The parking is affordable, about $49 for Saturday to Thursday which was cheaper than an uber for us. The shuttles come to is and help us load our luggage, which makes getting to and from the airport easy. As for security, we have taken a few trips now without any issues. The lot is well managed and secured.

I like the reserve in advance option which saves a lot of money. I like the app and the ease of check in check out. I had an issue (totally my fault) with charging the wrong credit card and Dan was super easy to work with to get it addressed (thank you again!). Also, and this is probably the most important to me, I have ALWAYS felt safe getting in the shuttle and being taken to my car. I cannot say this about another on-site lot that I used park at. I used to hate having to get on the shuttle to go to my car (a few not great experiences) and I had started getting off early with another passenger and walking through the lot by myself to my car instead of staying on the shuttle alone. But I've never felt uneasy on any of my shuttle rides to my car at the parking spot. I will ONLY use the Parking Spot when parking at St Louis Airport from now on. Fantastic! The Parking Spot has some of the best employees. We got dropped off near our car and got loaded up and on our way. About 20 minutes into our trip we realized we were missing one bag. I frantically called the Parking Spot 3 phone number and asked if anyone had seen it. Sure enough, one of the employees had seen it sitting in the parking lot in covered parking. They grabbed it and took it to the office where we were able to pick it up later. Thank you so much for taking good care of us.

After we park, we found a shuttle and the lady gave us a paper with our area info so the return shuttle knows where to take us and best part, it was nice to get back to having immediate access to our car upon return and it was more affordable than if we had uber the airport there and back to our home.

I was traveling by myself last year in December and this year I was traveling with my mom. Both times, I trusted the Parking Spot 3 to leave my car safely and to shuttle me to the airport and both times the Parking Spot 3 had my back.
I choose this particular Parking Spot because it's right across the street from the airport. Here's what I love about it:
1. It's so easy to make or change a reservation online or through the app.
2. You get updates as your trip nears to let you know what to do and how to get into the Parking Spot easily. Plus, it gives you opportunities to upgrade.
3. Using the QR code on your phone, you simply scan it at the gate and you're IN. Then it's just a matter of finding a place to park.
4. Shuttle drivers are there to pick you up even before you get all your bags out of the car. They'll even get out and help you if you needed. They were right behind me on both of my trips just as I was getting my luggage and I never once felt like I wasn't in good hands.
5. The drivers are friendly and helpful. They will give you a ticket so you'll remember what spot you parked in and they'll even ask what airline you're flying so they can take you right to your terminal.
6. It was fast, easy, and perfect. When I return home from long flights and layovers, I was easily able to find my car (thanks to the ticket with my parking space written on it), and I was able to quickly scan my way out of the lot with my exit QR code on my phone!
If you have a Parking Spot in your city, use it! I love love love it! I may even upgrade to covered parking next time!
Oh, and did I mention that you can earn free parking days? If you travel a lot your use of the parking spot can accrue parking rewards such as free days of parking! I haven't gotten to use that feature yet, but I'll be so excited when I finally do! :D

St Louis Airport Parking Spot— We were immediately picked up at the airport to go to our car at Lot 3 on December 26th . Got to our car and the battery was dead. Our driver immediately called in for someone to come jump our vehicle. First we had to get into the suv to pop the hood. Another employee came to assist us and was able to get the emergency key in our key bob to open the door. He stayed with us till our vehicle was running and let us sit in the warm bus while they jumped our vehicle. They went above and beyond to help us on a very cold and stressful day!! They drive around keeping an eye peeled for new parkers and that's cool. I was given a little 'tag' with our vehicle's location when they picked us up in the lot - which helps makes the drop-off smoother when your trip is over. Very convenient and cool for sure.
Got lucky and the shuttle showed up right as we exited the east terminal when our trip was over. Granted, it was 1am on a Sunday night (morning morning) but the shuttle driver wasn't the most jovial of souls - quite different than I what I usually experience (have parked in Parking Spot 1 more). No "thank you" when we were hopping off, but she at least did take us straight to our vehicle. Car-side service is a nice touch. I'd probably park here again.
Not sure how much more the 'covered' parking is here versus the open-air spaces, but unless you're in the middle of a canopy you are still likely to get dirt, rain, etc. on your vehicle.

