First off, Absolutely disgusting. As soon as I walked in I was met with vulgar language from the employees yelling at one another.

The entire building smells like cigarettes and mold.

They promote a continental breakfast however, there was none at 7am not even coffee was offered. But yet it clearly states online that they have that available.

They are not a secure facility as they prop doors open for anyone to access. What is the point of key cards then?

Which is what I look for when booking any place to stay.

I needed a place to stay on short notice and I used my companies benefits site to book and pay for a room that was not worth a penny of my money. The pictures online are not that of what you experience in real life.

I did not have any towels or shower items in the room. Upon going and requesting items from the front desk, one employee was on the phone and the other was watching TV and drinking coffee. Once I requested the towels and items I was handed 2 towels and was told there was no wash cloths or shower items. I left and purchased said items from gas station.

For 75 dollars a night the least a person can expect is to be able to shower and refresh. There was bugs in the room, yes bugs. I did not sleep at all as there was people there that kept banging on walls and yelling. There was people stalking the hallways, doing what? I have no idea but it did not seem they had rooms themselves.

The property is cluttered with garbage and trash.

DO NOT STAY HERE! YOU'RE BETTER OFF SLEEPING IN YOUR VEHICLE.

To expect a refund is expecting too much I would assume.

I generally stay with Days Inn and Wyndham hotels. But if this is the type of amenities you get, it's not worth it. And will never be staying there again.

You get what you pay for if you want a 5 star hotel your going to pay more "think about it"

This was a good price on Priceline.com for the quality, there's a fridge, microwave, coffee maker, pool this hotel provided more than a 120.00 high scale hotel that didn't provide a fridge or microwave, the room was clean, a big bed, cable, if you want to be comfortable during your stay always check if the shower works well, and air conditioner/heater, television, if you want to feel secure always check the bolt and latch/door chain, make sure window is secure, make sure the rooms phone works, if your missing towels or remote control let the front desk know or you might be charged to replace them, in the end don't put your personal expectations in front of your mind if you found a "great" deal,

Plus you get a bagged take out morning meal and FREE coffee, I am a woman and have stayed here many times because of the good price and location, cleanliness/amenities my advice if it seems sketchy stay inside the hotel at night ! Ask for a 2nd floor room for safety etc there's always a solution to the problem, be thankful you found a decent hotel and enjoy your stay 😎

Horrible motel. Walked in the motel and it smelled terrible. The entire motel smelled bad. The place was run down and dirty. Staff were very nice. Got to my room and had no towels. Had to walk long way to front desk to get towels. The room was awful. The microwave worked but barely. Need a new microwave. The sink in the bathroom was awful. The faucet was loose and barely worked. Has hard time turning it on and off. TV didn't work at all. Couldn't get it to turn on. Bed was horribly uncomfortable and pillows were flat. Room was dirty and disgusting. I almost left and went back to the hospital where I work and slept. Disgusting motel. Don't stay here. I didn't look at the reviews before booking this. My mistake.

Staff was wonderful, pool was awesome, and room was pretty clean. The only issue seems to be the owner not wanting to put money into updating the place and freezer needed some defrosting. There's lots of interesting characters around too. We really enjoyed staying here and would stay again. (Red savoy super close too!)

Booked a room and when we checked in and went into our room it look horrible. The bathroom door was half way falling from the wall where it was supposed to be nailed in. The carpet going into the bathroom was soaked. The shower head was running water when we got in and we tried turning it off all the way but it wouldn't stop. We went back to the front desk to ask for a new room but he said there wasn't any. We ended leaving this place and booking another hotel for that night. My worst experience in a hotel ever.

The staff is amazing. I have a emotional support dog and she is loved by everyone here. She definitely has a special bond with the hotel's GM, looking forward to her mornings to get that peanut butter dog treat.

Staff are amazing and friendly. They loved my big dog. Your getting what you pay for. The staff really go out of the way to accommodate you. I noticed that they have long term tenants so I could see why one would think sketchy but I'm a smoker and the building is smoke free I was here for a week and the people were actually friendly and informative of the area. The police on the other hand were rude actually stalked the parking lot everytime I went to smoke I would see cops roll in lights off and pick with anyone they saw. I would go back if I'm in area and need room.

We landed @ MSP later enough that we didn't want to drive on to our destination 2 hours away so booked a night. They had a shuttle from the airport, but wanted you to wait to call until you were @pickup. That just meant we had to wait longer. The hotel was adequate, but not great. Needs to be refurbished desperately. The staff was nice though!

