The room although there are stickers talking about how clean the place is, was less then. We booked on line for a certain price but then had to pay a surprise 15 bucks to park. The beds were very comfortable and I fell right to sleep. That's why they get 3 stars and not 1 or 2.
This pandemic has created a very difficult time especially for the hospitality industry. Employees lost wages, some lost their jobs completely. Now they have to wear masks all day and do extra work disinfecting everything. Yet in spite of having to work under these conditions everyone was courteous and professional. Even a maintenance man I saw, and the shuttle driver. No one appeared to be stressed or frustrated. All were focused on ensuring the guests' comfort and convenience. I stayed on an upper floor last week (late July 2020) and it was quiet. The decor is not "dated" as some reviewers have said; it reflects the time when the airport was a hub for Trans World Airlines. I came here to attend a nearby convention. I fell in love with St Louis and with this hotel. I will definitely return.
Stayed there for the International Convention of Jehovah's Witnesses in 2019. From the friendly lobby, comfortable rooms, to the sparkling pool, we had a wonderful stay. Despite the fact that it is located close to the airport, there was no noise issue. The staff was friendly, and helpful. The beds were comfy too. Additionally, we travel with a service dog, and we were not given any hassle at all. All around a very pleasant stay.
This place is flea bag or on the borderline. You do not get what you pay for the price. The TV was way too small for the room. I had a 24 inch screen TV for a room that is supposed to be a suit on the club level. Cheaper hotels have at lease a 40 inch. The toilet had hair on it and the tub didn’t look clean at all. The smoke detector chirping was annoying. I had to go out and get Lysol to spray it down so I would catch anything. I went out and come back, my room wasn’t clean and no fresh towels. I paid for club level and didn’t get any of the benefits. I definitely won’t be back there. Stay at your own risk!!..
My coworker and I am came down to stay for a couple of days for a training. All of the paperwork was sent beforehand regarding the company credit card and the reservations had been made via phone and the explanation regarding the payment was explained. However, when we arrived they could not run the card. Later it was found out that they have a policy where they cannot run cards with chips without the card being present, although, no one had informed of us of this before. I had to pay for the room via my credit card. When we arrived in the room the AC was completely turned off although there was a heat advisory that day, leaving the room at 83. We immediately turned the AC, but 2 hours later it still had only gone down 2 degrees and the air was warm. I called down to the desk, and I will say that the staff, TJ, was helpful and pleasant and sent someone up to our room. They fixed the AC where it was now blowing cool air. However, the way their units are set up it does not accurately assess the rooms temperature due to the cool air being blown out directly above the thermostat. In order to have the room to be at a semi-comfortable level we had to have the AC set to 50. Probably one of the worst hotels that I have ever stayed at, especially with the high price tag and the Hilton name.
Majority of the hotel staff was super helpful and accommodating. Only had one lackluster experience with a front desk agent. A/C wasn't working and toilet seat wasn't clean. Told the afternoon agent and she was less than thrilled to offer any assistance. Left for the day, came back and told another agent who was SUPER helpful and totally awesome! He tried his best to accommodate us and even offered us a free breakfast for our troubles. Both a/c techs were super nice as well. All in all, not a terrible experience. 😊
With the Hilton name one would think that the housekeeping would care a little more and take some pride in their job's boy was we wrong . After checking in everything looked fine then we went to the bathroom and found all kinds of things on the floor under the sink and under the cabinet in the bathroom housekeeping looks like they replaced towels and hopefully the bedding God knows they surely didn't clean and with the clean room sticker on the door it should have been. I'm very disappointed in the cleanliness of our room . I took a lot of photos of things that should have been cleaned and with the covid 19 virus their is no excuse why it wasn't . So before allowing your family into any hotel go in and check things out it could be the best move you make. Hopefully these pictures will get to the right management and the employees responsible will be dissaplined.
Needs some attention in the rooms that are supposed to be cleaned really good for Covid?!! The Maintenance engineer was very polite and fixed my issues, the front desk staff, and housekeeping could use more training and compassion. I left a detailed review on TripAdv and the Hotel.
Used as an interview site for a top tier company who flew me in across the country. Free shuttle from STL airport, nice staff, restaurant on site, working printers in lobby, and small food shop with microwave in lobby as well. Good experience except shuttle was supposed to be at the airport every 15min but I waited for mine for at least 30 min. I did not see the rooms, as we just used one of the conference rooms for a panel style interview, then I left and flew back home.