When my trip went long, I did not have to contact The Parking Spot about my extended parking time. The additional parking was added to my card automatically when I checked out of The Parking Spot. It is very close to the airport, the shuttles run regularly, the drivers are courteous and helpful, and the use of my PS3 card makes getting in and out of the lot very easy. Last Saturday at midnight, I returned home to a dead battery. My shuttle driver called Eric in Maintenance who charged my car and had me on my way in 5 minutes. I don't think you can ask for much more than that as far as service.

We reserved a spot at Parking Spot 3 back in January for our February trip. We arrived just after the big snow the first week of February. We were not dressed for sub0 temps as we were headed to a sailing trip in the Virgin Islands. We were picked up very quickly right by our car and delivered right to the terminal, so we stayed nice and warm. Upon return 2 weeks later, we were unable to find our vehicle. The prior snow had melted, so more cars were able to park and we were no longer at the end of the row as we thought. To make it worse, it was dark and our truck is black. Our driver was so sweet and helped us locate the car with a smile on her face. She drove around the row we knew we were in while we hit the panic button! 😂

Parking is fast, easy, efficient, close to the airport and they give you a card with your parking spot marked to get you to your car as fast as possible when you're done traveling. So happy I chose this lot. Everything was so smooth and easy. Getting in the lot, getting picked up etc. My car battery died while we were gone, and Bruce drove the employee van to come help us get the car started. I was so appreciative of him. The only thing I would change is that the person who instructed us to meet the van when we landed gave us instructions that in reality were not practical. She told us to wait between doors 10 and 11 but an employee at the airport told us that if we went a little farther we would find the bus and that often the bus is unable to pull in between doors 10 and 11 due to another vehicle being there and will drive past, which is exactly what happened. Two individuals standing there tried to flag the bus and got driven past. The good thing is that there are always more shuttles coming, but I probably would have felt salty if the shuttle drove past me.

Everything about this parking experience was great. From price, wait time, to service, it can’t be beat. Although the parking lot seemed full, I noticed all the vehicles that entered with me, found a spot relatively quickly. There were several shuttles circling the lot to pick passengers up near your vehicle. A shuttle found me before I could even take my bags out of my car. I was fortunate enough to have the same driver (Martin T) for my departure and return. Martin T provided AMAZING service. He was incredibly polite and helpful. Upon my return, I waited no more than 10 mins for pickup. Again, Martin T maintained the same level of service he provided a week earlier. Highly recommend parking with this company.

The driver was on time, very professional, and helpful with our luggage. When my husband and I came out of the airport terminal the shuttle was on the opposite side of where we were. By the time we got to the other side, the driver had started to drive away, but saw us in his rear view mirror and he went around the corner and came right back. My driver was understanding upon arrival when I received a very important phone call the moment I pulled in so I was not ready to get on the shuttle yet. She came back as requested 10 minutes later. She was friendly and respectful to my 2 young boys. She never made me feel uncomfortable about not being ready immediately. Also it was POURING down rain right after I finished my phone call so walking was not an option to expedite readiness to get on our flight. She provided top-notch service. Parked our truck here for a week while we flew home to visit loved ones. The lot is very easy to find, and close to the airport. The covered parking spots fit our full-size truck comfortably, and the shuttle met us at our parking spot before we even made it out of the truck (absolutely ideal when it’s -3°).
Upon pickup, since it was after hours, we had to call for a pickup, but our driver arrived quickly, loaded all 3 of our bags in the shuttle and even into our truck once we got back to the lot.
PRO TIP: download the app!!! It made scheduling and extending our reservation a breeze, and checking out just as easy.