Good place to crash if you dropped off your sister and brother-in-law at the airport, instead of them paying for the flight from Fargo to Minneapolis, late in the evening. Just remember to have your car's license plate memorized, that's if you don't want to walk back outside to your parked car. Oh, and just a heads up, the ceilings are thin when the rain comes down. You'll probably freak a bit trying to find out where the crinkling noise is coming from, like I did. I thought the speaker on my phone was coming to life from the ghosts trying to speak to me, through it, from the beyond the the veil. 5 mins of this bleary-eyed search for this weird noise and I was done. Sleep finally took me to the pink palace kingdom of the cotton candy Queen of dreams. Woke up refreshed and ready to head back home. Yeah, I'd stay again. Great low price on Expedia.com, so it was an adventure. 😁

This was NOT what I expected. Little to no air conditioning, little to no breakfast, screens torn off windows, room made to look tidy but found wrappers and garbage behind the night stand. Fairly easy to get to but not worth the money I paid. Son and his family were supposed to have room next door but they found their room in disarray and went to another hotel. Had I not already paid for my room ahead of time, I would not have stayed.

The hotel smells like mildew. We found mold on the ceiling in the bathroom. The AC system was broken. The screen was broken off the window. There was water damage on the ceiling as well. Not very welcoming.

At check out the”manager” was head down crossed arms sound asleep. I Asked about coffee, he said if there is any it’s in that room over there. Four empty carafes stood in a corner. Shuttle driver showed promptly at 05:00 great driver!

Street gangs hanging out in my door. Asked pleasantly to move and make my room stop. They shifted enough for me to get in. Locked my door, still heard swearing and bounces off the wall. The a dozen people came walking in thru via a in room doom.🤬 We both locked our doors and turned up the TV so we couldn’t hear them any longer!

The room was great. Sadly the Pool was closed. A bagged breakfast was not much, but the hotel price was good. Near to other restaurants.

The staff is nice. It's not the most expensive motel in the world, but it is clean and they have some amenities.

The bed is soft but firm; there's a good-sized refrigerator; and a microwave in the room. Nice bathroom.

They say they have a shuttle however it only runs if you're park and fly. They don't have a regular early shuttle for ppl who stay in the hotel and need to go to the airport. Worst hotel I've ever stayed in and second wyndham hotel to screw me over this month. Wyndham hotels are horrible do not stary in them

Not a good place to stay. First of, I found a cockroach in the bathroom, and someone went through my car at one point. Tried to speak to the front desk about it, but they said there isn’t anything they can do about it. There’s also a lot of creepy and inappropriate people who come and go from this place. I also, had a manager ask me questions that were inappropriate for my stay. Would not recommend this hotel to anyone! there’s better hotels in the area.

This place was gross. The ceiling was falling in in the bathroom. There was someone else's hair and a big in the tub. There was a gogurt in the air conditioning unit. The wifi didn't work. The pool was closed and covered in mold. And the tv got one channel. And it was public access.

This place is a dive. I stayed here previously and felt that for the price it was fair, especially with the park & stay. However, this last time... My daughter ended up moving her room 3 times because it was dirty & appeared unsafe with a broken window latch, etc. The continental breakfast was pathetic with crackers and one piece of fruit, using covid as the excuse. Lastly, they had forgotten to renew their tabs for the airport shuttle so our family of 10 had to stand and wait for 1 1/2 before we were able to get 2 cabs. Although 2 of the 3 rooms were refunded, no reimbursement of the taxi. -- Broken latches on all 3 of the public bathrooms & 2 of them had no toilet paper or paper towels. Also, you will notice there are no security cameras in the building at all! Makes you wonder what goes on there? Plus the manager hides behind her employees and does not return phone calls.

It's a 2 to 3 star accommodation. The room is clean and spacious if you're a single traveler. The bad part is the internet reception. There are times when it completely goes down while streaming a movie.

Staff was friendly and accommodating, room was clean but the building and grounds in dire need of maintenance. Security doors were broken which allowed anyone and everyone to enter unchecked, which they did. Although nothing bad happened, the potential for it left us somewhat restless during our weekend stay. I would have reservations returning for another stay without asking if the security issues were resolved.

Normally I don't mind staying here. It's not the greatest hotel in the world but for the price it's generally well worth it. Unfortunately during this visit some gift cards that were left in my room while I was gone during day came up missing and that's quite disappointing because I've never had a problem with room service or any of the staff here before but now all the sudden things are moved around in my room and missing when I get back after being gone all day. Quite disappointing

Room smelt horrible, and carpet was damp. Walking down the hall and it was like someone just changed their cat litter. Vending machines were good with fresh food. Pool looked awesome. Staff was great and the beds were comfortable. Did have a burn hole in the blankets. Kids in room above us were running the halls and slamming doors until about midnight.

