Not all the eatery's were open. Starbucks was not open in the main area but the one in Gate 33 was. People not wearing masks in the terminal but that will change July 27. We had a few people on the flight to Ft. Meyers who took their masks off but SWA announced that they must remain on unless eating or drinking. So....resistance will be futile. Lol

I have had no problems. So you know how they say get there 2 hours before. To be honest this place so dead all times of the day I know people who come 30min before and you’ll be good. I do 45 min because I’m just that person, but hope you have a safe flight

Only there for 90 minutes after transferring from one flight to another. Restrooms were clean. Good selection of restaurants in E Gate area. Gate areas were clearly marked, and signage to gates and terminals were visible and easy to follow. In addition, audio from PA system was clear and at an undistorted volume level. My first flight from St. Louis since 1984. A pleasant experience.

Bathrooms could be cleaner. Gate 18 well set out. People nice. Plenty of places to eat and drink right beside the gate. Not jammed either. Plug and usb cell charging stations at gate seating area.

Nice airport. Wasn't expecting to be here (emergency landing) but they have lots of food options and the ground crew seems to be keeping up with the snow storm...

Overall pretty good experience flying into and out of this airport. East to navigate with great signage. Got to try a new TSA machine where you didn't need to remove anything from your bags - but this didn't seem to be any faster even at 3:45am with only a few people going through security. Other than that, no complaints.

Airport looks like not working full capacity. The plane in another hand was full. The airport was clean. One of the elevators was not working. Most of the airlines boots appear empty. Good luck trying to find someone to help you to answer your questions.

I have not stopped in St Louis International airport for a few years until today. Still friendly, tidy and clean.

Today was even more special with salute greeting to all Veteran. Great symbol of being in America.

Always a pleasure to come through STL. Baskin Robins in the terminal that was open despite covid for much needed ice cream, clear terminal listings, and very simple terminal layout

Everyone was great. Great customer Service and very friendly people. The airport was a little small but easy to read the overhead signs that tells you where to go. If you need some help, anyone will help you, including the strangers. I like the food there too.. I will be back to visit

Easiest airport to get into and out of. Wish they had left the angled parking at departures, though. Security is friendly and efficient, and baggage comes out relatively quick. Although, sometimes I have had to wait 15 to 20 minutes for my bags. Overall, it is a friendly, well run airport.

This airport is Awesome, as sion as i checked in, and reported to my departure gate. . the restrictions were right there, and there's hooks on the wall to hang your garment bag; or whatever. The services/ assistance were Great. I could say more; but the stars speaks for itself😍💃💃

On our return trip home to St Louis, our flight arrived at around 1:00 a.m. . We thought my daughter's fiance was going to meet us in the baggage claim area, but he was up in the arrival pickup area. We didn't have an idea of where this was, and a wonderful man working at the airport asked if we needed assistance, and guided us to where the fiance was waiting. This man went out of his way to help us and it was after 1:00 in the morning. We are so thankful for him unfortunately I didn't get his name, but kudos to him and his willingness to help!! St Louis airport needs a hundred more people like him. Thank you very much!

A pleasant sized airport serving St Louis. Clean and well maintained. TSA is smooth and efficient. Car rental locations are off-airport with each company providing frequent service. I found the pickup location unclear, thus ask for assist as needed. If one wants a quieter part of the facility to make calls or do work, area of C27 and C28 gates is not at all busy any time I have passed through.

This is a very interesting place! It’s like they have every creature comfort including parking for departures, shelves above the urnials, all the seats face the same way and a Hudson news every 20 ft. I would recommend a stop here sometime.

What a beautiful little airport! With only a few terminals, it is pretty easy to get around and make it to your gate. The precheck security section has its own seperat entrance, which makes boarding extremely quick and easy. And the southwest section is HUGE - checking a bag at a kiosk before dropping it off is super fast, as there are always kiosks open.

The giant windows are particularly picturesque! They look beautiful from the inside and outside. Attached a picture of a little guy who loved then so much he retired to hug them at full speed, and ended up sleeping next to them!

Very good . The only issue is good. Many good courts closed due to the covid problem but otherwise nice and quite no traffic.

Clean and efficient. Not a lot of places to sit at peak times but what midsize airport can’t say the same thing. They had a dunking donuts that flew thru a packed line u we efficiently and expedited an iced coffee into my hands at 8 am so I got rave reviews for them.

Using both frontier and southwest both services were great. Security check was timely. Airport was clean, stores polite and quick. Only issue was the airport felt warm like the A/C was not ablE to keep up. But that is my only issue.

Elaborate Anheuser Busch display of vintage pieces with historical facts. Sophisticated photography spread of St. Louis buildings and architecture. Nice representation of the last few generations of my hometown captured in the displays. The history of the Blues music genre coupled with Jim Crow Laws lining the walls is an interesting find

Early morning flight. So didn't use much of the facility. Didn't have any problems. Rated 4 instead of 5 because security line seemed slow for amount of people. That's not really an airport problem and I'd rather be safe. That's why you get there early

A "gate attendant" at gate 20 in St. Louis by the name of Cricket was absolutely fabulous! I am in a wheel chair and was "left" by that assistant at Gate 20 (not in the normal area for people that required assistance) for a 6 hour layover. I had no one to help me get to the restroom until 2 hours later Cricket came to check on me. She told me she would not leave me alone and sent someone to assist me. She checked on me regularly until it was time for my flight to leave. Her care and attention were so very welcome to a 74 year old woman in a wheelchair.

Great airport! Easy getting in and out. They could use a few more places open, like everywhere else, but it's fairly well maintained and most of the workers there are friendly and helpful. Chili's bar in C gates is always popular.

Great place to visit. Staff was very knowledgeable. One of the best interpretive museums I've ever been in. They have airport like security to get through before visiting the bookstore, museum, or arch tram. There was more room at the top than one would think. It has a spectacular view. Take the last ride up if you can to capture a fanominal sunset view over the city.

Overall good airport, just wish it wasn’t so far up north of St Louis in a not so safe surrounding area. Don’t stray from The main highway when making your way there. Pretty good parking options. Clean. Not too big so you don’t have to arrive super early. When USO is open (not sure it’s back since COVID closing), it was really nice and good food options and places to rest and relax. Pretty good prices on flights out so it’s not too small of an airport.

I live in at Louis and use the airport many times a year. Terminal 2 is nice but it could use more seating and food options. TSA Pre-check is a breeze but the southwest ticket can get busy during holidays. I have also flown with Lufthansa out of terminal 2 and needed a wheelchair for my grandpa. The staff took 30 minutes before they brought it for him. Seems like they were not in a rush but luckily we got there early. Overall pretty good but needs some improvements.

The airport is to the smaller side. There are many restaurants but they are closed during the night. So if you are traveling at night, make your own food arrangements before you go past the security checks.

Southwest has a huge counter with an ample amount of self service kiosks to print the check-in baggage labels which saves time at the actual counter.

Visited STL Southwest on a quick stop. Corridor was quiet, clean, with restrooms, a restaurant, an airport store to grab quick items, and a Starbucks. Service at the restaurant and Stsrbucks was quick and food affordable. My gate (E31) was rather empty with plenty of places to charge my phone.

A pleasant sized airport serving St Louis. Clean and well maintained. TSA is smooth and efficient here. A little confusing for rental car locations where the vans pick up the travelers - ask for directions if in doubt. If one wants a quieter part of the facility to make calls or do work, area of C27 and C28 gates is not at all busy any time I have passed through.
