On our return trip home to St Louis, our flight arrived at around 1:00 a.m. . We thought my daughter's fiance was going to meet us in the baggage claim area, but he was up in the arrival pickup area. We didn't have an idea of where this was, and a wonderful man working at the airport asked if we needed assistance, and guided us to where the fiance was waiting. This man went out of his way to help us and it was after 1:00 in the morning. We are so thankful for him unfortunately I didn't get his name, but kudos to him and his willingness to help!! St Louis airport needs a hundred more people like him. Thank you very much!
Security check in was better that most. They were a little more friendly. It's a small concorse at terminal two so easy to get to your gate. The restaurant's were the worst though, not much to choose from., but they appears to have nice places for alcohol beverages.
This airport is Awesome, as sion as i checked in, and reported to my departure gate. . the restrictions were right there,and there's hooks on the wall to hang your garment bag; or whatever. The services/ assistance were Great. I could say more; but the stars speaks for itself😍💃💃
Easiest airport to get into and out of. Wish they had left the angled parking at departures, though. Security is friendly and efficient, and baggage comes out relatively quick. Although, sometimes I have had to wait 15 to 20 minutes for my bags. Overall, it is a friendly, well run airport.
Nice-sized airport. Easy to get around in. Has all of the conveniences.
Got there an hour early of my flight. There was no line for TSA.
Always a pleasure to come through STL. Baskin Robins in the terminal that was open despite covid for much needed ice cream, clear terminal listings, and very simple terminal layout
Baggage came out on carousel quickly today.
The people were very sweet and helpful. However when waiting to board the plane, the TV was obnoxiously loud, the lady talking to us could not be understood, I believe she was slurring her words, although the speaker system was awful too. I am at Charlotte Douglas International Airport now and I was able to understand every word lady was saying when waiting to aboard the plane.
Airport looks like not working full capacity. The plane in another hand was full. The airport was clean. One of the elevators was not working. Most of the airlines boots appear empty. Good luck trying to find someone to help you to answer your questions.
Always waiting 20-40 minutes for checked bags. Never experience this in other airports.
Little dusty in here, no big deal. For every crabby person there is a super nice person to balance things out.
Everyone there working and the flight crew were nothing but super nice and very helpful... I truly felt like a king they took care of all my belongings and being a double amputee below the knee and also missing my left hand they totally took care of me and it wasn't just because it was their job like they truly made me feel the most welcome I've ever felt in an airport... I think other airports should go to this airport and see how helpful and how they go above and beyond for passengers... It was just a really nice surprise for once... I work here as a security guard. The mornings and nights are quiet when there are less patrons coming and going. Then by mid afternoon, it starts getting busy mainly at terminal 2 more often than terminal 1.
I thought my service was good. I like the quick baggage claim. However, they need more food choices. The restrooms were clean.
Super easy to navigate awesome staff. The Chili's is really good and the people are super nice.
Quick getting out to the curb. Uber was fairly obvious (because the app has directions) the signs are ok at the airport though. People/staff are always helpful.
I have never had an issue flying out or flying into the airport. It’s easy to pick a person up from the airport and it is easy to drop a person off. I really don’t have one single complaint about my experiences here.
Didnt go throughout whole airport. But the people and staff I encountered were nice. Bathroom were clean and had handicapped stalls. Plus brewer right by my gate.lol
Poor signage for exits, luggage carts way overpriced. They were offering free carts at other airports. Not many food options available.
Southwest Airlines terminal. Great customer service by SWA and TSA was friendly but busy. Tsa had 3 lines open but slow going with the scanners. Not all the eatery's were open. Starbucks was not open in the main area but the one in Gate 33 was. People not wearing masks in the terminal but that will change July 27. We had a few people on the flight to Ft. Meyers who took their masks off but SWA announced that they must remain on unless eating or drinking. So....resistance will be futile. Lol
Easy to navigate, quick processing through TSA security. If traveling military, USO facility is very accomodating and the staff is very friendly.
I had no problems at the terminal where Alaska Airlines has its gate. Bag claim area was very efficient. Good signage for Passenger Pickup area.
Following COVID procedures very well, though some airlines are fully booking flights.. but the airport itself is clean and staff is nice!
I've been through this airport so many times over the years going back to the 1980s. It is still very outdated. Parts of it are kept clean and some well... During recent times in the midst of COVID-19 they are making an effort to ramp up the cleanliness. So there's that. Did not really have to interact with personnel as social distancing was on high alert.
As outdated as it is (Old TWA hub) it is relatively easy to navigate, particularly when fewer travelers are in it.
Parked in their parking lot where we have to pay to park. Left Saint Louis yesterday to Boston. Boyfriend accidentally left my car keys in one of the tubs where you put your belongings at security checkpoint.
You try to call, they tell you to call another number that does not even work.
We have tried emailing and they give us a number that is incorrect.
Finally get an automated voice stating any items that are left there are also kept there.

Saint Louis airlines had 942 people "working" and i use that term loosely, security, but they were all to busy being loud and playing vs having any idea that we may or may not have left something in a tub.
The airport was dated, pretty nasty and pretty dirty. Not 1 person was friendly. You will not be keeping my keys for 30 days end of story.

