We’ve used The Parking Spot several times and it’s always been a pleasant experience. The only downside is that Parking Spot 2 picks up on the hotel side of the terminal we’re as the remainder pickup on the shuttle side. It was largely my fault as I completely missed the several signs on the bus noting the pickup location.

Used the app to reserve a parking spot a few months in advance. Received a QR code to add to my apple wallet. Scanning in was easy. The bus to pickup didnt take long to get to me. Leaving the lot was a bit of a mess because there wasn't any clearly marked exit signs. I ended up trying to exit where the pickup bus leaves, and apparently that doesn't work with customer cars. That could've been operator error on my part, but you'll see.

I’ve always used “Spot” and been very happy with the service. The last trip I traveled alone and came back late. The driver dropped me off first and drove away. Before I was able to load my 1 suitcase and get in the car. I was approached by a single man who got off shuttle behind me. He asked for money and I said I didn’t have any.He did leave, but that Situation could have ended differently. I was lucky that night, but the situation might have been different if that driver would have waited until I got into my car.

Parking lot felt very safe. The shuttle got to my car right after I parked, was at the airport in 5 minutes. Returning, I only had to wait maybe 5 minutes for the shuttle. Very easy and quick. Highly recommend.

Parking Spot 2 has covered parking and easy to find We were met at our vehicle within seconds. Our driver was very nice. When we got to the airport check in we realized we had forgotten something in our vehicle. I called the Parking Spot2 and reached someone immediately. They were able to send our driver right back over to us. He took us back to our vehicle and then back to the terminal. We were very impressed with their understanding and courtesy. We will definitely stay with them again on our next trip.

We had a great experience at the Parking Spot 2 in St. Louis. The morning we parked the driver picked us up right at our car and helped load and unload our luggage from the bus. He was so kind and we truly appreciate all his help. The bus arrived within a few minutes at the airport on our return flight as well. It was also nice to return to our vehicle that had been parked with overhead cover so that we didn’t have to clean snow and ice off after our long flight. We will definitely use the Parking Spot 2 the next time we fly.

I love that when we park here, the driver is at our spot almost immediately to pick us up and then they drop us off at our cars and assist with our luggage. I also appreciate getting the little card with your parking spot number on it. Preparing for travel and coming home from travel is exhausting and often very stressful so having that bit of service and convenience is wonderful. I even like the touch of getting a bottle of water when leaving the garage because you often don't have an opportunity to get something to drink on the airplane or avoid doing so due to avoid going to the bathroom on the plane or the airport. Little things like that are really appreciated. Also, we had an issue trying to pay as we left and the attendant helped us out pretty quickly and she was very personable.

Everyone was very friendly. Our flight was delayed 2 hours and they showed up very quickly to pick us up even though it was almost to 2am. When we got to the car the battery was dead. I called their number to find out who they recommended to call. But they had their own jumper box and came right over and jumped us. They are great people and took great care of us. Will be coming back again!