Place looks like it's falling apart in here. Sounds like there are nice in the ceiling. House keeping are nice but the morning shift woman that was working had a sour adittude. Says that this place was about 60 dollars a night but after I checked in, the man said the hotel owner has raised it up the next day to 120$. Would you pay 120$ from the look and sounds? Only plus side is the did let me keep my cat here but they only took cash for that. 20$. I had to run to the atm. All this after the burning near my home may 29 2020.

If you want a room just to sleep in and will be in and out, this is the place for the price. The staff is friendly and with their good customer service skills deserve to work in a better hotel.

My room’s heater wasn’t working, the TV didn’t work, the mattress was very thin, I only had a sheet and an extreme thin throw for covers, several of the outlets didn’t work, and my room was only given one hand towel. The hotel is very dated, although the rooms were vacuumed and decent they didn’t give me the sense of “clean”. Due to the Covid19 outbreak everywhere I’ve gone the rooms no matter the out dated feel smell of disinfectant products this one did not smell clean instead I could smell cigarette smoke.

Aside from people who bring their pets with them, but don't feel the need to pick up after them like any normal owner would... Yeah, aside from all the feces on the grass, the place was great! (:

Rooms clean. Updated. Lobby isn't the most welcoming. Older hotel. Staff was attentive. Park and fly probably their bread and butter, but maybe need to have them park elsewhere to allow current guests a place to park.

For an inexpensive hotel room this place is fine. I stayed there with my child for 8 days. The room though it had some damage was clean. The pool area was clean and some attempt was made to ensure that rules were being followed. The staff was friendly though not always professional. The continental breakfast left some things to be desired. Not a lot of variety. Part way through the week the pancake maker broke and wasn't fixed during our visit. They also ran out of sugar part way through the week and didn't restock. If you're looking for a completely put together 4 star hotel this isn't it. But if you need a safe, semi quiet place to sleep that isn't absolutely disgusting it meets those expectations.

The housekeepers Louis & Margarita are top notch. Very guest friendly, like they really wanted to make my stay as comfortable as possible. And I can't say enuff about Carmen and her awesome breakfast every morning!! Kayla at the front desk, as helpful as they come...Highly recommend this Days Inn..Great job management, on your staff, and running a great business!!

The front desk was friendly, there was a shuttle pick up from the airport, and the bed was clean (checked for bed bugs and the mattress looked pretty new actually). The good employees are what are keeping this place standing.

However, this hotel really needs some help. It's old and very outdated. The mattress looked new, but felt awful - I could feel the individual springs in it. The bathtub constantly ran - you couldn't shut the faucet off fully. It could really use some paint and pretty much new furniture/utilities. Mold in the bathtub...etc.

I got into it for $57 after tax for a night - it's what I expected for the price, but determined it was worth $13 extra to go to the quality inn closer to the airport.

I tried to restore that place in my 7 years working there, sadly it just keeps getting worse. Every recommendation I shared with the various owners was useless. We didn't even have extra pillows or blankets for the guests (any idea how bad it sounds to get a call from someone asking for a couple towels or pillows and having to tell them, 'no, sorry we're out?' Or having to take it from another room?) the place lacks supply/maintenance. There's a couple of people there (like the manager Stacy) who are doing thier best, maybe the new owner can fix that mess...

Not impressed. Ceilings are falling in, security doors don't work, screens ripped open on lower levels in the back of the building, strong smell of marijuana, TV didn't work. Stay someplace else if you want to feel safe.

The beds were hard as a rock and they only give you 3 pillows and when we asked for more they said they didn't have any, but what hotel don't have more pillows? We ended up checking out a day early and they didn't even refund me the money, plus maid service was very rude and when my husband and I were asleep every 10 minutes they were pounding on the door and then calling the room multiple times, even though the do not disturb tag was on. But all in all I hated it the only plus is that it was sorta cheap!

Nope. Absolutely terrible hotel. This property should be completely overhauled or torn down. Only redeeming fact was the super friendly clerk at check-in. She was very happy to assist. But the entry way which is littered with people smoking and laying around feels super sketchy and the rooms are extremely dilapidated and worn out. Hair dryer was missing so they took one off the wall of another room and gave it to us. Breakfast wasn’t terrible, but not much if you’re trying to eat healthy. Days Inn in general are lower quality but this hotel is way below that standard. Room smelled of wet dog and beds felt way past expiration date which make me wonder so many terrible gross things 🙄

Plus- Big, comfortable bed. Close to Mall of America.

Negative- · The location felt really shady. The air conditioner was broken. Refrigerator smelled like spoiled milk and had some sticky dried up substance spilled all over the inside. Front desk attendant had little to no personality.

Overall- left a little to be desired...
