Ok, let me preface this story by saying I had been traveling nearly 24 hours when I returned from a 9 day trip out of the country. I was so jet lagged I couldn’t see straight. I got the shuttle bus at terminal 1 and took it to Parking Spot 1. I got out and took the elevator up to the roof where I had parked my car in uncovered parking and…. Couldn’t find my car. It just wasn’t where I had parked it. So I went downstairs and entered the valet office (I didn’t know the office was near the exit on the other side of the garage) and spoke to one of the valet personnel behind the desk. The gentleman, Brandon, was so nice and helpful and even came up to the roof to help me locate my car. We walked the whole lot up there with Brandon using my key fob to try and find my car. No luck. Ok, we reasoned maybe I had parked at a different location by mistake? Brandon helped explain what happened to one of the shuttle drivers and she in turn helped drive me back to the terminal to get a different shuttle to the other East location. She was so nice as well and as we were driving to the terminal, we talked and finally reasoned that I must have parked at location 1 because of what I remembered when I left my car there. So she drove me back to Location 1 and escorted me into the office to explain. The ladies in the office were so wonderful and helpful. They confirmed I did park at Location 1. Everyone I spoke to was so committed to helping me solve this issue of my car. Finally Brandon returned and he took me up to the roof in a golf cart and, sure enough, we found the car!! It was like a miracle! Found out my key fob needs a new battery though because that’s why my alarm wasn’t chirping earlier. I can’t tell you how amazing every single person I spoke to last night was. The folks at Parking Spot are amazing, kind and helpful. I am so so grateful for them.

I used the rooftop parking. Be ready with your phone or a printed receipt that the machine can scan, no workers that i saw. Ain’t gonna lie, it’s kinda a tight garage to navigate through. Before you enter the rooftop parking, you have to scan your code again. I didn’t have a problem finding a spot, I drive a small truck. Take the elevator down and not long before a shuttle is there to take you to the airport. 5 min later you’re there. Only complaint I have is not on the company but the people parking their cars. I noticed a LOT of the bigger trucks were parking on the ends of the rows, sometimes one on each side, which made it almost impossible to turn down the row. It’s just a matter of being considerate of others.

My stay was Jan 10-14, 2024. The shuttle drivers were quick and efficient both ways. I mistakenly hopped on the wrong shuttle trying to get back to my vehicle and the driver was so understanding and was able to drop me at the front of the correct lot since the route took us right past it (lot 3 is behind lot 1-lucky for me).
The weather was horrible and despite the subzero temps, in the snow, at night, the employees were still kind and courteous in helping me jump start my truck's dead battery on the rooftop parking out in the elements.
My only suggestion would be for a way to keep the touch screen entry/exit kiosks warm or have manual buttons to push in addition to the touch screen. I got stuck trying to exit because the screens were too cold to function correctly (outside temp was 0 with -20 windchills and snowing) and I did not have an account set up prior to entry, therefore I didn't have a QR code associated with my parking ticket.

Our favorite airport parking. Shuttles are always plentiful, we don't have to wait more than a few minutes to be picked up whether flying out or returning home. Shuttle drivers are polite and always give us tickets so we remember where are car is...trust us, we need the reminder after vacation! Shuttles are clean and well maintained, as is the check-in/out kiosk. Super easy to make a reservation online ahead of time, which we definitely recommend. The lot has been busier our last few trips.

It's a little weird. I reserved a spot in the uncovered rooftop parking area and well, first I had to scan my QR code twice to get there. After I pulled in, I scanned the code, went through the lift gate and started winding my way upwards. It wasn't marked in an ideal way but I figured it out after a little effort.
Then when I got up there, there are no open spots... well actually, there are but they all have large cones blocking off the spaces. So you basically have to move those out of the way then pull your car in. Then... do what with the cone? I put mine in a place where it wouldn't make parking more difficult for someone else (doubling up in a spot like I saw some others did).
Lastly, the ride to the airport wasn't long but it also wasn't a whole lot shorter than parking at the other Parking Spot lots even though they are physically further away.
Ah well, live and learn. Next time, I'll go back to the East lot. Cheaper option.

Just make sure you print out your receipt. My most recent trip I parked in lot number 1 on the roof in the uncovered space and booked my reservation on line. It was all great until I tried to leave he garage. I scanned the QR code on my phone and it said something about a wrong park error and that they would credit my account $32.00 but it wouldn't lift of the bar to let me out. So I backed up and pulled into the turnstile where a person was. I explained the situation to the lady who proceeded to tell me that I owed her $65.00 and I said that can't be as my entire bill was only $36.38 per my prepaid receipt.I showed her the receipt and explained again as stated on my receipt I was parked on the roof I the uncovered section and there was no way I owed anything as I prepaid. She eventually agreed and corrected their machine so that the gate would go up and I was able to exit.
