They are in a remodel right now. I would have given it 5 stars, but on the way back we encountered a few issues. It was late and there was limited staff on the property, but the attitude of the shuttle driver was less than nice. I am temporarily disabled and in a wheelchair. He was not very helpful getting me on and off the shuttle. I am thankful my family was with me.

The lot seems secure and we have not had any problems. Be sure to get your ticket to get back out of the lot. Please tip your driver's too, they are all very friendly.

I was truly impressed by the staff at this hotel! The leadership and training staff are doing a great job. The front desk was staffed well, everyone was friendly and welcoming even though it was obvious that they were exceptionally busy. Staff was all smiles and attentive to each guest. I literally sat back and watched the front desk staff take their time yet remained cognizant of each guest. I’ve never seen such a well oiled team. Great job! Oh and the food…outstanding!! The staff in the bar was also beyond busy, yet they remained all smiles and professional. The room was very clean, and I notice everything…I’m THAT customer for sure! The bed was amazingly comfortable. I was shocked at how affordable the rooms were for such a beautiful and upscale hotel. The construction that was taking place was not bothersome at all. Management is absolutely on point at this location for sure! I look forward to returning to this hotel next time I visit St. Louis!

Our experience was a pleasant one. The hotel was built in 1973 and remodeled in 2009. This property is currently at the beginning stages of another remodel, one thing to note is the only pool they have is currently closed and being renovated. The one thing I couldn't understand is why the pool is closed during prime pool months of the year. I would have thought they could have done this in the winter months since it is an indoor pool. Another thing was when I booked the room I don't recall ever seeing the notification that the pool was closed. I only found out when I walked by the 6pool and saw the sign. I didn't plan on swimming anyway so for me it makes no difference but for families and individuals looking forward to a dip in the pool you're in for some bad news.
The rooms were not very clean and the maid staff were very intrusive, having knocked on the door 3 separate times inquiring when we would be checking out or if we were staying over. They were all different people that knocked but you would think that they would have been notified we were staying another night in order not to wake us up. Location is excellent, right by the airport.

Yes the property is older, but they have done a really good job maintaining it. The rooms and the property ate clean. The bed was comfortable. Since it is an older property the systems and equipment that save water aren't present so you get amazing water pressure. The staff are extremely hospitable. The hotel also has EV charging stations. 4 Tesla Destination Chargers and a regulat J-1772 connection.

The guy that checked us in was not enjoying his job in the least. Very rude. But the rooms are clean, comfortable. My main thing about a hotel is the bed. It was quite comfortable! Very large hotel so you have to walk quite a bit, pet friendly so that works for us. Enjoyed our stay. One thing they don't tell you is don't park until you get your room key, you will need it to enter and exit the paid parking area.

The staff is very friendly and helpful. Checked in quickly from a phone confirmation and checkout was able to be done quickly via the phone in my room before i caught the shuttle out. I was a little worries that the staff on the phone when i was booking the room said the shuttle was 24/7 but when i arrived i was told the first shuttle left at 4am. It ended up working out for my flight okay but as a first time solo traveler this had my anxiety high. 😅

My hotel room was a little outdated, but very clean. And I never heard the airplane noise from the airport which was extremely loud outside was completely unnoticeable in the room.
I had two meals while staying. Both were salads and were as expected at a Hilton - standard fare, fairly fresh, definitely good portions. They arrived quickly and serving staff was attentive even thought it was rarely busy and she was the only one taking orders.
Finally, the location is so good for airport access. The free shuttle is a great convenience, though we did wait nearly 30 minutes for the pick up from the airport. Getting back to the airport was quick, shuttles were in a 15 minute schedule.

The vibe here is consistently easygoing everytime and they put together a very comfortable relaxing ambiance. I really enjoy tickling those ivories down in the lobby, too. I would suggest that if you are traveling and cannot walk long distances select a room near the lobby. We stayed in the back wing and it was too much of a walk for my mother.

This hotel needs some updating but I think they are starting to do that. The pictures are mostly accurate at the time of my review but the fitness room is much brighter now with lighter colors. My room was comfortable but the crack in the door was a lot. You can always tell if a hotel is aged by the bathrooms first. Mine had some paint peeling and a little rust around light fixtures. nothing major but def showing it’s aged. Other than that the place is great, the restaurant was pricey but good. My biggest compliment goes to Asme! The night supervisor. I am a supervisor myself and the old 1/3 of your workforce will do 2/3rds of the work. Well, she is part of your 1/3rd. I won’t go into all the details but after American Airlines gave me a bad day she saved the day and got my missing hotel voucher they supposedly sent and refunded me my money I spent to stay. Other than that. If you have an early flight don’t worry about being there 2 hours early. The shuttle from the hotel runs every 30min and it’s less than a 10 min ride to the airport.

