Shepard Road Airport Parking

We travel a lot and have used so many different airport parking and shuttle options. After discovering Shepard Parking, we won't use anyone else. The shuttles are convenient and efficient. The drivers are great and keep a close eye on when people enter the lot and meet you right at your car and drop you off at your car when you return. Seriously the best service we've received from a parking service, every time.

Park N Go, and Park N Fly were both booked up for the days my trip fell on. I decided to give Shepard Road a try, and was pleasantly surprised to find their service to be just as good, if not better than the competitors. Friendly shuttle drivers, and a very simple QR system for entering and leaving the lot. Will certainly consider booking with them again in the future.

The best shuttle service ever, it was midnight on Thursday 11/9 , I thought we would have a long wait, only about 5 minutes, the driver brought us right up to our car and even helped us get our parking ticket in the reader, I will recommend this device to everyone, I think the man who helped us at the very least deserves a raise!

Easy parking for longer trips. Drive in, park car and shuttle drops you off at airport. Ride shuttle back to car on return and head home. Cheaper than airport parking yet still convenient.

Nice service. Feel safe. Paid about a dollar more a day to park in the structure and keep the car out of the sun and weather.

Made it incredibly easy to get to the airport. The drivers were kind and ensured they didn't miss anyone while still being prompt. Upon drop off we were driven directly to our cars. We didn't worry about our vehicle one bit while on our trip. A nice tough was that our driver stated to make sure all our cars started and we were able to leave at 2 am before he went home for end of shift.

We have used Shepard’s parking our last few trips, most recently January 2021. I love booking through them for their cheap rates, covered parking, they meet you at your vehicle as soon as you park, and pick you up at the airport shortly after you call upon landing. The drivers are always friendly and helpful. We will continue to use Shepard’s Parking in the future.

We have been parking om the ramp for a little over a year. The prices are very good and the service is exceptional. The drivers are all so polite and helpful and the office staff is very pleasant and customer-service oriented, too. We have never had a poor experience. We had a minor issue with storing multiple credit cards on our account and one phone call to the office team made quick work of solving that minor concern. Highly recommended!

This is our 2nd time using Shephard Road Parking and another great experience! Didn't have to wait long for the shuttle to pick us up from the airport & the drivers are always helpful & courteous! Short drive back to our car and the driver helped us get our luggage off the shuttle! We will definitely keep using Shephard Road Parking.

Very easy to get in and out of. The drivers are always very nice. It's much cheaper than the airport and less traffic in the area around it. its nice not to have to fight the traffic in and out of the airport which is never pleasant.

Every single time we use Shepard Road Airport Parking (It used to be called Team Parking) it is a delight....quick and accurate pickup, all the drivers are careful with not only their driving, but with on and off luggage loading. The attendants at the window to check out are very quick and pleasant. Make sure you book your Airport parking with Shepard Road Airport Parking..Oh, I forgot to say, they are really quick and prompt to come when called for pickups at either Terminal 1 or 2.

If I could give 100 stars, I would! We found this place based on the cheap price and the great reviews. This was our first time leaving our vehicles somewhere vs finding someone to drop us off and pick us up, so we didn't know what to expect. From now on we plan to continue to use Shepard Road Parking exclusively! We chose to park in covered parking vs the lot. Worth the extra few bucks knowing another snow storm was coming through while we were gone. All I had to do was scan the barcode from my reservation email at the entrance of the parking garage and gained instant access. Park wherever you'd like and then scan the barcode again when you return from your trip. I prepaid online, but there was an option to pay by cash or card on the way out as well. There is a little office with at least 1 person at all times right at the entrance/exit of the parking garage if you need any assistance.



Since we made our reservations online, they were expecting us and we didn't have to wait for a shuttle to come pick us up. The drivers were amazing! Our driver to the airport had us laughing so hard we could barely stay in our seats. We don't fly too often and got to the airport almost 3 hours before our (6:30 am) flight. He joked with us that it was probably not even open yet. When we got to the terminal, he helped us unload our bags off the rack and made sure the airport doors were open/unlocked before he drove away. (There was not a single person in sight inside or out!)