This is the only area I park in. It is close to the airport, well maintained spots, nice drivers and maintenance buses. Been using the Spot 3 for year and it has always been an easy and pleasant experience.

We have been using Parking Spot for a few years now. I am very impressed how easy it is to park my car and be picked up close to where I parked my car to be taken to the airport. When it’s time to come home, they are just as fast as picking us up. They drop us off right by the car. The driver is also very helpful in putting my suitcase on the shuttle.

Safe, easy, fast. From drop off/parking to the terminal took maybe 15 minutes. Never more than 5 minutes to wait for the shuttle. Friendly, helpful drivers and free water on exit...nice touch!

When I first saw the Parking Spot 3 uncovered parking I thought it's not for me for couple of reasons. 1. It may not be safer to leave my car there, especially for two weeks. 2. Parking the car in a lot and going to pickup spot with my luggage may be difficult. Both of my concerns were answered in my recent experience with them. My car is safe and I had been picked up as well as dropped of from/at the lot where I parked my car itself. That's great !!! I would recommend them for anyone who wants to park their car/vehicle for a short/long term at the airport.

We used covered parking, it was easy to find a parking spot and the spots were wide enough that I felt my vehicle would be safe from door dings. The shuttle was there before we even got out of the vehicle. On our return there was a shuttle waiting at the airport. I do find it frustrating that the shuttles serve both terminals and it seems I usually have to go to the other terminal before being returned to my vehicle.

We parked our car at the Parking Spot 3 for just under a week (Sunday morning through Friday evening) and had a great experience - it cost less than $50. The shuttle service to the airport was super quick and upon return all we had to do was call the company and someone came over right away (they're not doing as many rides currently because of COVID but we still hardly had to wait to be picked up). I would absolutely use this service again.

I have used PS3 since it opened in its current location. It is very close to the airport, the shuttles run regularly, the drivers are courteous and helpful, and the use of my PS3 card makes getting in and out of the lot very easy. Last Saturday at midnight, I returned home to a dead battery. My shuttle driver called Eric in Maintenance who charged my car and had me on my way in 5 minutes. I don't think you can ask for much more than that as far as service.

Hassle free parking very near to STL airport. I have prepaid for the spot online and entry at the gate was very easy with scanning the barcode from my app. Shuttle driver came to our parked spot as soon as he saw us and when we returned the shuttles were ready and dropped us directly at our spot.

Cadillac service. Shuttle drivers pull up to you as soon as you park. They are unfailingly friendly, courteous, helpful and nice. Good conversation if alone in the shuttle. Great location and pricing structure. Would suggest a lower rate for long term parking of 15 days or more. Great service and business.

I needed to leave my car for a week, and was very skeptical about where to leave it and to make sure that the car will be okay. I was recommended this parking spot by a friend. However, was still debating about it. I didn't have any options, so I left the car there on a covered spot. Honestly, I was surprised. We arrived at the parking spot @ 3:30am, and we didn't even got our baggage out of the car but the shuttle bus was already behind our car. When we arrived back (@4pm), literally within a minute the bus arrived to pick us up. I didn't have to call for it or anything. The shuttle dropped us up right where we were picked up - behind our car. I am very pleased by the service and will definitely use this parking spot in the future and recommend to all my friends and family!

So convenient. I've never waited more than about 6-10 mins for a shuttle, almost always less. Never had anything happen to my vehicle, which I love. I feel very secure. One time, I lost my keys in the shuttle and didn't realize it until I got back from my trip. The staff was so helpful in locating the keys (they were being held at the main station). I was so grateful.

Very pleased with parking experience. I had a very early morning flight and was picked up at my car and dropped off at airline. When returning home, I was again dropped off at my car. Jerome and David K. were excellent drivers and helped with my bag. They really hustled. My advice...please keep the little card the driver gives you. It lists your parking spot and makes returning to your car stress-free! If they don't offer a card, you can ask for one.