This hotel is literally located across the street from the airport. They provide a free shuttle to the airport that runs every 30 minutes 24/7. I was able to get to the airport and to my gate in 25 minutes. The hotel is well-suited for both business and leisure guests, providing easy access to major highways and local attractions.
My only suggestion is that they add mini fridges to the rooms.
Currently, there is a lot of construction. They are adding another building and redoing the parking lot out front. This wasn't disruptive, and I didn't hear anything.

Although the rooms were a bit dated and the hotel was going through a renovation the staff couldn't have been nicer. The shuttle service was terrific and our driver was helpful and courteous. Check in was a breeze even with ten people and the restaurant was wonderful. We ate there both before and after our KATY trail ride and it was delicious and well prepared both times. Tamara, our server was incredible at keeping all of our special requests straight and even remembered our wine choices from one week to the next. The Sunday breakfast buffet was incredible and the server couldn't have been nicer. Thanks for a great stay.

You can bring you dog too for a small fee! Love this hotel! I have stayed here at least 4 times and never got disappointed. One time I forgot something of value when I checked out and they kept it safe until the next week when I came back to STL.

This pandemic has created a very difficult time especially for the hospitality industry. Employees lost wages, some lost their jobs completely. Now they have to wear masks all day and do extra work disinfecting everything. Yet in spite of having to work under these conditions everyone was courteous and professional. Even a maintenance man I saw, and the shuttle driver. No one appeared to be stressed or frustrated. All were focused on ensuring the guests' comfort and convenience. I stayed on an upper floor last week (late July 2020) and it was quiet. The decor is not "dated" as some reviewers have said; it reflects the time when the airport was a hub for Trans World Airlines. I came here to attend a nearby convention. I fell in love with St Louis and with this hotel. I will definitely return.

Stayed there for the International Convention of Jehovah's Witnesses in 2019. From the friendly lobby, comfortable rooms, to the sparkling pool, we had a wonderful stay. I contacted the hotel ahead of time to make sure we know where to be and what number to call. The hotel is huge, but lovely. We were very pleased with our room and slept very well. The next morning, we walked 5 mins to the Hertz rental car location and picked up our car. Will definitely return!

Such a lovely stay! My mother, daughter, sister, and I stayed at this location for an impromptu family visit away from Chicago. We were greeted by Brittany who is the branch manager and she is awesome! Beautiful smile, friendly conversation, and she was accommodating in every which way!!!! My sister accidentally booked herself three rooms and Ms. Brittany had no problem with helping her figure out which ones she could get a refund on. She also placed us right next to each other (conjoined) which made our trip even better. The red hat convention was going on and the hotel was full over different activities that the guests could enjoy throughout the weekend! Thank you again Ms. Brittany, you rock!!!! I walked in after my lady told me this, curious as to what went wrong.
Lady at the desk explained to me a little but then I asked Ben and he made it very clear and easy to understand. Then immediately offered to take care of us.
I’m in customer service, and you can tell when it’s Authentic. With absolutely NO HESITATION Ben made sure we were well cared for!!!

The ladies here at the St Louis Airport Hilton went above and beyond to make last minute accommodations for myself and my 6 month old baby after we had another hotel cancel our reservation last minute due to plumbing issues. Being in a strange city alone with my baby, it meant the world that they were able to help us after a long day of traveling. I will definitely book with Hilton before any other place in the future due to their kindness. The room and hotel were also clean and comfortable. I can’t recommend this place enough!

Great place to stay if you're coming in/out of Saint Louis Lambert Airport STL. Close as you can get, comfy rooms... Expect to pay extra if you own a car because parking isn't included in your hotel room bill. Seems a bit excessive to me - but real-estate agents are fond of the triple repetition of LOCATION, and they've got the best.
Comfy rooms, but a bit too ghetto for me. Suspicious characters at night and tall barbed wire fences for good reason. Be careful during off-hours flights.

Very convenient park & fly location for Lambert Airport. The shuttle was great for our way too early departure and way too late return. Our rooms were cool/cold both nights, so were a bit uncomfortable for a January stay. They sent a maintenance guy up, but he wasn't really able to coax much additional heat out of the furnace and the thermostat indicated roughly 66 degrees. Otherwise, the rooms were clean.