I was nervous for my return as my 4 year old son and I came home a day earlier than everyone else. Again, never parking off site before, I didn't know what to expect and was now by myself. Once we got our checked bags I called the number listed in my reservation email. He explained in great detail where I needed to go to find where the off site parking shuttles wait. We had to take a tram to the other terminal but it didn't take more than 10 minutes (probably would have been faster if I didn't have little legs walking with me) from the time I hung up with him to boarding the shuttle. The gentleman I spoke to on the phone immediately contacted my driver to let him know we were coming. As we boarded the shuttle the driver asked if I was the one who called to make sure he wasn't forgetting anyone. He was ready and the shuttle was warm (very much appreciated as we returned from Florida to another classic MN snow storm). It is less than 2 miles from the airport to the parking garage. When we got back to the garage, the driver drove around until he found my vehicle and dropped us off right next to it.



I was probably the most nervous about this aspect of our travel plans and it turned out to be the one thing that went the smoothest--both times. Highly, highly recommend Shepard Road Airport Parking!

Fast service! We parked, and a bus was instantly there to transport us to the airport. The driver was friendly as well. Reasonable rates.

This was a great place to park our car when we needed a shuttle to the airport. The parking covered parking ramp was perfect for the snow weather and we knew we'd be able to get back home over the holiday to a car not buried in snow. They picked us up immediately when we got there, and when we returned we called and they picked us up within 20 minutes. Once we were shuttled back to our car, they waited to leave until our car started, and even loaded our bags into our trunk. They also offered to fill up the air in someone else's tires. Incredible staff!

I park here often, usually for upwards of 10 days at a time. The drivers are all very kind and helpful with luggage. Someone usually is there to pick me up right when my vehicle pulls into the ramp. It is very easy to call for pickup from the airport too. It’s the only place I park when flying out of MSP!

This was my 1st time using off site airport parking and it was a great experience. The shuttle was super fast and came within minutes of calling. It picks and drops you off at your car. Mark W went above and beyond the call of duty when I arrived back at my car and realized I had a flat tire after an extended trip. He was so helpful in helping me get back on the road. I appreciated the fact my parking stay was flexible, as I did not know when I would be able to return to Minneapolis. If you want cheaper outdoor parking turn into the right side outdoor parking lot. If you’d prefer covered parking turn to the left in the parking garage. If you reserve online just scan your code at the gate. Otherwise, you can just pull a ticket at the gate if you did NOT make a reservation. I traveled during a slow time, but I’d imagine you may want to reserve a space when things are busier. When you arrive back just follow the signs for shuttle pick-up. If you call and let them know when your flight arrives I’m sure they will be waiting or you will have only a couple minute wait. I will definitely be using Shepard’s parking in my future travels.

Will definitely go back!! We used this service for the first time, everyone is so helpful! We were picked up right next to our car and they dropped us off right next to our car when we got back. The drivers are very friendly and handled all our luggage.

Less expensive alternative to airport parking. Shuttle service to and from the terminal is fast and efficient. I've been using them for over ten years

This is our first experience with Shepard parking and we loved it. Easy to get in and out, no wait for shuttle (both ways), and the staff were friendly. I have used different parking services in the past and Shepard is by far the best. This will be our regular parking spot when we fly from MSP.

Shepard Parking is my go to place every time I have to fly out. Always right there when you need a ride, never have to wait. If you happen to be at the airport late and need to call they come within a few min. Everyone is pleasant and you can’t beat the price.

The drivers at Shepard Road Parking were very friendly and courteous. They were right there when we parked our car to bring us to the airport, and they were waiting for us when we returned from our vacation to take us to our vehicle. We will definitely be using them again in all our future travels.

Today was our 5th time using this park and ride. Our flight was delayed. Called them when when we arrived. They made sure we knew where to go at the airport. Very prompt on our pick up. Always have the best divers that help you

I won't go anywhere else but this place if I have to leave my car. The payment was exact the estimation they first gave me. You don't have to pay until you pick up your car. The staff was very nice and helpful!