Wasnt impressed.. All the airports i go thru this had to be the dirtiest. During times like this pandemic you would think they would be clean
This airport is very old and dated. The entire airport is dirty. Look at other airports and this one needs a major overhaul. They can't even get the a/c to work correctly.
Customer service and security were polite and communicative... The only restaurant open was lazy, sloppy and so slow I left after waiting for over 5 minutes for service. I would rather spend$10 on a bag of peanuts.
Nice small airport. No white loading zones. Pull in, park unload and say proper goodbyes.
Modern neat airport. Medium sized, primarily served by Southwest and the ubequitous American Airlines. Only a few eateries avaialbe with long lines to get something to eat. Boarding area is very comfortable with power points on the seats. Airport also has limited 1hr free Wi-Fi xourt8of its partners.
Oof, this was a rough airport during covid. Very few people wearing masks and almost nobody doing any social distancing. Even if St Louis as a city is doing well in terms of covid, that doesn't mean that people shouldn't wear masks in the airport!!
Had a decent time. The lines were short for the fast food and everyone was nice, Nothing spectacular.
Only thing that could have made it better would be if more places were open.

I'm very disappointed, I checked my luggage at the baggage counter and TSA opened it to check witch is cool, they opened my 6oz. beard oil bottle and did not close the top at all. So needless to say the oil emptied out of the plastic bag that it was into my luggage. Please, whom ever did this in the future take the time and close the next person's liquid bottles. Continue to save us from the evils of the world but my "Beard Oil" comes in peace✌😊
Using both frontier and southwest both services were great. Security check was timely. Airport was clean, stores polite and quick. Only issue was the airport felt warm like the A/C was not ablE to keep up. But that is my only issue.
I will avoid this airport like the plague in the future. I departed from STL. It started with me being told the checked luggage I paid for online had to be paid for again. I was told then I could dispute it with my card company later. I shouldn't have to waste my time when I did everything I was supposed to in advance. From there, I was treated as cattle and an inconvenience to the employees. Two employees out of approximately 16 I had contact with were polite and helpful. I understand people have bad days but something is seriously wrong when the majority of employees are acting like jerks. There is obviously an employee morale problem at this airport and it is taken out on the passengers.
When you come from the west on Lindbergh it's hard to get to terminal 1 arrivals but when you come from the east on Lindbergh it's easy to find terminal 1 arrivals street and area to pickup
It was great a nice place friendly people everything nice and organized not too far out of the way got my luggage for the quick and all of my luggage Southwest it's a great Airline really nice planes thank you

Very good . The only issue is good. Many good courts closed due to the covid problem but otherwise nice and quite no traffic.
Love this airport! Good that they have lots of restaurants and they have two lounges. Also, DON’T GIVE THE AIRPORT A BAD REVIEW WHEN YOU REPORT A SITUATION THAT IS THE AIRLINES FAULT!!!! (Mechanical issues, emergency landings, etc.) Thank you Lambert!
What a beautiful little airport! With only a few terminals, it is pretty easy to get around and make it to your gate. The precheck security section has its own seperat entrance, which makes boarding extremely quick and easy. And the southwest section is HUGE - checking a bag at a kiosk before dropping it off is super fast, as there are always kiosks open.
The giant windows are particularly picturesque! They look beautiful from the inside and outside. Attached a picture of a little guy who loved then so much he retired to hug them at full speed, and ended up sleeping next to them!
This is a very interesting place! It’s like they have every creature comfort including parking for departures, shelves above the urnials, all the seats face the same way and a Hudson news every 20 ft. I would recommend a stop here sometime.
A pleasant sized airport serving St Louis. Clean and well maintained. TSA is smooth and efficient. Car rental locations are off-airport with each company providing frequent service. I found the pickup location unclear, thus ask for assist as needed. If one wants a quieter part of the facility to make calls or do work, area of C27 and C28 gates is not at all busy any time I have passed through.

Traveled many airports, this is one of my Top 10 best. Always clean bathrooms, great restaurants, always someone to help if need be. Good signs for correct terminals.
I was flying alone for the first time, navigating the airport and parking alone. So many kind employees went out of their way to help me when I obviously looked lost! A custodian, a shuttle driver, and many more. Thank you for having genuinely kind, helpful and informed employees!

I have had no problems. So you know how they say get there 2 hours before. To be honest this place so dead all times of the day I know people who come 30min before and you’ll be good. I do 45 min because I’m just that person, but hope you have a safe flight
Bathrooms could be cleaner. Gate 18 well set out. People nice. Plenty of places to eat and drink right beside the gate. Not jammed either. Plug and usb cell charging stations at gate seating area.
An airport without premium lounge access sucks. Lambert has done trial lounges that offered subpar drinks & food from satellite location like Pasta House or Pub hubs throughout the airport. They ended...however there is a fairly new lounge space in terminal 1 open to all travelers for $38. This lounge does not offer showers but there is a bar, cozy seating, 1 TV, 1 flight monitor & charging ports. It's a start...now if Lambert can I my get more outbound destinations they'll be in the game.
Overall pretty good experience flying into and out of this airport. East to navigate with great signage. Got to try a new TSA machine where you didn't need to remove anything from your bags - but this didn't seem to be any faster even at 3:45am with only a few people going through security. Other than that, no complaints.
