Zero stars, was unaware of any football game going on and only saw a sign that stated all cars must leave by 8am on the 29th or they will be towed, which we prepared for and no one told us anything else. Little did we know if we would get charged 50$ for staying later than 8pm today on the 28th and we still have to leave early tomorrow or else we’ll be charged and towed on top of that charge. The parking lot is basically empty so it’s completely unnecessary. Straight up scam 👎
NOT A STORE: Don't be confused. It's just the name of the parking garage ramp. Like US Bank Stadium isn't a bank.
Wish I could give 0 stars. $50 for this Horrible parking, with terrible service. First and last time I will ever use this ramp.
Probably the longest wait ever to get out of a ramp. Figure it out. We even paid before we entered.
This ramp does not honor signage posted regarding early bird times. Management returned my call but only wanted to argue their point and try to excuse their dishonesty. They even kick monthly parking holders out on game day, so they can charge $50. Scam.
Several entry/exit points and contract parking gives you a fob to get in/out handsfree.
Building is clean and new, but worst wait times. During Target's firework 2019, it took more than 3 hrs to come out of this parking lot (not because of traffic). Please avoid this place. It's not safe. Not sure how to give "-" stars.
All the reviews of this place are either people mad at long waits after a huge event or people satisfied with it every other day of the event. I am firmly in the latter. It was easy to enter and exit. Machines worked just fine. The area felt safe and secure for both day to day and overnight parking. Very satisfied!
I try to avoid this garage whenever possible. I work downtown every day and this is one of the worst garages to get out of. If there are any events going on, stay away from this place. I had a contract with them last year and 3 months in the manager told me my payment was short the last 3 months due to a price increase. After I sent her a copy of the contract I signed I never heard back from her. I canceled soon after that.
Paid $50 for event parking and was told to get out the next day it would be an additional $14. Not a problem. Then come to find out I was charged $100 total to park overnight. Tried calling, was told “let me talk to my manager” by a gentleman who was trying to brush me off the entire conversation, only to not receive a call back or any reimbursement. Park on the street and pay the meter, you’ll be saving yourself a lot of money!