The Shepherd Road parking team is solid and reliable. I drop my family off at the airport with the luggage and then park the car, returning to the airport. Really efficient use of time. Others may want to consider this process. Upon return, family collects the luggage while I go get the car. They could be more effective if they left the terminal more often and didn't wait for people who call before they have their luggage. In other words, too many people call too soon, before they have their luggage.

I have been parking in the ramp at Shepard Road Airport Parking ever since my Manager recommended them to me back in the 1990's (when they were still Team Parking). They are fast, friendly and efficient - way better and less walking than parking at MSP itself. They are the best!

I've parked here now for months and it's been great and convenient. I don't feel it's overly priced. Although, others parking could be better. This last time I parked for 2 days and arriving I had to park over a bit because of how another person had parked but coming back from my trip and was surprised that the next person who took that spot didn't park correctly either. Barely got into my vehicle.

Our go to lot. Reasonable price. Van usually waiting to pick up. Patient with my physically disabled husband. Neil is a five star driver.

Larry was our driver to and from the ramp! He was such a blessing getting to the airport! He made things super simple for us and explained to us where we needed to go! Because of Larry if I'm ever in the need for this service again, this is the first place I'm looking!

Very helpful and friendly shuttle drivers. Everything worked the way it was described and it was very competitively priced. The location was very easy to get to and very close to the airport. We picked up our car and were on our way in less that 30 minutes from when we got off the plane. And again, the drivers were super friendly and took excellent care of us.

We were picked up at our car and brought back there. It's a bit tricky finding the shuttle bus on return. Just read the directions on the return paper the driver gives you at the airport drop off. Plan for 10 minutes when going to the airport, due to the tram ride to terminal 1. And the same for the return to the shuttle area.

This is where I park every time I fly. They don't require a credit card up front; when I arrive, a shuttle will be behind my car by the time I get my luggage out. Fast pickup.

Used to be a park n go customer but they lost me due to “Lot Full” too many times. Shepard road is close enough to the airport, rates are reasonable, their bus is usually waiting at arrivals, their drivers are good, and my car hasn’t been broken into (yet!). So why only four stars? They don’t have an app and their website is kind of clunky- not sure about other people but I use it to reserve my spot. Best thing to do is get their card with the bar code on it.

We have used Shepard Road Airport parking several times. The drivers are safe and hopeful with luggage. They are prompt and always get us to the airport in a timely fashion!! We will use them for our next trip for sure any many more!

If you park here more than once, sign up for the "loyalty program". Free, easy to use, and you can make reservations for the parking structure. parking under cover in the winter is a nice touch.

Update: I booked directly with shephard last minute and parked on the lot. This was a much better experience than the first time. The shuttle service was quick.

Fly out of MSP frequently and have used this ramp for years. Always great. Fair prices, fast pickup, and never any issues.

For years I have chosen Shepard Rd for my go-to airport parking. First and foremost, I feel safe. Whether I am traveling as a female solo, or with my family in tow. I Looke making a reservation knowing that I have a guaranteed spot, take advantage of their loyalty program and earn free days, and I always feel like a VIP every time I enter. They usually have the shuttle at your car within seconds of parking, and you walk literally a couple feet from your car to the warm shuttle. It’s like Jimmy John’s fast.. sometimes the shuttle is SO ready for you, it patiently follows you AS you park your car. That is top shelf service!! Upon return, I just give them a ring and they are there within minutes. You also have your choice of the lot or the ramp. Both are well lit, and staff always on duty. I like the comfort of seeing people working when I enter the ramp.

It's a good service. We've used this multiple times now, never had a problem. Cost is far better than parking at the airport. When you pay arrives & you call to be picked up, your ride is generally there looking for you before you finish in baggage claim.

My first experience parking here was amazing! Very convenient to the MSP Airport. The reservation, drivers and phone operators were all helpful and friendly. Easy instructions for the pickup location on the parking receipt. They even managed to quickly get me a ride back from Terminal 1 to my car after I realized I left my phone behind. And, I hate to admit this, but they jump started my car when we returned because I left an interior light on when looking for my phone at 5:30AM and in a hurry. I have already booked my next parking reservation, but I hope to never need this level of customer service again! THANK YOU!