What you’d expect from Airport Hotel, not Hilton quality....
Pretty disappointed with this stay. We’re Hilton Honors members and expected more from this property. Reviews were decent so we booked it bc close to interstate.
Both the building and rooms are heavily outdated. Hallway carpets are stained and ripped. Whole building smells like a plume of smoke. Our room was without toiletries. It’s probably average for most hotel chains, but you expect more from a Hilton.
The wifi sucked . The breakfast was a apple and a peace of bread . I will never come to this place again .
Staff was very welcoming and checked in on us on our way up to the hotel.
I read the reviews and was blown away at how right some were about their staff. Unbelievable. Always smiling and ready to lend their help. Attentive without coming off as being forced or feeling too pushy. Truly exceptional customer service and the hotel is clean and well kept. We are still here but didn't want to forget to leave them a review. Great experience already!
Adequate representation of the Hilton brand. The hotel feels dated from its exterior to its decor. Rooms are fine but again not what I expect from the brand. Service is top notch and friendly employees seem to abound. In this day and age, a hotel room without a fridge seems antiquated.
Breakfast was wonderful.and you can't be closer to airport (or car rental!) Otherwise, although rooms were very clean they were not Hilton quality
I really like this hotel the front desk is amazing they put on a good impact on other's they make the team look great my daughter's really love this hotel because the respect. The environment n breakfast coming back out

I had a great stay. I loved my room. It was beautiful. Very clean too. The staff was amazing.
The hotel is clean and staff are very friendly. It is huge, with 2 towers, so make sure to get instructions on how to get to your room. Shuttle starts at 4am and every 15 minutes. Oh! You can bring you dog too for a small fee! Love this hotel! I have stayed here at least 4 times and never got disappointed. One time I forgot something of value when I checked out and they kept it safe until the next week when I came back to STL.
Great deal for traveling and needing parking. We opt for the parking and they let us park our car for up to a week or 14 days for only spending one night. It's less stressful and cheaper or just as cheap as paying a parking lot. Come in the night before relax take the shuttle to the airport it's great! We will use this every time we go on vacation!
Traveling on Thanksgiving was not my idea of fun but thankfully, the staff at the St. Louis Airport Hilton made exciting and memorable for my family of 6.
I honestly assumed most people who were working on Thanksgiving were forced to do so and would usually be reflected in their demeanor. The staff here at the Hilton were not only friendly but super upbeat and engaging. Not just with me and my family, among each other they joked and were exceptionally pleasant. It was a nice warm welcome upon check in and I very much appreciated them. Lawanda checked us in. There was even a member of the staff that greeted my kids and offered candy (Asian guy, I didn’t get his name).
The hotel lobby and hallways are updated. I read a few reviews that stated otherwise but my guess is that maybe the decor just isn’t their taste. The room I stayed in (845) wasn’t super updated but definitely the most spacious I’ve had in a while. We had a king bed plus pull-out sofa. A dividing wall makes this a “1-bedroom” but I wouldn’t necessarily call it a separate bedroom since there isn’t a door separating the two rooms. Even still, it was perfect for my family. The beverages in the mini fridge were a nice touch along with the complimentary waters in our room.
This hotel is in the perfect location to the airport and the shuttle runs every 15 minutes to make getting to the airport easy.

I used the Park-Sleep-Fly package and it met my needs perfectly. The parking was convenient to the hotel and the shuttle ran every 15 minutes exactly as promoted, both from the hotel and the airport. Shuttle drivers were helpful and friendly as was the desk staff. Retrieving my car was quick and efficient. Room was clean and comfortable. Excellent service!
Hilton St. Louis Airport sent me an email to have me utilize their advance check-in system online. Only problem, they failed to give me the king sized room I had ordered and they never emailed me the digital key they promised and the card key they gave me did not access the parking lot even though I had paid for parking in advance. However, I will give the front desk credit for resolving the situation as quickly as possible in a courteous and efficient manner. Hilton's advance check-in model is great, but sometimes things go awry in the implementation.
I thought it was just fine. In fact, better than expected. Sure, the exterior is dated, as is the main lobby. But the rooms seemed updated and comfortable. I’d like to see better TVs in the rooms. Service was good and lobby staff attentive. Breakfast service started a bit rocky but ended on a high note, so I’m giving 4 stars.