It's your typical Hilton hotel. The location to the airport is really nice and they do offer a shuttle service. The check in was a little slow (I stayed twice in one week) it was the same experience each time. Beware they do not have refrigerators in the rooms. It was a delightful experience overall. The service was exceptional, and the food was truly enjoyable.
Upon entering the restaurant, I was warmly greeted by Aigul, whose exceptional mannerism and welcoming smile set a pleasant tone. Jameson was also there to guide me through the buffet area and assist with tea and coffee service.
The buffet spread was impressive, featuring a variety of freshly cooked options and delectable treats.
For those concerned about parking, the overnight car park is available at a rate of $2 per hour.
The breakfast, priced at approximately $24 inclusive of tax, offered great value considering the quality and selection available.

Great deal for traveling and needing parking. We opt for the parking and they let us park our car for up to a week or 14 days for only spending one night. It's less stressful and cheaper or just as cheap as paying a parking lot. Come in the night before relax take the shuttle to the airport it's great! We will use this every time we go on vacation!

Traveling on Thanksgiving was not my idea of fun but thankfully, the staff at the St. Louis Airport Hilton made exciting and memorable for my family of 6.
I honestly assumed most people who were working on Thanksgiving were forced to do so and would usually be reflected in their demeanor. The staff here at the Hilton were not only friendly but super upbeat and engaging. Not just with me and my family, among each other they joked and were exceptionally pleasant. It was a nice warm welcome upon check in and I very much appreciated them. Lawanda checked us in. There was even a member of the staff that greeted my kids and offered candy (Asian guy, I didn’t get his name).
The hotel lobby and hallways are updated. I read a few reviews that stated otherwise but my guess is that maybe the decor just isn’t their taste. The room I stayed in (845) wasn’t super updated but definitely the most spacious I’ve had in a while. We had a king bed plus pull-out sofa. A dividing wall makes this a “1-bedroom” but I wouldn’t necessarily call it a separate bedroom since there isn’t a door separating the two rooms. Even still, it was perfect for my family. The beverages in the mini fridge were a nice touch along with the complimentary waters in our room.
This hotel is in the perfect location to the airport and the shuttle runs every 15 minutes to make getting to the airport easy.
This was a fantastic choice for me and my family right before our big trip out of state.

Hilton St. Louis Airport sent me an email to have me utilize their advance check-in system online. Only problem, they failed to give me the king sized room I had ordered and they never emailed me the digital key they promised and the card key they gave me did not access the parking lot even though I had paid for parking in advance. However, I will give the front desk credit for resolving the situation as quickly as possible in a courteous and efficient manner. Hilton's advance check-in model is great, but sometimes things go awry in the implementation.

The room and the facilities are nice. They're undergoing construction which is fine--the pool is closed, the fitness center is temporarily relocated, and that's all good. The staff was somewhat unusually curt and seemed peeved at the rate we booked, which was stunningly low, but was available for booking. We were charged an interesting number of fees, none of which add up to the fees on our receipts. I'll give it a couple of days to settle. Also: breakfast buffet was good. Decent value at $20 for full breakfast. I understand the reluctance to rent to locals but this was available when we need a hotel while our home is undergoing flood repair, and we felt vastly unwelcome here, despite the overall quality of the hotel being very high indeed.

Free shuttle from STL airport, nice staff, restaurant on site, working printers in lobby, and small food shop with microwave in lobby as well. Good experience except shuttle was supposed to be at the airport every 15min but I waited for mine for at least 30 min. I did not see the rooms, as we just used one of the conference rooms for a panel style interview, then I left and flew back home.

Rooms are very nice. Every time I go to Hilton, they offer less. Executive lounge is gone. Pools gone. Benefits for members are fewer. Staff is polite and helpful. Bartenders make very good drinks. But the chain seems to offer less by the minute.

Everything was on point except for it look like they missed sweeping the entire floor as there was a pretzel under desk and candy underneath bed and nightstand. Wish there was a small fridge in room. Elevator was slow at times. Other than that the stay was nice. Bed was comfortable and the shower was nice which is what we needed after a long day of baseball ⚾️

This hotel was able to accommodate my group as we needed to switch hotels late at night. Our room was clean and comfortable. At check-in I was respected for my right to choose to mask or not. Staff promptly helped us with extra sheets for the pullout couch and accommodated us with our refrigeration needs.

Lawanda customer service is superior. She and shuttle driver Oscar who picked me up from the airport instantly made me feel welcomed. I asked “is everyone in St Louis this nice?” They set the tone for what turned out to be a great stay.