Best airport parking for MSP! The prices are reasonable, the staff is very responsive when you call them on the phone, and the drivers are extremely friendly and helpful. I have parked here multiple times and will do so many more times in the future.

Parked here in the ramp for 2 weeks while we were gone on vacation. Came home and my truck was exactly as we left it. Everyone we dealt with from shuttle to airport to paying on exit was very nice and helpful. Cost was very reasonable for having covered parking. Will use Shepard Road for future travels!

I have used this business for the last 29 years under different names. Great service. Not the cheapest but I have always been taken care of. New dropoff location for all shuttles is a little inconvenient but that's the airport not shepherd parking. A quick tram ride and an escalator ride puts you at check-in.

We had a rough start to our trip. After no sleep, our driver was rude when he dropped us off at the airport for not giving him a tip. We have always tipped in the past, but it was 4:30am and we were running on no sleep, so we literally just spaced it out. After leaving a review on here, the owner/manager reached out to me about the occurrence. He was very easy to talk with and reassured me they pride themselves on customer service, tip or no tip. He said he would be talking to the drivers to remind them of that and offered loyalty points for our next stay. Although the points weren't necessary, it is an appreciated gesture. We've left our vehicle here multiple times and have never had any other issues and have always felt our vehicle was safe here. The ramp is a huge plus as it's definitely nice to come back and not have a foot a snow to scrape off the vehicle too!

I used this service for the first time recently and will use it again in the future. The parking was easy to find and conveniently close to the airport. The shuttle was waiting when I got to the parking lot. On my return to MSP, I waited for the shuttle at shuttle pickup. I didn't realize, however, that I needed to be at off-site shuttle pick up to meet the shuttle. Luckily, an employee called me and directed me to off-site parking and the shuttle driver had waited for me. My only suggestion is to please send an email with directions for users to get to off-site parking for shuttle pickup on their return trips. It would be helpful for the customers and the shuttle drivers.

Had a wonderful experience with Shepard Road Airport Parking. Reservations were a breeze, the check in process was seamless. I felt comfortable leaving my car in the ramp. The directions on the paper were clear and easy to follow. Without a doubt, this will be my new go to place to park.

We parked her for our week long vacation after a referral from a friend. I was nervous because I have never done any type of park and fly. I was extremely pleased with how the experience was. We were barely parked and the shuttle bus was there to take us to the airport. The ride was smooth and the driver was helpful. We were picked up almost immediately from our arrival back to MSP. Once getting to our vehicle we came to the realization our battery was dead. The driver offered to take us, or even just our kids, with him to drop off the other passengers and come back with a cold. We did opt to stay with our vehicle and he came back very quickly with a jump pack to help us. We will definitely park here again versus leaving our vehicle at the airport. Had our battery been dead at the airport we would have been stranded and struggling to get a jump start. This was so smooth the whole start to finish experience.

The drivers both to and from the airport were extremely courteous and pleasant to work with. They were great in conversation and professionalism. I will definitely be using this company again for our next trip.

As novice airline travelers, we were very impressed with the prompt, courteous, 'over-and-above' help given to us. Especially "Bob" in the office took the time to explain how the car park works. "Mike", our driver, was likewise most helpful in explaining everything. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

We used this service for a recent trip, and it went very smoothly! I highly recommend this for airport parking if you have a multi-day trip. It's cheaper than other options we looked at and the service was great. We reserved online, scanned our reservation code, and easily found a spot in the lot. The bus followed us as we parked and picked us up right away and brought us to the airport. On the way back, we called for a pick-up while in the tram, and a bus pulled up as we were walking outside of the pick-up area less than 5 min later. It dropped us off right at our car. Drivers were friendly and helped with our bags. Overall, smooth and easy to use.



We scanned our reservation code at check-out and paid as we left, and the fee was exactly as estimated upon reservation. The bus ride was about 10 min long and you get dropped off at the shuttle area which involves a short tram ride and 5 min walk to get to check-in area for flights, so I'd account for 10-20 min extra time to get from your car to the departure check-in/security area.

Our plane was delayed 3 hours because of the snow storm in the Twin Cities. When we finally returned from our trip at 11 pm, the car was covered with 8 inches of snow. Our driver, I think his name was Jeff, swept off the snow. We must have left the dome light on during the week while we were gone because the car wouldn't start. "Jeff" got a portable car charger and jumped our car. What wonderful service. "Jeff" truly seemed to enjoy his job. We never felt like a burden.

It's great! They do exactly what they say. If you do the reservation, even only a half hour before, the bus is ready and waiting to pick you up right at your parking spot, ramp or lot.



Last time I got out of my car at 9:03 and was in the security line at 9:14. It takes me basically that long when I park in the airport, so great value here. Similar, on the way back, I called from the baggage claim and I was back in my car within 15.



Paying is easy too. Scan your barcode on the way in and don't worry about anything until you're driving out. Just use your card like any other parking station.

Such an easy experience to the airport this morning! Our printed barcode worked great for getting into the parking lot. Bus driver picked us up right at our car as we arrived. We were the only ones on the bus and the driver politely informed us of the optional mask policy. They then asked us if we had any questions with navigating the airport before exiting. I would ride with them again thanks to this driver!

Better rates than "park and fly" when you don't need a hotel to make an early flight. Very good service.

I not only needed further directions to find the correct shuttle area, but, having mentioned my concern of whether my car would start, he kindly waited and ended up giving my battery the jump it needed to get me on my way. I have used Shepard Road Airport Parking a couple times now for my trips and have never had any issues. The open lot is secure and i feel comfortable leaving my vehicle there for the duration of my trips. The shuttle staff have always been friendly and get you to where you need to be for Departure & after arrival! Just booked another trip and you already know where ill be parking!

The smart place to park when you need to leave a car near the airport for longer than a day or two. The rates are competitive. Reservations are a breeze. The shuttle often picks you up right at your car and then returns you there at trips end. The staff are nice enough and service is speedy and efficient. The only downside is that MSP has moved the shuttle drop to a somewhat out of the way area, so give yourself ten extra minutes when planning.

We used this park and ride for the first time last week. It was a perfect experience. In the morning, the shuttle driver saw us pull into the lot and met us at our vehicle and helped load up our suitcases. It was a quick ride to MSP Terminal 1. On the return, I called when we left the baggage claim area. We waited maybe 8-10 minutes for pick up. The driver wanted to drop us all off by our cars but nobody on the shuttle seemed to remember what exact row number they were in! But that was our own fault. I will use this option every time I need to park and ride. Thanks!

Have used Shepard Parking multiple times, and will continue to in the future! Covered or uncovered parking both at very reasonable rates. Once parked I’ve never waited more than a few minutes to be picked up, the van is usually there to follow you to your spot. Pickup is just as easy and breeze. Drivers are always nice and helpful. Last Friday night I arrived home only to find an issue with my car. After standing by my car for 30 minutes contemplating what to do Emery drove by and offered me a ride down to the warm office to wait for assistance to arrive. In the office I was met by a wonderful lady named Janine. She proceeded to come up with many different solutions for my problem. Emery and i tried several things but nothing worked and we had to wait for assistance to arrive. It took almost three hours and she let my wife and I sit in the office and had great conversation while she was continuing to help other customers and answer phones and keep the other drivers going where they needed to go. I really feel that Janine and Emery went about and beyond for me that night and I’m proud to say I’m a Shepard Road Parking Loyalty member. You will not be disappointed and the staff makes this an easy choice when parking at the airport. You can’t get much better than Shepard Road.

January 2022 - I am updating my review to say that I still give them a 5 star review. This is always my place to go to when traveling. I have never had a bad experience and all the drivers are so friendly. This time we had Larry and returning home I know then name ended in arold, but missed the first letter. lol. Awesome place!

They make going to the airport so easy. We use this parking every time we go to the airport. Super friendly drivers, they wait til you are in your car before they leave, which I love. I have only positive experiences with this company.
